I recently had a plumbing emergency that flooded my neighbor below. I called DiamondBack and they send me a technician. Nick showed up right away. He was very professional and explained exactly what happened with the plumbing. Nick made the repair through a very small cut in my new cabinets and he was able to save my brand new kitchen from being torn apart and saved me thousands of dollars! Nick is a true professional and I will hire him again and recommend him to others!

We reached out to Diamondback as we were having a hard time finding a plumber that could take care of a rather large job. We had a major leak in the pipe that connected from the street meter to our house. It was the old polybutelene piping. We were hoping to have the entire pipe replaced as this material was recalled years ago. We got turned down from multiple plumbers as they did not want to take on such a big job.The front office staff was so kind when working to schedule our appointment. We got a free quote from Chad and he got us on the schedule within a couple of days.Dane showed up promptly on the scheduled date, dug a trench in our yard to re run the new piping and even moved the line so that it would be more convenient and help us save some significant costs (we would have had to tear up our whole driveway).Dane and his teammate completed the job in two days as we originally anticipated, cleaned up any messes and educated us on the new lines run. We are so thankful for Diamondback as they saved our butts. They did quality work and within budget.Highly Recommend!!

This company is amazing! They provided excellent customer service during every contact. They were honest, thorough, and saved me from an unnecessary and very expensive repair that another plumber said I needed. Diamondback plumbing has earned my business.

I am giving 1 star because 1 month later we have a leaky faucet after they installed. They are charging us full price to fix. Buyer beware, this company does NOT support or WARRANTY service if you use anything but their parts. Otherwise they will blame on the part (even when its not) and not even consider partial refund. I might as well try anther plumber. They say its standard for the industry however other plumbers offer better and they didn't tell me this until a month later when asking for an inspection. 5 star loss for 0 communication. Their service is NOT cheap either and they usually don't give you quote you unless you pull it out of them.

You wanna talk about one of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with. They came out did not repair the problem they were called out for their tech ended up breaking the urinal completely, but instead of fixing it the right way because my GM is a female he just shut the water off and told her it was fixed! I have called 5 times with zero response from the owner or management, just a call lady. Don’t use this company for anything unless you just want the run around and watch the owner hide froM phone calls cause he can’t handle his business! Yes I hope you are reading this so you return my call! Good business you got there buddy!!!!!

Hands down best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Had an emergency grease trap problem to resolve. Communication was top notch from the start. They discussed problem, and gave me information on some potential things to be aware of. Then worked to clear up schedule to get someone right away and gave times to expect calls and service. The plumber that came out was equally knowledgeable and had great suggestions to help prevent the issue again. He took time to make sure my staff and I had knowledge about our system and best practices to help maintain it and lessen the need to call a plumber for emergencies.Everyone at Diamondback Plumbing took time to make sure that not only my current issues were fixed but also made sure we were aware of problems not being addressed by our regular pump service or just ways to maintain our drains better. This is now my preferred plumber just due to the stellar professionalism.

Scott was so amazing and informative. Thank God I kept calling as other plumbers wanted to rip through my walls. After a pressure check and complete review of my bathroom, it was determined that I don't have pipe leaks but just a tenant who likes to splash too much. Saved thousands of dollars, unreal but will only go with diamondback plumbing for all the rentals from now on. Tha k you so very much for your honesty and thorough knowledge!!!!

I do not know how this company has so many good reviews. They are terrible!! I have used them a couple times out of necessity and they have been awful! I called on Monday to schedule an appt for my kitchen sink that was falling down because it was an emergency. I explained the job in great detail to them and they said no problem and set appointment for Wednesday. Well they never showed up. I got a call at the end of the day to reschedule as they have had a rough day. I then gave the guy on the phone a brief description of my issue and then he proceeded to tell me they do not do that type of work.

I called this company a couple times to schedule somebody to come out and give me an estimate on doing service. I needed to have all my plumbing replaced and I was pulling everything for them. Three months goes by and I never received my estimate, quote, or a phone call. The very first time they messed up the appointment and the second time they show up the guy doesn’t do any measurements, he just walks around the house looks at all my stuff and then tells me he’s gonna give me l an estimate by the Weeknd. I call up to find out what’s going on and they say oh it looks like he still working on it. Also the reviews that they are doing our employee and other driven reviews that are not quality reviews be cautious

I called over a month ago for a leak I was having and they told me they can come out next week to give me a quote. I was fine with that assuming they were busy. They forgot about my appointment and once I called about it they sent someone over the next day. The plummer who was supposed come to give me a quote about 3 weeks ago hr gave me attitude the whole time stating that all the things I needed was at home depot and that he was going to need to make a hole in the wall. If I knew what I was doing I would have gone to home depot. 7 days later I still havent received any quote, I called asking for it and their respose was I needed to wait two more weeks for the quote. Its been over 3 weeks now I have yet to hear from them. I would highly recommend you use someone else who respects your time and doesnt treat you with zero respect.

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber (Scott Andrews) was timely, did the job well (no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home), and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, I'd recommend this company.

They took 3 days, and were late every day.. and still not repaired !!!!!!!!!!! . They did not repair the clog and the plumber was very rude. They still tried to overcharge us. We are very unhappy with this service. :(

I paid $250 for a camera inspection on my sewer line to assess the orange berg plumbing at my house. I wanted to have the inspection completed and get a quote for replacement or any other suggestions the company had prior to renovating my backyard. When I originally contacted the company, they were prompt and pleasant to work with in scheduling an appointment.Here is the sequence of events:1. June 2021: Initial appointment and payment of $2502. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services, despite verbally discussing with technician3. I contacted the company, who told me "the camera inspection has a data corruption file" and they'd return to redo the inspection at no charge4. July 2021: Second appointment for inspection5. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services (again)6. August 2021: Contacted the company several time requesting the video - we went back and forth several times throughout August and September. I was told they "have not been able to get all of the USB drives in yet. If I do not receive it the next couple of days we will touch base again."7. After ZERO contact or reply, November 2021: Asked for a refund, as I did not receive any of the services I paid forSince then, I have attempted several times to work with the company to get the services I paid for OR a refund. They replied ONE time, only when I threatened to report them to the BBB on Feb 15, 2022. Since then, no replies again.I understand that many businesses are busy right now and understaffed. I am simply asking to receive the inspection I paid for or receive a refund. I am shocked to find the company's business practice includes having people pay for things, delivering nothing, and then ignoring them to hope they forget. I've tried all reasonable efforts to communicate with the company to rectify the situation and have had no luck.

Really disappointed how Diamondback handled our last service call. We have used them a handful of times for our businesses. This last service call they didn’t completely finish the job or clean up. They didn’t skip a beat calling use everyday for payment tho. I had no problem paying the billing if and when the job was completed. They asked for me the pay and they would have a technician come and finish the job entirely. That never happened. Even after a follow up call. Disappointing and poor customer service. Needless to say I’d suggest taking your business to a company that completes the job hired for.

We wanted to share our experience for the Alma School house that we called about! We just recently had your technician Josh out here servicing our home. He was fantastic! So nice to talk to. He worked so hard all while talking with us and remaining friendly. We would highly recommend this company as well as Josh to anyone! Thank you so much!!

Not only were the initial services repaired incorrectly but once I was finally able to locate the correct company, Diamondback Plumbing, and reach out to advise, they seemed helpful at first however, decided they were going to charge me over $400 to go back and fix something they screwed up on. Now the low life piece of garbage manager Steve I believe is refusing to right the wrong and refusing to provide the business insurance information and is now attempting to charge me for services that were not rendered. Make your life easier and just find another company.

What can I say about this amazing place! I had a gas line punctured on 9/1 when our trees were being planted. The gas was turned off and I called this place in a panicked frenzy! The woman on the phone (I don’t remember her name) was so calm and walked me through everything. She then had Steven, the supervisor, come on the phone and help me with my panic to make sure all was good for the night. They immediately threw me on the schedule for 9/2. They put up with my anxiety calling the next morning, sorry about that. They had Ozzie who came to my home, he was AMAZING! So professional and just a happy gentleman all around. He explained everything in detail, was upfront about the pricing, got my gas turned on for the house so I could have a working stove and hot water. Will be back out tomorrow 9/3 to repair the line that runs to the yard equipment.The patience and professionalism, I can’t speak enough of. I am an anxious person who does not handle stress well sometimes and this company was amazing. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them for any plumbing or gas needs.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful, and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we’re very professional, polite and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in there ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn’t be done for under $190. I’ve already begun to recommend them to my family and friends. They have earned a customer for life. In addition, their entire team from the friendly woman who answered the phone to the scheduler was fantastic!! Bravo Diamondback Plumbing. Your team exceeded my expectations, by a mile! A+

We had a pretty serious leak in a pipe connected to the main water line, which necessitated the water being shut off to our house - definitely an emergency call. Within an hour of calling Diamondback, a plumber was at our home. He showed us the issue, showed us what he was going to do to fix it, and then did so at an extremely friendly price. This was my second experience using Diamondback Plumbing and it will definitely not be my last. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Called them in the afternoon after I had discovered I had a slab leak. They said they could send someone over the next day, between 1:00 and 4:00, to locate the leak. The charge for locating a slab leak would be 225.00. The plumber showed up at 4:30. I arrived a few minutes later. He had shutoff the valve for the water heater, and told me it was a cold water leak. I told him that I had already done that, and knew it was a cold water leak, and also because I had cut an access hole in the hall bathroom, and could hear the cold water line had a leak. He then mentioned that it might be a leak in the line between the meter and the main shutoff for the house. I told him I had already checked that with the main shutoff. It was a leak under the slab. He then said that it was too late in the day to locate the leak, but they could repair it the next week, and gave a ballpark estimate, not knowing where the leak was at all. For this, they charged 178.00, claiming that the technician determined that it was a slab leak, and it was the cold water side. I already knew this, I wanted them to find the leak. All he ended up doing was turning off the valve on the water heater, which he neglected to turn back on when he left. He determined that it was a slab leak because I told him what I had done to determine it was a slab leak. When i called to dispute the charge, I was told someone would contact me. They never did.

We had an emergency plumbing need in our office over a weekend. DiamondBack Plumbing was at our office within less than an hour to fix the issue. The technician was professional and friendly and got to work to fix the problem immediately. He was done quickly, which allowed us to go home to continue our weekend. Since it was a Sunday, I was expecting a large bill however it was ver reasonable for having to come in on an emergency. I would recommend them.

We have used Diamondback Plumbing for many years and have always had very good and reliable service. We have recommended this company to several friends and neighbors who were equally pleased with their services.One of my neighbors had a ridiculous estimate for a repair from another company and was told that every faucet in her home had to be replaced. Upon my recommendation she called Diamondback and found out that only one faucet had to be replaced. She was very grateful for my recommendation and pleased with the final outcome.

Great service and work. Arrived on a Sunday within 90 minutes and fixed my plumbing issue. The answering service, call back and service guy (Justin) were all professional and combined for a great experience at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Diamondback Plumbing.

Today was my second phenomenal experience with Diamondback plumbing. About 6 weeks ago my sister in law was having difficulty with her kitchen sink and bathtub drains. A good friend recommended these folks so I called I wish I could remember the ladies name but she was extremely helpful, pleasant set the appointment contacted me a prior to the service man arrival.Levi came out (you would think he had 60 years experience but I doubt he’s over 40) and inspected, located the problem, Levi used his camera to scope the lines showed me where the problem was, after jetting the whole house and snaking the lines he couldn’t Jet, using the camera again showing us all clear we added a couple of other small plumbing concerns which Levi corrected. Very clean very neat never know he was there and the price was HALF of what quotes over the phone were.Yesterday was my second time that I had a family member in need of plumbing repairs. I called made the appointment with them today, once again super easy and friendly no hassle dealingsMy daughter and Son in law are in the middle of a major remodel to their kitchen. During the removal of the old cabinets for new ones they found a leak in the drain, the house was built in the late 60s when they used cast and galvanized pipe the galvanized pipe is what had corroded through and had a pin hole. This is a true level home drain pipes inside the block wall.Levi came out again and was a hero. He had to remove and replace not only the galvanized pipe but also the Fitting in the main line this pipe attached to all with new ABS plastic.I didn’t bother calling and price checking these folks as they are straightforward, honest and all around dependable and extremely reasonable on their pricesI have found my plumbing company

Had a water heater go out on a Sunday ... DiamondBack Plumbing was able to come over with in just a couple hours and have it replaced. Price was absolutely fair and more than competitive. Justin performed quality work at the utmost professional level. He was personable and patient with my questions. I therefore scheduled a few more small items to be done later in the week around the house ... couldn't be more pleased.

Dane arrived as scheduled and fixed my toilet leak. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was my first time using Diamondback Plumbing. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

I had a leak in the ceiling and had to get up in the attic to be able to access the leak. It was a pinhole leak that was leaking pretty good and considered it an emergency so needed a plumber to come out that day to fix the problem. Called 2 other companies that couldn't make it out that day.. Thank Goodness I found Diamondback Plumbing! They were able to send out a plumber right away, that day, and got to the house in 30 minutes or less! Did not charge extra for being an emergency and was decent pricing. Dane was VERY friendly, and professional, got the job done right way! 5 out of 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

The dispatcher was great and she kept me informed since I was trying to get same day service. She made it happen and the plumber came during the window I was told and fixed things up quickly and painlessly. Price wasn't bad either. I'll use them again.Second visit, different issue. A company is only as good as it's Employee's. And Diamondback Plumbing has certainly hired the right people at every position. Everytime I schedule a service the receptionist ( sorry don't recall her name) has always been friendly and efficient. Tony has been our service tech a couple times now and he is not only a very good tech he is also a very nice guy.

After having someone from a different company give us a quote to fix two toilets for $900, I called Diamondback. They did the job, plus fixed my sink for just over $200. The plumber that came from Diamondback was just plain awesome. He was genuine and told me exactly what was the issue and was shocked when he heard the story about the other company that quoted me. I felt so much better about everything. I would recommend DiamondBack in a heartbeat to ANYONE!

Juan Carreon is the man! He drove within 45 minutes to us here at Century Grand and we appreciate him very much! He fixed our water heater in a desperate situation and for that we owe him a big thank you!!! Will most definitely use this company again!

Diamondback plumbing is an outstanding company. Not only do their plumbers know what they are doing they are the best in the business. My GOD! I was blown away at how they are patient and fix the issues correctly, but the staff in the office are amazing as well. They have great personalities, smell awesome and I would trust them with my children.They make sure all the issues are addressed, and I love them more than my wife, They never drop the ball and if there is a scheduling issue, they will contact you immediately. This company has phenomenally, unbelievably, great prices, and they keep their promises. I highly recommend using this company and I will go to no other dam company ever for the rest of my life!! I also recommend my friends-family & Church members only a fool would look elsewhere

We have used Diamondback Plumbing a few times. Their knowledge and work is excellent. HOWEVER, they are horrible at keeping appointments. Four times we have had the 8-Noon slot booked and each time they call in the late morning stating that a workman cannot get here until the middle of the afternoon. Afternoons do not work for us. If they cannot deliver a timely appearance at the next try, sorry stopped say we'll have to turn to another plumber

I have used Diamondback plumbing several times in the past and have always received top notch service. Their latest trip were concerned with our sewer main backing up as it had a few times in the past. They came out and did an inspection and found that we didn't have any issues. There was no charge for this service call. If you are looking for a reliable plumber look no further than DiamondBack Plumbing.

I went to a couple other places for estimates for my water heater replacement, and felt like BumbleBee was trying to rob me of almost $1700. DiamondBack did it for just over $1000, they sent very professional and helpful technicians, and the booking staff were lovely. Next time I have plumbing issues I’m definitely using their services again! Hands down best prices in North Phoenix area.

Knew exactly what needed to be done as he looked at the problem quickly. Told us that it was a bad bolt, that a kit could fix it. I said OK and he completed the job from start to finish in about 40 minutes. He also was very neat and cleaned up the area quickly. Great job. Very pleased with using DiamondBack Plumbing. We have used them 3 times in the past, and they always do a great job. Very professional. I am very please with their services.

We had a leak from our kitchen sink that was leaking into the outside side yard. We were dealing with another company for 10 days without resolution. Aaron came over early the next day and was able to identify and fix the pipe promptly. He was very helpful and did a great jobs. We will definitely be using Diamondback for all our plumbing needs.

Had a leak near my water meter in the yard that has been leaking for who knows how long! They were able to come same day and Dane spent hours out there fixing the issue. Truly grateful for how quickly they were able to address my leak and the hours Dane was willing to put in to get the line fixed. The price was affordable and their staff is responsive on short notice. Definitely will use again

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Diamondback plumbing. Cade did an excellent job repairing our broken drain pipe. He and his partners bravely crawled into a space under the house several other "plumbers" declined to delve in to. It was nasty, I'll credit that. Cade is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and a true asset to the diamondback company. I will recommend these guys for all plumbing needs and call them every time I need a plumber moving forward. Their pricing is very reasonable. True win, all the way around.

Cade showed up on time and did a great job replacing a water heater. The job took a little extra effort and patience but he absolutely rocked it. The whole experience, from the initial call to the completed job was outstanding. Will definitely use Diamondback again.

Even though Diamondback Plumbing seemed to be a large company, I was a bit hesitant to call them because of their mediocre Yelp reviews. But after talking to Steve, their technical advisor that can quote pricing over the phone.The plumber assigned to my project came to my house on time, examined everything he was going to do in a detailed manner even for a small job like removing and installing a toilet. Justin Payne was very personable and got the job done quickly.

I needed to replace my dish washer because of a leak. After making the appointment for the next day I mentioned the lead and the nice lady had some one out in a couple of hours. Tony came and was just great. He had to get a small part that was missing from the dish washer that I had bought. I have only great things to say about this company and Tony. After being quoted a price 3 times the amount of what they charged me I am pleased to recommend them to everyone.

Diamondback Plumbing is wonderful. They saved us over $1500.00 on our master bedroom shower. The other companies tried to "rip us off" and even charged us for an estimate. Their estimates are free and their service is fast. Brian even return to make adjustments at no charge. We highly recommend Diamondback Plumbing and will use them again.

DiamondBack Plumbing is one of those companies that really gets it. From the initial contact and throughout the entire process, you are treated in a very straightforward manner, very professional, extremely courteous, and I will say really fair on the price for their services. Update: I previously wrote the review below. I had poor service and was frustrated to be contacted and asked to write a review. Clearly the person who contacted me hadn't read about my service calls or they wouldn't have asked for a review. Within a couple of days of posting the review below I was contacted by Steve (who I believe is either the owner or GM). He at first offered to provide a partial refund but then after listening to the details of my experience, apologized and asked what he could do. I didn't feel that I had been overcharged but did feel that a previous repair was incomplete. He spent a couple of days finding a part that was missing and scheduled someone to come out and fix it. They were communicative, courteous, and very professional. The tech who came out was great and fixed the remaining issue. It's a relief to see that customer service is still a priority to Diamondback. I am still a loyal customer and appreciate the attention their management gave to resolving my issue.Previous Review:Very disappointed in the service recently from this company. I almost wonder if they are under new ownership. Twice I've had work done that wasn't completed properly. The first time they never sent anyone back to fix the poor workmanship and the second time the Manager tried to convince me that they were "giving me a deal" for charging me almost $300 for replacing a faucet. The tech detached the drain stopper and when I realized it and called them to finish the repair, I was told that wasn't included. It was all BS. The drain worked previously, the tech new there was a new part, and never said a word just left with the work incomplete. Not a great experiences, sadly, after years of really great service.

DiamondBack Plumbing comes through again! They were able to meet my request for a same-day appointment--without charging an "emergency" fee--and were able to arrive in less than 2 hours. The plumber was competent, courteous and conscientious of keeping my house clean during the process. They gave me an approximate cost on the phone, their invoice was the same for the service quoted, and I requested the additional services performed. I am again grateful for their great service!

Very friendly, and easy to schedule repairs with. However, that’s the end of positive experience.After scheduling an appointment for a leaking kitchen sink, at a rental property of mine. I never heard back from them in regards to repairs. A few days had past and I felt I should inquire about the repairs. I was told the notes said a technician had called about repairs, however I had not received a call, voicemail, email, etc. At that time they were unable to provide the estimate of repairs, and would have to call back. Several days later I received a call back, I was quoted I believe $385 for repairs. Technician noted that the sink drain needed to be replaced and the garbage disposal “looked like” it needed to be replaced. I thought that was weird, but authorized the repair anyway. They then informed me they would be unable to do the repairs because there was a member of the tenant rental family that was on covid quarantine. Fair enough, and I would have never asked for a technician to go there had I known about the quarantine.This leads me to complete my own repair, when my tenants completed their quarantine. Come to find out my problem was legitimately fixed by a $25 dollar drain. No disposal, etc.This run around cost me $111 for there technician to miscommunicate and guess at a repair.

I needed a plumbing repair done same day on a Sunday. Diamondback had a technician out and the repairs done in 3 hours and all for a reasonable price. Great customer service! That's why I keep going back.

It was the day before we left on vacation and all of a sudden our lines backed up and started coming up through the bathtubs and sinks. I was in a panic, but Diamondback was able to come out in just a few short hours. The two men that came out were very nice and extremely efficient. The issue was resolved in no time and the price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. Thank you for helping me to start out my vacation without having to stress over plumbing issues at home! I would recommend your services to anyone!

Sunday; 1;30 in the afternoon. I tried replacing an aged water shut off valve that wouldn't shut off completely so I could remove a very slow draining toilet to repair a blockage no amount of plunging/snaking/chemicals would remedy. My replacement job on the valve leaked a trickle of water so I knew it needed needed a real plumber and figured it was time for a pro and called my usual plumbing service. But the soonest they could make it was the next morning. Leak was too bad to wait so I called DiamondBack Plumbing. Was surprised they said they could make it out within an hour and not have an extra charge for it being the weekend. Their tech, Justin, arrived within the hour and fixed my leaking valve replacement. He asked if there was anything else so I told him why I was doing the valve replacement and he tried using his professional auger to clear it. When that didn't work (much to his surprise), he quoted me a more than fair price to remove the toilet and clear out the blockage. I was intending to do that myself (when I first started this endeavor at 11am that morning, I knew the toilet removal, clearing, and replacement would take me two hours at least to complete, if not longer) so I quickly accepted. Justin got the toilet removed, cleared the blockage of mineral deposits and other matter, and put the toilet back on in little time. All for much less than I expected to pay, especially for it being an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. I like my previous plumbing service; but I love my new one even more and won't hesitate to call DiamondBack Plumbing the next time I find myself in a job that I find goes beyond my own capabilities.

The quality of the work my Diamondback is always excellent. I almost went 4 stars rather than 5, because we had to reschedule twice due to the commercial emergencies the company had. But in the long run, it worked out great and I will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

I had issues regarding my kitchens plumbing and plumbing within 5 minutes, I was educated on my issue and directed in the right directions as far as materials and procedures. Thanks Justin! Used this company to help my mother clear a drain that was backing up in an older Sun City home (1960's) and was worried about sewer line issues that are common to the area. Great experience with the entire staff! We had a last minute cancellation by another company towards the end of our inspection period and had to find someone last minute that worked on Saturdays. Hilary the dispatcher, Jerry the plumber and Steve the supervisor came to our rescue. They were very prompt to rerun my call and very courteous. Had a overflowing toilet on a rental property. I called DiamondBack not knowing them because of the emergency. They were there that day and fixed the problem needing to replace the toilet and the cost was very reasonable. Didn’t use drop cloths when working at the fireplace to install gas log set. Leaned into the ivory chair with his dirty work clothes beside the fireplace instead of walking behind the chair to get the heavy log set. Refused to stand up and walk around the chair after being politely asked to do so. Drug the carton containing the log set on the hard wood floor. Didn’t place gas line in agreed upon location. Drilled through the roof overhang. Said he’d caulk or tar around the pipe and didn’t do that. Black handprints on walls in and outside the house.

I was so impressed with Diamondback Plumbing especially the receptionist, Michelle, who recognized that this was an emergency and reacted with compassion and speed. She send Tony who arrived in 15 minutes and was so good. He took care of a leaking water heater by replacing it and showed so much concern to a senior who was distraught to say the lest. THANK YOU!!

I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times over the last 14 years for my business and until this last experience have been happy with their employees and work. Just over 5 months ago I had to replace my commercial water heater. Diamondback Plumbing installed a new commercial grade water heater for just over $4700.00, but 2 days after installation the heater started to tilt so they came back out and with a little help from a hammer or wrench the water heater was sitting upright on the base( holes were made in the base for the legs to stick through, and there was dents on the side of the heater. I was assured that this would be ok and if not, I had a warranty. So last weekend March 23rd, 2019 the water heater started to leak, I called Diamondback and they sent someone out on Tuesday and told me that the tank did have leaks and that it would be replaced under warranty. Good news I thought, but after few heated telephone conversations going back and forth trying to find out when new heater will be installed. Apparently they were fighting with the manufacture, they hadn’t installed a commercial grade water heater back in October, they finally installed new heater on Friday. Saturday morning, I noticed that the hot water connector was leaking so again I had the pleasure of a telephone conversation with a representative from Diamondback Plumbing telling me that they would come out and fix the leak with new connectors but at a cost to me. I was taken back by this as I would have thought when they installed the heater on Friday, they would have replaced the connectors just like they did when they initially installed the heater 5 months ago. After several minutes of discussion, I reluctantly agreed just to pay for the parts ($78) and Diamondback Plumbing wouldn’t charge any labor. Well on completion of replacing the connect the invoice was presented with labor charge of $90 of course I was angry and confused just a couple of hours earlier we had agreed on no labor charge. The technician gave me some story that he had been to my business 3 time for this job will no pay and he had to go to north Phoenix to pick up the part which I thought should be standard on his truck.If Diamondback Plumbing had done the job right in the first place, then these return visits/issues/stress would not have happened.Very poor customer service with Diamondback Plumbing

DiamondBack helped me confirm that I had a slab-leak in my old home and ran a reroute on a separate day shortly after. The work was done quickly and professionally. Price was fair and below what I had expected. I had to patch up the drywall myself from the work but no big deal. Most plumbers won't patch drywall anyway.

I am not sure of the name of the gentleman that came to help with our plumbing issues but he was thorough and had quite a bit of knowledge. i shopped around on pricing and they came back with the best price. Had an emergency with my outdoor sprinklers! Called Diamondback around 10:00 pm. Was told that a tech would be calling me back immediately! 2 hours later, still NO CALL BACK! I called Diamondback plumbing back, they apologized and stated that the the tech would contact me immediately!! One hour later, still NO CALL BACK!!Went with another company that arrived at 2 AM cause of the NO RESPONSE from Diamondback. I did recieve a call back from them at 7am to see if I still needed their services!!!They replied that they DO NOT WORK ON SPRINKLERS!! Why the HELL didnt the folks answering my call say that!! C'mon your company screwed up! Just say your sorry and maybe this is why I'M NOT ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times for both acute and chronic plumbing issues, and their service has always been excellent. Their call system is efficient in connecting me with a plumber in the field, they are prompt to arrive at a convenient time for me. and the several plumbers from their service has been efficient and nice guys to have around my house while they are working (even though one was a Red Sox fan!). Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

Our Technician showed up 15 mins before scheduled appointment. He said the water heater looked like it might have to be replaced but said he needed to inspect and test a few things before we make that decision. He determined that the water heater needed to be replaced and checked and found that it was still under warranty. He ran back to the shop and brought back a beautiful new RUDD water heater and hooked her up and like in an hour we were enjoying hot water. Tony (I hope that was his name)was not only a great Tech, he is a personable guy and a professional. Diamondback Plumbing is lucky to have him. This is the 2nd time I had DB Plumbing at my home. The 1st call was to clean out a septic thingy. pipe , drain whatever and that Tech was just as great. And by the way the Tech showed at our home within an hour of my call.

Apparently they think it’s ok to park in Fire zones blocking fire hydrants and then when asked to move, like to run their mouths. Disrespectful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. “Please get me fired” he kept repeating. The attitude of people like this is the problem with society. People need to be held accountable for their actions. You can’t do whatever you want in life.

They were quite professional, found the problem, which of no fault of theirs, took several days to get fixed, but that was because it ended up being a sewer line that had to be dug up, so that had to be arranged with utility marking and all that first. They got the actual job done in a day and always answered every question we had through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Pricing was quite competitive with others and I believe we got better service than we would have with anyone else.

What a terrible time for a total A/C malfunction. John and his guys worked tirelessly on our unit and installed all new duct work because ours was broken down truly beyond repair (I made the mistake of using a handyman to install the duct work when we raised our ceilings which created a nightmare of a problem☹️). They worked through some of the hottest days of the year which made the job take longer to complete but obviously the health of his team was the most important. I really appreciated the work Diamondback did and John going the extra mile to send his guy to paint my ceiling where access to the attic had to been made. Worth every Star!

I am so THANKFUL for DiamondBack Plumbing!!!! We bought a new faucet for the kitchen, the store where we purchased the faucet arranged for installation with another local plumbing company. The technician arrived, and ran into a problem with old faucet hot water handle, wanted to cut old handle off, but first wanted us to sign off that if our granite counter top was damaged in the process, it was not their responsibility! I called a local realtor for a Plumbing company recommendation, she never hesitated, told me to call DiamobdBack Plumbing! Mind you, the previous plumber had turned off water, and then left our kitchen a complete MESS! One phone call, and less than 2 hours later Levi shows up! Unfortunately we cannot give them more stars based on the fact that they were not able to come out for the emergency service, as they advertise they provide, that we requested.We called at 11pm and were told someone would call us within 5 minutes. We waited about 30 minutes. Just to be told they can call us back in the morning to tell us what time they can come out the next morning. We were told they could not give us a time at the moment. So, not 24 hour service?We then recieved a call the next morning stating that they could come by between 1pm-5pm.Why then would you advertise your company as 24 hour service? Emergency or not if the client requests for you to come out asap I would expect a business to accommodate that request.As for customer service, they were nice. I just hope they wouldn't advertise that they come out 24 hour if they are not willing to...............Hi Steve, in response to your offer of a discount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged my credit card without approval while never providing a written estimate. They charged $900 for less than 5 hours of labor and a $45 part repair. A complete scam and should not be trusted.

The service, pricing, and end result was fully functioning plumbing.On a personal level, I need to start taking pictures of my stuff before anyone does work on anything and I would recommend you do so as well.I had some valves replaced inside a small bathroom vanity and somehow in the process the plumber detached the whole vanity from the wall. I've owned my home for 8 years, I know the vanity was fully attached to the wall, as I had sealed it myself, and when I brought it to his attention before final paymentthe instant response was "it was like that before we worked on it." Oof.I get that nobody wants to be liable for anything, and to his credit he tried to offer to reattach it to the wall but my wife was so upset at the response that I just paid him and sent him on his way. What's unfortunate is there were two plumbers and this guy was not the one who worked in that vanity so he was really just covering for his coworker.All this to say, take photos of the work area before anyone starts any work. Aside from that, they were very reasonable and my plumbing is in good working order.

Called and spoke with Michelle, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When my issue got a little too technical, she had me speak with Chad, who seemed to know exactly what my problem was over the phone, and sent me back to Michelle for scheduling. This was at 1pm on a Wed and Michelle didn't think she should get a tech out that day, but said she would try her best because we mentioned we had two small children and she didn't want us stuck with a clogged main drain. She was able to get Justin to our house by 3:30 and he was wonderful. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes, and allowed me to hover over him asking a million questions. We had received a quote earlier in the day for 780$ from another plumber and what he was describing just didn't make sense, and Justin confirmed why that didn't make sense and even showed me on the inspection camera why the other service wouldn't be necessary. Was charged 150$, and was happy to pay it. Will use their services again, and refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Called and my call was answered by a real person who was so nice and helpful. Got an appointment the same day. Service tech was on time and fixed my problem in speedy time. He was nice, friendly and respectful as well as being a genius! And the cost was very low. I would absolutely recommend them and I will use them whenever I need them for future issues.

I'm surprised to see this company gets 5 star reviews. I had a few bad experiences with them. I have used them for my business and home and not good when they came out for service. Plumber didn't finish a kitchen sink install and was suppose to come then next day and did a no show. Could not fix toilets at my business. The ladies in office are very rude when I call or have questions. I will be using a different company for my business and home in the future.

My first initial contact was great, they were able to come out and performed a visual inspect my property FREE of charge, nothing was found. Andrew, the service tech contacted me about the results and recommended a service with special equipment that would locate a leak within the property. The cost for this service was $299.00 I agreed for him to schedule the inspection. He asked for my payment info over the phone (I provided it in good faith, but did not authorize him to run my card before the service was performed). I then received an alert that my card was ran, I considered calling him back but they realized that the service would be performed the next day.Next day, I get a call from Andrew stating their guy was at my property ready to perform the inspection.( I had asked for a 30 min call before arrival since I work and would not be at home, that didn't happen) I rush home and meet Alfredo the inspector that was supposed to inspect my property. He performed a VISUAL inspection of both front, backyard, checked my pool and meter. I pointed out a small leak in my sprinkler system in front of my property and that was that.I then called the plumbing company to ask about the "Special Leak detection" equipment that was supposed to be performed. No one is clear on what happened, I reach out to Andrew and he stated he would call the "Leak detection team" to figure out what happened. He was supposed to call me back that afternoon of course he did not.I called Andrew the next day, he agrees the service that was supposed to be performed was not. I asked him for steps to get a refund and that was when things got worst. He stated that he had already rescheduled the "leak detection team" to come back to my property and perform the service. (Which was a lie, since I had not received a call to ask if I was ok with any specific day/time). At this time I told him "I do not want the service anymore, I cannot trust your company or that other company to do a good job" He said they had invested a lot of time with the initial inspection and asked me if I believed they deserved to get paid at all. I said absolutely not! the service was not performed and I need a refund, since I did not authorize you to run my card the day prior to the service anyways. He stated he was not authorized to give me a refund since they had already paid the "leak detection" company.I would have to call the office for that but he doubted they would be able to help. He stated I could possibly get a partial refund that they would only charge me a "SERVICE FEE" for the initial "FREE VISUAL INSPECTION" I was irate! He does not have authority to give me a full refund but can charge me for a "FREE" service and provide me with a partial discount. I called the office and after much back and forth was able to get my full refund back! Definitely not worth the trouble or time! I felt overwhelmed with emotion and felt taken advantage of. Perhaps because they assumed they could take advantage of a single mother!!!! Never again!

I am a single father and military member that just moved into a new home and wanted to run a gas line for my dryer. I called Apr 26th and scheduled for someone to come out on Apr 29th to provide an estimate. They don't provide an estimated time when you are put on the schedule, but say that they will call you the day of to let you know. I took the day off from work for this and another appointment, but on the 29th I didn't hear from anyone all day. I finally called them at 3pm and was told they are undermanned and could have someone there in an hour and a half. 3 hours later and no phone call and no one showed up. I called on Friday and complained about the lack of communication and had a supervisor return my phone call promising that someone would call on Monday to ensure I was on the schedule the next week. On Monday I got a call from Heather and was told that the options were Wed or Thur, so I requested Wed and was told that someone would contact me that morning with a time. It's now Wed and I hadn't heard from anyone by 10 am, so I called them. I was told that I was scheduled for Tue and that a tech came to my house around 10:15 and called me, but they got no answer. I was home Tue morning from 8-10 for another appointment and left around 10:15 and no one showed up or called, on top of that Heather said that if she told me Wed, that was wrong as they do estimates on Tue and Thur and made it sound like it was my fault for her telling me the wrong date. They don't call, they don't show up, and they blame the customer for their mistakes, so now I have to go even longer with no laundry in my own home. Contact another business that will provide you an up front date and time and won't jerk you around.

Incredibly impressed with this company and especially Anthony Anzivino who was the plumber that came to fix the wax seal issue at my condo. He troubleshooted every possible issue that could be causing a leak from my unit to the one below me. This is something nobody was able to figure out. I cannot recommend this company enough.I would strongly recommend that you avoid ABC Plumbing and Rooter and Adams D&R.

I have used DiamondBack plumbing for over 25 years. When the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink QUIT I immediately called DiamondBack and a plumber arrived at my door in a very timely manner. The plumber disconnected the broken disposal and replaced it in less than an hour. He noticed a doorknob and screws lying on my kitchen counter and the hole in my front door where I had been trying unsuccessfully to install a new doorknob after having it re-keyed to match the key to my outside security door. In less than five minutes he had it installed and working for me. I would never dream of using any other plumbing company!

When you hire a large company, you never know who will show up at your door. Not so with Diamond Mechanical. Never had a problem. This last time we were fortunate to get Joe. We needed several things done and he handled it all pleasantly and very efficiently, cleaning as he went along. My husband and I were extremely pleased.

I've used Diamondback Plumbing twice now and both time they were able to schedule a tech on-site quickly, showed up on time, were very pleasant and professional, and did quality work. I'll continue to use them in the future.

Overall experience was just ok. I had asked the service tech to interrupt me -if he had questions or needed me (as this was my place of business) -he did not do that - so he got the parts before we discussed costs etc. When he returned, I was shocked that the 6 gal. water heater was over $500 - and all total with parts and labor - this was going to be about $1,000. which is atrocious. we worked thru this and purchased the water heater elsewhere which was a significant savings. there were a few other glitches; but don't want to be too critical. I would not use them again.

The plumber was knowledgeable, gave me some tips about the hot water tank, friendly guy. He was on time and also gave me some great info on other plumbing I may decide on in the future. I would definitely use DiamondBack Plumbing again!

After some scheduling issues the plumber that showed up, Levi, did a very good job. He was very neat and efficient. My only complaint is the scheduling issues. Twice I was told that someone would be there and both times I was called several hours after I had been waiting to say that it would be another day.

Appointment from 9 to 1, ok, long window but OK. They call me at 11:48 to say they are running late. Then they call me at 1:54 to say they need to reschedule for the next day. I kind of understand if it was a Monday, but it was a Tuesday. This place had good reviews too! Is this the kind of service we have just grown accustomed to? I'm putting in a pool and needed my sewer line relocated. My pool contractors gave me a 2 day notice on the excavation and DB was able to get me on the schedule. When we had a last minute change, DB was flexible and able to get the job done , even when my schedule caused issues. I'm planning on adding a bathroom in the future and won't hesitate to make DB my first call.

Amazing group of people. Honest and fair! We had sewage backing into our standing shower and They came out on a Saturday at 5 pm for $180. All estimates were $300 and above. Prior to that we had estimates for pulling a gas line to our kitchen that went as high as $6300. Diamondback did it for $1800! I'm extremely happy that my wife found these guys.

I called Diamondback at 6:30 PM for a main water leak in my front yard. They offered to come out that evening and I said it could wait until the next morning. I had an appt for 9-1 but asked for them to please come as early as possible. At 7:30 AM the next morning Barry was at my home digging up the problem. He was fast, efficient, and showed us where the pipe broke, and showed us the repair. We couldn't have asked for better service!

Dane was on time. He had suggestions that no one had thought of. Very personable, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to repair the leak in a timely manner. Your company is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive in the valley , and then to give me an estimate of $ 6,000.00 and a little more for a job I got 3 estimates and each one never went over $ 1,500.00 your company is not only expensive, but your big time rip offs and this is after the service tech called the office to find out how much to charge me.

I bought my daughter a new water heater which did not work . Was given diamondback plumbing as a warranty service agent. Called first thing the next morning. Took them till after 6 pm to come out. Of course they have to call for service authority to company which was now closed. So they had a second night no hot water. Serviceman said Simone would call between 7:30 and 8. So another person could come look at it. And order parts. I had to call at 8:30. And then they had to call me and said again someone would be out from 1-5. Almost 6 and no show. Again will be to late to get parts. Sooooooo they want to hook up old water heater which is leaking. Don’t think so !

Needed a plumber quick to clear a kitchen sink drain and called DiamondBack. They sent someone out within a few hours and had me fixed up quickly and at a reasonable price. Thanks guys and gals.

Every time I schedule an appointment for my 1 day off a week way ahead of time, they cancel and tell you to reschedule for a day you have clearly told them you will be working. My experience:On 7/20/17, I spoke to Steve Herzog about the installation of 4 floor sinks, one 3-compartment sink, a prep sink, 2 hand sinks, a grease trap, and a back-flow preventer. He said they would come out to take a look at the project and I never heard back from him.I reached out on 11/20/17 because the drawings were finished and the permit for tenant improvements were issued. I sent over the drawings & Chad took a look at the project on 11/28/17 He said he’s going to put together a proposal and get back with me. I called him on 12/5/17 and he said, his baby was sick and was surprised I didn’t get his email. Chad said he was in the field and would send the quote when he gets back to the office.Not sure why I never heard back from them but I am thankful I didn’t give them any money.

I had contact them with a plugged tub. They had given my information to a mobile tech who contacted me promptly. Advised me of the fees and to try an option first. I appreciate the experience I had and will have them saved on case I need a plumber.

Called at 9pm tonight to ask about my outdoor water source that was leaking from the ball valve for the irrigation system, they immediately answered and said Steve would call me back with any question I had. 1 minute later Steve called back! I had a leak. A rerouting of my hot water line was needed. Joe found the leak and ran the new lines through the attic. It was tough pulling the new lines and a tight squeeze in my attic which he did without hesitation. This was all done in the same day. I was most impressed with his skill in finding the leak.

The only downside was it seem a bit expensive to pay $150 to have your sump pump inspected since technician was on site for 30 mins and 10 mins of that was collecting payment.

Ozzie came out late on a Saturday afternoon and reworked our broken water heater so that we had water and plumbing until Monday when the home warranty technician could come out. Just based on that, I would use them again.

I absolutely do not recommend this place, they do NOT pay their bills like other services and I had the worst experience on the phone with Beth, she was astronomically the rudest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, she hung up on me when asking questions and had an attitude the entire time , that’s no way to treat a human being, pls get help and don’t ever use this company for services! DISGUSTED.

Not impressed. Service guy smelled so bad of cigarettes and seemed to have no patience. He didnt install the new "flapper" good. The chain was too long and would get caught under flapper and toilet would run unless you adjusted it.

I found Diamondback Plumbing when I Googled Septic tank clean out but they do not do septic tank clean out but everything else that has to do with septic tanks. I was given a recommendation for the clean out. I will keep them in mind if I have to change over to city sewer.
