Best Clean Home in Phoenix AZ

We just had our windows installed yesterday and their service was excellent. The crew, Jose, Alonzo, and on the last day Gabriel were on time, very polite, and very professional. They were careful to cover everything inside the room they were working on and they never stopped moving. They even helped move furniture and remove existing blinds. They cleaned up after each room, sweeping floors and removing the plastic covers from the furniture. Of course, the installation turned out to be on the hottest day of the year, so we supplied some Gatorade. Didn't want anyone passing out! They were in the sun and the heat all day.
Would definitely recommend Desert King. From the first person that showed up to give us a quote to the installers, everything was perfect.

This company is amazing! Everyone I have interacted with (anyone who answers the phone, sales rep, delivery, installation) is pleasant, professional and kind. K’lah answered all of my questions, never making me feel silly or annoying. They are not pushy and don’t throw any gimmicks at you. The prices and quality of the windows and doors are great. I’m completely remodeling a home I bought and this is seriously the only company that I felt actually cares. They have great communication, calling me after the windows were placed to make sure everything was ok. One of the windows cracked a few months after installation and they replaced it, very easy. They showed up on time when they said they would be there. I can’t recommend them enough!
I got the “Arizona tint” for my windows and doors, I like the reflective outside and I can tell it keeps the heat out. For me though I feel like I should have probably gone with the “lighter glass” for the windows not in direct sunlight because I think it might be a little too dark in my house now! But that’s ok, it will save on energy bills!

Recently remodeled my home and decided to go with Capstone for my new door which included door, framing, drywall, and stucco work. I mostly dealt with Greg and Audrey, both were very friendly and very communicative! They kept me updated every step of the way and followed up with me before and after each “phase” of the project to check my satisfaction with the work that was completed. They turned an old 3-panel door in to a beautiful French sliding door in less than a week from start to finish (not including the order time). Honestly the work was so good that you cannot even tell that the old door was there! I have already recommended them to a friend and when it comes time to replace my windows, I will have Capstone do the work.

Had a window screen and rollers replaced on my sliding glass door by the Superior Replacement Windows team. Great price and very professional work.

My window fell off track so I attempted to repair ity myself. As soon as if took the door panel off the entire track,, and cables fell out of the bottom. Muchore work than I had time to do.. I called in midday on a Monday, and had an appointment set for Tuesday afternoon. The technician, Zach, call me at noon to say he was 15 minutes out. When he arrived he told me the repair would take 30 to 45 minutes, and bing, bang, boom 25 minutes later the repair was complete, and I'm VERY happy with the service. Best price I found from everyone I called as well. Highly recommend using them for your next repair need.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars to their customer service. The prices are outrageous, and worst and most importantly the girls that answer the phone and run the front desk must have some kind of arrangement with John the manager. Because they are EXTREMELY rude, as if t hey go out of their way to be condescending and snarky. I mean, cmon...you sell WINDOWS! Take a step down.I would recommend an inexperienced 12 year old to find you a better company, and they could do a better job than if you were to use this circus of a business. THUMBS WAYYYY DOWN! AVOID THIS PLACE...or, simply call in. listen to the tone, and you can see for yourself what kind of experience to expect!

The installers where awesome, they did Great!
Not the right size, Windows are way to small.
They used plastic 2 “ wide on each side, plus in the Guest room 3” on top and bottom of window, it is a long and narrow window already.
I called a few times, when my rep called back, he said; they could not do more window than the original, they windows are way smaller now.
I wanted for him to come out and look.
He just got upset with me.
I told him, so, I am paying all this money for plastic! They would not even reduce my bill or anything.
People please if you purchase windows and they do not look the right size right away, complain then!

Should be zero stars. Dishonest company. 3 estimates that kept increasing the price. No communication. Didn't deliver when promised. Warning. Do not use this company.

We purchased an older home that needed an entire window and door replacement package. The home was also begging to have a 20 foot multi-slide door, as well as a couple windows added. Tarry expertly guided us to choose all the right windows and doors and was super easy to work with. The installation team was outstanding. This was not a small project and they knocked it out of the park. Sean, Seth, Anthony and their team made the home look incredible and it was so nice to have one crew take care of everything. Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. It was a great experience all the way around.

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Sevy and his team at A Pro Windows and Doors have again done a great job sealing my doors and windows at home. When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. This is one of the best companies we have dealt with from the sale person Rudy to the installation staff Devin, Jason, Dan and Cage to the office staff. All very friendly and professional. I compared 4 other window company's and found this one to have the best of everything we were looking for price, quality of product without breaking the bank. I highly recommend you give them a call and get and estimate.

We reluctantly reached out to Handyman Connection when our home builder, Artisan Builders AZ also known as Win Big Development LLC, refused to fix issues for our home that were (lawyer verified) within our warranty after months of runaround. Although we were originally frustrated spending money in this scenario considering legal assistance would’ve superseded the actual cost of the work, we had a great experience. Greg, the project lead, did a fantastic job at communicating what the required fixes would be, the *freshly* sensitive topic of warranty that Handyman Connect would provide after their work, and what to expect through the 3 day project. When they arrived a few weeks later Zack and Josiah did a fantastic job with the required fixes, accommodating our home schedule for work, and ensuring we were content with the completed work. I am a first-time homeowner and having a general “handyman” available has been something I really wanted to feel comfortable, I feel much better knowing the scope of Handyman Connects portfolio as well as the quality of their service.
