Blue Sky arrived last Saturday in the am. I was unaware of there arrival but my wife knew about it and forgot to tell me. I opened the rear gate for the representative so he could get to the back. We are using the organic sprays instead on the chemicals and have had no issues since we started with this.The representative was completed in about 15 minutes and arrived back at my front door and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I said no thanks and did you see anything on this property that needed immediate attention. I had told him that our neighbors had termites and he said that he didn't see any signs of them. We then wished each other Happy Holidays!!!

The technician Jim was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions, explained the how process worked and the type of product used. So far, the service has worked well as we have not seen any of the pests that were troubling us. Definitely will use them in the future and will recommend to anyone who asks.

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. Burns Pest Elimination is a great company! I had an issue with mosquitos at my home and they solved the problem instantly. I would highly recommend them if you are having an issue with any bugs!

These guys are great! They call ahead and show up when they say they will...we haven't had any problems with pests -- which is really something to say at springtime in the desert after a very wet year!
