Huge shout out to Brandon with Anthony's plumbing! After getting bids for a bathroom remodel they came in far more competitive than the other 4 bids I received. Wasn't trying to sell me, very honest and professional! I actually elected to not go forward with the remodel but called a few months later and thought I had a leak on my main line. Brandon being honest again saved me a ton of money as he found the leak was in my sprinkler system and not the line I was thinking. I was in the process of purchasing an older home and completion of inspections is a time sensitive matter which Hero completely understood. I spoke with them and they were able to get someone out there the same day and the inspection report w/video was provided the next day.

Maritza was so kind, followed up throughout and answered all of my questions, was in communication with me providing updates on anything outstanding and provided overall excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with the speed that they were able to turn around the inspection or the customer service.

Saturday late afternoon while attempting to replace corroded 35 year old washing machine hot & cold water valves (with new ones) in our laundry room, I found it impossible to make a seal against the existing compression sleeves without leaking. Although it was after 6:00pm and the weekend, I felt frustrated and helpless. My wife Googled plumbing services online and found REDDI HEROES which noted no extra weekend expenses. After reading many of the reviews we felt secure in contacted them to see if it was possible to have this serviced still that night. Not only did they say that it was doable, but they responded back in a timely manner and said that Pepe Munoz would let me know ASAP if he could accommodate us. He called back within minutes and said he was in north Scottsdale and could make it in approx. one and a half hours...and if that was too late early Sunday morning. I was desperate in that the water was turned off to my house and asked if possible could he make it that night. He was a man of his word and arrived about 1.5 hours later to examine the situation. He and his assistant Brian then proceeded to grab their tools and repaired our valves quickly and professionally and waited long enough to ensure that the leaks were gone. I pride myself in being a handyman around the house, but they had all the specific tools needed and knowhow to complete the mess I had made.....and at a reasonable price! I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!
