Not having a dishwasher is the biggest nightmare ever! i went into a panic when i noticed it stopped working and I called these people and BOOM....got an appt for the very next day and the dishwasher was fixed within 3 days.

I went through Universal to have solar put on my house. My representative, Alan was amazing!! He took the time to explain the process and how everything worked. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about helping his customers. He is extremely efficient and always responds quickly. Shortly after having the panels installed, my bill started to dramatically drop. I would highly recommend them and especially Alan if you're considering going solar.
