New HVAC system purchased 2/2019 w/ Lifetime Heat Exchanger & Compressor Warranty; 10 Year Unit Replacement on Condenser & Furnace; 10 Year Parts Warranty; 10 Year Labor Warranty; 5 Year Maintenance Agreement from Pengiun Air (PA). AC unit stopped operating Friday 27AUG2021. 28AUG2021 called PA to schedule tech to come out. Dispatcher stated someone would be out that day. No one called or showed up Sat. Repeated calls to PA sat, sat night, Sun, Sun night, and Mon morning. Tech did not come out until Mon @ ~ noon. I had several requests to have manager (Tonya) to call me and explain what was happening and why it took 2.5 days for a tech to come out. Temps were 105+ Deg those days. I missed 14.5 hours of work waiting for a tech to call or come out. PA dispatcher and website state that they are a 24/7 company. HVAC unit has not been operating/ configured correctly since install on 2/22/2019. Managers do not respond to requests for call backs. Cant recommend this company for use.15SEP2021 UPDATE:Penguin Air Tech and Goodman Tech came out 14SEP2021 to diagnosis the system and take readings. They adjusted the blower speed also. An hours after they left the Compressor started to make loud surging noise Called the desk and talked to Nicole who submitted an urgent ticket and stated someone would call me back shortly. No one called back. Had to submit a ticket online. Tech is suppose to arrive this morning but hasnt as of yet. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.DONT USE PENGUIN AIR.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

I observed the installation and the expertise of the installation was evident of the years of experience as a plumber. I would highly recommend Desert Diamond air. Not only do they offer good products and contracts, they have a top notch professional staff. I had them install a new unit a year ago (great job Steve and crew) and Cody has been my technician for scheduled maintenance since then. He always gives me great service and excellent tips and information regarding keeping my system running smoothly. Last night (around 9pm!!!) I had an issue with a clogged drain tube and he was out and fixed it fast... I was very happy I had the service contract as the temperature was rising in my house. I was especially happy that it was Cody who came to the rescue. He has always been so professional and polite. It's a pleasure working with a technician who takes pride in their work. Thank you Cody! I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.

I had Jon P. and Brandon W. out to my place. Jon performed a water inspection and replaced my R/O filters. Brandon inspected my Heating and A/C system. Both did a great job, explained everything they were doing and looking for, and were very friendly/polite.

I called Sun Devil because our house never got below 81 degrees on hot days, and was often warmer than that. Gerardo came out the same day, discovered that our air conditioner was too small for the space and the air handler was smaller still. He gave us a great deal on a new a/c and handler, and within 24 hours his crew were there to install it. Alex and Roy were so polite and they did an amazing job installing and cleaning up. Before they even left, the house was cooler than it's ever been and I felt air moving in places where the old unit never reached. It was exactly as Gerardo said it would be, and I'm so thankful I found them!

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

My Air went out and they showed up quickly! The service man was clean and very good at explaining the problem i was having and what my options are. I felt comfortable with the tech in my home my boyfriend liked the guy also.

After years of other companies sending service technicians / salemen to do repairs or maintenance, it was refreshing to have a a technician come out and service the system. I was surprised when he was done that there was not a single item that I should consider doing. No doom and gloom, so up sell, very reasonable.

Byron was very professional and responsive to repairs.
He also replaced RO system filters and tank.
