I own a short term rental property and during a guest stay, the water line to the washing machine failed and water started pouring out onto the floor. This was Jan 2 at 4:30pm and most plumbers were closed for the holiday. I had to get it fixed and the water back on for the guest, or be forced to relocate them to a hotel at my cost. I reached out to Springs Plumbing and they asked for pictures of the problem, agreed to the work, gave me a fair price, and Alan showed up in an hour to work on it. Within 90 minutes the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. He replaced both hot and cold feeds so they will be more reliable in the future and this won't happen again. He also cleaned up area and gave me advice on how to manage the wet area going forward. The guests were so happy they didn't have to relocate. We had to have our water heater replaced so I did a quick Google search for some of the best plumbing companies. This one was definitely at the top of that list. Alan and his dad came out and installed a new water heater right away. The prices were fair, the customer service and responsiveness was fantastic, and they cleaned up everything after they were done with the job. They will definitely be on my speed dial for any other plumbing projects that I need taken care of. Would highly recommend.

Had a hot water pipe leaking under my bathroom floor and called Alan. He was incredibly responsive and was able to come inspect the problem only an hour after I called him. Prior to contacting Alan, I had hired a locating company to find the leak location and identify the leaking pipe and what it was feeding. After giving all these details to Alan, he gave me a quote for 2 possible rerouting scenarios and we scheduled time for him to do the job a couple days later.



Upon starting the work on my home, Alan immediately realized that the routing of my pipes was more complex than anticipated and that the locating company had made an error as to the routing of the hot water pipe that was leaking. He figured out very quickly that the leaking pipe was feeding my upstairs bathroom, which was routed under my living room to an exterior wall, leading vertically to the 2nd floor. He showed me how he figured all this out in detail and there was no question he was correct. This complicated the job substantially. Instead of a quick reroute, he would have to dig up the ground in my bathroom to find the leak and fix it at the source. Even with this new found complication Alan honored one of the quotes he gave me before which I felt was more than fair.



He ran out to get jackhammer and dug up the bathroom to find the leak. He took care to seal off the area to keep the rest of the house clean, and after he located and fixed the leaking pipe, he even mixed concrete and filled the hole back! To make things even better he took time and care to only pull up 2 tiles in my bathroom and kept them in tact, so that I could put them back after the work was complete. The damage to the bathroom even after all the jackhammering of the concrete subfloor was essentially nothing. He also explained to me how I can put the tiles back easily after the concrete dried.



I was really impressed with the work Alan performed and feel like he went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber and honestly can't speak highly enough of the work and customer service he provided.

Great experience working with Springs Plumbing. They were fast to respond, offered fair price, on time, efficient and surprisingly quiet! My baby took a nap in the next room over while they installed a new toilet. We’re happy with the install and will be using them in the future.

Highly recommend Springs Plumbing! We had a late evening, after hours clogged drain and broken disposal, and Alan showed up within 30 minutes. His price was around what we expected to pay, and he was efficient and thorough. Very pleasant demeanor, and easy communication. This was the quickest repair we have ever experienced, and I liked that we didn’t have to wait until the next day or so. There is an extra charge for after hours which we were happy to pay. We will use him again!

Alan is amazing. He arrived on time, replaced a kitchen faucet, and replaced pipes under the bathroom sink. He fixed a leak on a valve under the bathroom cabinet. He was quick and did an excellent job. He also recommended a restoration company for all the damage the leak has caused. He cleaned his areas and took the old pipes and faucet with him. So, our shower mixer valve failed in spectacular fashion Saturday night. Parts were shot across the bathroom… and a jet of water came out from the shower manifold… Definitely time for some professional help…



While waiting on Parker & Sons to even respond (called because our annual maintenance contract for the AC is also supposed to have some benefits for plumbing services), saw Springs Plumbing reviews and took a shot.



Alan was professional and easy to work with. Booking was a snap and Alan was over in less than an hour (at nearly midnight on a Saturday).



Alan was able to stop the bleeding (so we could turn the water back on) and was back the next morning after he procured the parts and made quick work of replacing the shower set.



Prices were very reasonable (actually surprisingly low when factoring in the 24/7 service premium that you’d expect to pay).

Very professional, excellent service and work. When our garbage disposer broke, I called, Alan, and he recommended a 1.25 HP garbage disposer deal for less than $100 (I was about to purchase a $300 with only 3/4 HP) at Costco. So picked up the deal from Costco, and he installed it promptly in less than an hour. He and his help were very courteous and put on shoe covers when entering our home, and quickly performed an excellent job. Will definitely recommend his team. I just hope he doesn't get too busy in the future when we need him again :)

I can't say enough about Allan and his team. During a remodel, a brass fitting fell down one of the toilets' drains during toilet replacement. The issue layer dormant for a while until it worked it way down the main sewer line. We had two other companies out. They automatically wanted to charge us $5-7k to break open the floor, cut the pipe, remove the fitting, and put everything back. This would have been a nightmare inside our newly remodeled home. Allan worked for hours and would not give up with the snake and a camera until he was able to push the brass fitting down the sewer line to a place where he could retrieve it. He didn't take the easy way out. He took his time and did it the right way. I've been in business for over 20 years. Allan runs his company the way a business owner should. We should support small businesses like Springs Plumbing and not give into the sales tactics of the larger companies. Great job, Allan. I can't tell you how much we appreciate you. By the way, Allan did the job for significantly less than his competitors.

This company was amazing! Our water heater broke and leaked into our walls at 10pm at night on December 23rd. We called him that night and he came out within 40 minutes to drain our tank and take it down. He then came out the next day, on Christmas Eve, to install the new one. Throughout my experience with him, he was professional and responded so quickly to our emergency situation. He even referred us to a renovation company who came out the same day to dry out the walls and start the repair. This company was very reasonably priced and didn't charge extra for the late night emergency or the holiday weekend. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I desperately needed a plumber for our leaky shower valve as our plumber was out of town for a week and our Reno people needed done asap to keep going on our job! Alan is the man! I called, and he showed up in less than 25 minutes. After diagnosing the issue, he had to leave shortly to get a new pressure regulator and then came right back to install. Alan arrived on time when he said he would. He used his camera to diagnose our problem. In fact he has two cameras. He took the time needed and never complained about the heat. Then he got out the rooter and cleaned the drain line. He was polite and very reasonable. I definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I’m calling him back shortly.

Alan was fantastic! Very responsive and willing to come out at last minute notice the night of July 4 When I came home from vacation to a massive water heater leak in my garage. He came out that night (actually within a half hour!) and was able to shut off the water heater and drain the garage as a temporizing measure for the night. He then came back to install a high-grade commercial water heater and did a very nice job. He installed a special pipe to collect sediment as well as a PVC pipe drainage system. Could not be happier with his services or with his customer service! Would 100% return to him with any future plumbing needs as well as recommend to others. Thank you, Alan!

We discovered a leak in the main water line on a Saturday afternoon. I looked for a plumber with good reviews and found Springs. Alan answered the phone right away and said he could be at our house in a few hours. He arrived promptly and fixed the leak, working until about 8:00 on a Saturday night. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Alan at Spring Plumbing. We noticed mold on the inside of the home just on the other side of our intake line. We called our Insurance company and then Alan. Alan arrived within an hour, read the moisture in the drywall, and told us the wall would need to be opened. He mentioned he could open it but did not have the drywall tools to close it up, but he was willing to open the wall and check the line right on the spot. He is exceptionally professional and knowledgable. Alan wore booties, smiled, shakes hands and asks permission instead of dictating terms. He even checked the water pressure and main sprinkler line although we all knew he did not have to. A+++ Now I have a plumber I can trust!!!

Alan performed a sewer scope for a house we are buying. He was great to work with. We actually fell out of contract on one house and rescheduled when we went into contract on another. He was very accommodating. The service was great and he is a knowledgeable guy.

There are a lot of great reviews on here and our experience was no different. Had a broken outdoor faucet that I didn’t know how to fix even though I tried for a few hours the night before. From initial reach out to business being done was about an hour and a half. Wasn’t overly expensive either.

It was late evening and my kids just finished showering or did they…they were not able to shut the valve- it would just spun around! I had a leak in my main line from the street to my home. As we all know, the last thing we ever want to see, right? Recommended by a family member i called Springs Plumbing up and they came out right away. I am at work trying to take of this headache, which makes it worse. Al called me as soon as he got to the house to let me know exactly what was going on. Original thought it was leaking from copper line, which would have more, turns out it was the PVC line.
