I was shocked how much dirt/dust came out of my outdoor condensing unit when he performed an acid wash. Would highly recommend to anyone. Customer for life.

This is a follow up to my below review. I have changed my previous 1 star rating to a 5 star rating after dealing with the owner and Mike (field supervisor) and Todd (service tech). After my review, we received a night and day difference in customer care and service. They quickly remedied our emergency situation and apologized for the lack of communication from the night before. They came to our home multiple times to make sure that the issue was corrected and we received follow up from the owner regarding our visits. We are happy with the outcome of our service and the follow up that we received. As of late this afternoon, we have a new septic pump, new septic switch, new lid on our sump pump and two new valves replaced. The work was done with care and I would recommend the company after our final experience. I appreciate the follow up and believe the company deserves the high google rating it has based on the final experience. I have kept the original review below so customers who may end up experiencing a similar issue, can see how a local company who cares about its customers can remedy a bad experience. Thanks again.**I can only give a 1 star review as a 0 is not available. We called Penguin Plumbing at 6:30 pm this evening with an emergency in our septic line. We were greeted on the phone by a very nice women who was kind and considerate to our need. She scheduled a visit to come to our home immediately and were told someone would be there between 7-8pm this evening. Nobody showed... at 8:40pm, we called back, and was told a dispatcher would contact us in a few minutes to find out where the technician was... we never heard back. At 9:30pm, we called for the third time, was told the same thing, that a dispatcher would call immediately.... its now 10:20pm and we still have no contact and no technician has called. Our home is still in need and now too late to get someone out to our are from a different company. If this was during normal hours, we would have maybe received better service and care, but not all emergencies happen during normalhours... For a 24 Hour service will a lot of positive reviews.... someone has dropped the ball in a very big way.*

We needed a plumber to fix our outside facets because they were leaking and flooding our yard. We called Amigo Rooter and Plumbing and they responded quickly. The gentleman who completed the work was knowledgeable and professional. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

Absolutely ? satisfaction...Grayson Vu was very professional, explained things above and beyond..and I asked a lot of questions. He not only fixed the issue but double checked other concerns that I had above and beyond the broken down unit and he sat my mind at ease. Would prefer to have him help us ever service call we have. Hobaica the best hvac system company we have ever dealt with. Thank you Grayson and Hobaica.

Excellent and prompt work. We had them install a split air AC in our garage and the work was done quickly and very clean. Looks like it was part of the house.

Matthew was great,he was on time he took pictures of everything and explained everything that was needed he fixed our unit in record time and I would definitely use this company again and request him. 12/13 Brett and David, did a great job with all of our plumbing needs. The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

Javier Cruz came to my house showed me what’s in my attic or showed me what was not in my attic and recommended we do insulation immediately to help save with my energy consumption. This handsome young man gave me a great deal and my home now stays warmer for a longer amount of time.Demond and Diego came out to install my insulation those two for a class act and would recommend them to anybody. Not only did they get it done in a timely manner, but they also showed me before and after photos.

Our air conditioner went out during the summer heat. We called Arcadia Air for emergency service and Manny came out to fix it. He arrived quickly, introduce himself, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem In a matter of minutes. We were so impressed with the service, we signed on for a 3 year contract with biannual maintenance. Manny came back to service 2 units for us a couple weeks later. He arrived on time for the scheduled window and explained everything. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air!

I really appreciated talking to a live person when I called to get the repair information on my Split AC unit. And not only did I get to talk to a real person, they were also very friendly!Robert was was our tech and I can't say enough about his very professional service, and he also was super friendly!I wish more companies would conduct themselves with this great quality of customer service!

I woke up to find my AC unit dripping water due to a broken drain pan. After having another company come out only to make the matter worse (despite having great reviews), I called George Brazil. Not only were they able to come out sooner than expected, but Harlan, the GB service pro who came out to service my AC unit, was extremely professional. He did an extensive investigation of the AC unit, showing me issues he found along the way. He described everything in great detail and let me ask questions. The price quoted was what the actual amount was. I would definitely recommend George Brazil again if all of their staff is as awesome as Harlan was.

3 new H&A/C units. Not cheap but the firm's representative explained my options and various price points, arranged financing. Installation starts tomorrow. Curtis was both professional and friendly. Very helpful.
