Great service starting with the office staff who is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Darlene took all of the details of my problem and sent just the right plumber. Cole explained things clearly and then with determination, cleared my drain. This after 2 previous plumbers gave up on it! I've used Moon Valley for years. Had to wait several days for them to come out but well worth the wait. There service is professional, affordable and honest! Highly recommend them!

Good guy plumber accidentally missed a leaky pipe so only 50% of the work was done. I was ready to close wall and be done with it, so had I not noticed it, there'd been another leak, another $500. Called up the office and only heard crickets when I asked about price and a possible discount. Fixed it myself. Hope your CEO gets that 3rd yacht.

Superb service from the start !! I had sprung a water leak at the main line between the meter and the house. Office staff is awesome and extremely helpful. My Tech (Hayden) was not only on time, but early. The leak detection company also arrived early so they were actually able to complete the repair while I was on vacation. Definitely will call Moon Valley for my plumbing needs from here on out !!

We use Moon Valley Plumbing for ALL our home plumbing issues. They are the absolute best and we wouldnt trust any other company. Every tech that has come has been on time, knowledgeable and fixs the issue. They explain everything they are doing .Today Cole Russell came to work on our clogged sink. He did and Amazing job!! My plumber retired so I was looking for a new plumber for my house and rental properties. Someone suggested Moon Valley Plumbing. I contacted them and they sent out a technician for a faucet installation. He also said I need a new valve. So he proceeded with the work. He was onsite 45 minutes changed out my faucet but did not replace the valve. My bill was over $300.00. Which is about $200.00 to high. I called to speak with the owner, but never received a call back. Will not use Moon Valley Plumbing again.

Hayden called in the morning letting us know that he would be here in 30 minutes. He was!

Hayden is young, smart and a delight to work with. He is totally trustworthy and did everything he could to correctly explain the problem and the best ways to correct it.

We received an accurate and very fair estimate, he returned on schedule the next day, completed the work, cleaned up the work space, and removed the boxes and old fixtures.

He was truly exceptional and we're so grateful to he and to Chris for their help. By far the best service we have had since coming to Arizona.

Work was done well but frustrating on the price. They charge $79 for a call out and tell you that they will estimate when they do the work. I made the mistake of assuming that they would charge fairly but a simple sewer scope was over $400. After the fact my realtor told me typical price was $250 so I called Moon Valley to confirm. Well the manager lied to me or the person scheduling lied to me because then I was told in a very elevated voice that the price is a flat rate and she did not know where I got my information from. So the work is good, but be careful as they will overcharge. The manager at this place is unprofessional and rude and she was rather scary sounding over the phone so based on this I would choose another place in the future. If you do use them, make sure you get a price before the work and don't be fooled by this company's bait and switch tactics.

Anthony and team are the best. On time, very communicative and always looking to help you get the most out of your equipment. When they make a recommendation, I always trust it.

We have had quotes from several companies and seems like everyone is price gouging but Moon Valley Plumbing. Their pricing, service, customer service, knowledge and quality work is top notch! We feel so completely satisfied with our service today! Jerry came out late last week to quote us so we could compare a few companies. The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. We have been having recent issues with our backyard draining unwanted waste into the grass. Anthony V came to the rescue this morning! He was right on time and fixed the problem in no time. He was very considerate and professional. I would recommend Moon Valley Plumbing to anyone, they are wonderful!

Please note, I have waited about a month since the service, just to make sure the review was not driven by emotions. Initially I was really impressed -- sure they charged me $40 to come out and give an estimate, but felt like they understood the job. Many things were done right. A couple of things were not -- resulting in me (the homeowner) having to break apart the newly set concrete to compensate for an incorrectly installed shower drain. Then, after the tile guy pointed out that the shower valve protruded too far, I had to rip apart the drywall and reset the unit. Ironically, this was the first time I ever hired a plumber (usually do these things myself), but life was busy and I did not have time for this. For the record, I did contact Moon Valley when the issue involving the drywall was noticed and a guy named George seemed mildly interested, but this was not an "emergency" so there was nothing he could do. This was frustrating, but where it got worse was when their customer service person, Sharon M., called me/sent emails, there was no apparent sense of apology, just a great deal of defensiveness. Sure, my tile project would have been put on hold for who knows how long if I did not fix the problems -- but when I reported it, it was not an "emergency" so she did not see what the big deal was about. She stated that I did not give them a chance to fix it -- which is not true -- I contacted them immediately and spoke to George. I think what she meant is that I should have been willing to wait for days for them to get around to stopping by. For the record, no discount was ever offered for my hassles. Ironically, I liked the plumber and despite the issues, that was not was bothered me...we all make mistakes. It was the way Sharon, on behalf of Moon Valley, handled the situation that left me never wanting to do business with Moon Valley again. Their prices are higher than an independent plumber (my experience) -- apparently what you are paying for is "the service".

Anthony Villanueva - Thank you for the update at the end of your work and for your attention to detail and for your utmost respect of my space and time above all else. Thank you for accomodating any and every little thing to ensure there was no confusion or miscommunication on my end. You even went above and beyond by caring about the "what ifs" no one else would think about and you moved your work truck after I left and parked around the corner, just in case I arrived back home with my second vehicle, before you were finished, and needed that street parking spot in front of my house.



You are the real deal. The old-school, raised-right, respectful tradesman that knows his work and scope and gets the job done efficiently and with little to no additional impact outside of the originating issue. You are that rare tradesman who also knows how to communicate and carry himself and truly makes the customer the most comfortable as humanly possible when managing an uncomfortable situation in their home, even when they are not there. I watched my cameras a couple times because I was getting security notifications all day due to all the comings and goings, and even when no one was watching (or so you thought), you carried yourself the same as if I'd been there over your shoulder. That's the definition of integrity.



You are obviously a really good plumber, Anthony, but most importantly you're an even more amazing human. It's an honor to cross paths with you again and I wish you nothing but the best.

We discovered a leak in our outside water service line Thursday evening. We called Service Line Warrantee company, with whom we have insurance coverage for this kind of thing. They selected a contractor who was supposed to call us on Friday to set up an appointment for no later than Monday. Having received no call, we called Service Line Saturday morning, not really expecting anything to happen over the weekend. They were extremely responsive and switched our job to a different contractor, Moon Valley plumbing. Literally within five minutes, I had received a text giving me a two hour window later on Saturday during which I should expect their technician. Five minutes after that I got a phone call to make sure I got the text. 15 minutes after that I got a call directly from the technician, Jerry Turner to talk about the problem and make sure he had what he needed for the job and to ask if it was OK to come over earlier than expected. I was thrilled that we would be able to get a diagnosis today and hoped that repair would be possible by Monday. Jerry checked everything out, got right on the phone with the insurance company, got authority to proceed immediately rather than having us wait and our water was back on within the hour. He was extremely pleasant and professional and instilled confidence that he really knew what he was doing. If we need more work through our home warranty coverage, we will be requesting this company and if we need something we don’t have coverage for, it is good to know of a local plumbing company that we can be comfortable calling ourselves.

Alex and Cole at Moon Valley Plumbing did a great job addressing a sewer line break at our house. They were prompt, responsive, and communicated efficiently with our insurance company to make sure all repairs were covered. Throughout the process, they communicated every detail to us and made sure we understood what was happening and how the fix would help us long term. We would highly recommend Moon Valley for any plumbing need.

They came within an hour of calling and fixed the leak for a lot less than other bids I had received. Alex, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. He quoted me a price and charged me less because he was able to save time and money along the way. That is amazing, the honesty and professionalism stand out. Greg, at the office, was awesome as well in getting me scheduled and set up. Don't call any other plumber! As a realtor, I know how hard it is to find good plumbers. The plumber, Cole was very professional. Cole arrived and promptly got to work. He determined the problem and immediately tackled the problem. He had to repair a “brand new” water heater, installing new elements and a relay. He was a lifesaver. Another individual had installed the water heater, but we still had no hot water. When Cole left the problem was fixed. Happily, I took a nice hot shower this morning.

Moon Valley was contracted through our ServiceLine warranty company and everything went incredibly smooth thanks to Jason. What a pro! I was prepared for all kinds of challenges since, well, home warranty companies.... Not this time! Leak detection in 24 hrs, and repairs the next day. Definitely recommend. Ask for Jason!!

We had a horrible sewage backup at our brand new rental in both bathrooms 3 days after moving in. Our property management hired Moon Valley to come and fix it and I’m glad they did. Noah immediately got on the roof and started working and in less than a hour the problem was fixed. They arrived on time and I was more than satisfied with the work that Noah did. Highly recommend!

Moon Valley Pluming came out quickly for a check up on a new building we moved into and fixed multiple issues from a bad water heater to a ceased disposal. Travis and his team are professional and do quality work. within an hour of discovering our water heater was bad (which was hanging 12 feet in the air), they had a lift out and had it swapped in no time. I highly recommend Moon Valley Pluming and will now be calling them out to my residence.

Call Moon Valley and ask for Alex! He’s so great! I had an unknown large water leak in the middle of the night and called Moon Valley due to 24 hr emergency service. Alex was my service guy and was AMAZING! He was very responsive, friendly, super knowledgeable and explained things to me so I understood. Alex called me back within a short time after leaving a message with the answering service to discuss what was happening. Alex showed up timely and began investigating the problem. Alex was extremely thorough, helpful, and professional. He checked every possible reason for the water leak - checked in the attic multiple times, my walls for water damage, outside water lines, and irrigation system. After troubleshooting, Alex found the culprit in the sprinkler line and was able to resolve the issue. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the price was fair and reasonable, even with emergency service required. I definitely recommended Moon Valley and Alex to help with any plumbing needs! As a long time customer of Moon Valley Plumbing just had another outstanding experience. Had a tub drain replaced all the way out to sewer line. Demolition of foundation inside, excavation to access inside and out, replacement and concrete patch. All in same day and done excellent. My normal go to, Kenny along with Supervisor Dan who ran excellent supervision and hands on help and Cole. Excellent teamwork. This is a great organization who cares about their clients.

Originally, we were a bit turned off by having to pay a fee for a consultation/quote for work. That being said, we were incredibly impressed with how thorough Hayden was during the visit. We received 3 different quotes from companies and Moon was definitely competitive with their pricing. Because we liked Hayden so much during the initial visit, we decided to go with Moon. Hayden was able to install a water softener/carbon filter and repair an exterior leak within 2 days and we could not be happier with the results! We received a text when Hayden was en-route, all of the workers were professional and they made the process so easy. We HIGHLY recommend Moon and especially Hayden--he deserves a raise for sure!

Moon valley pluming came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of Urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both Chris an Pam they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed an on the schedule right away! Fast, reliable, too quality, puts clients first. Our wall leak could have been on the surface or in the wall. They checked everything first to see if they had to cut into the wall. By doing the checks first they confirmed surface only thus did not have to cut into the wall. Saving money and a separate call to a drywaller. I respect they didn't go a path that would have been more cost first.

Had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. I had my sewer back up and the plumber that I called could not unclog it. I had a service line warranty and they sent out Moon Valley Plumbing. They ended up digging up my yard and replacing about 10 feet of sewer line. The guys that came out, Alex and Cole, were very nice and professional. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. They put my yard back together and made everything up to code. If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely call Moon Valley.

We had a water leak in our front yard, it ended up being the main water line to the house. Our Warranty Company called Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter. I don't think I have ever had such a quick response before from anyone related to house issues. We literally got off the phone with the Warranty Company and within a couple of minutes Moon Valley Plumbing calls us and sets up an appointment for the very next morning. Mark and Cole showed up and took care of our problem promptly. Since the job involved some digging through our winter lawn, it could have gotten quite messy, but Mark and Cole took every care and returned the lawn to its original condition. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem fully.

Highly recommend!! Moon Valley Plumbing does honest and professional work with reasonable prices. George was on time, diagnosed and explained our plumbing issue, explained the solution (step by step), quoted fair price upfront, and was professional in completing the job and in a timely manner. Very Satisfied and will Only use them for our Plumbing needs!!

I wanted to share that we just had a good experience with Moon Valley Plumbers - Anthony was our actual plumber that came out. They came out the same day and were very reasonably priced. We were having issues with our sewer line. Previously we had a plumber from George Brazil and they charged us $286 to run a camera and say there were no issues. They said there was likely a plug near the end and it would cost almost $1200 to use a water jet.



About a month later we started to have issues again. This time thanks to a Next Door post we called Moon Valley Plumbers. We were on a wait list but they got here by noon. They cleared our line with the basic mechanical cleaner (a $155 charge). Even if we chose the water jet they only charge $400 (1/3 of the price of George Brazil). Moon Valley Plumbers will be who we call in the future.

After Precision Locating helped pin point the hidden leak. Moon Valley was able to come out and professionally execute the replacement and re-routing of the pipes that were the issue. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing job you need. We have never had a complaint or problem when using them for minor or major plumbing issues. Recently had a problem with leaking from our pipes, so we called Moon Valley Plumbing as always. We were quoted a fair price and the work was done in a timely and professional manner by Alex Crocker. My mother and I had a very positive experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. First, when I called to set up the appointment I called during after hours and was prepared to just leave a message for the morning but they had a live answering service there answering calls and getting my details to provide to the office when they opened in the morning. Approximately 30 minutes later the on-call technician reached out to me to be sure that the issue would be ok to wait until the morning. I was incredibly impressed!

The technician was able to come the next morning and he was incredibly forthcoming and considerate. Our technician, Alex, covered his shoes in booties so grout from the last job would not get on our carpet. He clearly explained everything to us and would even quote us the prices of any services before performing them. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did what needed to be done to take care of all of our needs in a timely and incredibly costly manner. We will definitely be recommending Moon Valley to all of our friends and family!

My parents had extensive pipe replacement for their manufactured home. A Name brand plumbing company quoted $6,000 more than what they paid "Moon Valley." In addition they put in a new faucet for their sink and a new line was added to their backyard so they could easily water their shrubs.

I have been using Moon Valley Plumbing for years. They are always professional and explain what they are doing along with costs up front before start work. There is never any pressure and in at least 10 years of using them I have never had a bad experience with them!! I always recommend them.

We had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing! Both bathrooms in our house were overflowing with water and we first contacted another company. They came out that night and ended up being a disaster. After not being able to run the water, use our bathroom overnight, and having to go outside to use the bathroom with our 11 month old in the house, my husband decided to call other companies first thing in the morning. We googled best plumbing companies in AZ and Moon Valley came up. We quickly got a call back from Alex and he came to the rescue! He fixed the problem right away and was very pleasant and genuine. I'd like to thank Moon Valley Plumbing for their help today with a clogged kitchen sink. I called in the morning, was told it would be tomorrow and I could get on the cancellation listing for today if something popped up. It popped up and they were here this afternoon to help. Alex arrived and we discussed the issues and some previous repairs/cleaning we had done last year. He made several suggestions and we went with his best assessment and plan to clear the drain. We agreed on a price, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Alex offered a few other "preventative maintenance" items to help prevent future problems. Thanks Alex for the quick work of a stubborn problem.

Moon Valley came out today to fix a couple plumbing issues with my bathroom. Dan gave me a very reasonable quote and then when he took everything apart, he found that the issue was due to an extra piece someone installed and instead of charging me the quoted price for a brand new part, he dealt with the extra piece and charged me accordingly. This company is honest and fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I contacted MoonValley plumbing to fix a broken pipe on my grandmothers home that is 60+ years old. They were great to work with from beginning to end. They were able to come out the same day. The plumbers were experienced, they fixed the problem correctly and their charges were very fair and reasonable. Met with them for a quote to replace sewer lines they promised they would get back to me with a quote multiple times, never received anything and they quit responding. They do not take your time seriously I suggest you do the same and move on to a company that actually wants your buisness. Use plumbing and AC medic. Plumbing and AC medic was super nice and went over expectations.

We read a ton of reviews trying to find a good plumber. We eventually went with Moon Valley, we called them in for a few jobs. One issue was fixed and we haven’t had a problem since with that one but EVERYTHING else has been a nightmare since.

Our toilet upstairs was licking and they fixed that really quickly and that’s what we haven’t had a problem with.

Our toilet downstairs had an issue and ‘it was repaired’ but then the water was leaking out of the base of the toilet and made a really nasty ring around the toilet and our hard wood floors. They came back to fix this and left a mess and there’s still a part not put back on the toilet and I’m not sure where it’s suppose to go.

The biggest issue we had with them is we had an RO unit put in.... at first it was fine but with in a couple of days the water faucet where you get the filtered water from started to just hang there and wasn’t properly installed. And we still can’t get this fixed.

The next thing that happened was a couple of months later and the RO unit started to leak... and leaked directly into the base boards. I woke up one morning and saw a small bump in the hardwood in our kitchen, by the end of the night it was a little mountain and started to split the floor boards.

I called Moon valley and they said they couldn’t be out till the following day.

The next morning it hand ripped up four floor panels, there was about a two inch gap in the center of the small mountain in our kitchen. This caved in our dishwasher door (which was completely full) and we couldn’t get that open and how have to repair that. It also caused a ripple affect through the entire kitchen. And there’s small mounds and splits in our Brazilian cherry wood.

Moon Valley came out and said they couldn’t do anything and it wasn’t their fault because we didn’t buy our unit from them.

Now we have to replace the pieces of wood, eventually the whole floor, everything in the dishwasher had to be thrown away because it took so long for someone to figure out how to get the wood panels out of the dishwasher and the dishwater needs to be repaired. And under our sink looks wilted.



The first visit was friendly and the price was fair. Which is why I gave two stars.

The following visits didn’t have the best customer service and now it’s gonna cost us a hefty price to have it all repaired.

We had an underground leak in our front yard. I was worried that our water main was broken, which is a very costly repair. I reached out to Moon Valley Plumbing and they came out the very next morning. Junior and Cole were very professional. They found the leak quickly (it turned out to be where the irrigation connects to the water main) and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair. I was so impressed that I had them do some additional work rebuilding the riser and replacing the pressure reducing valve at the same time. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter will be my go-to source for all my future plumbing needs.

I had an appointment window of 11AM to 1PM Friday. They couldn’t come until 3PM so I had to reschedule. I Rescheduled for Monday 11AM to 1PM and they missed the appointment window a second time! This company doesn’t respect your time and they aren’t reliable. I recommend someone else.

The Moon Valley Plumbing team recently installed some ground level cleanouts and re-conditioned the cast iron piping in our 50+ year old home. This was after another company stated they would have to rip up our concrete floor having identified the problem as a broken pipe. Moon Valley had the specialized equipment to correctly identify the problem and saved us thousands of dollars (and weeks of time) in the process. Travis and his crew (Dan, Cole, and Kenny) are honest and reliable and I they will be my plumbers of choice going forward. Thank you!

I worked with Moon Valley Plumbing (Service Tech: Alex Crocker) on two occasions. Emergency plumbing issues are never our best moments. Emotions are running high and fear is looming. Moon Valley was the assigned company via City of Phoenix Warranty services. From the scheduling person to the follow person and everyone in between; I would recommend Moon Valley. I have a home warranty and am familiar with the process of assigned warranty business. I am aware that they don't net as much revenue and therefore don't be shocked if you don't get above and beyond service. Moon Valley Plumbing treated me and my family like we were customers for life. From the immediate scheduling (entered the request before 8am), to realistic time setting, expectation setting, meeting/exceeding expectations, personable, friendly, information providing and solution based professionals they make plumbing trauma an almost enjoyable experience. Being in the service industry; when people can make a tough situation not so tough; to the point that you are almost glad that it happened because you learned something and dealt with kind, professional people...THAT IS A FIVE STAR organization!

We had issues overnight with our tub & toilet backing up. Alex came over the next morning, polite, professional, fixed the issue right away, explained how to keep up with maintenance. He even handled a small separate issue that I've been dealing with for over 2yrs. Reliable service ?

We cannot say enough good things about Alex. Very rarely these days do you find gems like Alex Crocker. He’s honest, knowledgeable, has integrity, and is a highly skilled professional. We were having issues with a home inspection report and Alex came out and was able to quickly resolve the disputes by dropping a camera down the sewer line and provided us with a thorough inspection. Turned out we had a damaged sewer line, under our patio area, caused by tree roots. We schedule the pipe replacement to be done the following week. Alex and his co-worker showed up on time, completed the work as planned, and on schedule, and also provided us with an excellent referral for the concrete repair.

My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

I hate to say it but we had a terrible experience with these guys.

They left a mess in the house when they left, not a normal amount of dirt & traffic you expect from someone coming in your home to fix something.



They installed an under-sink RO unit that I purchased from Home Depot & didn’t properly install the under-sink part or the spout that goes on top of the sink, it looked good at first but then came unattached & dangled there useless. Worse was that because the RO unit wasn’t installed correctly water leaked to my hardwood floors & created a bubble. The $700 to fix is bad enough but just the headache of dealing with it really is what was most irritating.

We called to complain & show where they messed up at & they refused to even hear us out stating that because it wasn’t their product they installed it wasn’t their fault. But the product wasn’t the problem, the installation was.

Poor customer service & terrible plumbing service that ended up costing me a ton of more money. But they were decently cheap (my dad always told me you get what you pay for).

I gave 2 stats because they did fix a running toilet so I gotta give them credit for that. I’d say if you work hard for your money spend it elsewhere for your plumbing solutions.

The job was a tough re-route of a water line in a flat roof house but JR and his crew worked late to get our water back on. They were diligent in cleaning up, they were professional in their work and the price was right. Thank you JR. You will be used for all of our future plumbing needs.

Fast, Affordable and Really Honest - I cannot speak well enough about Moon Valley Plumbing. I have used them several times for various reasons, and I feel that they were honest and good people. I don't say this lightly. On their last visit, Alex (tech) managed to solve a 24 year old mystery with our lower bathroom. A competitor told us in the past that we needed to dig out the main sewer line from UNDER our house and replace everything $$$$. The Tech (Alex) in this case managed to solve this problem that wasn't even part of why we called out a plumber! Small outfit, better deal than the big named guys out there, who jack up the prices. Trust me on this one guys. Really.

Anthony Limon is an asset to your company and deserves a raise. He's very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had Dillon come out. There was no delay and that is important because come on who can wait to use the bathroom? HE came when he said he would and finished in the time frame he said he would. Very reliable. I will defiantly recommend moon valley plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I had submitted a request to my warranty company on 1/30/2021. I got a text that Moon Valley would come out on 1/31/2021. The tech called me that night (1/30/2020) and said he would “try” to be out there when they said they would. Okay. Didn’t hear from him or anyone else on 1/31/2021. It’s the weekend I get it. I call on 2/1/2021 (Monday) to see what is going on and talk to someone who had to research it and call me back. I called to follow up because I would like to get my day started despite the water leaking out of my front yard on to the street all weekend. I talked to Chris. She was curt and appeared to act like I was an inconvenience to her. Zero customer service on that call. I’m already frustrated no one followed up with me. Then I get to talk to someone who acts like I grew a third eye in the middle of my forehead. Nope. Not cool.



I understand warranty work pays low and isn’t a high ticket item but then don’t sign up to do it. I’ve now wasted almost 48 hours with water coming from my yard with a company who doesn’t care...

Called to have a kitchen sink installed. They could not give me a price over the phone. So, they want to charge me $39 to send some out to tell me how much they will charge me. I understand as a business owner you send some out to bid and don't get the job is frustrating, but gouging your customer before your even in the door is not a good business practice. If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn the customers business.

Our master bathroom and adjacent shower stall started to back up. I called and that afternoon both the owner and his son arrived to solve the issue. They even went into the sewer area in the street and successfully unclogged the back up. Really folks, these guys are the real deal. They have also successfully solved a slab leak in our home and recovered a diamond earring dropped down the bathroom sink by my wife. Always courteous and prompt in their explanations and of course, the most reasonable rates you will find in the Valley. Make them your first choice and you will not regret the initial service and will become a repeat customer for life. If I could give 8 stars, I would.

They came out and got our broken main line fixed in no time and replaced what we needed with the highest quality I've ever experienced with a company. Alex is who you want to do your plumbing that's for sure, so if you need anything call him and he'll get it done!

Very pleased with Moon Valley. Their communication is very good with text and email notifications. They helped me greatly during a condo sale when I installed a faucet and the buyer & realtor thought I installed it incorrectly when the buyer wasn't patient enough to wait for hot water. You Cannot fix stupid but at least it was only $39 for to get Moon Valley to validate their stupidity.

So you use a service to help you in the time of need. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter Service in Phoenix was 5 star all the way. From my first interaction with Greg in Dispatch, to my interactions with my service tech, Dan Hubbard. Everything was explained and detailed in a genuine manner. Work was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up put back better than they found it.

Before I called these guys this is what I did…as I helped make thing worse. Kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine all backed up (big mess) I went to home depot, rented a snake, had the gloves on, and went to work thinking I was saving money! No it didn’t go well, tried use the sake under the sink, I was being cautious and took all of the aggressive tool attachments off the snake so I would not mess things up. A no go. I then went to the clean out side of the house and began working it thru the black sewer plumbing of the house, it got really tough to hold on to. I hung in there and then it got easier. I had freed up the clog, NO, I had pushed the simple snake thru the pipe, cracked it at the foundation in the wall and broken thru and made a hole in the dry wall, clog not fixed, under sink plumbing cut off and gray sewage water everywhere..

The reviews are true if you do the research. They are the right plumber! Old school customer service, at fair price. Dan and I even spoke by cell phone afterwards and he made some suggestions about preventative enzymes to use and what not to use.
