Walked out to my garage & found water coming from the water heater. I called Hays & Stacia answered. She got me connected with Nick who called me personally. Sent him a pic, he walked me through to do a quick fix, & it worked. I was able to avoid an emergency call tonight, but I know I will need a water heater soon, & this is the company that I am going with. The service we received today was AMAZING! Our AC stopped working in the middle of this heat. We called the customer service line and the representative was kind and knowledgeable, he was able to send us an incredible technician to repair our AC. Big Thanks to Nathan White, he came to inspect our AC and automatically knew the issue. He provided us with lots of great information about our AC, the recommendations to ensure our AC is well maintained and then proceed to provide us with the cost breakdown. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication to keeping us safe from this heat. Thank you Nathan for your support and we are looking forward to working with you all.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Called through Choice Warranty and my claim was rejected by CW. Amigo worked with me so I could afford to pay for entire job out of pocket! Did the job fast and right after another company improperly installed my Garbage Disposal 10 months ago. I would use Amigo again!

They were able to send someone out quickly to repair my unit. The serviceman arrived on time and patiently explained the problem and answered my questions. I will use them again.

Brandon is an awesome dude, came and replaced air filters at our shop. My biggest gripe is the gouging of pricing desert diamond charged for being here a total of 10 minutes. Prior to this visit, We had them come and maintenance our units which I told them to bring filters (that’s maintenance, no?) the tech arrives and tells me we have to get the filters ourselves, and to call and have them back out to replace them. This irritated me that I’d have to pay another trip charge of $89, but I thought whatever. Brandon comes today and tells me it is $250 (an hour or commercial labor) to replace the filters. He was understanding of my frustration and also agreed it wasn’t fair, but he was under direct instruction. I’m not about haggling companies on price, but I think this price is extremely unfair given that we had already paid for the maintenance, as well as had to SUPPLY your company with the filters. Not cool. Hopefully someone will reach out from customer service, otherwise I may need to adjust the rating of this review.

I can’t say that I’ve ever worked with a more kind, honest and hardworking company. We filed a claim through Fidelity for our AC when it stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened during COVID, and everything is in shortage status or delayed. Tim worked with Fidelity to get us expedited on the process. Tori did an amazing job at keeping us updated throughout the waiting period. Mike (owner) called us to check in on things as well. I truly believe that we would still be forced out of living in our home if this company wasn’t involved in the process. They originally replaced a compressor for us, and then we found out that the coil and condenser needed replaced as well (1997 unit). They got the order into Fidelity, and then came back and replaced the entire unit. The amount of hours and attention they put into this project were amazing. Every person we dealt with was top notch, and we would absolutely recommend using them in the future. Thank you for saving our sanity and getting us back to comfort!

This company is fantastic! You will always speak to a real (and knowledgeable) person, and they actually care about providing great service and using great products. We’ve been using them for 10 years and can’t imagine using anyone else. Seriously great company made up of great people. :)

When my water heater died, I called my trusted plumber, who referred me to Klein Heating and cooling. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, explained exactly what I needed. He gave a few options regarding extras and explained those as well. He did an excellent installation job, and made sure that everything was working properly when we turned the water back on (bleeding out air from pipes, etc). . I’d definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family

Kevin was the Customer Service Rep that came to my house. He is also a very skilled repair/maintaince tech. He arrived on time, was very professional, educated me about a number of items, made some small adjustments to my system and concluded after checking the entire system that it was running very well. Kevin did a very good job. He represented the company very well.
