called him on a friday night for a multi housing property we have, & let me tell you for it being at 6pm they were out there able to get the job started & completed the next day. i was shocked with such ease, quickness & professional service. i even saved some money when he went out. i was being charged normally $1200. mike only charge me 800! man i appreciate this man & what his company does. thank you again brother for everything.

Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

i got home on Friday and found i had no hot water, I googled a phoenix plumber and found Anthony's plumbing, they said they were ending the day but had checked with a guy, who said he wouldn't mind stopping by on the way home. they sent out Avery Scott he got the water heater fixed quick, all he did was literately press a button and that's why the review. I was so stressed thinking i was going to have to buy a new water heater and how much it might be, where i was going to get the money normal peoples stress. but nope he said something may have caused the button to trip but everything looked good other than it being 8 years old,but still its working and he only charged me $29.00 dollars for coming out told me have a great weekend. Thanks again Avery for the work but most importantly for being honest with me. Anthony's plumbing give that guy a raise!!

I verified Macho Contracting was a Licensed Contractor and in good standing with the BBB.
After I approved their estimate, they scheduled and performed the necessary work to replace my pumps and control panel for my existing sewage lift station.

Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

Would highly recommend Plomero. They were very professional and had excellent communication through the entire process. Even calling me 30 min prior to arrival and texting with GPS tracking of the technician. Armando was friendly and professional as well, completing the job quickly. Their rate was the lowest of 3 quotes I got. Will be using them in the future.

I had such a great experience with Hero Home Services! From setting my appointment with Janette ( the day after Christmas) . They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease. They have great work ethic and are VERY transparent about pricing which is very important to me. I Highly recommend them. They genuinely care and want to help. Awesome customer service!

Highly recommend. First time building a new home on vacant desert land, homebuilder recommended A-American and I am so thankful they did. My direct contact was Ken and he was phenomenal. He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. I hired to cleana Grease trap,

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
