Great company! They were really quick getting to my place so I wouldn't be left without AC, and the technician who came was really good and knowledgeable. Would definitely reccomend for others.

I have several issues going on. I have multiple filters. I had another company out and they were unable to fix it but told me a valve was broken and needed replaced. They recommended Parker and Sons. It was great because they were able to come out first thing the next morning. The service guy was able to replace 2 of the 3 filters but was unable to change the 3rd filter because he didn’t have that particular filter. He was able to determine the valve did not need replaced saving me over $600 (I even watched him turn the valve off then back on). They sent another guy that afternoon to replace the 3rd filter, and oddly enough, the valve was now not working, again. I watched it work that morning and watched it not work that same afternoon. He recommended to replace the valve, but also recommended adding a valve for this particularly troubled filter to make it easier in the future. So the guy that came out in the morning is coming out tomorrow morning again to replace the valve, add a valve, and change the filter which the 2nd guy left with me. So it’s been a process but their availability to send someone to service same or next day (I’m about 45 minutes from town so I’m not as easy to get to as someone who lives in town), overall they’re getting it done for me. Just requires a bit of patience since their service people specialize in different things and in my case, it is wasn’t a one man job. Overall I’m happy and will call them in the future since the local company I used prior is no longer in business, I think they retired.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience with an A/C team! Goliath Mechanical came out to my house and got me a barn new unit for the beat rate I could ever find! If anyone needs a great team this is the one!!

Quinton arrived right on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and reviewed the results my HVAC inspection with me. He even offered to sweep up the tiny bit of dust and insulation that fell when he came down from the attic. That is the same professionalism, kindness, and courtesy I have experienced with each technician for my semiannual HVAC inspections/maintenance.

George went above and beyond in getting our air conditioner working! He also took the time to make sure Carrier transferred the warranty from the previous owner to us. His maintenance plan is a “no brainer” for anyone living in the Arizona heat. I highly recommend Air Control!

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. We found ourselves in a very hard spot, having both our AC units go out at once. We where nervous about how big of a job it was going to be BUT Adam treated us with such care and understanding. He walked us through the problem, explained what we needed to do, and gave us plenty of time to think about it. For us It was very clear his name was more then a brand it was his culture... he treated us like a good Neighbor would. We hired him and he delivered on time, professional, and clean. Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.

I first encountered Five Star Air at the Home and Garden Show in Phoenix. I was looking for help with purchasing wall unit for a spare bedroom. Chuck came out, did an analysis of the current system in my house, cleaned debris from the ducts, and adjusted vents. The adjustments worked and I did not need an additional unit. Since then I have been using Five Star Air for annual maintenance. Chuck is knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend Five Star for HVAC repair, installation and maintenance.

Last Tuesday morning, we called this company for a repairing service because our unit was having a system issue. Yossi was their technician who repaired our unit.
