I had a VA pest inspection for a refinance done today.Very easy to schedule. I just sent a text, and had an appointment the following morning. The appointment took 20 mins, he explained what he was doing, and was respectful to maintain distance and wear gloves and a mask with the pandemic going on right now. I had all the documents I needed from the inspection within 20 mins after my appointment. Very reasonably priced. Great service

We've been a customer of Urban Desert for about 3 years now. We have always been happy with the service, but today we were blown away. Tony came out and listened to our feedback about some spot issues we had been having with creepy crawlies and wasps. Tony was on it. He treated with several methods aiming for maximum impact. Tony was professional and prompt and I hope we get to see him again at our next scheduled service.

Insectek is the best! I started using them at the beginning of the year at my new rental home, and am glad I delected them as the provider of choice. Not only did they have the best pricing for bi-monthly service, scheduling was a breeze and the advance reminders are great. Our technician Kyle is awesome. He always shows up on time and does an fantastic job. He pointed out areas he sprayed where bugs liked to hide out, which I would have never imagined. Even if I am not home, he goes right to work and follows up with a phone call and emailed activity report. When I do see a bug, they are always dead. VERY happy with Insectek!!!

Great company, I have used them on multiple occasions and they are always professional. They will go the extra mile if you need it. They removed rats from traps set by another exterminator who never returned to check them. They pigeon proofed areas of my roof, which not all exterminators do. I will continue to work with them and recommend Action to friends and family.

Brent and his team has an excellent service. I noticed their wrapped truck on the 101 and gave them a call for bi monthly service and they offered a one time initial $95.00 special without me asking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for termite treatments, termite control, or any pest control service if you are in Phoenix or Scottsdale.

Was driving back to work near 19th St. and on on my way back to work near 22nd at and Durango when one of the company vehicles was riding my tail end so close that every time I made a turn he almost rear ended me. Teach your guys safe driving habits. I'm sure I'm not the only one this specific person has done this too.

I can’t thank Ryan enough for helping me deal with bed bugs at my Mom’s apartment in her senior living apartment building. After months of incorrect advice and the front office telling me “we’ve got it covered” with their toxic bug spraying over and over again, I finally did some research and learned that EXTREME HEAT is the only way to kill the suckers. Ryan was so helpful and the process was easy. We left the apartment for the day and came back hours later when it was over. The only thing we needed to do was remove the candles and aerosol cans. Ryan took a video of bugs while they were alive and then as they were dying due to the heat so we got to see it work! It’s been a few weeks now and still no bugs and my Mom is finally able to sleep soundly again. Thanks Ryan !! I’ll recommend you and your service all day long.

I found Custom Pest through Google and instantly called them for my ant issues. Pablo and Johnathan were professional, informative and very efficient in solving why I had ants in my upstairs bathroom. Best part, they're local!! As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.
