Just had our semi-annual checkup with Day and Night and they were absolutely great again. Their customer service is fantastic. David, our technician was thorough, honest, explained and documented everything. He made sure I understood what was needed on our aging system. We have been using Day and Night for years. Truly a top notch company in every sense.

We had Scottsdale Air out to fix an issue with our HVAC unit. The tech, John Areikat, did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable and friendly. System was installed last year and this inspection was to make sure everything was in working order.. We are satisfied with the inspection and are happy with the system as it operates.
Well after 3 mornings of work by your people we think the problem has been solved. We thank you for the attention your staff has given it and expect it now to be trouble free.

Our air conditioner was not working properly so we had a tech from here come out through our home warranty. They thought they had the issue fixed but ended up being something else. We called back and they were able to send another tech out named Jason within 2 days and he diagnosed the underlying problem quickly and had it repaired the same day. The techs were both on time or even a little early and we're very professional. Jason helped us navigate through prices/costs. I would recommend this company for future ac problems.

Howard air was great. Our initial consultant was Tanner. He did an excellent job explaining the entire process and had a lot of knowledge both about the company and system we were looking at installing. One thing that stood out was the lack of pressure he put us. He provided all of the information and we asked for some time to think about it. Without hesitation he said ok. Rob and Abel, the installers were awesome. They showed up on time and communicated with us about the start of the install and when they would expect to be finished. I would recommend Howard Air to anyone that is in the market for a new AC system. We were more worried about the quality of service when shopping and i believe with Howard Air we found what we were looking for. Thank you Howard Air and all of the people working there.

I am very grateful to have this guy today as my partner. I was amazed when he arrived at my place too early and straightly did the maintenance for the central ac and dryer vent cleaning I needed.
