Recently I noticed that two of my panels were shown in a different shade of blue when reviewing the panel array section of the monthly production report shown on the Enphase website used for monitoring. I called Solar Topps, the firm that installed the solar back in 2017, to ask them to diagnose the problem. Shortly after one of their technicians scheduled an appointment to do a field inspection that disclosed burn marks on the two panel. A warranty application was promptly prepared by Solar Topps and forwarded to Hyundai, the panel manufacturer in Korea for approval. After prompt and persistent follow by Solar Topps an approval was granted. Two new panels were installed on my roof within 30 days of discovering the problem at no expense to me. We had our solar replaced by this company this month. They walked us through each solar installation step and answered every question throughout the installation process. The solar install crew was on time, courteous and efficient in their tasks.

I’ve been working with SouthFace Solar for years. They have always done a great job and are there when I need them. Example: a hail storm damaged my roof, so it needed replaced. Although the solar panels were OK, they had to be removed during the roof repair. SouthFace Solar worked with my contractor so the panels had minimal downtime.

I have a $116.00 credit on my power bill this month. Universal designed, installed and monitored my system. They are professional and go above and beyond to make sure I know everything about my solar energy system. They walked me through the paper work required by my power company and celebrated with me when my system was turned on/ commissioned.

This company is the BEST when it comes to solar system installations. I did quite a bit of homework before selecting a company to go with. Aneva provides you with everything you need to know and follows through to the T on everything they state will be done. The panels are very high quality, and they also provide a free app to monitor the solar production real-time. I've had my panels since the beginning of September (delivered ahead of the estimated installation date) and I am confident they are performing just as they should be. I am seriously considering on adding an additional panel or two, or a battery back-up system.
I had my roofing company come back to make sure everything with my roof was still perfect after the solar panels were installed. The roofing company was astonished at the quality of work and said they would start referring customers to Aneva.
Last, but certainly not least, Aneva's costs are very much in line with what solar systems should cost, while other companies are charging many thousands more for less efficient panels and mediocre installations.
I will end this review the same way I started it - this company is the best when it comes to solar system installations!!

Adam and Anthony were prompt and well-informed, answering any questions and explaining the process and equipment at a user's level of understanding. I know there were other workers whose names I do not know but together they worked 2 complete the project. We r pleased and know we can contact customer service when needed. Adam was most pleasant and a great representative of Erus. He is a keeper and I am not his mother!!

If I could rate Harmon a 10, I would. This company was so great to work with I cant believe. From the sales end to the install. Every time a crew was set up to come and do something they were there right on time. I would first get a notice from my POC and it happened just like they said. And if by chance they got held up in traffic or something they called to let me know. My point of contact person Breana was awesome. She kept me informed of every little detail and if I had questions she got me the answers right away. And if she did not know the answer then she got to someone that did. I was always kept in the know of the project. The one main thing I liked is there is no middle person or company in the way Harmon does it all and are responsible for it all if something should go wrong. No fighting with 3rd party contractors and such. The install looks neatt and clean. Excellent experience wish more companies were this way.

Sunlight Energy Systems, Inc. are the best! I had odd electrical short outs in my house and they found and fixed them all!!! They are very safety conscious with their work. They spent hours at my house and I was concerned about how expensive the work was going to be. What they charged was WAY BELOW what I expected!! They are very good at what they do and affordable! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!!!

One of the GREATEST companies I’ve ever worked with, I cannot remember the young mans name at this time but I remember he has a beard, hahahaha and we Literally just completed our sit down , he explained the entire process and how they are able to provide my home all the energy required in order to keep it running only using solar energy my bill was almost completely cut in half !! I recommend Meraki solutions to anyone in the valley interested in going solar i had my worries but every question was answered, I had so many solar companies knock on my door but this company is so unique, very simple and to the point, I’m so happy with the services thank you meraki ! - Victoria McKinney

Power Solar Frames is extremely difficult to work with they demand 50% up front no matter how much business you have done with them or length of business relationship. They will also threaten to delay your order and hold your order hostage unless you wire transfer them money on the day they want it. Customer service and attitude from Steve Jones is down right right and pompous. I would never work with them!

Awful company. I initially signed on with Vivant solar and found out recently that Sunrun bought them out. They're on time and more than happy to get you into a contract and take your money, after that, good luck getting in contact with them to hold up their end of the bargain when maintenance needs to be done. I've been trying to get a remove and reinstall scheduled for a month so that I can get my roof replaced so that I can sell my house, and there's been hardly any contact from them. I've called and left my number multiple times and when they said they'd call back within five business days to get that scheduled up... guess what, nothing! Gonna file a complaint with the BBB and or get litigious if they continue ducking out of doing their work.

Process moved pretty quickly and everything looks and works great. The only thing I can complain about is the maybe the third party company I was working with didn’t explain certain things to me

I bought my solar system from John from SunPro Solar last December. It wasn't installed until February of this year but it was understandable because of the holiday season. John was good about keeping me informed on how the application for permits and if any delays came up. I believe that the solar system I got installed is working well even though my roof did not offer as much space as they probably could have used. All in all I feel very satisfied with SunPro Solar.
