If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible. Worst Customer Service. I could not believe the response I got or the way I was treated. Absolutely no communication or time frame.
We got a new A/C unit from them in 2011. It has a 10 year warranty on all parts. Yesterday evening the A/C went out, called them at 7 am this morning to have someone come out. It is now 12:30 on and no one has responded, called, or shown up. I just called them back to figure out what's going on, and the guy that answered the phone couldn't answer my question. He said he would send another message to the on call guy, and that I should get a call back in 15 minutes. I explained again as I did in the first call, we have children and animals in the house and we need to know if someone is coming. All he could tell me was to wait 15 minutes and see if the on call guy calls me, if not I could call back or he suggested I could call another company to come out. I told him again that it is under warranty and asked how that would work. He just told me to see what happens in 15 minutes.

This is the second time Day and Night has been out. The first time they came out was when I first moved in fall of 2020. I had a DIY fail and had guests coming that were going to need the guest bathroom. They came out the next day and helped fix the plumbing problem which was simple and sold me the maintenance agreement. Fast forward to almost a year later they called to schedule an appointment with the maintenance agreement. Byron was personable and professional. He did a whole house inspection and there were a couple things he found. I probably didn’t need to get it done today because my home warranty company does cover plumbing issues. Saying that, his honesty and willingness to explain things and answer my questions I decided to do some of the work found today. Thank you Byron and thank you Day and Night for standing out in a lack of customer service and integrity era.

A few years ago I had REEis replace an an old AC unit. They moved the interior components of a spilt system from a wall closet to the attic. They great job, very happy when the result. Though recently I called them to have another system replaced and never heard back from them,

We got our HVAC unit repaired from Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company. Technicians were attentive and cleaned it wonderfully. Its working as new.

I agree with all of the good reviews here. We moved to Arizona in 2009 and have used Howard Air ever since for servicing, and a new installation on one occasion. There has never been an occasion when I have thought ' Maybe I'll try somebody else next time '. Professional, quality, service and pricing'- that's Howard Air for me. Have never been without a working system at any time.

I had this HVAC company for my heat and air conditioning repair needs that I needed for our system. Their technician was able to come out one hour later and even called me 30 mins before his arrival. He promptly went to work with the problem I had with my system and had it fixed on the spot. I strongly recommend their services for your HVAC problems!
