Bathroom tub wasn't draining properly. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional, The problem was old owner installed a piece that was wrong for the type of shower. Literally took under 5 minutes for him to figure out. Didn't make me feel incompetent for not knowing. Gave me a tip to to save money on a part we discussed based on a question i had asked. More importantly Didn't try to do something more or add services that weren't needed ..AKA...HONEST!! I think his name is Kevin. Would definately use again if we have another problem. Kevin would be good for teaching others about great customer service.

5 stars is not enough. I have had many issues that they have attended to. Plumbing and electric.*Matt and his team* have been amazing. Efficient, on time, respectful, and knowledgable. As a new person to AZ, I was beyond impressed. I joined there membership and its paid for itself 100x over. Their pricing is great as I own a very old home. I would trust them with any of my houses, and wanted to share how appreciative I am of their team and company. I will continue to use them in all my properties. You will not be disappointed.Thank you for all you do!!!!!!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We tried to install a new thermostats and it blew a fuse. 2 staff members came out, fixed the error and installed the new thermostat for us! They were super friendly, informative and kept us up to date with they were doing. Thanks soo much!

I've worked with Amy & Mark of A&M Mechanical for the better part of a decade starting with my first home purchase. They've earned my trust beginning with our first interaction that continues to this day. They, as the operators, and their crew of technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and trustworthy as they've maintained my various brands of HVAC units and thermostats. They do a great job explaining issues when I want to dive deep and better understand the system or warranties and have always appeared happy to do so.

I recently hired Klein Heating and cooling to replace 2 shut-off valves for our washing machine as well one for our outside faucet. All three shut-offs were seized and were in need of replacement. Klein Heating and cooling technician was able to provide me with a quote right away by text after sending him pictures of the shut-offs that needed replacing. He is great to deal with! His pricing is very competitive and his work is first-rate. I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing issues.

AC went out over night on a Sunday. EXCELLENT response. Never imagined I would have Kirkland at my door by 9:00 AM. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and found a bad contact switch that fixed the problem. Lesser companies can be found who would take this opportunity to upsell a capacitor or other component. Kirkland fixed the only real problem, resulting in a very reasonable service cost - ALL ON A SUNDAY. How often does that happen? Good job.
