After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor’s yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot. He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. During our home purchase inspection period (a critical, time sensitive moment in the process) Brown Roofing was able to squeeze us in for a roofing inspection, provide a thorough quote that helped us in the negotiations on the purchase, and then w/in a week of moving in they were out to get the repairs to our roof done in one visit! I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

On my house, Precision Roofing did a fantastic job! With GAF roofing, the golden pledge warranty, and James Hardie siding, they installed the greatest products available in the industry. Austin did a fantastic job of keeping the job on track and providing updates throughout the entire process. The workers were very polite, respectful, and responsible. Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

Ryan was awesome. He stopped by after seeing some roof damage after a bad storm. Explained how we’re dealing with insurance and other companies as a tree actually fell in our house but we needed structural work done first before new roofing tiles. He offered to look at the damage, after one general contractor couldn’t do the work he got ahold another contractor who agreed to work it. All this work before I even offered to go through him. Come to find out we already had it set up with insurance through another company and engineer but Ryan was super helpful. A lot of roofing companies just gave a quote and said fix the damage and we’ll repair the tiles, Ryan actually took the time to try and resolve both problems. If we didn’t have everything set up already would’ve gone through his company for sure. Definitely will use them in the future come the need to! If the quality is as good as the customer service then can’t imagine using anyone else
