Demar was wonderful. I was tired of having to wait up to 15 minutes for hot ? water in my showers sinks and washing machine. So today I decided enough was enough. The amount of water wasted is incredible. We live in the desert for heaven's sake. I decided to have a circulating pump put on the water heater and it took maybe 10 seconds for it to get HOT ?! It is going to be well worth the cost in saving money on wasted water.I have been a client of Penguins now for about two years and I am very happy with the service I receive.I called late morning, and by 6:30 I had a circulating pump working for me.

Received prompt, friendly service from Hobaica Services. Our technician Binh was diligent and explained what was wrong with our system and what needed to be done. Will continue to use Hobaica Services in the future.

Jeff was excellent! He was right on time and did his job professionally. He asked if I was selling my house due to the sign out front and let me know that I can transfer my services to my new home. I appreciated him being observing and helpful.

Jacob came out and did a complete inspection of the system. He then made recommendations of what's required also pointing out what isn't required but nice to have.
The job was promised to start and finish the next day. They kept the promise. Also all the communication was straight forward and upfront.
The new water heater installation looks very professional and I can see that attention to detail was important to the installation crew.

I have used this company many times. You can’t go wrong with this company. They are always on time and completely honest. The work never has to be re done. I went through countless HVAC companies before finding them and I won’t go back. Val was the last tech at my home and he was on time, professional and very honest.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Miles was fast and efficient. What I like about him as a person is that he is open and friendly.

The service technician Timothy was very professional, on time, friendly, and he represented his company well. Explain what he had done to test the systems what he found and what the repair options were. He also offered to have a sales representative come out to discuss replacing the unit. And set up the appointment for us. Could not of asked for more or better.

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had Scottsdale AC out several times to fix problems. They are always competent, responsive and helpful. They've come out several times on very short notice. The technician is very thorough and explains everything he did. I've been very happy with their service.

Dan installed my system 3 years ago, and maintained it. Most people including the owners are VETERANS like myself, and their work shows it, OUTSTANDING

Mike was on-time, very professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Exemplary customer service.

Alien Air was responsive and willing to work with our situation. They were on time and professional, and our replacement unit is 100% functional and cooling our house as expected. The workers were courteous and understanding, and the experience was very positive overall.

My water heater has some rust on it and I wasn’t sure what the problem was. The ACE guy came out and had the tank fixed in like 10 minutes. I was so impressed. He explained why that tank had rust and helped me understand that my water heater was not at risk and by replacing the tank with the rust I probably prolonged the life of my water heater. So I’m a happy camper.

I highly recommend Comfort One Air Conditioning. I had trouble getting other companies to return my calls to schedule a yearly AC checkup. Comfort One returned my phone call right away and scheduling was easy. The technician was polite, professional, and respectful. Very pleased with them - great customer service!

When my furnace would not come on I called
One Guard Home Warranty to ask them to help me. They immediately sent a work order to Sun Tech Air Conditioning.

SunTech called me and set up an appointment, asap.

Technician, Jose Manzo, arrived at my home, on time and prepared to get things done. Jose is professional, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions, without hesitation. Jose quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. It needed a new igniter. He contacted his office. Jose and Sun Tech kept me in the loop as far as locating the needed part.

Luckily, Sun Tech had the correct igniter in their warehouse. Jose returned to my house the very next day to complete the job. After installing the part, Jose checked out the entire system and thermostat. He reported that everything he tested was within range!

When I have any problems with my furnace in the future, and/or air conditioning , I will definitely ask that Jose be the technician dispatched to my home. Jose is a great guy. I trust him and his ability to diagnose and repair any HVAC system.
