Best Air Conditioning Emergency in Phoenix AZ

I called Phoenix Electricians Today and spoke with their answering service to schedule a service call about outlets in garage and bathrooms not having power, even after breaker reset. The lady was very nice, took my information and explained dispatch would be calling me to set a time on my preferred day. I assumed this was due to it being late evening at the time. Within two minutes of finishing that call I received a ring from Dennis who was helpful in scheduling a sevice call for the exact time I needed the following day. Dennis and the tech arrived within the first 15 minutes of the two hour time window for the service call the following day. Both were very courteous, personable and professional. They were able to diagnose and have my problem fixed very quickly. Pricing was fair and explained and agreed on upfront before work was done after problem had been diagnosed. A++ experience with this company start to finish. I will most definitely be calling them again for any fixes or work needed done at my place.

He was upfront on our initial phone call about his fee (which was very reasonable & less than most), he showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, professional & was Honest. We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.
