I used Pink Plumbing for a water main replacement. They were very thorough with explaining the process, stuck to quoted price on estimate and were able to make the repair the next day. The crew made the repair promptly and cleaned up the area before leaving. I highly recommend Pink Plumbing for their integrity, reliability and warranty on the work performed. They also used quality products so I’m less likely to have this problem again. Overall great experience!
After receiving multiple quotes for plumbing services on our new home, we decided to use Pink Plumbing and sewer.
Omar came over and explained everything to me in detail. He was very friendly and honest (something the others didn’t do). He explained what would be replaced and why. My husband and I already knew what we needed done ahead of time and I was very impressed at Omar’s professionalism.
He came to our home the day of work and did everything he said he would do. The work came out amazingly great, even our neighbor noticed how hardworking and dedicated he was to making the job good.

Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends. Also my water tastes great!!!
Pink is my go to plumbing company. They are probably the only vendors I look forward to coming over and I can't speak highly enough of them. But here I'll try, they are always responsive, professional, and personable. Lou and Adam are great people who do great work. They are the only ones that come by my house. And they have done so much work for me, I should build a guest house to set them up in! Their work is exceptional and they put up with my, probably excessive amount of, questions. They always clean up after themselves too. I just took it for granted. However during a recent remodel I've had problems with other contractors messing everything up. And having to yell or followup with their boss just to get them to cleanup. They are so thorough and energetic. Even when Lou was working on my extractor pump, the very first time I met him, he was responding to questions and laughing at my attempts at humor. If you know what an extractor pump deals with you'll understand that repair isn't a positive experience. But he was just working away being pleasant.

We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. They also tested all our water before leaving to make sure everything was running properly and helped fix an issue on our shower without any charge! We are so blessed to have found a trustworthy, reliable and fair priced plumber which is very rare these days! Needed to get my water heater replaced after a leak. The tech Jason was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave an accurate understanding and estimate of what needed to be done. If you are handy enough to install a water heater yourself, you don't need to be here. But if you're like me, and wanted it done quickly and without hassle, I recommend Pink Plumbing and Sewer.

In the chaos of my water heater blowing up, I called Pink Plumbing to set up an appointment. Days before the appointment, Brandon from Pink called me. By that point, there was extensive water damage. He was prepared to pick up a new water heater and jet over. I explained that my contractor turned up the standard heat setting and it began leaking rusted water. Brandon explained why this happened and the entire process as he exchanged heaters. I was immediately impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and his expertise. I knew I was in competent hands as Brandon is a licensed, bonded master plumber - contrary to my contractor. He calmed my frazzled nerves and handled this fiasco professionally. Brandon was awesome from the beginning to the completion of my emergency. In addition, he provided a reconstruction company to repair the wall damage. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing because you will be treated with respect, courtesy and a level of professionalism not known to me before in this business.

My technician and his apprentice were great. Both were kind, amicable, and professional, and as a first-time homeowner, they made the process as painless as it could be while giving me tips on how to mitigate future issues. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other plumbers as I didn't shop around and this is my first time hiring one, but given the good work they did, I'd hire them again even if their prices are a touch higher than the competition.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. Thank you to the entire Pink Plumbing team. Working with Chris and his teams made it easier to digest the unfortunate situation of multiple breaks in a kitchen drain line. His teams were extremely communicable, on-time, professional and focus on ensure our kitchen was back up and running. Initially provided a 2 day project timeline, which we did not think was doable. They met the timeline, did great work and will use them in the future.

We have used Pink Plumbing for both a leak/faucet repair in our kitchen and for an upgrade to our shower valve in one of our bathrooms. Their technicians are responsive, knowledgable and give you multiple options to solve your plumbing needs. While I hope I won't need a plumber anytime soon, Pink Plumbing will be my go-to should the need arise.
Best plumbing service I have used! Had them come out multiple times and always feel great about the quality and price. If you have any needs, Lou and Adam are the guys to call.

I had a pinhole leak in an elbow feeding my water softener. The technician arrived early, kept me informed of each his progress, finished in half an hour and gave me a two year warranty. Five stars is too few.
They are top notch and professional in everything they do from start to finish. I am very glad I found them. I had a water leak and they found the problem and took care of from my first contact to their team of professional Omar who fixed my problem. Thank you Pink plumbing.
We needed to replace our garbage disposal that had just seized up from lack of use. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come Thursday morning. They arrived on schedule following all Covid-19 protocols they said they would. The technician said I could get a discount if I was a Yelp member and I was. So that saved $55 off the total. I was very appreciative of this. He did his work in a timely manner and we're back to having a working garburator! Very pleased with their good service.

Our kitchen sink had been backing up for the past couple of weeks, draining slowly but not fast enough. Called one plumber out from a different company who tried clearing the drain and air vent to no prevail.
Called Pink Plumbing soon after as we needed a second opinion on the sink/drain. Communication with pink plumbing has been outstanding. Text or call to schedule and cancel appointments. Extremely friendly and honest.
Highly recommend Pink Plumbing to anyone in need of their services.
Omar Carillo was our plumber from Pink Plumbing and as soon as I met the guy I could tell that he was a professional at what he does. They truly are #1 at dealing with our #2's, even though our issue was a #2 issue they still tackled it with ease.
Omar told us what he thought was wrong, gave us best and worst case scenario and was completely honest throughout the whole process.

I had somewhat of a plumbing emergency last week and Becca(spelling?), Lou and Adam were all fantastic at helping us out. Becca was so friendly on the phone and had amazing customer service. Lou and Adam were so great when they arrived. They fixed the problem and did a great job of explaining the situation. My mom and my husband's mom are both survivors of breast cancer so we also appreciate that mission. We will absolutely be using Pink Plumbing & Sewer in the future.
Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

Had some issues with shower and toilet being backed up. Found broken drain pipes. Fixed the issues and the cost was what was quoted. Very professional crew no BS.

Disposal went out and had a hard time to find a plumber. I called PINK and they got someone out the next day. While he was here, he also changed out my water filters. Will use them from now on.
Fantastic. Across multiple experiences with Pink Plumbing, they were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price might not be the cheapest, but it is very fair for the quality and service provided.
Recently, Lou helped fix my water heater. He showed up on time, with text reminders. He worked promptly and included me on any decisions. And then he spent time afterwards to provide tips for not running into my issue again.

Service was super quick and they offered a permanent solution to fix the leak under my sink vs the three previous plumbers who just did an immediate fix. Excellent job!
These guys are great. Great communication. Great service. Great price (Heck, I am not even sure it was great price, my experience was so positive I didn't even shop their price.) We had Lou in for an estimate. That same day he took care of a couple of things (replaced out door hose faucet), then had him back in a few days to replace the hot water heater, add a recirculating pump and fix the water pressure to a bath tub. All done perfectly with great explanations. Highly recommended.

Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

Chris did a good job installing a new water heaters in my home in Glendale. I liked the attitude displayed on the job which is not what you always get from the plumber.

Pink plumbing has always done a great job at my rental property whenever I need a good plumber. The one time they needed to return to finish a job they were extremely fair and didn’t even charge me for the additional visit. I’ll always use them for my plumbing needs.

These qualities are extremely hard to find these days.
We’ve had Pink Plumbing out to our house twice now, one for a major plumbing issue, almost qualifying as an emergency, then, thankfully, just a minor one after that.
Chris and his crew did an amazing job detecting a damaging water leak, then displayed an extraordinary amount of knowledge and hard work to design a re-routing and new piping solution for our home.
As troubling as this was to us as homeowners (the water created a fair amount of damage, and could’ve been even worse), Chris took the time to personally oversee the work, and exhibited a sense of caring, respect and ownership to be sure the job was done right.
We were relieved when the project was completed, and have Chris to thank for that.
Separately, some time later, we suspected a different problem, and because we were prior customers, Chris personally came out to check things out for us. He ran some diagnostics, and thankfully, no issues.
We are grateful for Chris and his staff. He’s a straight shooter and stand-up guy and business owner, in every way.

I can't recommend Pink Plumbing enough. Chris and Steph are responsive, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. They care about their customers and are very pleasant to work with!
Chris installed a laundry tub in our utility room. He carefully removed the sheetrock to get at the plumbing and replaced it when he was done. He left the room spotless. You could tell he takes pride in his work. (The only thing left for us to do was to tape the sheetrock where he cut it.)
It can be really hard finding a good contractor, especially in plumbing! Today we found our life long plumber for our needs, the professionalism and honesty was great.
Pink Plumbing showed up when they said they would, took all the necessary Covid precautions, and gave me hot water again in my shower. They were respectful and professional.

Very rude when it came to down to customer service.
I’ve had Pink Plumbing out to my home on several occasions and will continue to use and recommend them. They are an easy company to deal with (they are very responsive) and they do great work at a great price. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
These guys don’t try to up sell, they will point out something if they think it also needs to be repaired but No pressure they just offer to send you a quote for you to consider for a future repair.
Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I knew the full price up-front and the repair was done quickly. I'll use again.
