Best Home Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Now looking for another cleaner and I'm $159 out of pocket. Only requested: two bathrooms, floor, kitchen wipe down, and windows. Floor was still scuffed and had spotty areas, windows were not done, and shower had soap scum and toilet was not clean. Basically everything I asked for was not done. I do not suggest you use this service. To be fair, they offered to come back, but I just finished it myself. I will find another service.

We are so happy that we found the team at Peak! After trying several other cleaning services and being disappointed, everything about Peak is above and beyond and we are so happy with the job they do. FROM Kristine F: Excellent customer service. Called in less than 24 hours and quoted over the phone. Roy, the technician, was very conscientious. The appointment was for 8am on Saturday. Roy rang the door bell at exactly 8am. I don't think my vents had been cleaned by the previous owner for 17 years. I can smell the difference in the air quality. In fairness, I only gave 4 stars for value because I did not get any other quotes. $620 for a two story, >3,000 sqft house. Seemed reasonable to me. I would hire these guys again, no questions asked.
