Anthony Mata with A.P.E.S. was great as he came by our home this afternoon to repair a leak in our hall bathroom toilet. Communication with this company overall has been wonderful everytime we've needed to use their services. Anthony was so nice, timely, knowledgeable and got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Very friendly to work with. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. We have a South Scottsdale rental that has had a few quirks come with the territory over the past few years and we've always been impressed w the quality of this company and their staff. After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

COVID has created challenges in everyone’s lives but Patrick Riley has been there to address anything I needed and to take care of any issues as they come up. Aaron with Hayes Cooling Heating & Plumbing responded to our after hours call for no cold air coming from our AC. The system in place with the business was awesome. We got a call from dispatch telling us a time frame for arrival (I live in Michigan and my rental units are in Arizona) and then again when he was actively on the way. He called after he inspected our unit and asked how to proceed. What I appreciated best was the time and effort he used in explaining the problems he had found. He related the problems to something more common (a car and a car battery to be exact) and with that I could understand. He really made me aware of the problem and the best way to solve it. Overall I give a 10/10 for this service call. The invoice he sent included pictures for my reference which I appreciated being that I am so far away. Thank you Hays Cooling and Heating, you have our future business!

We could not get our thermostat to work and it was obvious that we needed to replace it and it was an expensive part for about $700. Penguin get a technician out to my house immediately. The technician found a loose wire inside the part and fixed it at no charge (except a small trip charge). He is my new hero!Jeff ( happy owner)

I had an outstanding experience with Donley. We had both of our water heaters corrode and leak within 4 months of each other. We had inherited these water heaters from previous owners. We called Donley both times and they replaced both heaters at no charge because they were still under warranty. In fact, with the second heater the manufacturer resisted honoring the warranty, but Donley pushed back on our behalf and then further absorbed some of the labor costs because they thought the warranty had to be honored in full! Throughout all this, they maintained outstanding communication with me and the restoration company for installation. I could not be happier with the experience. Special thanks to Anthony.

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.
