Each one of the employees that were involved in our project were extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and took great pride in the quality of their product and their work. I was really impressed with the work that this company did. I liked everything – the customer service, the quality of the materials and just how easy they made it for me to make a decision after contacting them.

This company's payroll department (Rebecca), is very unprofessional. They are very disrespectful and are no help when in need. I called to ask about when I would be able to pick up my check earlier in the week and I was told it wouldn't be ready until Friday. Today is Friday so I call to verify that my check is ready to be picked up, and come to find out, it was mailed out to me.
Why would I bother calling earlier in the week and ask about picking up my check and not expect me to call the day they told me it would be ready if I wasn't going to pick it up.
Why would they mail it out knowing I've called about picking it up just yesterday. I spoke to Jessica yesterday, and today when I called they act as if they forgot that I called about it. Not to mention i called more than once this week about my check.

Rose Paving did some fire lane painting for us and it looks great! They were so quick and turned the entire project around in less than a week. I really enjoyed working with Michael Scott; very responsive helpful.

Communication was great from the 1st call and bid throughout the entire job. The crew was fast, efficient and did excellent work. They removed all debris and forms at the end of the job.

We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. Sun Valley really saved us on this project without them our customer would have never given us a great review. I highly recommend them for any of your concrete coating needs. We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
