He's thorough in fixing up the problem. He then replaced the damaged one the same day. Everything was back to normal after the process. It was a perfect repair. I liked the quality. Today 5/04 at 4.30am one of your drivers in Queen Creek decided to be on his phone checking messages on Queen Creek rd from Ironwood to Ellsworth. He was going 30 in a 45 with him sometimes speeding up to 45 and then slowing down constantly. He was holding up traffic because he needed to be on his phone checking messages. That road usually has no traffic at that time but there was a line cars because your guy was too busy on his phone while driving and holding up traffic.
And yes I could see he was on his phone, I was right behind him.

Terrible experience with this place. They took my money but never came to fix my HVAC system. I called multiple times to follow up during business hours and my call was not answered. Terribly unprofessional, took my money, and didn’t deliver my service. DO NOT USE.

My go-to company for HVAC work in AZ. They’ve been awesome for many many years. Love the updates they give when service techs have been assigned and when they are on their way, completely professional and respectful of customers time.

We had cold air in n hour and half from initial phone call. I would recommend this company and definitely be using them again.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

United rental really helped me when our water tower went down. they had one delivered and setup the same day and had us up and running in a couple hours. thanks
