Have used them twice. Maybe a bit more financially, but I feel they do provide an amazing level of service and high quality workmanship.

Chad came to give a quick estimate of what would be needed to fix a small leak at the junction of our patio ceiling and the main roof. No apparent intention of getting to the attic or examining the patio to verify where the leak occurred. He immediately said they had to remove all the tile in a major part of the roof and lay down new underlayment and replace the tile. I even mentioned to him we had new underlayment put down a few years back. He flippantly said it must be a bad job. Certainly gave the impression that there is no small job that they won't make into a big one. No actual effort being expended to verify where the leak actually occurred and what was really needed to resolve the problem. I will certainly advise friends to avoid AllState Roofing.

Friday Dec 21. Regarding the owners response: It is true that I cannot attest to the quality of workmanship of Allstate Roofing. Furthermore, Chad may be a very nice fellow and a knowledgeable roofing expert. However, it is patently false to say the the leak was 4 to 5 FEET inside a load bearing wall. It was right below the junction of the patio and the main roof. Let's be very clear, it was directly above the load bearing wall and directly below the junction of the patio and the main roof. Very possibly an issue with the the flashing. I completely believe that Chad didn't know this because he simply took no time to analyze it. I cannot under state the effort Chad put to understand what was happening and how quickly he went right to major roof repair. Quite frankly, it was insulting. Apparently FREE estimates do not mean they will be done WELL! I stand by my original review.

TSM roofing does an excellent and fast job. They had 8 men on the roof and finished the job in two days. They clean up well when they finish the job and are responsive if you have any questions. They do good quality work and were very competitive in price with other roofing companies.

It's been a rough couple of years, so when my shop's roof began to leak I wasn't happy. Fortunately I called RENCO as a second estimate. They came in for less money, were prompt, professional and pleasant. They even worked around my solar company to repair my roof BEFORE the monsoon hit. We have already referred them to others. 5 stars!

It’s so refreshing to do business with a company that actually does everything they say they’re going to do and then some. After giving us a honest assessment of our roof and educating us on some of our options. Then they showed up exactly when they said they were did a beautiful job on a roof and we’re finished exactly when they said they were going to be finished and they left my home cleaner and in better condition it was when they get there. I strongly recommend brown roofing.

They do not tell the truth, their web page says 100% guarantee, but they write NO WARRANTY on their estimates. The labor charge for the time they were here is about $500 per hour. Roof leak after two trips still not fixed.

Everything went as planned. I have spent the last 12 months renovating my home. This was the last step, and surprisingly the only one that didn’t have any unexpected problems. Great company and Great people. Definitely 5 Stars.

We have a flat foam roof. After being disappointed with our previous roofing company, we asked for competitive bids to resurface our foam roof last year (2021). We selected Mikku & Sons Roofing to do the work and glad we did. Josh and Devin arrived on time for scheduled appointments and all work was done to our satisfaction.
No leaks, even after above-average rainfall. We recommend Mikku & Sons to all of our friends and neighbors.

Very happy with their work and their prices are reasonable. We had an issue that showed up about a month after their resealing work on our roof but they showed up quickly and made the small fix.

I really liked how professional this company was. I had gotten 2 other quotes and Patterson roofing came in significantly cheaper than either one with complete honesty on what needed to be done. The end result was a job well done for a great price.

Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has completed a few jobs so far at my house (one that is occurring as I type this review) and I'll have them do my upcoming bathroom remodel as well. This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. The installation was clean and quick and they did not hound or inconvenience me at all during the installation or set up. Would recommend 10/10
