It was Christmas Eve I called and a man came over very pleasant and gave my husband a discount because he was shocked about price.He got the drain cleaned out of tree roots and gave suggestion to use a chemical in toilets to kill roots.A man came a few days later with a camera to inspect our pipes . The process was good and satisfied .

These guys were so professional and thoughtful. They were in, fixed the issue, cleaned up and were out in :20. And, Aitkin they were late, the updates were ongoing throughout that time until they arrived.

If they use a scope to look at your pipes make sure you take a video on your phone. We asked for a video after they left to show our landlord. HeMason was reluctant to show our landlord when our landlord returned from being out of the country.Professional knowledgeable well mannered. Yes I would call Mason and his company again. We had a water heater threatening to blow so, in a panic, I called them for help. I'm sure it was just dumb luck, but Luis showed up in under an hour from the time of my call. Their administrative folks were very nice and professional. Luis shared his assessment of the problem and we discussed options, which led to my decision to pursue the original install company because of the warranty. But Luis was very kind and generous with his honest feedback. I felt no pressure from him to choose RotoRooter. Though I will likely have the original plumber fix my problem, I would not hesitate to call this company in the future. Great experience!

Emil was our technician and he did a fantastic job. We had called about a leaky tub spout and clogged drain but had forgotten to mention a sink that wasn’t working properly which he had no problem with when we mentioned it to him. When he arrived he was super polite, correctly diagnosed our problem in about 2seconds, and once we gave him the okay he solved the problem as fast as can be. He was kind, honest, and very professional and my girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier with his service.

I had a minor plumbing emergency on a Sunday and the plumber was able to get to me within about an hour of my call. There was no charge to diagnose the problem, and he was completely upfront about the costs to do the work. The repairs were made very efficiently and professionally

I called for a quote and was told they could not quote me. The plumber came out to say that I would be 400 dollars to clean out the drain when they came out to the property previously and did the exact same job for 200. Makes no sense

Saturday Night We had a pretty bad backup in two of our toilets that ran up into the shower and tubs, called them and Luis showed on time, he explained clearly the options we had and what was going to be the cost right upfront. He was able to clear the blockage right away.Highly recommend them.

I called roto-rooter this morning at 6am hoping to have someone out same day to fix a sewage pipe blockage. The first person I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and nice, they had someone at my house by 9am which I appreciated a lot. Once the technicians arrived, they were also helpful and nice, they gave us the quote and fixed the problem really quick. I would definitely recommend roto-rooter to anyone looking for a plumber.

The Tech Luis was great, he was very professional and got the job done quickly. However roto rooter should be ashamed, they did not show up last night when they were supposed to. Then there policy is we throw out a ridiculous price when we get there. $450 dollars to unclog a drain are you kidding me!!! When all other companies charge $99 maybe $150 at the highest. I made a huge mistake by choosing this company. BUYER BEWARE you will be priced gouged at your weakest point. You will be reported to the BBB.

Andre was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Was able to fix my problem on a Sunday night around 7:00pm when I called around 5:00pm. Very happy with how fast he was able to get here and with all his assistance.

Emil is the person who came out to service our leaking bath faucet. He was friendly, professional, and explained the problem and solution clearly and quickly. He showed us how calcium build-up is basically the source of all our plumbing problems and gave us the solution to fix it! I appreciate his expertise and professional manner and will be calling Roto-Rooter (and Emil) again for any future plumbing needs!

Overall this is a good company, but the price I paid was high for a main sewer line clog cleaning. I recommend getting a second opinion if you can for a reasonable price. I had no choice but to get it done. Also the tech that came out was was good in the beginning but then terrible and he left his trash in the street next to a curbside trash bin.

The technician were great. The local dispatch was terrible. I needed a follow up service with a camera tech to inspect the inside of the pipe. Was told I get serviced the next day by the technicians, but call if I hadn’t seen anybody by late in the day. I called I was told it would be the next day. No one showed. Called the next day, was told I’d be called later with appointment. I received no phone call. Called the next day was told they’d have someone out in the next hour to hour and a half. No one came. Called the next day, and was going to cancel the service and ask for a refund. They told me a manager would call me. No call from the manager but they did finally get the camera techs out. You shouldn’t have to make a half dozen calls to get service.

Mason and Richard came out to unclog our sewer main that had been damaged by underground construction company. They were efficient courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Unfortunately they could not unplug the damage done but gave me the information to work with the contractor

I'm a renter, and experienced issues with gurgling/bubbling noices. I didn't have an urgent issue, so I was anticipating waiting a few days, so I was thrilled they could come so quickly to fix my shower drain.Luis explained everything to me really clearly. He laid out my options and even explained the things that could go wrong and what would happen if they did. He fixed my drain in a snap, ran the water to make certain it was totally fixed - it was!, and then he gave me guidance on what to do to prevent it from happening again in the future. In less than an hour after I thought to make the call, my plumbing problem was fixed!Five start plumbing from start to finish. I couldn't be happier.

We were so worried to get this issue fixed as our home warranty could not get a plumber out for 3 days and it was already 3PM on a Tuesday... We booked Rotor Rooter online and they were at our home within 4 hours... I could not believe how quick they showed up and got us back up and running... Andre was very knowledgeable and gave us good tips to keep our sink from getting clogged in the future. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Quick, easy, explained service before handling. Needed my bathtub drain to flow again. Roto-rooter is way overpriced, but these techs (Mason and Quinton) got the job done quick and cleaned it all up.I have no major complaint about the technicians. I just feel like I paid too much for what I got. The bathtub was not draining because the trip-lever had broken off and fallen into the closed postion. They cut off/removed the drain overflow cover because the screws were rusted over and removed the hardware of the trip-lever which had broken off. They didn't replace the overflow cover or remove the stumps of the rusted out screws.For this I paid $457. They didn't install anything. There were no parts and barely a 1/2 hour of labor involved. I was initially shocked by the estimate, but I agreed to it. I signed the papers. I just didn't feel like it was a great value.

Our plumber Andre was wonderful and provided excellent service and education.The frustrating part of the experience was the fact that once it was determined that a new garbage disposal was needed, I was told to go and buy one while he then went on to other calls, then contact him back and then he had to come back again to install it. Due to how busy he was, it took several hours for him to be able to come bsck to complete the job.If we would have purchased one from off the truck it would have been substantially more money.

Called them about a clogged kitchen drain. They came out twice and did not resolve the issue. Another plumber was able to fix the problem. Roto Rooter agreed to refund what we paid after a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau. I was advised that a check was mailed on 1/29/2022 but no check has been received.

After calling many other local plumbing businesses this morning (and wasting my time with them), I called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out a few hours later to unclog my sewer line. Luis was professional and kept me informed of things as he repaired my bathroom sink’s shut off valve. He was knowledgeable and polite. I’m grateful he was able to come out the same day I called.

We called this company to repair our toilet that would constantly flush on its own. An hour and $350 in repairs later, the problem was still there. So we called them back and asked to come install a new toilet (which we bought on our own) the next day. They took about an hour and charged $380. While installing, the technician mistakenly pulled down our shower curtain (next to the toilet) and broke it beyond repair. When we talked to their customer service to get reimbursed for our new $40 curtain rod, the customer service agent basically told my husband the tension rod fell down on its own and that payment seems unlikely (even after the employee reported the incident). $770 plus the cost of the new toilet later, I am thankful the job is done but will never use this company again due to terrible customer service and outrageous pricing.

Mason was prompt and took the time to explain the issue with our sewer line. He was great about providing options for what we could do to deal with roots in our sewer line. He definitely took the stress out of the whole situation

We were scheduled for Monday between 1-6. I was called around 4:30 pm to advise their truck broke down and they would have to cancel us and reset for Tuesday between 10-2 and someone would call 40 minutes ahead of time. When no call came, I called and was told they were still on jobs and hoping someone would get to my house in an hour and a half. I cancelled as I had no confidence that someone would arrive.

Mauricio with Roto Rooter was amazing! The irrigation system valve broke, which was attached to the main line into the house. Mason came out to the business at the courtyard to clear are 230 ft 6 inch sewer line . As I was about to give up mason said I don’t quit and what do you know , we unclogged it! Thoughts of 10-15 thousand to repair sewer tap was going thru my head.Mason was terrific.I am gonna call them again.

I was going to replace the innards ofthe commode in our Home. I couldn’tget the “FLAT NUT” loosened so I could havejust replaced the inside flow valve. Robert did a phenomenal job on an emergency fix. He came out at 10pm to fix a broken valve that was leaking. He stopped the leaking so we could have water, then came back out right on time the next day to finish the repair as he couldn't get parts so late. Very professional, great work. Highly recommend!

Had a leak on the first floor at 0700. Other business where unable to do same day appointments. Roto-Rooter, with the care and attention from Anthony, were able to make it to the property by 0900. Succinct attentiveness was able to solve the concern by 1000. For poor situations, Roto-Rooter's Anthony was able to repair, guide and offer after flood assistance to end in a brighter light. My interactions with Roto Rooter started poorly. 2 months ago they supposedly fixed my septic tank for $3500. Then 2 months later they diagnose 'new' roots that were fully mature and had grown into the septic pipes in just a short time which they said they could fix for an additional $5000.Needless to say these werent new roots and the $3500 I spent fixing my septic 2 months ago was money poorly spent and did not fix the septic. I was very frustrated and disappointed.Thank goodness Tommy at Roto took charge. He contacted me and was very professional. He told me he would take care of the issue and he did. In record time. Our toilet started overflowing after we ran the washing machine so we called Roto-rooter. Randy came out that day and knew exactly what was going on. He got right to work and cleaned out our main sewer line. He was very helpful by showing us exactly what he was doing and explained that a tree root was growing through our pipe and forming a clog. We had plumbing issues in the middle of the night and called rotor rooters for morning servicing. The call center scheduled me for 8-10am. Morning came but no plumber. I called the company and they told me that their time frame is usually 4 hours so give them until noon. I waited till 1pm and called again and was told that there was a surge in calls in my area so I would have to wait another COUPLE OF HOURS. I had no water in my house and I had no other choice but to wait. While I was waiting the whole day, I explained what was going on with the plumbing to the dispatcher multiple times. Finally a technician came at 5pm. As the technician looked at the issue, he said that he didn’t know what to do. He tried calling his manager who became MIA and another plumber was sent home to get tested for COVID. The poor guy was left to figure it out on his own and even made an effort to call a plumber in another state for help. I called rotor rooter because I believed that they were a reputable company but I was sadly mistaken. It seems like there is no one that knows how to do anything and no structure. We didn’t get anything fixed and wasted a whole day waiting for nothing.

I heard a splash in my laundry room while doing dishes today and then my sink was backing up! I didn’t know what to do so I called Roto-Rooter. They were at my house less than two hours later ! It went so quick and everything is back to normal. Thank you!!

I called Roto-Rooter to snake my master shower drain at 3pm on a Monday and within 2 hrs had Lorenzo Carson at my doorstep. I called with an emergency sewage backup problem and they had a service technician out within 2 hours. The problem was solved and they followed up with a camera inspection of the drain line to confirm that there were no tree roots or damage to the drain. Great service. Fair price.

After calling several local plumbers and not being able to get ahold of anybody, I Googled 'Emergency Plumbers'. Roto-Rooter popped up right away. The website said Tucson (we're a little over an hour away), but I was familiar with the Roto-Rooter name, and I was desperate because our faucet underneath the bathroom sink was leaking AND we had company flying in the next day. The lady on the phone let me know ahead of time there was a travel charge and it'd be about 90 minutes. Jacob arrived in that time frame, checked out the issue, wrote down what needed to be fixed and the cost, and explained everything before proceeding. Jacob was professional, friendly, funny, honest, and thorough. He even asked my husband if he wanted to watch him and he explained what he was doing during the process of fixing the issue. During the visit, Jacob discovered another issue we had with our plumbing and gave us an estimate without pushing us to schedule the repair with Roto-Rooter. After he was done, he sat with us and reviewed everything again. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter for my future plumbing needs and will request Jacob George for my technician.

Had a company come out before roto rooter.. they gave out a 6,600.00 quote after they couldn't get the sink unclogged. They told me there was a crack in the line and they didn't run a camera more then 3feet.. roto comes out.. 35 minutes later sink is unclogged. The value of honesty is priceless.

We scheduled an appointment online and arrival time was within the window specified. Anthony talked us through the recommended course of action for the clogged line as well as care for other drains in the house. The problem was taken care of quickly with instructions for maintenance afterwards.
