All of the installers were great, but the salesperson was shady and did not put in writing all of the repairs that needed to be done so I ended up paying a lot more than his original quote! I was very disappointed in the supervisors who never returned my calls.

After a two service technicians worked 5 hours replacing a compressor on our 4 year old a/c unit, Yunior solved the problem today by tightening a wire in our electrical box. The payment we made yesterday will be refunded! This is an upright, honest business with a polite staff that truly puts the customer first. We couldn’t be more impressed with this business.

After not having any air conditioning for a while and using a different company last year with a high priced repair job that didn't last but a day, We met Tim with a recommendation from my daughter's friend, it was a wonderful experience. Tim was very thorough explaining everything to us. Brandon and his crew did an amazing job they never stopped until it was done, they cleaned the area where they were working and even did a paint touch up. A&M was amazing to deal with from the very beginning. Amy was compassionate and understanding when she heard that our AC was not working in the middle of the summer. She immediately sent a technician to check out our system to see if it needed repair or replacement. Once we confirmed it was dead, she gave us 4 options, ensuring that we understood the differences between all of them and helped us choose the system that best met our needs. Mark and Brad spent many hours on the roof during one of the hottest days of the year making sure that the system was installed to the highest standards, then monitoring it for several hours to make sure it was working at peak performance. My house is nice and cool now, and they took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat so that I get the most out of my new system. I look forward to continuing to do business with them for a long time to come. Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.
