J’s heating and cooling is the place to hire. After getting over 8 estimates for a new AC unit J’s has the best deal. He answered all my questions and most importantly was not trying to up sell me. He got the unit that I wanted and installed my thermostat. Thanks J’s heating and cooling I am ready for the summer!!

I contacted this company again today to address my ac service needs. The technician they sent to me was very keen, smart, and could fix the unit the same day. I am amazed at this guy and this company. The service was worthy of a five-star rating. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

Kane Clark from ProSkill Services came out to service our under-sink water filter, water softener, and water heater. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He checked the water pressure and it was hovering around 85psi during the day, so at night it would likely get as high as 100psi or more when people aren't using their water. He recommended installing a pressure regulator, provided a quote and talked through what he would do. I decided to do it and he was back out in a few days and did an excellent job. We couldn’t have asked for better service with Newman Commercial Refrigeration . They were very prompt when calling to set up appointments and giving the estimate cost of our problem. When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.

Treats their employees like day labors.

First time this company came out, Mike, the service guy was unable to fix the heat. He did say it was fixed and was only here 10 minutes but no heat was working. I called and complained and the general manager came out with another service worker for about an hour and a half and fixed my heat. It turned out to be the thermostat after he checked and was able to replace it but gave no reason as to why Mike said nothing was wrong.

Excellent work. J really solved our problem with the thermostat. Of course it was not a Larson supplied thermostat that was fai ling to work properly. The Larson supplied thermostat that Jay installed appears to be working very well.
