I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
Other companies can take a lesson from them on customer service too!

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

Anthony from Anthony's Plumbing came to check out an issue I was having with a leak in my shower. He was extremely professional and helpful in looking to find the cause the leak. He also was very Covid safe, in that he wore a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers, which made me feel much more comfortable with him coming into my home during a pandemic. I'll definitely be using Anthony's Plumbing if I have any other issues moving forward!

Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. We used Belsito when we sold our house last month for the septic pump/inspection. They were able to schedule us quickly, which was great because we had a two week closing. Unfortunately, they found an issue which they needed to repair. They were again able to schedule us in a timely manner. The guys they sent out - Robby, Dakota, and John - were great guys to work with in what was a stressful situation. They identified and explained the issues and were able to figure out and make the necessary repairs. Really nice guys who really care about the customer and doing a good job. Also, despite the mess of digging a giant hole in our front yard and all the equipment and associated materials, they left it immaculate. I would recommend them!

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

NuFlow relined the pipes in a 50 year old bathhouse, three showers each men's and women's, bathroom stalls, sinks and urinals. All went as planned and it appears that we now have extended the useful life of these bathrooms and showers for AT LEAST the next ten years and possibly much longer. Prior to using NuFlow I did seek out references and they were glowing. The cost of re-lining the sewer pipes is a fraction of a tear down and re-build of the bathhouses. I only wish we had their service ten years earlier when we paid almost $200,000 to re-build another similar structure.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our septic backed up. We have lived here for 2 years and had never had our septic checked, so had no idea what we were up against. I had seen Duck's trucks in this area, and when I called, the amazing lady checked their previous records and even for county records to see if she could verify our tank size, but to no avail. She gave me a very reasonable estimate for the service call and the first 1000 gallons, but cautioned it could be more depending on what the technician found. When their technician (Manny) identified our tank size, and when he removed the lids, two very full and compacted tanks were exposed. My guess is that our system has never been serviced in the 19 or so years this property has existed! Manny worked hard to vacuum the sludge and clean the filter to the point his truck tank was full. For the amount of work and volume of matter extracted, my bill should have been more, but Duck's honored their phone estimate. I am beyond grateful for Duck's professionalism, but especially for Manny. He was patient and even took the time to explain to this City Girl how a leech system works! I highly recommend Duck's, and if they send Manny to your house, the job with be done right!

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

I would highly recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone that is in need of a plumbing contractor. I just had work completed in my home and would like to commend Jorge S on his professionalism and extroidinary work ethic in fixing the problem. He has shown the work ethic and morals which are so hard to find. After many hours of working to rectify the problem he was always a pleasure to have in my home. He is defineatly an asset to the company. Daniel (supervisor) drove quite a distance to run his camera again to reissure me there were no additional problems. I got service from them couple years ago and the owner was that one who came out and he tought me about the septic, it was such a educatinal thing that i was so happy i learned! Today 04-28-22 i got an Amazing Service again!! I couldnt be happier to have call them again! Septic Technologies staff from office to field are great! The guys that came out did a Professional and AMAZING job! I would 100 times recommend them to anybody!!

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
