Pruitts plumbing is top notch!! They scheduled my appt. The same day. They kept me informed on technicians arrival time. James, the service technician, was on time and courteous. He recommended placing a pan in for proper drainage. He replaced water heater efficiently. Answered all my questions, explained annual maintenance in order to prolong the life of a water heater. I would definitely recommend Pruitt plumbing to family and friends.

Brent was great. He showed up on time and was very informative. He was friendly towards our kids and was great with our dog. I would use Pruitt's plumbing again and would ask for Brent. I recommend them to anyone looking for good quality service. Thank you again Brent!

It was my second time having them.

They appeared for two different projects, and both times they were courteous and completed the work. I highly recommend them. There are many Melvins in the world, but this business will not take advantage of you and is trustworthy.

I was VERY skeptical when Pruitt was assigned to handle the warranty of our water heater at first. As I looked online, the reviews were terrible. However, if you ask the right questions and communicate properly, most bad experiences can be avoided - which was our case.



I was up front with them about bad reviews and they made it their duty to show me a GOOD experience, which they did. Kudos to them for making it all happen ... Now to the review.



Just finished a few days without a water heater due to some leaks. Called Pruitt and they were out and making things happen very quickly. Especially remarkable it all happened on Good friday over a holiday weekend.



They came out, assessed damage, gave recommendations which at the time was sever water damage. We were able to fix the water damage over the weekend and then have Pruitt (adam miller who was exceptional) come out to install our new water heater.



Bottom line: Great to communicate with, honest and handled the job like a professional. Would easily hire them again.

Beware and stay away! They stole from me and the warranty beware the were supposed to replace my toilets and the warranty bought the replacements they picked them up and decided to keep one. That was after the first tech hit my fence when coming out to my call the second tech broke my sink and did not notate it so they did not want to be responsible. Now I have to dispute this with their insurance.

home warranty sent this company out for hot water heater, no hot water called on a thursday, could not get them out until the following monday, the tech showed up at 5 pm, needed to shut power off, he shut my solar off instead and proceeded to work on water heater and started a fire in water heater, which I had to put out, they charged me $550 for additional work (which was ridiculous), the tech left the burn water heater in my garage, I had fire dept out because my alarms were going off and I was scared my house would burn down, they did not send a tech back until friday! we went 9 days with no hot water...would never use this company again, not only with all of this but never even got an apology from the company for their techs mistake by switching off solar instead of power

Brett from Pruitt’s came to fix a leaky pipe under my house. He was friendly professional and worked diligently until the job was completed 10/5 in my book.

Pruitt's was called after a company gave us (and our home warranty) a bogus quote for a leaking water heater. No water anywhere and heater is 1 year old.... Pruitt's staff was great, came out and identified the actual issue, then made the claim for us. Great service!

Long story short don’t waste your time. A “tech” came out to clear some drains. That was fine. The other bathroom shower was not getting hot water, on inspection the tech found that the handle was reversed. In his attempt to reverse the handle he thought the cartridge had been reversed by a previous plumbing co. He tried to correct the problem but the situation got worse. He was not able to fix the cartridge and shut off the water supply to the shower. He then called the home warranty co and suggested the previous co. return and fix the problem. It seems this should be my decision not his..or anyone else. Only problem is the shower faucet is now leaking and although he said he shut off the water to the shower it’s been a study drip of a gallon every hour. They did not respond to an after hours call. When I called Pruitt plumbing the next business day I was informed by a supervisor that the previous company should return and fix the problem. Maybe this is due to it being under home warranty, regardless I asked them to send someone to turn off the water to stop the leak..after more excuses I decided I had wasted enough time and energy. I’ll call someone else who can fix the problem, apparently they won’t take care of a problem that happened during their visit.

Brent came out per my home warranty and explained what he believed my problem to be. Not only was he professional, he took massive pride in his work. I appreciate Pruitt and Brent.

I had a leaky sink and a leaky hot water tap in the shower. Pruitt’s originally told me when I called on a Monday that they couldn’t come out until the following Friday. While it wasn’t a big deal, I wanted the service done a little quicker, but I was willing to wait.

They called the next day and said they had a tech in the area….David the technician was professional, polite and thorough. Leaks repaired before they became big problems. I couldn’t be a happier more satisfied customer. T ha k you!

We had an outside faucet replaced because the pipe leading to it had broken and leaked into the house. When the plumber who did the install turned on our water after the repair, water sprayed into our house...he fixed that.

The faucet is securely in place and works well (thank you!); however, its base does not cover the hole in the outside wall. Water and air are able to get into the house quite easily. The screws that connect the faucet to the house are not aligned properly. The installer left it that way.

A senior plumber came out for a follow up evaluation. After looking at the faucet he said it is securely installed (I know that) and that it is paid for (I know that, too) and that the installer did not even mess up our stucco during the install (no professional plumber should mess up stucco). He said he could caulk around the faucet base.

It is solid and works well (again, thank you) but it looks like a 10 year old installed it. No thanks, I'll caulk it myself.

Pruitt’s was a pleasure to do business with, from the women at the office to the two plumbers who were out to do the work. Marco and Landon were real pros. I can’t say enough positives about this company! Rock Star Company.

I'm glad he came out early, but I should not have had to make the 2nd call. It could've been corrected the first time.

The toilet had a small leak, but didn't show itself on the first visit. The technician who came the first time couldn't make it leak, and did notice that the flapper MIGHT need to be replaced... I know enough that if it's worn, it's not sealing well enough. I hope to see that replacement will reflect in my water bill next billing.

Tim was very professional and did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater. I used Pruitt’s Plumbing through One Guard Home warranty and everything was very easy regarding the process of diagnosing to replacement. I would happily use Pruitt’s Plumbing for future needs.

Our home warranty First American sent this company to fix a leak with our Tankless Hot Water Heater. The Tech fixed the leak by installing new supply lines but before he left we told him there now was no hot water coming out of the taps. He said to call the office to book another appt instead of him troubleshooting then on the spot. The next week a new Tech came out and said it was the heat element and other parts and ordered them. Waited another week for the parts and a different Tech installed them and still no hot water. Even asked the Techs if the supply lines were hooked up to hot and cold correctly and they just rolled their eyes at me. Called to talk to the Manager but he was off for July 4th long weekend and never returned our message. One month later and still no hot water and ended up buying a new unit and having a handyman come to install it and he said the water lines were put back on backwards from the beginning from the first Tech. We went with no hot water for a month and if the job was done right from day one I wouldn't be writing this negative review. The manager should have at least had the courtesy to return our call and send a Senior Tech to review. We are out of pocket $750 plus $85 service fee as couldn't wait another month for a hot shower and ended up buying a new unit but didn't need too and home warranty won't reimburse.

Both Dans were great to work with and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated their expertise and knowledge. There were a few younger team members who were involved in the various on-site appointments who were equally polite and professional, but didn't have Dan Sn. or Dan Jr.'s expertise, and I am particularly appreciative of the Dans' knowledge. Only area for improvement would be cleaning up after the work is complete, but in the scheme of things that's a pretty small complaint compared to how much I appreciate what the Pruitt's Plumbing team did to help us. He stated that was 277.00 I said for a 20.00 part and he said the part was more than that. I said no I have one sitting on my kitchen table to return to home depot. It was 20.00. He said they pay 36.00 for the item. so wanting to charge me 240.00 for a 5 minute change job, but chose to blame leaky tub on water pressure. Funny we have one of those, but not covered because he blamed it on water pressure. This has been replaced in the past asn leak stopped. Now after about a year is leaking again.



3. Did open sink in guest bathroom and it appears to be draining ok after 1st try.



Total waste of my copay for my warranty, This company seems pretty useless unless you choose to pay for everything out of pocket as that is what they are asking for.

Ryan said he would call One Guard and see if these items were covered and I asked if I can listen and was told NO , that One Guard will call me regarding this matter



This company needs to be removed from the One Guard professionals. Totally useless and waste of my copayment. Very dissatisfied.

My plumber, Adam, was great to work with. He was very good at keeping in contact with me do that I knew just when to expect him. This side showered me to prepare in advance so that he could complete the job as easily and quickly as possible.



He worked in a professional manner and communicated very well with my home warranty company so that I got the best solution, not a temporary band-aid quick fix. He asked my opinion about every option that I had to modify my plumbing for a water heater replacement. He got my aged heater up and running long enough to make it to the planned replacement, so I was never without hot water.



The customer experience with the office is a different story. They are pleasant and friendly, but they seem to be understaffed. I called them multiple times and was always placed on an extended hold. Then, you can never get back to the person that you were last speaking to and have to explain your situation anew each time you call. They need to hire more dispatchers so that they can answer your call in a timely fashion and be able to have the customer continue a discussion with the same agent.

We have an ongoing issue with the gas dial on the front of the water heater and even after two visits, you people had no clue what to do or were not even willing to work with us to figure out what needed to be done to fix it. It was discussed on the first visit that we would give it a couple of weeks and watch the dial and then you guys would come back and install a new gas feed but that didn't happen and I pretty much have been dismissed and I think I've also been looked at as crazy or worse, a liar and neither is true. Two visits nothing accomplished no apologies no nothing. I've already called HomeServe and told them that they should not be using your company if this is how you do business.

Had a cancellation and they fit me right in, timely, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, Justin was great!! Took care of clogged drain, broken faucet, & non functioning garbage disposal. Done in no time! Excellent service.

Kyle did a great job replacing the waterheater with no mess. It took longer to drain the old waterheater than it took to put it in. The office informed us at every step and we knew at all times when Kyle would arrive. Will definitely use Pruitt again

So I had an issue with my toilet the water tank was leaking water because of the o-ring where bad so the water was leaking. I called Pruitt plumbing LLC to repair the leak. They got here and fix that issue! but they did not place the flushing handle back the way it supposed to work now I have to place the flushing handle back to a stop the water from running with out stop. I called the company and they lady who takes the calls told me that I should have checked before their Plumer left the house. I paid for them to fix the issue not for me to be the repair guy. So she just hung up on me. After they take my money that’s the kind of service I get.

Technician was capable and friendly.



Minus one star: be prepared to wait. Smallest window of arrival is 4 hrs. Both times, my initial arrival window was 8am-2pm, which switched to noon-5pm the business day prior (=taking the entire day off). You can call the day of for your general position in the arrival window, and Pruitt's will call you about 10-30min before the technician arrives.

I have used Pruitt's a few times now. I am fairly new but will never use another company for my plumbing needs. They are up front and honest with everything they do. No surprises!!! Very nice technicians always. All work is done completely and in a timely manner. I am a Pruitt's customer for life, and would refer them to anyone.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. You pay more for the initial inspection which gets taken off if you get the work done by them but you pay less for the actual project. That's a 10 star report. :) I would recommend them to everyone.

My water heater went out and Pruitts Pluming was assigned by the Warranty company.

They were GREAT !!! Martin was our technician and he went above and beyond and did everything he could to help our stressful and chaotic situation.

Broken pipe in the slab, had home warranty policy, Pruitt was the recommended plumber, had doughts about a company who our warranty company recommended. Was pleased with Mike Pruitt who did the estimate and the tech who did the work, quick response to our dilemma, local company has not gotten back to even give us an estimate, we have hot water, thanks Pruitt

I want to thank Danny from Pruitt's Plumbing for the outstanding job he performed repairing our disabled water heater. He was personable, timely, and most importantly, his technical expertise was clearly evident during his maintenance visit. He seems to love what he is doing and it shows through the high quality of his workmanship. In my opinion, he establishes a very high benchmark for the rest of Pruitt's field technicians in terms of performance excellence. Overall, a nice experience with a good company and a great employee.

Pruitts was recommended by my home warranty company. They sent a call and text to inform when the technician would arrive. I appreciated that as I am working from home and it helped me to adjust my schedule properly within the provided arrival window.



My only complaint is that I received two different customer service experiences.



The first technician left about 30-45 mins after his arrival. He told me I had a broken AAV and the snake he had would not clear the blockage. While doing the job he took a personal call, joked about how close he was to his home and how he would be there in about 30-45 minutes or so. He left my house within that timeframe. I also have to note that prior to him coming the sink would drain, but slowly. After he left the sink would not drain at all.



The second technician used a snake identical to Jared’s to clear the blockage. Also, when he noticed that the AAV Pruitts ordered was incorrect he went to Lowe’s purchased the correct part and installed it. I really appreciated that.



All in all I’m happy my sink was fixed and is now draining properly.

The plumbers were polite, speedy, on time and efficient. They were also very patient with the clueless homeowner (me!).

Thanks for the great service! Our water heater went out and Pruitt's was sent out for the warranty job. Both technicians that we worked with were great communicators and explained everything well. Definitely would recommend Pruitt's Plumbing.

I'm a real estate agent, in the process of selling my personal home.



My home warranty company OneGuard - selected Pruitt's to service my repair. My initial service request, on 2/16 was for a repair to the gas line on the hot water heater. The earliest they could schedule me in was on 2/25. The technician came out, repaired the gas line and told me that the gas control valve was leaking (it needs to be noted that the leak, while visible, was not interfering with the functioning of the hot water heater at the time). He ordered a replacement, which arrived quickly and the repair for the gas control valve was scheduled for 3/5. After the technician was at the house on 3/5, I received a call that they needed yet ANOTHER part to complete the repair, but that there was still hot water to the house. Again, the part was ordered and the THIRD service visit was scheduled for 3/16.



After the third servicing was completed, my case had been closed out in the home warranty system which indicated that the repair was completed.



Now, as my hot water heater is located outside of the house, the last two repairs were completed while I was out of town. I arrived back in town on 3/23 - a full WEEK after the supposed completion of the repair and to my surprise - there WAS NO HOT WATER TO MY HOUSE. In fact, the gas control valve WASN'T EVEN CONNECTED TO THE HOT WATER HEATER. The last technician at the property simply left the assembly disconnected, nobody told me that the hot water heater had been disconnected, that there was no hot water to the house, and they made it appear through the home warranty program that all of the repairs had been completed.



I called Pruitt's immediately and was told that they needed YET ANOTHER PART to complete the repair and that it would not arrive until 3/26 and that there was nothing else they could do.



It is now 3/24 and I have spent HOURS trying to get OneGuard and Pruitt's to get this situation resolved today to no avail. The best they can do is schedule yet another repair for tomorrow - yes, somehow the parts mysteriously arrived early.



So - not only am I without hot water to the house, the buyer of my property is unable to fully test the plumbing during the inspection that is scheduled for today.



Shame on both of these companies!!



It goes without saying that anyone who is even THINKING about hiring Pruitts on their own needs to run as far away as possible from this company. It is unfortunate, however, that all of the OneGuard and AHS home warranty holders out there will undoubtedly be subjected to the horrible service of this company indefinitely.



And as far as OneGuard - well they have been of absolutely NO assistance in this matter. I've promoted OneGuard for years to my clients and have had the policy on my personal residence for over 5 years. Funny how this company spends a ton of money promoting itself to the local realtor community (ironically, the buyer of my property is also a licensed realtor) - and then thinks nothing of flushing all that money down the toilet with the total lack of service it provides to it's customers. I had concerns several years ago when the company was purchased by American Home Shield and I now know that those concerns were more than justified. OneGuard ISN'T EVEN CLOSE to the same company that it once was.

My experience with Pruitt's Plumbing was great. The technician was proffessional, friendly and got the job done. I apprecite it.

They set up my appointment within 24 hrs of calling. They arrived promptly. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He got the job done in a very timely matter.

Update: I asked my home warranty to send out Collins Commercial Services. The tech cleared my drain in about 30 minutes. There was hair in the line. Never use Pruitt's!



Kyle was very unprofessional and attempted to bully my wife into unnecessary services. I spoke to him on the phone and caught him lying about what he did. In addition I told him his diagnosis had already been repaired by another plumber. I then suggested a resolution another plumber had used and he told me to call them. He did not attempt to snake the drain properly, he just tried to upsell my wife on a broken line because I was not home. He told my wife he was putting us on a no service list and that's fine because I don't want Pruitt's Plumbing back. I got the impression that because it was a Home Warranty job he just wanted out without doing work. All he was interested in was upselling. $275 to run a camera after I told him it's been done before. No thanks.

Zach was professional, friendly and finished replacing my new hot water heater in just a few hours. Very happy with service - thank you!

i just had Ryan from Pruitts Plumbing assigned to me through OneGuard home warranty and i have seen negative reviews for this company and was very worried. Ryan went above and beyond to with the replacement of my heater and was very kind, honest, and also punctual. Hire more vets like him! Maybe for anyone worried about having an issue with this company just ask for Ryan he will do you right! I am glad my worries were proven wrong and I had a great experience and have hot water again!

Was referred to Pruitts by my home warranty company. Upon arrival they determined I needed to order a part through the manufacturer. The part was backordered. I had to call them repeatedly just to keep myself updated. The office staff is by far the rudest I have ever had to deal with. It has been 27 days without hot water!! Upon this last check in they informed me that over a week ago I was approved through the manufacturer for a new water heater!! I have called 3 times since that approval and not once did they mention that to me! Instead the rude offive staff told me I needed to just be patient! Then tried to tell me that if I used the part THEY ordered that it would void any warranty through them. To which I have determined would be as good as expired milk. Absolute worse service I have ever had. Would never recommend this company until they train their office staff on politeness.

Pruitt's plumbing is a great plumbing service. Every time I have called they've gone the extra mile to assure that all of my questions are answered in a detailed manner. Their tech is very friendly and professional. The work they do is very good and I've had a great experience with them. Strongly recommend!

Great Service, Great Communication, Fast. What else do you want from a Plumber!?! Pruitt's was set up to service my Water Heater through my home warranty company. They called this morning and set up the appointment. They called 30 minutes before they would arrive and we're at my house about 27 minutes later. The Tech looked at my Water Heater leak and had it fixed and was on his way home in 30 minutes. Fantastic Service!!!

I work with a home warranty, needed service on my own home and decided to call Pruitt's for help since they work with us. Glad I did! Was able to get the repair done and corrected with a few hours of calling! Thankfully we knew the issue ahead of time and it's a basic truck item they carry. 5 out of 5, give them a try!

The technician who responded, James, was extremely professional, polite, and prompt. He explained our problem, replaced what needed to be replaced, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company. I would not hesitate to use Pruitt's Plumbing in the future.

After 3 weeks of waiting they came through and went above and beyond by replacing my water heater entirely under the home warranty. I am happy they were able to rectify the situation and i have no hard feelings.

I had a water leak with associated floor flooding. Pruitt was prompt in their response time, provided me with location updates and confirming convenient time, wore a mask and clearly identified themselves. They immediately diagnosed the issue, maintaining a clean work area and promptly cleaned up after. I have used them more than once and highly recommend.

GREAT service!!!! My water heater was leaking. My home warranty -- One Guard selected Pruitt's Plumbing and an appointment was set for Tues, 28 May -- the first work day after Memorial Day. Frankie, the technician, showed up as scheduled and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced -- the bottom had rusted and had a steady leak. Another appointment was set for the following afternoon and he replaced it. He also replaced the feed lines and extended the overflow line to ensure water didn't pool beneath the new water heater. Frankie was courteous, really friendly, polite, knowledgeable and VERY professional. He did a TERRIFIC JOB -- VERY PLEASED!!!! I would recommend Pruitt's Plumbing to anyone!!!!! Just a VERY GOOD JOB!!!!

I had a leaking problem in the extended portion of my garage. One Guard contacted Pruitt Plumbing. Mike Pruitt arrived Friday, and after conducting a check, thought I had a slab leak. Mike arranged to be back on Tuesday, the soonest he was available. He quoted me a price of $1,500 out of pocket. Mike arrived promptly on Tuesday morning, and after conducting a thorough leak test he found the source of the leak. It was a pipe leading to one of my water bib on the side of my house. Having 2 other ones, Mike suggested to cap the bib thus eliminating having to run a whole new line. The whole cost of the job was a little over $300. I appreciate Mike's honesty, and will use Pruitt Plumbing again, if needed. You have one very happy & satisfied customer.

Adam was my technician for a major stoppage issue with a new house. I was nervous because of the reviews but everyone from the reception to the plumber was amazing. The issue was ongoing and Adam fixed it in one visit. This was through home warranty so I cannot comment on pricing. He never asked for a dime and was very thoughtful and thorough and great communication. He let me know i have 30 days to let them know if I have any further issues. Thank you!

I would definitely refer all my friends and family to Pruitt's plumbing! Everyone we dealt with was very nice! We just bought our first house five months ago, and all of a sudden our water bill and electric bill sky rocketed! And we had tile through out the house cracking, a hot spot on the floor, we called out home warranty company one guard and they sent Pruitt's plumbing out. First tech confirmed we had a hot water slab leak! This was something we did not want to hear, especially just a week ago my husband almost lost his finger at work and his pay is being cut, so we can only pay our house and that's it! We are still going to struggle for a few months and there was no way we could afford this! But Mike the manager was beyond kind and tried to work with us but we still couldn't afford even payments! He went above and beyond and got with the owner and they decided to pay it forward to our family!

We are beyond thankful and grateful. Our family always pay things forward and this is the first time, ANYONE, has done something this nice for us!

The work was done in a couple hours, Mike the tech, explained everything to us, and cleaned up his gear and mess from the drywall and insulation.

I sure hope he enjoys his brownies he got to take home with him!

They caused a gas leak from the water heater unit. Once my family noticed it we called the gas company to come out and they shut it off immediately. The plumbing company wanted to charge to come back out and service it after they caused damage to a brand new unit and cemented around the piping and not addressing the actual issue. Once we noticed a bigger problem they didn’t want to come fix it unless we paid them again. This could have caused serious damage and life threatening issues that they didn’t care about.

I had a home warranty claim with First American Home Warranty for a rusted garbage disposal. Claim was handled very well by Pruitt's from a quick initial call and scheduling, to status updates on technician arrival, through completion. Ryan was very professional in every way and replaced the bad unit lightning quick. I would use Pruitt's again next time I have a need.

Timely, professional, found and resolved the problem quickly. When it comes to the smell of gas and concerns about health and well-being, it’s great to know that A prompt, honest, and capable technician could be dispatched and manage a resolution as quickly as James did. I would use Pruitt’s again.

Our home warranty company has sent them out 3 times now. Always timely, professional and provide good explanations for what they are doing. All 3 technicians have been a pleasure to work with!

This company contracts with our home warranty company. We live 100 miles north of Phx so were concerned about responsiveness. But they came out and assessed the hot water heater the same day we called, a Friday. On Monday they were back at 9:30. Ken competently replaced the water heater and surrounding, no longer meeting code , components. It did cost us $600+ for replacement of all the old components but the home warranty never questioned replacing the water heater. We were very impressed with communication from the office and technical skills of Ken. Great experience!

Kyle was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He accommodated our needs on a weekend! I would highly recommend him if you are having water heater issues. This guy couldn’t have done a better job if he tried. We are beyond happy with his work.

I had a Delta faucet become corroded and loose. Pruitt's was sent out by my HW company. They said that it needed to be replaced, and followed up with me several times over several months as Delta dragged their feet and send out mounting brackets etc. to avoid sending a faucet. Pruitt's was always patient and kind, were prompt to all of our appointments, and gave great service. I also had them replace a water heater, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend!

I was referred to this company from our home warranty. Javier from Pruitt's Plumbing called and hung up after 2 rings. I called his number back and he said he didn't hear the phone ring. He proceeded to tell me he was 3 hrs away in the hopes I would cancel. I didn't. I told him to call me when he was on his way. He called back 3 minutes later asking if I had an iPhone. I told him I didn't and asked why. He said he was going to video call the problem to see if it can be fixed. I told him again he needs to come out here. My washer valve is leaking and there is nothing he can tell me over a video call to get me through it! Along with, I did not pay my home warranty to do a video call?!! He then said he was an hour and a half away on another job and my issue sounded urgent so he would move me to his next appt and be out to my home and call before he comes. I asked what happened to him being 3 hrs away and he said stuttered trying to figure out what to say and then said he looked at his GPS. He then called 30 minutes later and told me to pay him $180 for him to come out. I told him he was not creditable and has called me 3 different times to try and get out of coming to my home. I told him I will report this and released the call. Do not trust this company. If I could give no stars I would.

After sending 3 technicians to service our water heater, Pruitts installed a generic element in our water heater which still didn’t fix the problem we called about (no hot water) and it made the situation worse, it turned our water yellow. When we brought this all up to them they then said “oh sorry your home warranty won’t cover this because you have a commercial water heater not a residential.” So they were happy to come 3x and only after they couldn’t fix the problem and actually made the situation worse did they tell us they can’t help us and our warranty won’t cover it.

Out tech was Josh, and he was top notch! He identified the issue within 5 minutes, and fixed it within an hour. The OTHER company we had out yesterday couldn't even identify the issue, but had quoted us over 500.00 for the fix. This was well under 200.00, and the work was outstanding! Don't believe the negative hype. Pruitt's is the BEST!

Pruitt’s Plumbing made it to our home on a Friday afternoon with a same day appointment. Martin was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly. The owner even fielded a few questions. True professionalism at every level. We now have a working shower/tub.

Well I was told two days ago that they would contact me to schedule the follow up for them to come install the part they ordered and still haven’t heard back. Also wasn’t professional at all that the plumber (Adam) washed his face and head in my kitchen sink after finishing up the job. Their whole job was to fix the water heater and I completely understand it’s super hot outside but not very professional especially over my dishes??



I would not recommend just because I don’t find this behavior very professional and the job still isn’t done when they told me it would be.

We had our home warranty company refer us to them for a possible leak and I wish we had just chose someone else. The technician didn’t arrive until 6:30 pm...almost 2 hours later than the FIVE hour window they gave us in the day. Not only that but I called a total of three times that day, without a return call from technician for estimated time of arrival like promised, AFTER scheduled time...then after getting off the phone with their after hours people an 800 number called and ask me the same set of questions to get the right technician referred like it wasn’t even set up yet. I made my appointment about 5 days ago. The technician was informative but while looking for the possible leak, he took off pieces in our shower and didn’t put them back on properly so now my shower won’t turn on. My husband is currently in there trying to fix it. I’ll be calling my home warranty company tomorrow and complaining. Not satisfied what so ever.

This is an extremely dishonest company..A tech came out to evaluate my hot water heater and said it needed to be replaced..They could not replace it with another hot water heater of the same type and the modifications would be a little over $300 and that would be the highest price..I agreed and gave them my cc info..my warranty company said they agreed to the repair and the modifications would be $425 per Pruitt's plumbing..

I called Pruitt's and was told that was the price and when I explained this, they contacted the tech who denied giving me any prices...what!?!?

In addition, I never received a call back from management to discuss this issue...I wonder why?

Stay away from this disgust place...Seek an honest business that knows that fair treatment will gain you future business from not only the client but, referrals..

Javier was on time, took care of the issue, educated and kept us informed on every step he was doing! Will recommend this company and him to everyone! I had to have two separate houses taken care of two different issues and both were done way before the time frame, cleaned up and old disposed of one right after the other so I didn't have to wait all day! Have been using Pruitts for years now through my home warranty company. They have repaired and eventually replaced my water heater, along with repairing two leaking showers as well. The technicians are always timely and friendly, and very efficient isn’t their work. Will continue to request them as long as they are contracted with my home warranty company, and will refer them to anyone else who may need plumbing services.

Dan the service technician was on time and performed the task required with professionalism and courtesy. Answered any question I had regarding the work and had a great attitude. Absolutely a great experience with Dan from Pruitt's. I definitely recommend anyone to give Pruitt's a call with any Plumbing needs. .

Very poor service, a simple kitchen faucet leak that was ultimately fixed in seconds, ( a simple screw tightening) took weeks as we were told to wait for a part that we never saw and apparently that was not needed!

In the mean time we couldn’t use our dishwasher or the faucet or even the RO as all water was shut off

The Ist tech focused on potential mold damage and promptly called the restoration company who arrived within the hour and gave us a potential $3000 estimate to rip off cabinets under the island and clean up! ( we opted to use fans for 36 hours to dry up the area)

Cancelling American home shield warranty because of this poor experience as they were the ones who sent Pruitt plumbers

Next time paying out of pocket, and hope for more competent same day service

I got stuck with these guys thanks to a home warranty and the whole experience was awful. They still charged me like $400 for water heater adjustments and installation even though the water heater was covered by the home warranty (for $30 worth of pipe and moving the flume). They also sent a water damage specialist to give me an estimate who said I had $3k worth of damage. I called my licensed contractor father for a second opinion and he did the necessary repairs for $40 worth of supplies. Not to mention the fact that out water pressure immediately died after they installed the new unit and they refused to take responsibility and told me I had to open another ticket with my home warranty. Everything about working with this company was utter garbage

I have used Pruitt's plumbing twice, excellent service both times, first one was a broken pipe in my shower wall James repaired it with minimal tile removal and I also replace all my fixtures And Fossett's for reasonable price.

The 2nd time was a leaking water heater electric, Matt showed up on time removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one and all new fittings within A few hours. The price was right and and from the first phone call they kept me informed of when they would arrive and called again ten minutes before they arrived.

I've read some poor reviews on this company & that surprises me because I had a great experience.. my water heater was on it's last legs & so I called my warranty company.. they picked Pruitt's plumbing to respond to my problem, they scheduled a tech to come out & evaluate.. an appt was scheduled for my water heater to be replaced & different tech came out to actually do the job. Both techs were prompt, experienced & did a great final job!

Moved me up schedule when there were cancellations.

Found issues quickly and fixed them smartly.

Saved me over $2400 Proskill wanted to charge for fix on top of the $377 they already charged having not fixed even the main issue!

Not sure of the incentives for doing warranty work, but that's what this luckily turned out to be, so Proskill got lucky with the uninformed this time, and all that, that implies.

Pruitt's saved the day for a new home owner and Will be remembered most positively!

Great service!!! Javier was amazing, he was on time, very polite and honest. He fixed my 2 issues within 20 mins and was nice enough to tell me about dry wall damage and send a company out to get my bathroom dried up correctly to prevent mold. I appreciate him so much, thank you again! I'll be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

Let me start by saying this review is not based on Martin (techincian), he was very polite and helpful. However the 1 star review is based on the fact that the company he works for up charges parts to unbelievable prices. I understand that companies charge more for parts than you could get them at your local hardware store but when they charge 5 to 6 times more that is just straight robbery and I feel bad for the people they take advantage of or fall victim to this. I am a pipefitter/ plumber by trade and had a water heater leak and needed it to be replaced. Since I have home warranty figured instead of me taking the time to do it might as well use home warranty since I pay for it. After Martin spoke to the home warranty rep he said the water heater would be completely covered but I need to have two hoses and a T&P valve replaced to install the new one. First of all almost all new water heaters come with the T&P valve already installed so you do not buy those separate but ok maybe they brought a water heater without one. The T&P valve cost on the higher side at any local hardware store $20 at most and the hoses need no more than $30 for both. So $50 for parts I'm thinking they will probably up charge them and double the cost and $100 is worth it for me to have someone else do this so I can continue with my busy life. Well he gave me the paper to sign for cost and they were charging $162 for the valve which I almost guarantee came with the water heater and $162 for the two hoses. $364 total for parts that are worth no more than $50 at most. That is insane and just robbery. I told Martin I could run to my shop and grab the parts for him as I have tons of them laying around but he said he couldn't do that. I would not pay that ridiculous amount and told him to not even start the work. The new water heater was only worth $500 and they were charging $364 for 3 tiny parts. He contacted home warranty and they offered to send me a $750 check to find a different contractor or do it myself. I jumped on that option went and bought the water heater and hoses and had the old one out and new one in and running in less than 2 hours and everything completely covered by the $750 home warranty check. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU OR FAMILY MEMBERS! I can't imagine how bad they rob elderly people or people with no knowledge of plumbing or mechanical things. Stay far far away from these crooks and go with an honest company that is out to help people not just out to get rich. I tipped Martin before he left as this is not his fault and wasted his time to come out and almost felt like I should offer him a job with an honest company.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional technicians that were on time and ready to work with a great positive attitude. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing service needs in Bullhead City and surrounding service areas.

Plumber Jason came out to unclog my drain line.

Used the auger and cleaned out the line.

three days later it backed up again.

Call and scheduled through First american home warranty for the second time.

Jason wanted to up sale me and said i needed a new main from the street to the house for $1600.00. Took a picture under my house and left stating pre existing problem.

Called another plumber to fix the line and found a clog under the master toilet. at my cost of $185.00 .

Call the Home Warranty company and filed my complaint.

Adam from Pruitt Plumbing was on time, professional, and did the job promptly and correctly without any up charges or hassles. I went through my home warranty to replace some faulty angle valves and always cross my fingers when the home warranty company sends out a service provider. But this experience was all good. I would use Adam again from Pruitt plumbing in a heartbeat.

Kyle came out initially and was very professional. Adam did the actual installation and was outstanding. He too was most professional! He explained everything in clear and concise terms. If you have to have a hot water heater replaced, this was a great experience!

Tech left my refrigerator unplugged causing my food to go bad. I requested assistance with some of the cost and they did not seem to care or want to take responsibility. Poor customer care and service. Trying to get another company to finish the job. Disappointing that customer service is not what it used to be.

My kitchen sink and downstairs bathroom shower both had issues, one had little to no hot water and one had same issue but with cold. Zack came in looked at issues and knew exactly what the problem was, he went to work and had both fixed in about 30-45 minutes. He also left the work areas clean like they had never been touched. Great work Pruitt's and Zack.

My home warranty sent this company to fix a leaky toilet. Instead of actually fixing the leak, the technician only applied caulking around the base of the toilet. Ended up creating another service request, another $75, to fix the problem.

Chris and Cole was very nice. They made sure that I was ready for the new hot water tank. They took out the old and put the new one the way I wanted it . They also made sure that I new how to take care of it and also made sure everything was working.They cleaned up after themselves. would go to them again and I will let my friends know about the company.

Wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely the worst company. We had to use them through our home warranty to work on our tankless water heater. Ken, the technician they sent out, was clueless and completely incompetent. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for sensors to come in only to find out that it was actually the heating elements that needed replacing. We were told we’d have to wait an additional 10 days for those to come in or we could order and install them ourselves as they’d be here in a day or two if we order. We opted for ordering and paying for them ourselves as we had no hot water and couldn’t wait the additional 10 days. Once the elements were installed, we had to call them back out because it still wasn’t working. We were told that a fuse blew and were again advised that we needed to get the part ourselves and install because he couldn’t be running around town to get parts and had other appointments. We ended up buying all the parts and installing ourselves. Pruitts Plumbing and their technician were completely worthless.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! The worst garbage plumbing company in America. I work all day, my wife works all day so we had to leave a key and a note for the service plumber so they knew what we needed fixed and so they could enter our home. I got a call saying the plumber was on his way to our house, I have a ring camera installed and watched him show up around 12, he was inside my house for less than 30 min and fixed nothing. He took my shower valve completely off and left it on my toilet with no explanation as to why. Then as he left, he left my front door wide open with the key in the lock!!!!!! I do not get home from work until 5pm, so my front door was left wide open for 5 hours in Arizonas prime heat index hours. I also received no follow up call on what the service guy actually did other than take my shower valve off. I am supposed to use this company because of a warranty, I will gladly pay someone else to come and actually fix what is needed. Do not use them. Ever.

Terrible experience. You must accommodate the companies schedule instead of focusing on the customer. Go with a mom and pop plumber who will offer good customer service instead. They also have this 5 hour window with a half hour notice to show when they head to your residence and then conveniently want to bill you if you do not make it on their schedule. Then ask you to reschedule

A real life saver, after dealing with another company through my home warranty company (and after being completely misled and ripped off) I was routed to these guys. This is my second time dealing with this company (the first was for a washing machine hookup repair) and I can say the experience was great! Top notch customer support. Ken went above and beyond to repair the clog in the main line. Even after he told us we needed to get the town to come find our sewage port, he came back that same day and tried again with a larger snake, it did the trick and the clog was gone. Unfortunately the reason for the clog was found out to not be covered under warranty, but nonetheless, Pruitt's was fantastic with their service! (Still gonna have the town come out and find that port! Thanks for letting us know that the town provides that service free of charge!)

I want to give a shout out to Katie. You know life isn’t perfect and sometimes things happen so although the repair was fixed on the first try we did have an issue. I reached out and was lucky enough to get someone that truly cares about the customer having a good experience. Thank you Katie you went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it!! My home warranty is through OneGuard and so I've had to use Pruitt Plumbing. My water heater broke and at the beginning of the year on a Saturday. So I had to wait to schedule my appointment till Monday when Pruitt's would call me. (no ones fault at this point).Monday comes, and the day is almost over and no one has called. So I call them and they've received my service order just haven't been conatced. The soonest someone can come out is that Thursday (6 days without hot water so far). I have to use vacation hours to stay home and wait for the tech. I'm not upset about that part, however, I was given a window from 8 am - 12 pm. The tech shows up at 2:30 pm. He flips a switch and turns the heater on in 20 minutes. I'm thinking to myself that can't be it because I've lived in this house a while and the heater has never gone out but I give the benefit of the doubt. Not even a week later it goes out again. Long story short, today is 3rd time someone is coming to fix my heater. More days without cold water than with. Service sucks and OneGuard doesn't help fix the issue.

Please let your customers know if there are any prerequisites needed BEFORE the job. Luckily no work was needed on my hot water heater because your company could not have fixed it today.

Problem arose at the start of the Christmas holiday and was reported to the warranty company on Christmas eve. I spoke with a Pruitt's Plumbing representative on Monday morning and the repair was completed this afternoon. Sent out by my home warranty to trouble shoot my tankless water heater. Showed them it didn't work, tested 3 times. Tried to sell me a flush service, for $250, which was just done 6 months ago. Saying they couldn't properly test it without them doing the service. I'm a licensed contractor, $250 for a hour service and a gallon of cleaner? Come on... Not first time home warranty has sent them to my house. First time was for a toilet and they wanted to charge 1300 to move toilet hold down flange over a inch before replacing toilet.. RIP OFF

Chris promised to come back in 3 days. Told me to swap out the hot water heater, get a new one and he would put it in for me. I bought the heater and here it sets. Couldn’t figure out why my toilets were losing water either. Dissatisfied in all aspects and would never use them under any circumstances again.

Our tech Josh was the sweetest, most personable, hardest-working guy. We had a leak from our main water line into the foundation of the house & he gave us an accurate estimate followed by high quality work done efficiently and effectively. We found our go-to!

Danny did an excellent job repairing my bathtub spout and drain. He came early and was prompt, professional, and very polite. He patiently and courteously answered all my questions. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I could not have asked for a better plumber.

I called about a leakage and the technician was out in a hour. He fixed the problem in about a hour tops. He was very nice even though it was a leaking toilet at the end of his day. Great customer service!

Back in May my tankless heater needed repairs. All parts were supplied under warranty by the manufacturer. Pruitts was hired to exchange all the parts provided. After they were at my home I had hot water and assumed the job was done.

Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, my unit starts leaking water and throwing the same error codes. I contacted the manufacturer to see if it was all still under warranty. Part of their determination is to take photos of the unit. After they compared my old photos to my new photos they noticed the parts were never exchanged. They still had the old date stamp on them, so unfortunately it is no longer covered under warranty.

So I contacted Pruitts to help make this situation right and allowed them to do their own investigation. Upon doing so, they called me and said I was lying about the parts being provided to the tech to do his job.

Im speechless. I now have nothing under warranty because they did not replace the parts provided and I am stuck with a completely destroyed unit in need of replacing (thousands of dollars in repairs). Do not trust them! They are dishonest from top to bottom.

Adam was a true partner in this situation. He was professional in delivering bad news; helpful in talking through the situation; innovative in solutioning; and extremely empathetic to my needs to get swift resolution.

This rating is ONLY for Andrew our installer. He took good care of our Water Heater Repairs including the night our heater broke! Andrew arrived and looped the water hoses so that we would have water flow in the house and helped get the Water Heater to fully drain. His workmanship is spot on and extremely polite. Pruitts plumbing has been to my house 4 times in the last 3 months. It started the first time through my home warrantee company and the first experience wasn't that great to be honest. They had to return a second time for the same issue and I was skeptical because of the first time but since it was through the home warrantee for the same issue I didn't have a choice. Mike P came the second time and he was excellent! He explained to me what he was doing, he had no problem showing me and letting me watch. He was clean and professional. We had to use a plumber again for another issue that was not covered by the home warrantee so I called Pruitts plumbing and requested him personally and he came and completed the job and I was again completely blown away by his professionalism and the quality of his work. Again he showed me what he was doing and explained everything to me. Very professional, clean and just over all a great experience. We just another leak so I called my home warrantee and requested pruitts plumbing and when they sent me to Pruitts I of course requested Mike P again. He showed up and again professional, clean great work and explained everything. I would recommend Mike P and pruitts plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. I will definitely be using Pruitts and requesting Mike personally. I will even wait longer in order for him to be the one to come to my home. Thanks again Mike P and Pruitts. Josh from Pruitts is AMAZING! They're always on time and love the text messages! However, the Client Service Team could use some coaching. Our hot water heater went out and I explained that our hot water heater is the main source of heat for my house, and asked if there was any way someone could come out sooner as the temperature dropped to around 20 degrees at night. I was promptly shot down and was told that the weather was not her problem While I understand that your company is busy, no one desers to be told that.

Had a plumbing issue, called Pruitt's, they came out right away. Got me taken care of right away. Communication was spot on.

They were careful when they dug up the pipe, didn't disturb the landscape surrounding the area.

Technician showed-up on time and was ready to work on my Water Heater. He was very professional and educating on my system.

I would NOT recommend Pruitts Plumbing LLC to anyone! After getting my garbage disposal replaced the technician did not hook my dishwasher back up. Therefore causing a huge amount of water damage. I have called several times and left messages for supervisors and sent an email. Even after i sent in a second service request for my dishwasher to be hooked up correctly i never heard back from a single person to get it fixed. This is ridiculous and unprofessional and i would not recommend this service.

This was the rudest most unprofessional plumber I've ever worked with. My water heater still is NOT fixed its been 3 weeks. They don't return calls and seems no one knows anything whenever you do get through. Never been more disappointed with a business.

Company came out today to look at our water heater that had gone out over night. They only sent a guy out to look at the issue, not to replace it, but couldn't get out until Tuesday (5 days later) to replace it. In the mean time the tech that had come out and talked with my mother in law had sold her on a (he needed a special fitting) that would be an extra $175, not covered under the home warranty plan. Obviously they had no idea I am a General contactor and can call them on their bull $#it. Unethical business practice amd i would severely warn anyone who's planning on using them to beware.. if they tried it with us, how many have they gotten away with??

Got here within an hour of when I called. Technician worked very quickly and efficiently. Problem solved within 1/2 hour. Technician also gave me advice on how to solve a different issue in my tub. Couldn't be happier with the job they did or the cost.

Andrew was terrific. He handled himself with grace even when I was very angry and upset with One Guard for denying to replace a flapper in a toilet claiming it was pre-existing condition. I did explain rather loudly that I have lived in the house for less than a year and have never ever used any harsh chemicals in any toilet . When I did ask Andrew what it would cost to replace the flapper I got even madder since I had already paid One Guard $69 service fee and the cost of a $12--$15 part + $60 more dollars would have made the cost over $120. I told Andrew I would have my son fix it. Andrew left very gracefully. I did try to get in touch with One Guard but never got through. Thanks to Andrew's dedication and quick thinking he had called his boss. His boss okayed on good faith for Andrew to come back and replace the flapper. Andrew did come back and replaced the flapper quickly. Thank you Andrew, I appreciate your helpfulness and withstanding my anger with such calm. Pruitt's Plumbing was referred to us from our home owners' warranty insurance policy. We've just moved to the Phoenix area.



The problems that we were having were: our kitchen sink stopped working suddenly and the handle on the bathtub fell off. The plumber that they sent solved both of our problems in less than thirty minutes after arriving.



The problem with the kitchen sink was that the batteries underneath it were dead and needed to be replaced. The handle on the bathtub needed a bolt in it tightened.



We would highly recommend them for their timely arrival, professionalism and problem solving skills.

This company is horrible. They are scammers. They were hired by my warranty service. When the guy showed up he was very unfriendly and refused to do a very simple plumbing job which was to snake the drain. He claimed that because of the configuration of my pipes he wasn't able to do it but still collected his fee of course. This was total BS as the next plumber they sent fixed the routine issue in 20 minutes and confirmed that this company are a bunch of scammers. DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS EVER!

Javier was very nice and super helpful. He not only helped us solve the problem we called in about, but taught me several things that will help me stay on top of things in the future. I'll definitely reach out to him again with any plumbing issues!

I would give zero starts if possible. One Guard home warranty set me up with this company. The plumber broke or shower handle. He replaced it. It broke shortly afterwards because he installed it too tightly. After 1 week of going back and forth with them with us saying they should fix it again at no cost to us they came out and the new plumber basically said the other plumber used the wrong part and had to tighten it so it wouldn't drip which caused the breakage but this plumber didn't have the correct washer either so he installed one to get us by until the other one arrived. They sent someone out again. He didn't know why he was there. He replaced the cartridge again (3rd time now) and he installed the handle upside down. Now we only get cold water or really hot water. Researching this online or seems he installed it upside down. They cannot perform simple plumbing procedures. They also told us that our main line must have a kink in it because they couldn't clear it and they had to find the kink and repair which could be thousands of dollars. Another company came out and easily cleared the line. Stay away from this company!

Firstly, this review is for Landmark Home Service, not Pruitts plumbing.

I cannot say more bad than good but it certainly could have been better. So far, I have attempted to find the BEST of THE BEST, as of today I have NOT. They all appear to be just in it for the money. My current one LANDMARK claims to beat out all the competition, to me they fall into the average slot. I was told by the agent at LANDMARK upon asking for help that my 30 gal water heater can only be replaced with the same size 30 gal,

so answer me this, the service tech told me they do not make 30 gal water heaters anymore. So, even tho my contract states the following;

COVERED: Gas or electric water heaters up to 70 gallons (multiple units covered), including but not limited to failure caused by

sediment; tankless water heaters;

I'm a bit perplexed, I want a company that not just talks the talk but will walk the walk and stand behind every word in the contract not find little loop holes to crawl through. I pay on average nearly 700 dollars a year for this service and on top of that a 70.00 fee immediately for the service call.

So, don't you think when I placed my first call for help I'd receive a fast, and a somewhat empathetic Landmark agent not one telling me that I might get charged another 70 dollar service call because the plumber needs to return to my home because the problem was not fixed right in the first place? Isn't there any company out there that stands upright doing the right thing??

Pruitt's was assigned as a vendor for our home warranty claim. They quickly set an appointment, showed up as promised and completed the repair in record time. Great job!

James came out to fix a toilet and was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and even though his first diagnosis was not the right one, he kept at it until he found out what needed to be replaced and repaired. I would recommend Prutt's and James.

I put in a service request with our home warranty company on Sunday because our hot water heater was leaking. Pruitt's called before 8:00 am on Monday and the technician, Jerod, arrived by 10:30 am. We had a new unit before lunch! Jerod was professional and worked quickly!

Chris and Cole came by promptly to diagnose our problem. They weren't able to fix it that day so they had to come back two days later. Got a call in the morning saying they would be by early if that was alright with me! When does that ever happen!? They both were able to show me what the problem was and went above and beyond when fixing it. It was clear that they cared about my situation and were both fantastic. They were the best!!!

Mike was fantastic to work with. He identified our issue quickly and had helpful referrals for supplemental services we would need to remedy the damage. Great experience!

Replaced the garbage disposal with Pruitts through first American the worst warranty company 3 months ago. After the barely connected pipe wiggled loose this morning i just paid another $100 to have a $1 pvc pipe replaced that should have been replaced when the new disposal was installed. The technician said sorry! Nothing i can do! Have a great day! This is absolute fraud.

If there is a 0 star rating , I would give that . These people are the worst when it comes to customer service or fixing the problem. Pruitts were the contractors for fixing my water heater and they were referred to us by my home warranty One Guard . First thing is they came next day to check on the heater. They found that the gas control valve was not working and told me that it will take 5 days to get the part and fix the heater. It was in December/January when the winter is at peak in Phoenix. We had to be without hot water for more than 10 days . First they said 5 days and on 5th day,I called them to find out the status and they were like , will check and call you and as you guessed , they did not call me that day . The next day , I called them again .. they did not answer and I left a voicemail . They never called me back. Then i called my home warranty and asked them to check on the status . So it was constant following up with them and they never even cared about the customer being without hot water for more than 10 days . Finally they decided to come and fix the issue and the guy who came was like taking a call in middle of the work . Comeon ... I was already coming home in the middle of the day to get it fixed coz these guys wouldnt come after 5 or 6 pm . On top of that , the service guy took a call for 10 mins when he was fixing the water heater. Please refrain from using this company to fix your stuff.

The technician was very informative and kept me posted on each step that he did. He was thorough and made sure the area was completely clean when he left. I would definitely use Pruitt's in any future needs I have.

The company set up a timely appointment, notified me of time of arrival and arrived as scheduled. The technician, Junior, was very knowlegible and explained and demonstrated every aspect of the repair. Absolutely outstanding response time and customer service. I have never dealt with a more efficient and knowledgeable plumbing service in my life of more than a half century! Our hot water heater began to leak and flooded the garage and seeped into the common wall between the garage and my den. Jeremy from Pruitt Plumbing responded within an hour of the call, Quickly assessed the situation, removed the damaged appliance and looped our water so we would at least have cold water. He called a home restoration company who was also here within an hour and within another hour they had removed the damaged wall, pulled the baseboard inside and rebuilt the pedestal for the heater. This company was suppose to repair a job another plumber did for my home warranty company. Instead they said I was doing home remodeling and refused to service it, and then tried to collect a service fee when I have emails showing no charge would be made. The plumber didn't listen to what I was saying, spent a whole 2 minutes then wanted 75$.

If there is any possible way to give me negative stars, I so would. I have been dealing with this company through my home warranty company and the customer service here is atrocious. The girl who worked the front office Sunny, Is unbelievably rude and her lack of professionalism is astounding. I am not sure if she just doesn't work well with other people or if she just has no common sense at what her job skills should be. She has absolutely no Tect Morris Box when talking to customers and is unable to provide adequate information relating to a customer's recorder. When asked for relevant information pertaining to supervisors and owners she refused .In addition to all that, it took nearly a month for them to replace a part on my instant hot water heater, after being told that it was going to be replaced. Our initial tech came out immediately, then two days later when somebody was supposed to come out to replace it we received another individual to come out to inspect the 1st person's work, Over week passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called to complain with my home warranty company and was told that it was still going to be in it because the part with Stalin order and the parts guy had been out sick. I got called back the next day and was told that a technician would be out that Thursday to complete the repair, and then I didn't hear anything again until Monday when I called my homework to company again to complain. This company is severely incompetent, lacks professionalism, and has absolutely no regard for their customers . I was Given conflicting information by both the technicians, information that they gave my own home warranty company was different from what they told me, and as half of which when I asked for a 3rd person to come out maybe get some consistency with what I had been told the girl in the office Sunny told me that the 2nd person that came out was the supervisor and they wouldn't be sending out anyone else because he was the super by their. And so I asked what she was suggesting and she stated that if the supervisor comes out nobody else needs to go. I am very just heartened by the way they talk to and treat their customers and the quality of service that they provide. We are still not having the best luck with the hot water and our water pressure has significantly dropped since they have been out here. I will be contacting my homework to company to see if we can't get this fixed by some true professionals.

My water heater blew and had an AHS warranty. Initially I was told they would have a new one on Monday (problem began on Friday but on Monday I learned there was no ETA. We had no hot water and no date. I then had a slugfest with AHS who advised me time and again to 'read my contract' and there was no commitment to time of resolution. I put in a call to the assigned plumber - Pruitt's Plumbing and spike with GM Mike. Instead of saying oh well he sprang into action. He said he would contact the supplier and in a half hour and cut the delivery lead time in half. He took and interest over and above.

I had a water heater bust, Dispatched it through Pruitt's and they responded very rapidly. Their work was first-class and Zach, their Technician was very responsive and did a first-c job!

I had one guard before and they sent this company to replace my water heater in 2016 they told me it was a brand new water heater.My water heater already messed up flooded my bathroom and my kids room and it’s supposed to have a 6 year warranty, I called another plumbing company and they checked the water heater and they advised that water heater isn’t new it was from 2013, before even checking the water heater the tech said oh you have a old water heater I said no this is new just got it 3 years he said it’s not one of the new water heaters I will check the serial number and yup he was right I was an old water heater and now these people will not do anything about it! Very upset because I paid for a brand new water heater that didn’t even last. DO NOT recommend this company at all.

I do not like company that forces customers to pay for something they don't need to. This company is forcing me NOT use my own Pan for Water heater, even though the pan is in perfect condition, they want to make $175 more, in addition to so called modification fee, which is ok, plus making the money from home warranty company to change the heater.. All that is not enough, they want to force me to pay $175 to use their pan.. Unethical and not good way of making a living dishonestly.. SORRY... I also suggested that I will not hold them responsible for anything, in writing, but Not about that.. It's about making money ... NOT RIGHT.

I was assigned this company through my Home Warranty Company. They wanted to charge me $255 for a modification to install a new hot water heater. This is standard for a install to bleed the lines and install new piping. If you want a place that will rip you off, this is your place.

They have 4-hour windows to show up. Scheduled first time, window was 12-4. At 3:45 I had to reschedule because I had to get back to work. 2nd time, window was 8-12. At 11:50 I called and was told sorry about your wait ma'am. He'll be there as soon as he can. While on this call I get a call from their dispatch saying he will be there in an hour to an hour and a half. So I wasted EIGTH hours for a plumber to not show up and no call at any point to let me know he was running late! Had I not cancelled, it would have been 9-9.5 hours! That's a full day of work I would have lost, NOT including the time it would have taken to do the actual work. I don't know in what world they live in to think this is remotely ok. I asked how they were going to make it right and the supervisor said all I can do is say I'm sorry and he'll be there as soon as he can. Good luck with having them show up on time and give a care if they don't. 0/5 would tell anyone to use these people. 5/5 would tell anyone who mentions plumbing about this story with Pruitts and guaranteed they won't use them. Would you?

Total rip off I used one Guard home insurance none of the policies cover them to run a camera down the pipe to see why they can't clear the blockage. They charge you $250 extra because they can't clear the drain it should be included with it. CALL AROUND BEFORE YOU START THE JOB!

Lack of communication and integrity in keeping their word. Lots of room for improvement. One guard set us up with them. Was without hot water for 1 wk. Understandable since we have a direct vent heater but could have made an attempt to communicate better.

Worst company ever. They gave me a 5 hours window to wait for the plumber and then he didn’t even show up after I waited ALL day!! Then I called to reschedule and none called me back or even apologized. Then I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor and the woman said no. I asked for her name and she hung up on me!

Renters office said call Pruitt's plumbing about toilet leaking and rocking , came out ordered toilet comes back takes old one off only to say that they can do the job have to reschedule because wrong part was installed from previous company, we have now been without toilet in main bathroom for 3 1/2 weeks twice have been told that technician will call to explain what's going on still waiting. Do they sublet these jobs out to non qualified plumbers.

THE Worst Company Ever! They cannot even schedule me when I called, they kept me waiting for over 40 minutes and kept saying we are checking our schedule. They have come out 4 times to fix a sinks leaky faucet...I am stuck with them because they are part of the American Family warranty company. SO SAD!!!
