When it came time to replace/upgrade our 20 year old heat pump, Tom and Steve @ Mountainside Air came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive, professional and took time to walk us through our various options and the pros/cons of each. When installing the unit, the attention to detail, quality, and personal pride in their work was obvious. Would highly recommend.

When I called I told the dispatcher that I have 2 old English bulldogs that don't do well in the heat and fortunately she managed to schedule a service call for that same day. Greg, the Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration technician who came to my house saw immediately that it was the batteries in the thermostat. Although I was embarrassed that I should have recognized that problem myself, he was great about it and the A/C was working again. I'd also like to thank Calvin, the dispatcher.This is why I've been an Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration customer for almost a decade.

The crew showed up on time at 6;45 am to replace two split system 25 year old Trane units. The new units were a 3 ton gas split system and 3.5 ton gas split system Trane 14 seer. They started right away one unit at a time, removed all the old system from the attic and the outside ground mount portion the reinstalled the new equipment. Finished both up and running by 5.15 pm cleaned up and removed all the old pieces and parts. Great job and a great price that matched the estimate.

I contacted this company and spoke with Jessica, who is the CS Rep and Approval clerk. She handled my inquiry of wanting to know basic quotes for modifications and an air Handler replacement. She was very unprofessional, extremely impatient, non accommodating & rude. She got toneful with the customer when I asked to speak with her Boss, Terra. She completely refused my request, kept trying to block me from speaking with her. Kept making up excuses that there was no option to email, leave a voicemail or msg on a direct extension. This is the kind of customer service that will deter customers from ever working with you and may bring that business down. You work with American Home Shield Warranty as one of the top 3 contractors, then why does your CS clerk not know her job or to better handle customers who ask simple questions. She also hung up on me on purpose and prevented me from reaching out to a service tech or the Boss because she knows she handled me unprofessionally. The Office Manager was no different with the way she handled customers implying that her rep was not rude for hanging up on a customer on purpose. They both ought to get terminated immediately for Bad Customer Service and having No integrity for handling a retired AF Veteran in that manner. Bad for Business.I was trying to explain that I already had a svs tech come out from another company and diagnosed the problem. I knew what needed to be repaired and only needed a quote for the job. She didnt allow me to explain myself and insisted on another svs tech to come out so Id.get charged again. That alone was rude. Why should you rip a customer off for something that was done already. Please read some negative reviews down below and correct your bad Business practices because next I'm reporting you to BBB and Consumer Affairs. Thank you

My tech was on time and fixed the rattle I was experiencing so it stopped rattling. He was very professional in his work. When we turn on the air he knew right away what the problem was. This is why I always recommend Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration to all my friends when they need heating and air repairs.

The technician was very nice, we had him come out for a diagnostic. The gentleman told us our motor blower went out and it would $1300 for repair. When we had our family come out to replace the $300 motor. Turns out the transformer was bad and our motor was completely fine. Unfortunately we paid $120 for a false diagnosis. Glad we didn’t pay the $1300 and did more investigating ourself.

Derek was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly. He was quick to respond, figured out the problem and got it fixed. Best HVAC person I've used so far. I wish I had him for my projects previously.

Our family has used Mountain A/C for maintenance and a few repairs on an old unit. They are always kind and prompt and get the job done quickly and for a very fair price. Well, the unit died in June...hottest day of the year. Mountain A/C got us up and running while we waited for a new unit. Our new A/C was installed within days, right on time! It's a big financial impact when these break, but Mountain A/C, again, is very fair and knowledgeable and gets the job done so we can go about being comfortable in our home when it feels like a billion degrees outside. Highly recommend this company!

Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.
