Horrible company who poisoned my family (manganese) because they didn't flush the system and install properly. After calling poison control, they figured out it was the water system (we had black stains in our toilets). My dog, children and myself had to get blood work done to prove this was in our system. It was terrifying. The company response? They bought a refrigerator filter for our 3 month old brand new fridge, and flushed the system that should have been done in the first place. We hired this company after their water heater broke after just one year. The did not back up the warranty claiming our pipes were old, and instead sold us a $7000 water heater and new water system they had to install. We were without water for 9 full days while they did this install, we were told it would take 2 days max. During the install, they knocked one of my garage storage nearly trapping my husband, and breaking our entire commercial snack bar equipment, as well as smashing an antique doll house passed down from my family. Taking zero accountability. My kids had to live at my parents while this work was being done, we had no compensation for the hotels we had to stay in for showers, restrooms and cooking. We received NO money off of the $7000 purchase price, and the horror continued for weeks after we were diagnosed with this poisoning. It gets worse.....3 months after this installation, the shotty work caused a leak in our garage. the company sent a restoration company to cut out our drywall, and it has now been 3 weeks an our water is disconnected, no dry wall replaced, and no communication in when this will be repaired. Oh, and still no refund or reimbursement for this nightmare.

Checked hot water heater, R/O, and discussed what is best and what will work in my condo set up. And provided an estimate for me to choose from. Jared was very personable and inspired confidence by his thorough knowledge of plumbing options.

I feel confident that he will provide the same competency when he returns for the install. Thanks to Jared and Valley Plumbing!

We were shown the old hardware that was broken after inspection for two of our sinks along with our outside main water valve. We took before and after photos of the completed work by our extremely knowledgeable tech with Deer Valley Plumbing! Hoses, caps, fixtures and a sink were all part of our service experience. While thoroughly checking the problem and eliminating possibilities, he kept us informed and was clear about pricing points for different steps he might have to take if the simplest answers didn't resolve the issue. Rem and Miguel came to do a home inspection and flush our water heater as part of our membership. Excellent communication before arrival and when here, did an extremely thorough job. Explained what they were looking at and took the time to ask if we had any problems while doing the inspection. Excellent same day service! Craig was very knowledgeable, friendly, and able to fix my clogged kitchen sink that my 25ft snake couldn’t reach. We called this company, while out of the Country, when our tenants complained of water backing up in their tub and toilets. The technician determined the issue was at the sidewalk where a pipe was crushed due to resent work by Cox Cable. Deer Valley quoted us $14,000 to dig the pipe and repair the break. Not only were we appalled at the estimate we also questioned why they would be willing to repair a pipe that was obviously on city of Phoenix property. We made one phone call to the City and the repair was taken care of the same day at no cost to us. This could have been a very costly mistake had we taken Deer Valley’s advice. I reached out to the owner,Joe Kerlin, prior to placing this review but received no response.

Luis did an exceptional job replacing fixtures on my old bath/shower. Now it looks like new. Luis was very professional, honest, respectful and kind. It was greatly appreciated by me and my husband.

This used to be a reputable company. They are now engaged in business practices that are primarily concerned with extracting as much money as possible from the customer. They have partnered with a restoration company, setting up fans that are not needed in order to earn kickbacks from the restoration company. We had a small flange that was starting to leak at a toilet. The plumber wanted to charge $6000 and tear up the house. Who are you employing Deer Valley!! A handyman later made the repair for $300. Greed and taking advantage.

After connecting wiring that had come undone, service technician Remington noticed a slight bulge at rim of boot on base of tank which indicates water leakage. Quite a good catch as the water could only be seen when light directly reflected on top edge of boot. Pin hole leak not big enough yet to cause visible leakage onto floor.

They came immediately and helped fix the leakage but were very expensive. Charged $400 for a five min job of identifying the leakage. Their referral for restoration was also questionable as the copper state restoration was trying to evade us from going to insurance.

Remington did an exceptional job on the repairs. His expertise was outstanding and professional. He made the process very easy and educational.

Deer Valley plumbing replaced a toilet for us in a rental property. Our plumber was very courteous and professional, and completed the details of the job without any difficulty. I will use Deer Valley again.

No upsale. No trying to sell me on a shower remodel or plumbing redesign, just the work I asked for. Thank you guys, seriously, my master bathroom has been decommissioned for weeks now because other companies were quoting me a ton for what amounted to a single copper pipe repair.

A water heater failure is a super stressful event, so it was nice to know that the Deer Valley team had our back. From the initial dispatch by Gloria in the office to the several interactions we had with the office in between, to the couple of days of working with the plumber, Jared, every bit of it served to ease our minds.



Jared was responsive, communicative, and kind! He talked about our options, explained which type of tankless they do and do not recommend and install and why, and then did a great job of getting it put in - including having to install new piping. He was amazing to work with and made sure that our newly renovated laundry area didn't have to get messed up even though he had to go out of his way to redirect the pipes in a different direction.

They sent a technician to check out my water leak from my Solar Water Heater and made some recommendations. They also sent a specialist to detect any black mold that may have leaked into the walls and luckily there was none. Shane and his team and Alyssa did an excellent job of following up and providing excellent customer service.

We had a failing water heater and called Deer Valley plumbing which we have used before because of their excellent service. They sent out David S. and he assessed the situation and went over the options with us and we chose to not only replace the water heater but to install a drain pan with pipe to the exterior and a whole house water filtration system. There was some drywall damage and they sent out Quick Restore who took care of the damage. David did an excellent job of the installation and he was very professional. We're extremely satisfied and we'll continue to use Deer Valley plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

Our garbage disposal installation was professional and well done. The technician was very pleasant and helpful. He suggested a solution to an ongoing sink drain problem which we will have done.

I wanted to take the time talk about Deer Valley Plumbing and the latest tech who was out, Remmington. We had to use DVP 4 times now for 4 different issues that occurred and every time their techs were courteous, professional, and did quality work. This last one one with Remmington to fix a leaking sink faucet. He had to end up putting in two new hot/cold valves in the wall, as the old ones were seized and wouldn't turn on/off, then he put in the new faucet that we bought. Only took him about an hour, the whole time he was friendly and courteous.

Remington K was great. He was at my home for a gas leak in the line running off my house to my outside fire pit. He gave me options for repair. I would use the company again.

Had a technician drive out just to tell me it was going to cost me $350 to find out leak in my pipe never said the cost over the phone prior I will not recommend this company cost me a $75 drive out fee. Very deceptive do not use!

Remington with Deer Valley Plumbing really went the extra mile for me! I tried my best average joe repair but to no avail. This is where these guys stepped up and got everything fixed at a low cost and taking my existing structures in mind. They don’t oversell, tell you to get something new, they just perform the repair work. Very satisfied!

Deer Valley Plumbing came to our house within 48 hours of an initial inquiry, and we were not previous customers. Remington spent time helping us evaluate the extent of the problem, and answered about a million of our questions. This assessment led to a re-pipe of the house, which was painful to undertake but needed to be done - in a hurry. We got a solid quote the next day and work began within 2 days of that. While we know this could have been done for a cheaper amount, we are glad that we invested in Deer Valley to complete all of the work for us. Not only are we happy with the quality, they had no issues including extras like replacing the water heater, fixtures, and other related work. The only negative was a bit of under-estimating the timeline for all work to be complete. Even so, Jared and Kayden went above and beyond to get water service restored. After our home maintenance company, One Guard, denied coverage for our leaking hot water tank (suddenly we're responsible for the city's water pressure, although this is not an exclusion in the contract we have with them), we found Deer Valley Plumbing through the warranty company that we still had another year of coverage under for the tank. Deer Valley's entire team, from the first call to the office to the amazing plumbers that came to do the work, were professional, courteous, reliable, friendly and meticulous (they consistently wore covers on their shoes when walking inside our home). David called ahead to let us know he was coming, showed up on time and with another plumber, Lorenzo, did a terrific job on several items for us in addition to handling the warranty replacement of our hot water heater with the manufacturer (which they also submitted all the paperwork for, something most other plumbers would not do). Both were friendly, immediately introduced themselves and were very communicative while they were here. They installed a pressure reducing valve on our main water line, replaced a leaky hose bib and installed a new pull-down faucet in our laundry room. All of the pricing and details were provided prior to commencement of the work; David actually worked up several options for us and we were able to pick what we wanted to have done. He also evaluated additional items for us, answering all of our questions and reaching out to others at the company if he didn't have an immediate answer. All of the work was completed in one day, much to our relief and satisfaction. We plan to continue to use them moving forward.

I received an analysis and quote for a leaking main water line (outside meter to house). Remington was very professional, very knowledgeable, and gave me options. I will most likely be using their services but waiting to see if covered by warranty

We were doing a complete remodel and needed two water pipes capped and 90 deg added with a hose bib. When work started it took just over an hour and was done to a high standard. Technician was polite and knowledgeable.

The only down side was the minimum daily charge for a relatively small job.

Awesome service all the way from the first person I talked with in scheduling to Remington who came to do the repair. Our laundry washer valve broke as we were installing a new washer and the condo complex only had the water turned off for a few hours. Jared arrived at my home on August 5th to respond to a service call regarding a leak in my front yard. He arrived on time and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable, and gave my husband and I options for our situation. Since the job required digging on the property, Jared explained that he would not be able to start work that day because Blue Stake is required to come out and mark the utilities prior to job start. My husband and I agreed that work would start on Monday, August 8th at 8:00 am, provided Blue Stake had marked the property. Jared left and ELM Services arrived shortly thereafter to mark the property’s utilities.



Jared and his Apprentice arrived at exactly 8:00 am on Monday, August 8th and got right to work. They worked very well together and were able to resolve the issue with the main water line leak. Again, Jared and his Apprentice conducted themselves in a very professional manner the entire day. My husband and I checked on them several times throughout the day, as it was very hot and humid. We were very pleased with the work and with the care and consideration that Jared and his Apprentice took in restoring our property back to its original state.



On August 17th, Jared visited our home once again to conduct a whole home inspection. Again, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and was able to provide information and resolutions for our particular needs in a clear and concise manner.

I had a great overall experience with Deer Valley Plumbing from start to finish! The person that scheduled my service was kind and helpful and my service technician actually called 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way (most places say they'll do this but it doesn't happen).



I had been experiencing a terrible smell coming from my bathroom sink that would seemingly spew forth when my a/c kicked on. After getting no help from an HVAC tech and a different plumber, Deer Valley Plumbing took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue. They determined that I just needed my sink drain pop-up replaced and clearly explained my options and the cost. After I approved, they quickly fixed it on the spot!



I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

I called & they came out within 2 hrs. The technician was very professional & completed the job quickly. I would not hesitate to call DVP again.

Although we have a service contract with another AC/Plumbing company, I reached out to DVP to get a second opinion on a water heater repair. Our first provider wanted to just replace the water heater for several thousand dollars. The DVP Tech suggested just replacing the heating elements and thermostats for several hundred dollars. While that did fix the immediate problem of intermittent cold water, our six year old water heater did spring a significant leak several days later out of the top near the PRV. While DVP was not responsible for this, it would have been nice if the tech had noticed that issue prior to it causing water damage. DVP did come right out however and helped us install a new water heater with a discount based on the costs of the first repair that was still a better price than the original bid from the other company. They also put a drip pan under the new water heater (which was not there with the prior installation.) Based on their fast service and reasonable pricing, I will continue to call DVP for future plumbing needs.

Came home after being away for the weekend and found that the countertop in my laundry room was wet.

At first I thought it was a leaky spray bottle until I felt a couple of drops hit me on the head.

Upon further investigation I discovered a small pinhole leak in one of the pipes in my attic.

I called Deer Valley Plumbing the next morning and was greeted by a courteous individual not an answering service like other plumbing companies I've called in the past. I explained what I had going on and made arrangements to have one of their Technicians come out to access and hopefully repair the problem.

Their Technician Jared W called me first thing in the morning and gave me a rough idea of when he would be out. Prior to his arrival I received a text message telling me that Jared was on his way and the message also included a picture of him so I knew who to expect, nice touch.

Jared was right on time and I found him to be extremely professional in both his appearance as well as plumbing knowledge.

Jared got right on the job and after assessing the situation explained to me what my options were.

We decided that the best option was to cut out a section of the old pipe to include a 90 degree fitting and replace it with new copper pipe and fittings.

The work was completed in a very timely matter you could tell that Jared knew what he was doing.

After cleaning up after himself Jared went through the service report with me explaining each of the charges which I found to be very reasonable.

I was extremely pleased with Deer Valley Plumbing and their Technician Jared and would recommend them for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Called Deer Valley Plumbing after the shutoff valve broke off the water line for the connection to the fridge. Deer Valley Plumbing quickest response time out of other plumbers in the north valley area. Alexis the technician showed up within the hour, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Clean and efficient repair of the shutoff valve and pipe, and quick change out of the water valves for the washer and dryer hookups as well. Remington and Wolf arrived, promptly diagnosed the issues with showers clogging up, fix the issues at hand, cleaned up and washed down the residual gunk left behind. They were very professional and courteous.

They fixed my leaky pipe from my water main line. I was supposed to have someone else fix it Wednesday but they never showed up. Gave the other person another day to be nice. Friday came I was fed up so I called deer valley plumbing. I spoke with Gloria and she was very nice. She had a cancellation so she booked me into the days jobs. Two hours later, David their technician shows up and does his thing. The price was reasonable for the job he did. No more leaky pipes! Thank you for your help!

Price gauging at its finest. Very professional technician but value for their services was absurd. $270 to pull the toilet on and off, amounts to roughly 5 mins of work. A job I could have done myself if asked. Good work, ridiculously over charged, won’t use again.

Deer Valley impressed me right away with their knowledge and professionalism. When they came in at 1/2 the price of other estimates, I was amazed - and happy. They did the work in under the time expected, and did a thorough job in cleaning up afterwards. They replaced a leaking valve, which required getting into pipes behind shower surround to replace/solder. They minimized the hole needed, found a pretty faucet backing plate to cover new, slightly larger hole, and it looks and works great.

Arrived on time, courteous, informative, professional and resolved my issue beyond my expectations! Will definitely be the plumbing company to call.

When I called to make the appt. I told them that I thought I had a slab leak or it may be be my solar water heater of 6 yrs. I asked if they could conduct a leak detection and was told yes they could. They said it would be $75. which would go toward any repair needed. When the 2 young guys came out they did everything I had already done and said they didn’t do slab leaks and didn’t work on Solar water heaters, but could refer someone. They said it would be $150. and I balked at this since they didn’t do much that I had already done, so they said they would only charge the $75. (I basically paid $75. for nothing). I called Arizona Leak Detection and she did a great job in finding out it was a clog in my solar water heater pipe and a landscaping drip system failure. Parker & Sons was out the day before Deer Valley Plumbing and neither checked the drip system or water heater plumbing pipes. Yep, there was water in the pan beneath the solar water heater but that didn’t explain using 19,448 gallons of water last month with just me in the house! Even my landscaper failed to check it out when I asked him yesterday. It is so disappointing when all people want is $ but don’t do the job they were paid to do! I won’t be using them again!

Remington and Wolfey were stellar professionals. We moved recently and have worked with many services. They flushed our tankless heaters and kept us informed along the way. Thumbs up for these guys!

Yesterday we discovered our bathroom sink was leaking, and about 24 hours later David from Deer Valley Plumbing was finishing up repairing it. They’re friendly, professional, prompt (we were given a four hour window for the quote, he arrived within the first 20 minutes), communicative, and very competent.

David came out and gave us a proposal that while not the cheapest was the best value. He arrived on time to do the installs and was efficient in his work and cleaned everything up and hauled away the old water heaters. We are very pleased. Note: you will be charged for the proposal but the charge will be applied to the project cost if you decide to use them for your project.

The two stars is based on cost. Looking at other reviews, I don’t doubt this company does quality work.

We called because our water heater went out. The person on the phone was polite and the plumber was prompt and also polite.

The problem was $2100 for a 50 gallon electric water heater. Really? The cost of the unit ranges from $450 to $700. That means the cost of labor is at minimum is $1400. That’s excessive for a very common job. I feel bad for those who have previously paid this much.

We called a retired plumber we know and he said this price is way out of line. He contacted a licensed contractor he knows and we ended paying half of this quote for a quality job.

We needed a plumber right away at our house. Don Jr. came within minutes of us calling. He was awesome! He was quick, professional, and friendly. I called Deer Valley plumbing to repair a bath fixture. The faucet had become almost impossible to turn on and off. Jared and associate arrived promptly and within minutes had diagnosed the issue as a bad cartridge. Imagine my shock when they told me it would be $410.00 to replace. I would have called somebody else, but needed the tub today. Not even a half hour of work. What a rip-off.

I only use Deer Valley Plumbing. They're very efficient, always on time, and their service techs always do a good job. David was my service tech today, he was really nice and polite and did the work quickly. I just wish plumbers?‍? weren't so expensive!?‍♀️

We had Deer Valley Plumbing install our soft water system. We had four companies come out and give us a quote. Not only was Deer Valley Plumbing the best value but they were also the only ones who didn’t try to up-sell me on a pricier soft water system. Because we had a great experience we had them come back to install a faucet and reverse osmosis system. Everyone at this company is very professional and responsive. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They have earned a lifelong customer.

I can't say enough about what a great company Deer Valley Plumbing is. My water heater failed while it was still under warranty, and I needed a new one installed, but because I have a direct vent water heater, the company that my home warranty sent out told me I needed to pay $1000 out of pocket for modifications that were needed to install the new water heater. They wouldn't listen to me when I told them I paid several hundred dollars to make those modifications when I had the previous water heater installed 4 years earlier. Then two other plumbing companies agreed that I had to make the modifications and pay for extra parts. Thankfully, a rep at the supply company told me to call Deer Valley Plumbing, and I am so happy I did. They were able to determine from photographs that I did not need the modifications, and they quoted me a price that was half of what the other companies had estimated. And they said they could have the water heater installed the next day. Don, the technician, was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to install the water heater in less than an hour (I had been told it was a 4 to 5 hour job by another plumbing company trying to justify their expensive pricing). Deer Valley Plumbing was out for a quick consultation fee. They canceled our original appointment after being an hour late. We rescheduled for the next morning and the sales representative arrived, looked around for 5 minutes gave us a quote, collected the consultation fee, and was supposed to send us an official quote by the end of day after speaking with his boss. I never heard back! I called three days later and was told they must have forgot. A few hours later I received an emailed quote that was $10,000 higher than what the sales rep. had mentioned while on site. They basically blew us off and kept the consultation fee of $75. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We ended up finding a plumbing company to do the job for under $3,000.

I’m literally at a loss for words. I should have taken the reviews seriously. Despite my better judgment I went ahead and paid $75 to have somebody come out and do a quote for me. $1800 to run 20 feet of pipe is absolutely ridiculous. This is price gouging at its finest. The owner seriously needs a reality check. Thank you for wasting my time and enjoy the $75 for nothing.

I am in the process of purchasing an older home. As expected, a few repairs were noted by my home inspector, and before I finalize my sale tomorrow I wanted an estimate of expected repairs. I did research and found Deer Valley Plumbing to be highly recommended per reviews. I spoke to Max who requested an email of my home inspection report. He was going to look it over at his request and call me back . I spoke with him again 8 hrs. Later and he said he was going to take it home, review it, and return my call. When I received no call this morning, I called back. He was just coming out of a meeting and I told the kind receptionist to give him my message,that I needed to give the seller an answer today. I called again at 230 pm after waiting 6 hours. Needless to say, I found another plumbing company. If I start out with dishonesty, and feeling like they don't care for a customer, then it is their loss not mine. I did not have a minor repair,but several areas I needed work. And to think a phone call, and appreciating a new customer would have probably made this a stellar review.

I live in Deer Valley and always try to choose a business nearby. Their reviews were great so chose them. Not an emergency, so I left a request on their website. They open at 7 a.m., was going to call them but they called me at 6 am because they knew my water was shut off due to a leak. Had worker Colin here first. Sent me text with his picture when he was on his way, which is a great safety feature. Fixed the problem in a timely, professional, clean manner. Up front price quote and no hidden fees. Thank you for great fast service. Will use them again in the future if needed.

Along with that she was able to send someone out immediately who performed the work. Michael R. and his colleague (I did not catch his name) were very friendly, professional and informative. We had a great experience with Deer Valley Plumbing. The plumber who came out, J.C., was professional and direct. Not only did he fix known issues with the kitchen sink, but he also noticed that our garbage disposal was on its way out, so he took care of that right away. I appreciated that, because I like to take care of things before they become problems, and he showed us why the disposal needed replacing. We didn't even have to schedule a second appointment.



I shopped around beforehand, but now that we've had Deer Valley Plumbing come out, they'll be the first one I call for all future needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Let me say that their communication was excellent; that the service technician was very capable (Julio); and that the service they performed was outstanding. Their bill was reasonable for the work done; their advice was outstanding; and we will use them again. What did we have done? We had a kitchen sink under counter RO system removed and we had work done on our garbage disposal; and all the plumbing under the sink was checked, tied off, and repaired. 100% satisfied with these folks and especially with Julio who we will request perform needed services in the future. While we appreciate handymen and the work they do, when it comes to plumbing issues, we hire professionals; like Deer Valley.

Everytime I need a plumber I call and speak to the knowledgeable staff at Deer Valley Plumbing. Invariably when I explain the issue we are experiencing, their service manager knows exactly the problem and solution. Not only that, but they are prompt, they let me know who will be coming with a picture so I don't have to guess if the person at the door is my service person or not, and they are always kind and courteous. They always properly diagnose (usually before they even get here!) and quickly fix my problem. Deer Valley plumbers are the best in town!

Do NOT use this company. I called them out to replace a gaslamp regulator. Southwest Gas and I both told them that it was the regulator. They replaced something else, charged me and then said they need to order a part (the regulator I originally asked them to fix). It has been a couple of months and it is still not fixed.

A hot water line ruptured underneath the kitchen. I had two quotes from two other companies, one for 2150 dollars after a service contract i have with them and another with a different company for $1500. You all did the job for 710 dollars and were quick, clean, efficient, honest, friendly, and your tech took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in non plumber terms. Excellent!! Excellent!! WORK. Thank you I'm very satisfied with your company and will use it again in the future. The service tech was the nicest, honest, and hard working service person i have ever had the pleasure to have work on anything of mine. Don was the 4th professional we had called out to identify a leak in our ceiling. He took his time, asked unique questions and ran every test he could. We are grateful he was able to identify a problem several others failed to. The staff was friendly, safe, reliable and offered quality service. We will be calling on their team again.

Scheduling process was not difficult and we were able to get service the next day. If it had been an emergency they would have been able to accommodate same day service. The technician was able to arrive early. Our shower fixtures were older, but he was able to find replacement parts. Everything was repaired and is working well. My only suggestion would be for the technicians to have shoe covers but otherwise great service and would use Deer Valley plumbing again.

Jason B was an awesome technician. He knew exactly what to do, got right to work and fixed the problem immediately. He is very skilled at his job and I couldn't be more happy with his work. I had opened up the drywall for easy access and all that was needed was for the technician to make 3 solder joints. I'm 75 years old but I wished I had done it myself. The actual work was done fine but the technician had a table for various charges and that is what was he used for the charge.

Everything went very smooth, all the way from the phone call to schedule the service to the technician coming to the home and resolving my issue. I will recommend and use Deer Valley Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and in a house as old as mine, there are sure to be more calls.

Eric came on site to do a job that most would consider a 2 person job and not only completed on time did it with a smile on his face. I don't regularly do these reviews but Eric was just a good dude with a can do attitude. Deer Valley Plumbing is now our new contractor of choice...

I had Jared here to service my RO system that wasn’t working. Communicated his arrival time prior to showing up. Arrived quickly diagnosed the problem and serviced the system. Also tested the water and made sure everything was working properly. Totally professional.

A. O. Smith water heater control box/thermostat died on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. AO Smith Co. recommended deer valley as installer. I called them about replacing the control.



The office staff worked me into the afternoon schedule. Joe sent me a text telling me when he would arrive and photo ID to identify him.



He arrived on time. He went right to work and changed out the control box. He finished the job in about a half hour. He completely cleaned up the work site. He was pleasant and congenial and put up with all my questions.



The fee was fair and reasonable. We had hot water for Thanksgiving, enough said.

The technician was here promptly and started to work immediately. He kept me apprised of every action he needed to take and he worked quickly and efficiently. He did an amazing job of putting in a new sink and installing my reverse osmosis system and I'm very happy with the workmanship and quality of this very difficult job - made more difficult because my home was built in 1960 and the old sink was installed with concrete. Anyway, these guys will be my go to guys if I ever need plumbing work again. I would've rated them with 10 stars if allowed!!!!!

I Googled Deer Valley Plumbing to begin with, the ratings were good they were close by and I needed a plumber. They were here even early. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Eric was thorough and honest. Would use them again!

This company was close to my home, used them three times in three months. Unfortunately, I will not do business with this company again and suggest any other company for plumbing needs. After having them install new trim in bathrooms the spout started to leak within days of the service call. There was no leak prior to them touching the equipment. When I called to make them aware of the leak, it took three days to get someone out. Furthermore, the invoice for the original call stated, “tested for proper function and tested for leaks.” However, they charged me another $177 on top of the $161 I already paid. DO NOT GIVE this company your business!

We had a main sewer line blockage with water backing up into the house. They came out to take a look and diagnosed the problem and quoted us $2800 to fix. Got a second opinion and the fix was $300 and everything now works perfect. Not impressed that had we proceeded the cost would have been an extra $2500.

Been very happy with the service we have received. Have always responded in a timely manner to any calls for immediate help needed with our plumbing issues. The plumbers have been very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend Deer Valley Plumbing to other persons needing a plumber.

Jerry came early and did an excellent job. I had received the parts to repair my leaky kitchen faucets but they were the wrong ones so he ran over to the supply company and picked up the right parts and installed them and was done within an hour.

I have used Deer Valley for several jobs around the house. With a home nearly 30 years old, there are many water supply lines that were getting old. I work in the insurance claims industry and know that being a responsible home owner/insured requires replacement of old lines from time to time.



Deer Valley has replaced toilet supply lines and valves , washing machine valves and inspected refrigerator and dishwasher lines. They’re great

Hot water heater blew out and we had no shut off valve to the unit. 930 at night and no water to the house. They couldnt come that night but they did make arrangements to be here at 730 the next morning. Eric was the tech. Professional, efficient, and a overall nice guy. He's a true credit to this organization and I hope he is valued cus my family and i surely appreciate the work he did.

I called Deer Valley Plumbing to give me an estimate for a broken water line between my house and street. I agreed to a $75 trip fee, I was told they would diagnose and give an estimate. They arrived, looked around (did no digging, used no technology to locate leak) and told me it would cost $1700 to fix, which included $1100 to dig.



Furthermore, the tech told me he would be replacing the line from the break to the riser with Pex or PVC, but he wrote the invoice initially showing 30' of copper, when the repair would be less than 10'... (he said he did so out of laziness in lieu of line iteming the labor/digging on the estimate properly).



I asked why he used the most expensive material to price out that portion if he wasn't planning to use copper in the first place, and he told me they all cost the same..... which is kind of funny. Copper is by far the most expensive material of the three. I asked him about this, which is when he re-wrote the estimate to show $1100 in labor for digging. He made a comment that "I was making him do it the right way"...... my thought is, shouldn't you do it the right way to begin with?



I hired someone from Takl to dig out the water line, cost $150. I then called Moon Valley Plumbing, who came out and fixed the problem for $235.



All told I spent $385 to fix this issue (not including the $75 I threw away on Deer Valley Plumbing's "estimate").



Deer Valley Plumbing, if you subtract the $1100 they wanted just to dig, wanted $600 to fix the leak. I spent less than that to dig AND fix the leak at the end of the day.



Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I wasted $75 on this company, don't do the same.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE.

I do not know the contractor we dealt with because his name isn’t worth remembering. This specific contractor decided he was not going to work on our case base on pictures. He called our renters told them that we called him SEVERAL times which is LIE. We reached out ONCE to verify if someone was coming out or not. He advised that Tricon American home was supposed to reach out to us to let know that a assessment team was coming out. I’m sure that was a lie seeing that this particular contractor lied about us calling him and about coming to our home. He ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

We had the main water line to our house fail over the holiday. A technician from Deer Valley Plumbers (JC) came out and quickly gave me a quote on that and another item we needed. The quote was better than I had hoped for on both items as they are pretty major. I had just lost someone very close to me the previous week and with unknown medical expenses and a lot of extra stress this repair was the last thing we needed. JC fixed everything beautifully and gave us a bit of advice on some other items. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and quick with the repairs. I would highly recommend Deer Valley Plumbing to anyone and we will use them in the future.

Deer Valley put the plumbing in our house 20 years ago as a new build. They've been there for us ever since. The office staff is kind and professional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. They never try to up charge you!

After calling other, more expensive, plumbers, I called Deer Valley. The technician was prompt and thorough and made just one, quick, check to illiminate the worst case scenario. (Which, up till then, was what other plumbers left me thinking) Great job and problem solved much more inexpensively.

The technician did a great job installing my new unit which was under warranty. The charge for labor was outrageous as I could have bought a new one at home depot and had them install it for what I was charged just for labor. The plumber that initially installed the unit only charged me $100, so I was shocked when I was told what my bill was. The company did take off $200 after I called to complain, but I almost paid $500 for a switch out. I know plumbers are expensive, but that was ridiculous in my opinion. Giving 3 stars due to the cost.

David was excellent and professional at all time. He did a wonderful job installing the water tank pump.

They called to see if they could come early, they were extremely polite and helpful. Really great service! I would definitely use them again.

I scheduled an appointment the tech came out on time. I spent 2 hours with him reviewing the scope of the project. He said he would get me a quote. After a few days I called to see if the tech had taken the time to put it through and spoke to Max. Max informed me that all quotes go through him and that he had it but had not gotten to it yet. I asked when do you think you will? Max suddenly said "I am going to no-bid this job". Totally unprofessional and a total waste of my time for me to spend with the tech. Think twice before you call them and have to waste the most only commodity we don't get more of.

I use this office for USPS services. It is a convenient location for dropping off packages of you like in North Phoenix. Typically it's not to busy and if there is a bit of a line they help everyone in a timely and professional manner. Great place to buy stamps as well as stock up on usps boxes and envelopes. With no post office nearby this is the best option if not a better option for usps services.

NOT EXPERIENCED IN TANKLESS WATER HEATERS. We’ve had 4 technicians to our house the last 4 months trying to get our hot water to flow again. The first technician couldn’t figure out the problem, we had him flush it anyway for $250. Still no hot water. The second came to tell us we needed a new water control valve, he gave us the wrong part # and we ordered the wrong part. Didn’t know this until the 3rd technician came. 3rd tech came

And went due to us not having the correct part. 4th technician came to install correct WCV and charged us another $200. We had hot water for one day and he said we needed a new igniter, if that didn’t work. My husband installed the new $20 igniter in 10minutes and we I instantly have hot water! Were pretty certain we needed a new igniter this entire time and spend over $500. Even though we live in AZ, it’s summer and the water is warm, we still enjoy hot showers and so does our 2yo. Definitely feeling taken advantage of and misleaded. I also emailed owner when he asked for feedback and I haven’t heard back in over a week. Also, Max, the person who schedules services seemed like he stopped caring 2 months ago after the 2nd technician came.

Seem nice enough, but their bid was astronomical. Their plumbing bid was almost as much as the 2 other bids I received for the entire job. The other 2 bids included electrical, drywall, tile, and paint, as well as plumbing.

Make sure to get other bids!

They answer their phone (!!), they were not only on time, but early (!!!), and he explained all our options, the work that he was doing, and the work that would be good (or worthless) to complete in the future. Our current issue was fixed quickly and efficiently; and our future items can now be prioritized properly. Great service from true professionals.

I called for my hot water not working. I told them any parts were covered from the manufacturer, and I had an authorization # for parts if needed. I was told $65 to come out. They guy came out and I told him to check the gfi first, which I couldn't get to. He did, and that's what it was. It started right up. He said he just wanted to check a couple of more things. 20 minutes later he says he's done and charges me $150.00!! For what, I ask? Well, there was nothing to fix, so it switches to an hourly fee with a $150.00 minimum. I called their office to question this whole thing, and was told sorry if you weren't told that on the phone!! Complete dishonesty and gouging!!

Excellent work done in a timely fashion. We had a small miscommunication issue, but their management was quick to respond and got things sorted. They will be my long term plumbing company.

Giving them 1 star is too much. I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst company ever. This company will send unqualified technicians to your house to work on technology that they don't understand. I know have to buy and replace parts on a Reverse Osmosis System that they installed incorrectly. Bad Service. Bad Knowledge. No Refund. I am making a complaint to the better business bureau.

I can't recommend this business. I paid for an estimate to have work done and they gave me a number pulled out of thin air. They didn't measure when they came out and won't list parts or labor - just a large number they'll want me to pay. I've requested more info but they won't respond. I want my money back but they're crooks. Not sure all plumbers are bad but these folks are for sure. DO NOT USE - THEY'VE WRITTEN THE NICE REVIEWS THEMSELVES.

Worst plumbing company ever. They aren’t up front with costs and the quotes given out are 4-5 times the cost it should be. Then they charge you $65 to come out and give you the overpriced quote. Their customer service is terrible to work with too as they hung up on my twice and offered no assistance. Do NOT use this company!!

The day before we were moving into our new house we found out our gas pipes were leaking. After a week of people looking but not fixing the issue, we called Deer Valley Plumbing. Joe diagnosed the issue right away, removed all the old leaking pipes, and replaced the ones that needed replacing. Thank you! We now know who we'll be calling for any future issues.

Response time was very good, however the technician sent was a bit inexperienced. As a result the job took longer than expected and this increased labor hours. Otherwise management and pricing for parts was good.

I called them on Saturday around 11am after another company flaked. By the end of Saturday I hadn't heard back from them. At around 11am Monday I got a voice message saying they were following up. Following up to what, exactly?? A service call from 2 days earlier??
