Before hiring Simon, I already hired a couple of contractors who work for big chain plumbing companies to fix my shower valve water humming problems. Neither of them fixed my water-hamming issues, but they all charged an arm and leg for a visit; one even drilled a big hole in my shower wall, and I had to patch it on my own. I was so frustrated and about to give up on it.



One day, my kitchen sink got clogged, and I found Simon’s service on Google based on his pristine five stars reviews, and it was the best decision I ever made this year. Simon came in and fixed the kitchen sink in no time, and I requested him to look at my shower pipe water humming issue. Simon did not drill any holes in my wall. Instead, he was very professional and examined every inch of the cartridge and valve. He quickly addressed the root cause and pointed out that it was the missing aftermarket check valve causing the water humming, and he went to many hardware stores and never gave it up. He tried all the possible ones on the market, and neither of those check valves works. In the end, I was going to give up, but Simon did not; he engineered a way that customized the shower cartridge and check valves, and he made it.



I am so happy about the outcome of Simon’s service, not only because he knows his job but also because he never gives up on his project. More importantly, he charges very reasonably for his service. So, every penny you spend is well worth it. I’d recommend Simon to everyone, and you won’t regret it.

Simon installed a brand new water heater for us with 2-days notice, as our old one had a slow leak and was about to bite the dust. Simon took the time to let me know a bit about which makes/models are of decent quality, how to research them, so I could make an informed choice. His info was accurate and we selected to have a 50 gallon Bedford White installed. Simon had me send him photos to ensure the new water heater would fit, check fittings, etc. Simon got the job done in the time he said he would and charged reasonable prices. We are very satisfied and would utilize Simon again.

I needed a bathtub faucet replaced. I called a few of the bigger chain companies for an estimate and they said they'd need to send someone over to even give me a ballpark estimate or they were booked for a week out.



I called Simon and he answered. I explained what I needed and he said to text him a pic. I did and he immediately sent me back a (very reasonable) price. He was able to come later that day.



One thing that impressed me was that before he entered the house, he put on booties to make sure he didn't dirty my floor. He did what needed to be done and was VERY tidy when done. Great work.



He had to do another job recently and again was very prompt, responsive and respectful.



Seriously if you need any plumbing work done, Simon should be your only call. I just hope he doesn't get SO busy he's not too busy if I need his services again.

Simon and his brother replaced the main water line to my house, which had the old galvanized lines. Because there was so much concrete around the property, they ran a completely new line into the house. While they were there, they also added shut off valves to several out door other lines. They did a great job and, maybe more importantly lately, showed up on time and were very courteous. Since this repair, I’ve called Simon on two other plumbing related issues and he has always been quick to respond, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Simon’s plumbing.

Simon was incredible! Our drain clogged on Christmas Eve (of course!) and we were worried about finding a plumber that could come same-day. I quickly read through reviews and gave Simon a call. I had a burst water pipe from the meter to my house. Simon was there less than 30 minutes after calling in the service visit to inspect the situation and confirm the work and they had a team out early next morning to perform the work. They were performing the repair while I was in the office and, despite having to trench through about 15 feet of caliche using a jackhammer, they were done by the time I was home for dinner. Simon and his brother, Alex, came out today to repair our shower valve and replace our kitchen faucet. They were prompt, and very professional. Simon showed me what was wrong with our shower valve and why he used the particular replacement part he chose. I really appreciated that. I have a better understanding of what we have and why it is worth keeping and simply repairing it (rather than replacing it). I have had another plumber in the past, but he was too busy to come out. I came across Simon’s Plumbing while conducting a search on Nextdoor App. I’m so glad I did! Not only is Simon responsive, he’s punctual, informative, delivers quality service & is very reasonable. We had a water hammer in our home for as long as I can remember. We used several plumbers over the years to fix the problem but it never worked. And then we met Simon. Finding the source of a water hammer is not easy to identify but Simon and his team were determined to find it. Simon came out same day to unclog our main sewer line. He was extremely professional, polite, honest, and explained everything upfront. He tested the main line a few times to ensure everything was running smoothly. Excellent and friendly customer service. We were doing a bathroom remodel that converted a walk-in shower to a bathtub/shower on a third floor apartment-style condo. The plumber that was going to install our tub bailed on us and we were in a bind. We needed a plumber to install the bathtub before the flooring could be installed, which was less than a week away. We contacted several plumbers on a Saturday, and Simon was one of the two who agreed to come out and look at the project and give us a bid that same day. Simon was the first to look at our space. He was very professional and explained to us even better than the previous plumber exactly what the process would entail. He was very knowledgeable, having experience with both commercial and residential plumbing issues. He said he could get us on his schedule, but with such short notice he would have to charge a premium, and advised us to talk to others to see if we could get a better deal. We did, and Simon was hands down the most knowledgeable and the most comfortable with doing the work. Being on the third floor of an apartment-style condo, with the possibility of leaks affecting neighbors below, was a nerve-wracking position to be in, but Simon seemed unfazed. And not in an arrogant, over-confident way, but in the way of someone who is experienced and skilled at their job. We agreed to pay the premium to secure Simon for the job and we couldn't be happier with the work he did. He followed up with installing the shower fixtures a couple weeks later when the tile was completed. We have worked with several plumbers over the last couple of decades of being homeowners, and Simon and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The best we've worked with so far, in fact. We look forward to hiring them for any plumbing work we might have in the future.

Friday morning, I woke up to find that I had a clog in my house's main line - a recurring issue for me, due to a belly in the line that results in a clog around once a year or so - and when my usual plumber wasn't available, I called around for an another plumber. I talked to several that either 1) don't do this work, or 2) weren't available that day. I finally found Simon, who promised to come that same afternoon. I was impressed by his responsiveness and clear communication. I also was impressed by his perfect 5-star rating over 200+ reviews. It turns out that his rating is well deserved! Simon texted me when he was on his way, and arrived at exactly his promised time. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and is very thorough in his work. And his price is very reasonable. After being out of town for the day, I came home and went out to the mailbox to get the mail. As I'm walking back to the house I notice some water leaking out of the ground. I dug down a bit thinking it was an irrigation issue, turned off the water to the irrigation valves and it was still leaking. I Googled plumbers near me and found Simon's with a 5 star rating. I called and they were out on a Sunday within 2 hours. The diagnosis was the water main coming into the house from the street had sprung a leak (our home is 40 years old). He said he could fix it, but it would only be a band-aid and would like spring a leak again due the age of the installed piping and would 1/3 of the price to replace the entire line. He gave me some sage advice to make sure we had water for all the 'essentials' for the rest of the day and the following day and to turn off the water to the house and only turn it back on if we needed to. We both took quick showers, filled up some buckets and turned the water off. He said they'd be back in the morning at 0800 to start the work. I didn't hear anything so went outside at 0830 and they were peeling back the rock and starting to dig. By 1400, the water was back on and by 1730, they had backfilled the almost 4' deep trench and were gone. Other than the rock being slightly off color being mixed with some of the dirt (which will go away with some rain... someday). You'd never know they were here. I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness, work ethic, quality of work, and price. They were all very nice and thorough and will be my go to plumber in the future. Simon and team, you are plumbing rock stars in my book.

I have to share my experience with both Simon and Alex. They are knowledgeable caring and show up fast! They want to help I only have 1 bathroom in my house and within 40 min of calling Simon was knocking on my front door it was after 6:30 pm. I had gotten their number from a friend of mine who recommended they ad said they are the one plumbing company they will ever use. I had called Christian Brothers and they are terrible they charged me and didn’t want to help at all they said they couldn’t get on the roof… and told me that’s what I needed to do!

Simon spent 3 hours doing various plumbing projects, most notably with replacing multiple pieces attached to the main water line (hose bib, pressure regulator, main shut off valve) and it came out great. I also texted him about another issue I noticed about 2 hours after he initially left, and he was back over in 15 minutes. Incredibly reliable and knowledgeable.

Honestly, with any new house purchase there's much to consider with what problems lie behind the scenes on a property, plumbing being one of the largest concerns (simply because it can easily be exponential issue that isn't always foreseen)-- but, Simon made that "inevitable" easy, and convenient by customizing his schedule to fit mine, was extremely reliable and always on time, he thoroughly explained what was needing done and why, and walked me through it step by step. I've called on Simon to replace plumbing 6ft down, for basic plumbing maintenance, and a water heater replacement. Simon is always on time, and personable. Had a water leak when the water shut off handle to the toilet broke at 10pm on Christmas eve. Simon was the only plumber that was willing to come out immediately. He showed up within 30 minutes, was extremely professional and fixed the leak and the toilet in no time. His prices are excellent and it was an all around wonderful experience. This reminded me that I never posted a comment for him and his crews work last December. On a Sunday four days before Christmas we discovered a major water leak. Called Simone in the afternoon and explained the issue and he showed up shortly after with a crew. Simone didn't want us to go without water so they worked late into the night to replace piping to get the water back on. The next day they showed back up to replace the sod that needed to be removed. I didn't take any final pictures which is a shame. After Simone's work you couldn't even tell they had to rip up the lawn. The pipe was excavated, Simon replaced the damaged pipe, He reccomend and installed clean outs, and confirmed the repair.

Our house plumbing was making noises it shouldn’t and the drains were starting to back up this morning. Another plumbing service had said they might be here by 5:00 p.m. but we were worried about the disaster that could arrive before then. I found Simon Plumbing thru good reviews in NextDoor so I called and Simon was here within an hour. We had some complicated problems with our 35-year-old plumbing, but he was quite helpful in explaining it all and getting our clog cleared and our water back on. Very pleasant to deal with, very professional, and prompt!

We had a major back up in our main drain on a Sunday 3 days after another company unclogged our drain 3 days before. We had overflowing bathrooms everywhere. I called 2 other big companies that gave me a very wishy washy timeline on when they would be able to come. We had a birthday party for our 9 year old son in a few hours and were expecting about 25 guests. I called Simon and left a voice mail. He texted me in a few minutes saying he would call me soon. He called me quickly back and when I explained the problem and the upcoming event, he immediately offered to drive over. He was there in less than 30 minutes. Immediately looked for the clean outs, first gave me an estimate before starting his work. We didn't know where all the clean outs were so he had to climb the roof and find the main to unclog the blockage. He went above and beyond. He saved the day before guests arrived. We returned home to find water dripping from an exterior wall. We called Simon and were lucky that he responded so quickly. He spent hours working in 106 degree heat removing the stucco and wet OSB. He then installed all the new plumbing with higher grade copper and made sure to give us the contact info of a trusted stucco repair person we could use (Note: he let us know ahead of time that we would need to contract someone for that portion).



The work was done quickly, with high quality materials all while maintaining a professional and personable demeanor. We have used a number of plumbers over the years and Simon is certainly the best.

I was going to replace my kitchen faucet myself yesterday and I couldn't remove the main nut holding the faucet to the basin. I needed a pro. I called Simon's Plumbing but Simon had a full day of appointments today and I let him know I couldn't really wait. He was at my door in 15 mins. He said the threads were damaged, so he got out his reciprocating saw and cut it right off! Knowing he had a full day, he asked if I could finish it myself. I was happy to, now the hard part was completed! He then took my new faucet, put things where they go and quickly went over what needed to be done. It was a breeze! I ended up saving myself $150 because he was so awesome! I would definitely use him again if I needed a professional, reasonable, honest plumber!

Easy 5 star rating! We had a major disaster with our main line getting backed up and had sewage coming up through all of our showers and this happened on a Friday night, we called Simon and he came straight over and spent hours fixing our problem and clearing our lines. He then came back the next day to help fix a few more issues. Not only was he professional but he was also very efficient and did a great job with cleaning up. I am so impressed and we definitely found our go to guy with all of our plumbing needs.

It turned out to be much bigger but Simon was definitely up for the job; the leaky pipe was in tight space and high up but Simon was able to custom bend and fit a new copper pipe segment to replace the pinholed one. We discovered a water leak in our front yard and called our regular plumber. After realizing that they were not open the week after Christmas, I went on Nextdoor to look for a recommendation and saw Simon Plumbing was highly regarded. Simon arrived within an hour after placing the call and had our issue diagnosed very quickly. He determined it was likely a city of Phoenix issue as the leak was in the meter area. Although the city would be coming out to repair the issue, Simon declined payment for the call and even offered to come back the same evening in the dark and rain to do a temporary repair at no cost just to hold us over until the city does the repair. Simon did all the plumbing repair/upgrades for my home remodel. Bathrooms (rerouting pipes, faucets, toilets), kitchen (dishwasher, garbage disposal, RO system, faucet, water line) and all new valves throughout the house. I contacted Simon regarding a bad gate valve that was no longer closing all the way, and as a result I could not shut off water to the irrigation system. He responded in a very timely fashion, even saying that I could contact him after hours if needed.



The valve that needed replacement was very difficult to get to, buried in stucco, and almost flush against the side of the house. He was able to replace it beautifully, with no damage to the house, and only removed the bare minimum of stucco required to replace the old gate valve with a new ball valve. Fantastic quality workmanship!

Simon and Alex did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodels. They refitted the plumbing in two bathrooms and installed a new bathtub in the guest bathroom. The master shower is now set to accommodate a handheld shower wand, regular shower head and a rainfall shower head. Beautiful work, expedient service and both are friendly and professional guys. I called Simon's plumbing today, they showed up a few hours later, texting me 20 minutes prior to showing up, they were polite and professional and they unclogged my drain and educated me on how to do it in the future. I had him give me an estimated quote over the phone and he charged me less than he quoted since it was a quick easy fix. Very reasonable, I would highly recommend this company and I will myself use them again if any need arises.

Simon blew me away when he said he would be to my house in 30 min to take care of a toilet that started leaking that morning. He showed up early, found the issue, broke down the cost, and executed. Simon Plumbing came out to our rental property, assessed the issue and came up with a plan to get a very tough drain issue figured out. Two other valley plumbers were not able to isolate the problem and left it unfixed. He's helped us with countless plumbing ordeals that have come up over the past couple of years. He's helped us make the choice to NOT yet replace a water heater despite its age (when it would have been easy to recommend a replacement), installed a total of four new toilets for us, replaced a hose spigot on the side of our house (broken by surprise when it was yanked too hard), replaced a water shutoff to our washing machine (rusted over, so it broke when the washer was moved), and then replaced SEVENTEEN more water shutoffs in the rest of the house after a few more turned out to be rusted over and easily broken. He also REinstalled three toilets after floor installers didn't properly do so after temporarily removing them, and finally replaced a water heater (not the one he recommended we keep - that one is still kicking). He's responsive, reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced.

Simon has helped us and my parents with plumbing issues multiple times. He has high integrity. There have been 2 times where he could've charged us more but didn't. The first I accidentally paid more than the invoice and he brought my money back to me before I realized it. The second, my parents had a clog and it turned out the pool guy left a pipe blocking the exit pipe from the house. He didn't charge my parents anything despite driving all the way to their house and diagnosing the problem. He easily could've ripped them off because it seemed like a much bigger problem but Simon offered to do it free of charge.



He had fixed multiple things for us since we found out about him and he is always quick to respond and complete the work. His work is always high quality and you can tell he cares about doing work that lasts.

Simon is great. Said he would be at our home at a certain time and he was. He surveyed the project, gave us a cost, then came back an hour or so and knocked the entire project out. Price is a tad on the higher side, but given the service he provides, it was well worth it. I would recommend him to anyone, and I'd use him again for sure.

Simon was able to remove a calcified bonnet nut on a shower valve that I could not break free. His skill and experience was obvious. He spent several minutes slowly working the nut until it eventually released. He saved me a much bigger expense by not having to break out tile and replace the entire valve. I also had him replace my house's main water supply gate valve with a ball valve. Excellent work.

Highly recommend Simon. Simon showed up quickly. Found the problem (part of sewer main clogged) and fixed it quickly. I appreciate that he spent the time to explain what he was doing: snake first from sewer breakout point because it was easier access point, and if that won't work then from roof access. Luckily the easier path worked.

Simon did a great job replaced our waterline from the city line to the house our water pressure to the house was at 110psi very high

and now at the correct psi. In addition found a broken irrigation line(old system). Without Simon we would not have discover the broken irrigation line, now that everything is resolved. I'll definately call Simon's Plumbing if I need service again. He is prompt, professional, courteous, and fair with pricing. A little context, I called a national company that I had used years ago, they showed up over 3 hours late and they quoted 3 times as much as what Simon's charged. I will use Simon's Plumbing for all future issues.

What fabulous service! Simon came out within an hour of being called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for the promised price, even though it took hours longer than expected! So wonderful to have courteous and reliable service, will definitely call him again for plumbing needs!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Simon and his brother Alex. They were absolutely professional and courteous the entire time they were working on our plumbing re-route, moving our hot and cold lines from the slab to our attic (in AUGUST). We found Simon through his 5 star reviews on both Google and Yelp, and when we called, he was at our house the same day. He made himself available every step of the way - volunteering to come out at the same time as the leak detection company so he could share information with them, to walking us through what our available solutions were. I really respect when a specialist takes the time to explain their work to you (no one likes feeling condescended to or taken advantage of), and Simon very respectfully explained everything he did. At each step of his work, he showed us what he had done, and took every opportunity to improve the existing imperfections in our plumbing he noticed while working, (for example, turning the new drainage line at a better angle so the cleanout could be easily accessed behind a closet wall instead of needing to remove our entire toilet). He also noticed our water pressure was really low, so fixed that for us too. Both Simon and Alex took absolute care protecting our floors and possesions while they worked - you can tell they truly care about doing a good job and doing what's best for your house. We came home from vacation overseas at night and had to discover that we had a water leakage somewhere, I could hear the water running and the backyard was soaking wet. Terrific experience as you can imagine. I called several „so called 24hrs plumbers“ before I got to Simons plumbing company. The companies I called before Simons, one was actually Rooters, didn’t want to come on a Sunday night (9:30pm) and just said they had appointments all through the night(!!). Anyhow, Simons plumbing were extremely nice and understanding, and 15 minutes later at our home and solved the issue! (Broken pool-water-stopper) From now on this is my plumbing company to go! So friendly and professional, I really recommend them to everybody!

My hot water heater required service related to a rupture in the Resin bed of my water softener. Simon came over same day, flushed out the hot water heater and provided guidance on working with the water softener installer to correct further valve issues they were liable for. Great job.

My kitchen sink wasn’t draining and the disposal was regurgitating gunk back into the sink. I called another company, Rooter Ranger, to come and fix it; but they failed to declog the drain after attempting to snake it four times (and then proceeded to take a camera up on the roof and all sorts of other things before presenting me with an enormous estimate for other work). We had air pressure in our water pipes and sent an inquiry through the website. Simon responded quickly considering it was a Sunday, but not an emergency. When he arrived, we talked through what we were experiencing (air pressure and water hammer). We agreed for him to come back the next day to begin the work. He was very thorough in finding the source of the problem, testing the areas needed to find the source of the problem. The work he did to find, test and fix only took a few hours. called simon and he was at our home in less than one hour. pipes in house were humming. thought maybe was problem with water heater. simon diagnosed quickly water heater was not the problem. he found leak and corroded part on outside line controlling water pressure. he was able to fix problem immediately. timely service and excellent work was outstanding.

If you want the job done right the first time, Simon is your man! He was able to properly assess and fix my plumbing problems after explaining my options regarding the cost effectiveness of replacing parts in a Jacuzzi tub spigot or replacing the entire spigot. Additionally, when he had to shut off water at the main line, he noted a serious leak in a pipe feeding my outdoor irrigation system. He explained my options and with my permission came back that night to upgrade and fixed this problem.

It is hard to find professional who really care about solving your problem and doing it right. Over a year in a half I had my entire house re-piped and two-bathroom remodel. Although Simon did not do the plumbing (he should have) he helped me track down a hammer problem in my pipes where root problem was in my master bathroom. The repiping specialist came out and determine it was not the pipes. The contractor came out and said it was a pressure issue. I was left with hiring Simon to track down the problem and fix it. Simon told us it could be cause by several things. He had us run some test and then recommended a water pressure gage. After replacing the water pressure regulator and fixing rotted out water system valves the problem was not fixed. I was truly worried; I was on my own. The next day Simon called me and told him he would come buy and run more test. He methodically went through different things that could be the issue. He started with the faucets in the bathroom and finally found out that I had a bad valve in the shower handle temperature control that was not even a year old. He replaced the part and I have no more knocking in my pipes. He only charged me for the part because he said it was more important to solve the problem. I really appreciate him taking the time and helping solve my problems. I now can get all my holes from repiping repasted and get back to a normal life after 1-1/2 of updates!!! Called Simon this morning because we had low water pressure. Not only did he get here immediately but after about two hours of work he stayed out here until the City of Phoenix showed up to make sure that they fixed the issue on their side. Simon replaced two valves in my shower. Unfortunately, one part arrived from the manufacturer broken. Simon was understanding and patient and came back to install the second valve promptly when it arrived weeks later without any complaints.

My wife remembered that Simon repaired a water line in a sink beside our BBQ last year so when our water heater would not produce hot water I called our home warranty company and after waiting on hold for approx 30 minutes they assigned a plumber who I discovered from a Google search, after several unanswered calls, was "permanent;y closed'. A 2nd plumber was then assigned but they cannot come for another 72 hours.

I called Simon. He picks up on the first or second ring and he came over in about 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and said that the replacement parts and labor cost would be almost half the price of a new heater. He did not charge me for his service call and diagnosis and suggested I get it replaced ,under warranty, by the company who installed it 15 months ago.

You could not find a more honest business man than Simon, and he's very good at what he does. You cannot go wrong with Simon's Plumbing.
