If you are looking for a HVAC specialist, look no further. I have been using A & M Mechanical for over 5+ years to maintenance my A/C and heating units. They have always been extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Their worksmanship and customer service are top notch. They will give you an honest assessment of your equipment and options to service the equipment always balancing costs and outcomes. I had to replace my existing A/C units and heating units last December. I wanted to write this review after 6 months to ensure the equipment installed was performing exactly like expected. As expected, the American Standard units are performing wonderfully. Amy and Mark were excellent in helping me identify the A/C and heating units and options that would match my needs and keep my house cool/warm. Their installation and worksmanship was excellent. They came out to our house quickly got the unit to start blowing again but did not check to see if it was blowing cold air. Charged is $350 and told us it would start cooling down but would take hours. After hours of waiting and the temperature was rising i called they assured me it would cool down. Again waited a few hours called back i left message since they didnt answer. They didnt bother calling me back so i called AGAIN. After explaining to the tech that we had to leave our home because it was too hot he said he'd be back the next morning at 6am and that we needed to.be there on time because he was going out of his way to come back to our house. Excuse me?! He should have made sure it was working properly the first time!!!! When he came back the next morning he discovered that our compressor went out and it was best if we would get a whole new unit which he quoted at $6250. Not only did he give us a very high quote since we found a better deal for $5100. But if just air had done a thorough exam of the unit the first time we wouldnt be out $350 we never would have had a unit worked on if we had to replace it anyway.

I don't have enough words to tell you how thankful I am for your prompt emergency service. 110 degrees outside, no A/C, I called and you guys were there within an hour and had the repair done in another hour. Amazing! Shout out to our Tech Raymond!

What can I say? I adore this company. I'm a hard customer to impress but each and every time this company exceeds every expectation. Yes I'm doing a review on Nick tyner he came over and repaired my bathroom sink and had to do some extensive plumbing behind the wall was extremely knowledgeable timely courteous and clean I would honestly with the next time I need plumbing service not only use your company but request him as my tech have a good day.

Our septic was baking up into our showers and tub and the toilets were backing up. We had a well known plumbing company come out but the problem was not resolved and they wanted to charge us again to come back out even though they said it was guaranteed for 6months. We called at least 5 other pluming companies and they all could not come to check it for at least a week out. Then we called Ace plumbing. They came in less than 45 minutes. Tristan was our service tech and he is wonderful. He cares about what he is doing and he really wants to take care of you. He was determined to fix our plumping issues not just do a quick fix and leave. What I can say about Ace plumbing is this company runs on integrity. We feel like they really care about the people they are doing the job for. We got great quality work, a very caring tech at a very fair price. And they care a great deal about war veterans and senior citizens. This company is one that can be trusted to do what they say and get the job done right! Thank you for holding yourself’s to a standard above the rest.

100 per cent recommend Comfort One. We had a challenging HVAC installation with multiple units and they more than exceeded our expectations. Aa pleasure to deal with on every level. For context We are doing quite extensive remodeling on our house and Comfort One is the ONLY company we have dealt with so far that does what they say they will do on time and on budget.

AC went out last night. Called arcadia at 11pm and Jimmy was at my house in the morning.

He explained every step as he was checking the system. He gave me options on which route I want to go about fixing it. Not only is the AC working like new. He only charged me his trip fee!

My A/C broke down. I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent a rush service request to Lee Collins Air Conditioning. I got a text saying that Lee Collins would call within 3 hours to schedule and appointment. It never happened and I had to call the company myself. When I called, the person who answered did not even sound like he knew there was a request sent out to his company. He did not give me a reason and just told me he will call back from 10am - 12pm the next day. Lee Collins Air Conditioning never called.

Professional, and got the job done quick. Travis and Evan did a fabulous job! Glad this company does commercial work as George Brazilian does not. They were able to come out the day I called and inquired. Would definitely consider them in the future without a doubt.

Brandon came to our home to inspect and repair any problems that may have been found after a thorough inspection.. He did find a few things that needed to be upgraded and repaired. He gave me a thorough overview of what he found and I felt very comfortable that he would have us back up to running speed very quickly.I thought he did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any of my service needs.

Chris is always kind, professional and efficient on his visits to check our ac system. He's very clear when explaining any work that may need to be done to our AC and why. He's keeping us up and running in the hot and cool months!
