I would take any negative comments made here with a grain of salt. This shop has helped me on NUMEROUS occasions and was always informative and fair with their pricing. The only reason I am here today is I lost their card and needed to use their services again and needed their phone number.

We called to have our new home rekeyed. Big Mike came out same day and was awesome. He went above and beyond, making sure we were more than pleased with our new locks. He pointed out some details about our lock set up that we may not have realized until we locked ourselves out. He was friendly and quick and very professional. We are so happy with the service we received from ACME Locksmith.
