Jeremy is who we have always spoke to, and he keeps his customers best interests at heart. Jeremy took the time to let our home know what was going on every step of the way when we needed to replace our AC unit. He calls back as soon as he can if he happens to miss our call. We appreciate that he makes sure our home is cool especially in the hot summer. We would recommend to friends and family.

I have been using A1 Heating &Air llc for several years now and can confidently say that they are a great team of professionals. Their service is exceptional, and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and quality service.

My interactions with my service technician David and calls with Earl in the office were all handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Scott was simply great. He came as promised within the hour after my call, found the fan on the AC unit had burned out motor and replaced it and got the unit working. All done within one hour after he arrived. This work was on the roof with temperature around 108F. This was on a Sunday afternoon about 4:00 pm.
I recommend Airforce1 to anyone who needs prompt response and good work done by one who is committed to good service.

Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Urgent Air is a fantastic family owned and operated company. I have been a customer for 10+ years. They are honest, reliable and reasonably priced!

Recruiter from a recruitment service reached out to me to hire me for this company. I was hired, did good work, then a month and a half into it (after getting a car loan) I was informed that I was hired as a temp and let go. I spoke to the recruiter that talked with me and they believed it was a permanent position. This company views people as disposable and expendable and will be dishonest and mislead you. Stay away.

A-rated is an incredible ac business! Their employees were responsive, respectful, on time, and explained the cause and solution to our problem well. The price was more than reasonable especially since they were able to help us quickly.

Very thorough service and very considerate. Highly recommended.

This company is GREAT! They make you feel as if you are their only customer with every interaction! The owner is knowledgeable and very hands on with each project. I highly recommend using ERIS!

I had a problem with my dryer and called Total Air and Appliances. They were able to respond within a couple hours but I chose to schedule a time 2 days out. They were very accommodating. They ended up running a little late (prior appointment, traffic or whatever) but to me this was no big deal because it happens and they were very professional in calling and letting me know and then calling again as soon as they were on their way. This to me is way more important then running a little behind. When they arrived they were apologetic and got right to work. They diagnosed the problem and provided a quote in less then 30 minutes. I approved the work, they showed me the packaged parts they were using and finished up very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone. They are profession, knowledgeable, quick and affordable. Their prices were very fair! Thank you Total Air and Appliances!!

I've known and used RSA for all my service needs for over 30 years. They aren't only reliable, they are affordable and honest. I've shopped their numbers and they've always been competitive. Randy is an amazing owner. I've known them since Mike used to be with them. Great family owned business. They do both residential and commercial work.

They are Great!!! The technician that can to my home was fantastic! He explained everything and made it easy to understand the A/C repair he was doing. He had us up and running within 45 mins!! Thank you for the great service!!

Multiple Problems After Install/Sloppy

They were the cheapest of their competitors, and they got the job done within a quick time frame. Beyond that, its been bad.
-after a $500 Sunday morning plumber fee, then another snake fee of about $150, we discovered PHX Air Dept had dropped a piece of PVC from their job in our sewer line. When we called them to report it and ask for compensation, they fought us on it and then only paid a fraction of the costs. Even though the entirety of our plumbing problem was their fault
-on their job they weren’t careful when navigating the attic and stepped on our can light causing a huge hole in the ceiling (to their credit they did fix this a few days later)
- months later we noticed a water leak out of that same can light after a bad storm; called a roofer who noted the seal around our AC unit is weak, they didn’t use a critical piece under the unit, and the general appearance of the AC unit install was messy; this repair is costing ANOTHER $500
PHX Air Dept was quick and cheap, unless you factor in the multitude of problems you’re setting up for down the road.
