I called Anthony's Plumbing early yesterday morning and they were out by 11am. The customer service was wonderful and I was extremely impressed with the follow-up call a few hours later to ensure that all was still working well. Robert the technician was so amazing to where even my dogs were receptive and like him. I'm not easily impressed and these folks really did ease my stress and handled business. They are now my ongoing plumbing services provider!!!!! Thank you so much for being available and overall awesome!

I gave Anthony’s Plumbing a call and Brandon arrived within the hour to check out a busted water heater. Not only did he give me the best options for a replacement, he was able to install a new unit after one business day. He also referred me to a restoration company to address the water damage and they were very quick to get a quote for repairs. Overall, I give my experience a 10/10 and highly recommend using this company. Brandon is very knowledgeable and was even kind enough to build my kids a fort out of the box the water heater came in!!

Eric and Robert showed up to replace a shower cartridge and were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They also helped start the process when I discovered a water leak in the wall by contacting a restoration company. They did quality work and definitely went above and beyond!

Brandon was so proficient and responded ASAP! Although his company couldn’t help me, he went out of his way to get someone else to help me. He also checked in with me later that evening to make sure everything was taken care of. I most definitely recommend this company. He was quick to respond, very professional, and very caring.

This company has it all together. Brandon responded promptly to our call for help. He was so professional and neat and clean looking, as well as wore a mask and covered his shoes. He was very thorough in checking all of the possibilities that could be causing our slab leak. Once we had a plan, he discussed all the options with us, and even spoke to our insurance company on our behalf. Since we have a shared wall with a neighbor, that they had to cut into, he also was very polite with our older, concerned neighbor to explain why and how the hole would be opened.

He moved the work schedule to accommodate us quickly. He arranged for Drystar to bring in equipment to start the drying process as well as a leak detector to determine the actual area of the leak. The two plumbers were here first thing on Monday morning, and they call ahead to let you know their actual time of arrival. Javier and Anthony were two of the nicest guys we could ask for to be in our home all day long. They painstakingly covered everything in plastic, we very careful to remove anything that was breakable. While they worked they were cheerful and seemed happy to be doing the job for us. At the end of the day, they cleaned and vacuumed up all of the areas and made sure it was all cleaned up to our satisfaction. If you need a plumber for any reason, I would recommend this company to you, and you won't be disappointed.

Great experience, called Anthony Plumbing this morning in a panic due to noise in the walls and water large amount of water on the floor wasn't sure what was happening. Staff scheduled appointment first thing in the morning. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue immediately also contacted the Restoration company to assist with the damage.

Paul was my plumber. Very nice, professional and honest. Diagnosed and fixed the problem another company was unable to do.

Always a good experience. Had to get about 40 feet of water line replaced. They provided quotes for several options with no high pressure sales. Did the work quickly and cleaned up the yard after they were done.

Anthony was very professional and courteous. He also gave us very specific advice on how to prevent clogged drains in the future. We would definitely call Anthony again in the future.

Paid $390 for them to clear bathroom pipe and they got it to drain for a day and then back filling up.

First I would like to say how happy I was when I called Anthony's plumbing, it was the 4th of July weekend and I thought I had cleared a clog in my guest bathroom, three separate times when the clog backed up each time. So I reached out to several plumbers and Brandon texted me back Friday night on a 3 day weekend and went over what was happening with me in my home. He offered to arrange to have people come over the next day, then to my surprise Brandon himself showed up, he was professional and had all the right tools to do the job. He worked on my clog for over an hour confirming with his camera that the clog had in fact been cleared and my drain was finally open. He made several recommendations, but never pressured me. His pricing was as promised and even when working on a holiday weekend, he had a positive attitude and professional workmanship. Since I am in the real estate business myself, we are always looking for reliable and trustworthy people to recommend to our clients. I recently used Anthony's Plumbing to flush and clean the filters on our tankless water heater. Eric was the technician. The service was very affordable compared to other companies I looked into before hiring Anthony's. Eric showed up on-time and was very professional. The service was completed in under an hour and Eric explained exactly what he did. I'll definitely use Anthony's again for yearly maintenance/cleaning service of our tankless water heater.

Anthony is very professional and thorough. He explained everything, took great care to keep the construction dust to a minimum, and cleaned up everything before he left. We are happy with his work and glad he is our plumber.

Showed up to diagnose leak under sink. Found garbage disposal leaking around the top where it connects to the sink. Tried to sell me a $775 replacement when there was nothing wrong with the disposal. It only needed to be retightened under the sink.

Had service man come and reinstall… no leaks $75 cost.

I called Anthony’s plumbing in on the Fourth of July and a technician answered the call promptly. We needed a new toilet soon, and he patiently discussed all the options and prices. They came the very next day and installed the toilet efficiently. The only complaint I had was they did not put silicone caulk around the base of the toilet which is really necessary but just a five minute job. I still think they deserve a five star rating! The price was competitive and fair.

I have used Anthony’s Plumbing a number of times for repairs in my home. Every single time they leave my house looking better than when they got there. Buying a new home and a few months in e are having shower stoppage issues. When Christopher came out he was very respectful and provided all the information need that was causing my issue. Brandon is Amazing!!! I had a water leaks in my garage which I thought was coming from the water heater. I called Anthony plumbing on a Saturday and was lucky enough to speak to Brandon. I called Anthony’s plumbing, as I could not get a response from my home warranty company assigned dispatcher, and I wanted to see if they took my home warranty and to see if they worked with my home warranty company and could come out and assist on a weekend.

While the company does do some work with the home warranty company the type of issue that I had they did not. However, Brandon continued to offer me help walking me through how to turn my water heater off among many other things and let me know if I have anymore questions to let him know. He also checked to see if my water heater was up to code via picture for when my warranty people are able to come out. 100% recommend this company I have never had service this good!

I am very impressed by this company. I was terrified our sewer would back up in our house and they were able to get to my house in 1 1/2 hours after I called. They were prompt, courteous and they explained the issue well. I give a huge kudos to Brandon for scheduling me quickly, Alex, and Moses for being on time and caring about my issue. I highly suggest hiring them for your next plumbing needs. They definitely earned more business from me.

We had a valve break in our bathroom. Anthony’s Plumbing was quick to respond. Paul Becklund was our plumber and he was on time, prepared and saved the day as we had multiple jobs going on at the same time. All needed water. Third time we have used this company for various issues and it is always the same solid performance!!

The nightmare situation everyone dreads after returning home from a weeks-long vacation happened to us when early the following morning, sewage water began flowing out of our shower and tub drains and onto the floor of our bathroom, master closet, and bedroom. Roots had finally compromised the integrity of the clay pipe that our house's ABS drain pipe were connected too and created a major blockage. Our water-softener system was recharging and flushing water into the clogged pipes, which caused the backup into our bathroom. We called a trusted Phoenix area plumber that we've used since moving to town in 2010 but our call was rerouted to Anthony's Plumbing.



Our old plumber has since moved away from Phoenix to help a family member but entrusted his client list to Anthony's Plumbing, and for good reason. The team from Anthony's plumbing responded fast and repaired and cleared the damaged pipe that was buried EIGHT FEET under ground. They worked diligently, all day long to make sure that we would be able to use our facilities that evening. The owner, Branden personally came by to explain every detail of what his team had done and was a tremendous help in advising me on dealing with the city since it was their pipe that failed. when the repairs were complete and fully inspected, Brandon personally came by the following day to fill-in the massive hole. He had a professional mason come by to patch the driveway and it now looks as if nothing ever happened.



My family is in the plumbing business back east and I know what is and what is not quality plumbing. Anthony's is a top-notch plumbing business and they strive to make their customers feel satisfied with the work they do and they stand by their work. Anthony's plumbing's business card is now attached proudly to my refrigerator and I won't hesitate to call them or recommend them to any and all my friends if a plumbing issue ever arises in the future.

Anthony’s Plumbing saved the day!!!! I had a clogged sink in my kitchen and had just bought the house a week earlier. I had 4 other plumbing companies out before Anthony’s and none of them could fix my problem. Two of them tried to convince me they had to cut into my tile floors to fix a collapsed pipe ( possibly a scam) I called Anthony’s as my last ditch effort before digging up my floors. Javier showed up, on time, and was very polite and knowledgeable. He cleared my drain in less than an hour!!! I was shocked. Then we scheduled to have a camera inspection which was included in the price of the drain clearing. Brandon came out today, on time, and ran the camera all the way through my lines and showed there was NO COLLAPSE or BREAK. Brandon proceeded to explain to me how to best care for my system and the steps I should take moving forward. Very honest, knowledgeable and polite. Both of the guys just seemed like all around great people and the service they provided was amazing. I should have called them first!! I will never use or recommend another company. Anthony’s exceeded all of my expectations and I feel like set a pretty high standard for any other contractor I use moving forward. Thanks again Javier and Brandon!!!

I don't leave very many reviews, but was very impressed with this plumber. In this day in age, it is not often that you meet someone with integrity, someone that says what they are going to do and does what they say but Brandon was definitely that guy. When your standing looking in a hole with a broken line your stuck with what ever price they say. You have to have water. I was startled how outrageous the cost was. This is our second experience with Anthony’s Plumbing. Consistency is important to us. We had a great experience with Anthony about 3 years ago. We called again and Eric responded on time, friendly, professional. While no one wants a plumber, but when you do you want the best. Just had Anthony from Anthony’s Plumbing for faucet repair. This is the third time I’ve called on him to solve drips, leaks, etc. Every time he has been on time, fixed the problem and has been a pleasure to deal with. Best thing I can say is “I’ll use him the next time too!

All I would like to say is that we scheduled an appointment on Monday, July, 18th under phone number ending in 9705. The only reason why we scheduled is because you guys have a deal online for $69.00 which if im not mistaken was supposed to include a camera inspection, and clearing from the drain. Well that didn't happen at all. After 2 hours of waiting the plumber arrived and "inspected' the bathroom where there was leakage. The price immediately went from $69.00 - $600 when we asked about the "special' that you guys had he's attitude completely changed almost brushing us off and or trying to avoid the question all he said was that camera inspection wasn't included nor running the snake so im a little bit confused with the whole situation and so call deal that you guys offered. And take in consideration that when booking the appointment i asked about the deal and told the same thing.

Mark came to my house since there was a problem with my outside yard toilet. He thoroughly looked at the issue, told me and my mom what the problem was, and how to repair it. The problem was for the sump and pump system that had root problem. Mark gave us 3-4 options to choose from. That point we were already very satisfied with Anthony's Plumbing because we had two other plumbing companies that came out to give us an estimate which was only 1 option and they wanted to charge 2-3 times more than what Mark wanted to charge for the work. Mark came with his crew (Jeremiah and Will) and did a wonderful job fixing the problem. Mark and his crew were always professional and performed excellent repair work. The pump they recommended turned out to be very efficient and cost friendly. The toilet and outdoor sewer system works well now. I would recommend Anthony's Plumbing for being professional, providing quality work and also to the office staff for letting me know the schedule. Thank you!

Brandon was /is professional, with great customer service. He took notes while listening to my concerns and needs. He provided an assessment of my plumbing needs and projects to plan for. It's great to have had my immediate plumbing needs met; pressure in my kitchen sink restored and the bathroom drain fixed! Chrisopher was the technician on my septic issue along with his co-worker Anthony. They responded quickly to my call and worked hard to correct a bad situation. In addition, they were very kind in all interactions with me. Highly recommend these folks!

I actually called a local plumber whom I I’ve used for 7 years, and was transferred to Anthony’s because he was attending to his father who was ill. Okay I thought seems a decent thing to support a local company in his absence. The kitchen faucet handle broke so I purchased a new one that was ready to fit. I was told it would be a $49 call out charge no matter what.



I was out initially and my wife called to say she had to sign and agree to a $350 charge before the job could begin. I got home and the job was 70% done. I asked the tech why for a simple mixer faucet was it so much? He then presented me with a bill for $442. I was livid.



Based on the fact the tech started at 9:05am and almost finished at 9:25am, that works out to $1326 an HOUR. I spoke to his supervisor, who couldn’t grasp the hourly rate I mentioned , and instructed me they charge a flat fee no matter how long it takes? We had a heated discussion but he basically said ok, I’ll tell the tech to remove what he’s done and charge just the $49. And told me other plumbing companies would charge the same. I asked him if he knew what a cartel was. Wasn’t worth the time.



So you’d rather waste the techs time and ours to prove your justification for this absurd price for a simple 20min job. It was too late so he finished and I asked for any discount, or was that forbidden. We got 10%. On the bill was $395. So that wasn’t right either.



To be fair the tech was polite and did a good job, albeit feeling awkward now with an irate customer. Also note they insisted on installing new “ supply lines” which replaced new supply lines installed only a year before and in excellent condition. I was told it’s company practice. I’m sure it is. The tech left.



I had to call back to have the faucet centered up, as it wasn’t done the right way. No charge for that 3min service.



I don’t like giving bad reviews and I’m sure the skills and plumbing is good quality, but your pricing sucks. It’s a horrible business practice gouging customers just before you start the job, to pressure them. I won’t be using this plumbing service again. The extra star is for your tech, whom I felt embarrassed for having to deal with this.

This was our first experience using Anthony’s Plumbing and it was everything you hope for. Our technician was Lupe who was professional and on time. Lupe was thorough on his explanation and made sure we understood what was being done with each step in the repair. Lisa and Regina were easy to deal with regarding appointments and payments. This company provides quality service and values the customer experience.

I have owned two homes and use Anthony’s plumbing in the past and had a great enough experience to call them back a third time. This experience was not like the others. Scheduling time took a week which was understandable, but they did not show the day that they were supposed to nor did they contact me to let me know that they were not coming so I reached out to them. When I called they explained that they were shortstaffed due to many employees calling out sick but they would still be servicing my home that day. Nearly 3 hours later they called back to say they would not be showing up, but I would be the first appointment of the day the following day. The following morning they did not show up on time they were over an hour late.



When the plumber showed up and I explained that I needed my bathtub drain unclogged I was shocked by the cost of service, and uncertain about proceeding. I needed the tub to be in functioning order and had already taken off work so I decided to proceed, despite the outrageous cost. It was even more disappointing when the job didn’t even take an hour and I was being charged more then double from the last 2 times I’d used there services, one of which was the same issue. I specifically asked the plumber if what he was showing me that he had taken up from the drain was all that he had removed or if there was additional items that clogged the drain that he had already discarded and there were not. He also stated the work wouldn’t be guaranteed due to what he claimed were roots. The tub was clogged after my younger brother moved in and did not add a hair drain which we’ve since added. Ill be sure to purchase a snake for any future issues and avoid poor turn times and being overcharged for less then mediocre services and you should reconsider using this company as well.

Mark showed up on time, he was clean and organized. He was respectful and pleasant. Most importantly, he was honest and very knowledgeable in the field of plumbing. He was able to determine our plumbing problem accurately and provided the solution. Prior to Mark I have called several plumbers and to my great disappointment they have have lied to my fiance and I stating that our plumbing problem was bigger than it actually was. This in turn allowed them to over inflate the prices.

Mark charged us a reasonable fee for the service that he provided which allowed for us to know exactly to know what exactly we are dealing with. He accurately diagnosed the situation. I feel such dread calling other plumbers because they have displayed such high levels of dishonesty and price gouging. I'm absolutely thrilled and relieved that we found Mark at Anthony's plumbing.

We were initially going to shop around to get the lowest price possible, but Anthony’s was our first one and we liked them so much we cancelled all the other estimate appointments. Can’t say great enough things about them, they will definitely be our go-to plumber for the foreseeable future.

Javier, my service technician, was extremely professional, courteous, and skilled, and he answered all my questions. He offered suggestions to make things better than before. He replaced a maze of old water lines and valves under my kitchen sink that were leaking, and installed a very nice new kitchen faucet. He also repaired leaky valves for my tub. He did it in the time that he had estimated. I am very happy and will definitely use this company again. In fact, the next project is to install a drinking water system.

I scheduled an appointment for next week. I then experienced a plumbing problem the same very day. Regina worked with me and promptly dispatched Anthony Williams. Anthony arrived promptly and ready to work. He is clean and respectful of our family and our home. He evaluated are plumbing nightmare and investigated other potential problems. Discussed with us the solution and solved the problem. Everyone we interacted with is intelligent and passionate about their profession . I am proud to refer this company.

UPDATE: The first time we used this company we had a really good experience. Unfortunately, we had them back a second time to help us fix our kitchen sink installation and they threw an enormous price out there,, the tech (a young kid) faked cleaning out our trap and didn't replace the clean out cap. We had to call another plumber to fix what he did. We were very disappointed.



* I highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing. I was referred to them through my Home Warranty Company, but I would use them regardless in the future. They said they would be there between 3-5pm, they were there at 3pm on the dot and they called 30-min ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. When Anthony Williams arrived, he put covers on his shoes to not track dirt in the house. He identified the problem quickly, and from start to finish was in and out within 45-minutes and my bathtub drain is draining better than ever. Fast, professional, efficient. Great company, I highly recommend.

We had a complicated plumbing issue and from day 1, the lead technician, Mark was able explain the whole process so it was clear what was to be done. The whole process took several months because of our schedule. Mark was easy to work with, very professional and very much focused on customer service. He and another technician, William, really made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. The service was not cheap, but well worth it. I would highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing!

The workmanship was good. The plumbing technician was professional. The fee however was OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH! As a 80yr old on a fixed income the price is the reason for the low rating. I had them do the work because I didn't have the luxury of waiting several days for another plumber who (I felt) was reasonable. Unless you don't mind being taken advantage of my recommendation is, go somewhere else.

Im pleased to say the call and appointment set up was fast and easy, the office kept me up to date and even offered to come ahead of schedule a couple times when they finished other jobs early which was great! I called Brandon with a water heater issue and he stopped what he was doing and helped me troubleshoot over the phone! He even called me back when my phone died.



It's rare to find plumbers that you can trust, let alone someone who will take time out of their day to help a complete stranger that finds their number online. I'm not in Arizona, but if I were I would have these guys on speed dial.

Huge shout out to Brandon with Anthony's plumbing! After getting bids for a bathroom remodel they came in far more competitive than the other 4 bids I received. Wasn't trying to "sell" me, very honest and professional! I actually elected to not go forward with the remodel but called a few months later and thought I had a leak on my main line. Brandon being honest again saved me a ton of money as he found the leak was in my sprinkler system and not the line I was thinking. I called Anthony’s Plumbing for a client I have that was in the process of buying a home and needing a water heater inspected. They were so kind accommodating our needs, compared to a few other companies I had previously spoke to. Everyone I dealt with was just awesome. This was a costly repair that I didn’t see coming and they just made it easy for me to get fixed. But not only that recommended a company who found and potentially prevented a bigger major issue at my home. They explained everything to me from start to finish. I knew exactly what was gonna be done when. I will say if I had one negative thing to say. I originally picked a day that I would not miss work for the repairs to be completed. But that appointment was canceled with I don’t believe enough notice. I get it stuff happens but this cancellation indeed cause me to miss work which was frustrating. If I had to do this whole experience all over again(hopefully I won’t) I would still choose them.

I’ve used Anthony’s plumbing twice in the past month for urgent issues when my regular plumber was away with a family emergency. Both times they were quick to respond, but sent plumbers who left my garage a total mess and were rude and condescending. Both times they charged me a random exorbitant price, and refused to give me a breakdown of what was labor, what was parts, etc. They answer my former plumbers phone number and use my old plumbers’ name, but when questioned, they state they are really Anthony’s plumbing and “filling in” while he is away. The work was done well, but they are shady in their charges and I felt scammed. I won’t use them again.

I never hired a plumber for a leak like I was seeing before so I didn’t know what to expect. I was beyond impressed with the service Brandon provided! Brandon finished up his previous apt early, so he called to see if it was ok to come by a little earlier than anticipated, very much appreciated. First appearance, Brandon curbed what you might joke about a plumber, pants falling dirty T-shirt and a mess. Brandon came in very professional, shirt tucked in and a clean uniform. He asked me to walk him through what was going on.

I was recommended Anthony's plumbing by a neighbor. I had a few issues that needed to be fixed. I was easily able to leave an inquiry through the website on a Sunday. I was contacted the following morning by a friendly person who was able to get me scheduled the following day. I was given a window for when the plumber would arrive. They have a great system that sends a notification that the plumber will arrive shortly. The plumber Mark showed up soon afterwards. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he wore his mask while working on our issues. Mark got everything taken care of quickly. Impressive, as we had 3 things that needed attention.

I was pleasantly surprised that a company called me back! I have tried to schedule other services recently, only to not be called back! Anthony's called me back on the same day and scheduled my Reverse osmosis to be installed within 5 days of my call! The Tech (Lupe) was a very nice and professional and very informative.

We hired Anthony's Plumbing to completely remove and replace our old 1940s cast iron sewer lines under our concrete slab. Lupe was here every morning on time and was very communicative on what work was being done. They scheduled city inspections to make sure everything was done correctly and to code as well. We really appreciate how quickly everything was replaced and will be using Anthony's Plumbing in the future if anything else arises.

I was a residential property manager for several years and was happy to use Anthony's plumbing for all of our service issues. I felt I got good answers and fair prices. Anthony's Plumbing was here to fix a leaky, wall mounted toilet. The technician gave us an estimate of $550. He also tried to talk us into installing a new toilet $1100. When we told him his price was too high, he asked us how much we wanted to pay. We told him $300. He said he would ask his boss and came back with $400. We wrote him a check for the service call $49 and told him we would not be using him for the repair. We got another plumber who fixed the toilet for $200. He said the part was $25. (wax gasket)

Anthony's plumbing has been amazing with handling every issue I've had. I have an older home so you can imagine I've had to call quite a bit. Eric has been our dedicated plumber and he's been amazing. Eric has always been very honest as to what truly needs to be replaced or what can just be repaired. Anthony's plumbing was recommended by an acquaintance of a friend and I'm so happy we chose to use them. Originally, we had been researching a plumber for a potentially challenging issue (sewer smell) so when our bathroom sink suddenly became completely clogged we knew who to call. After having a very negative experience with another plumbing company through my home warranty, I was lucky enough to get to have Andres Rios from Anthony's come. This company was extremely responsive. Andres was a delight. He was super thorough, took the time to explain what was needed, and was a great representative of the company. (In fact, he was so good, I asked him if he was the owner! He took such care and had such integrity with his work.) I will for sure use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I am a local landlord with several properties throughout the valley. I have used Anthony’s Plumbing for over 8 years now for all of my houses for unclogging drain lines. This weekend one of my houses had a clogged main line. I called Anthony’s plumbing to request a drain cleaning service like I always have done. They called me back saying because I have used them several times at this property they would “no longer charge the normal price”. They usually charge $65 to $80 because I have put clean outs on the ground to make it easy. They told me before they respond out they would now have to charge me a new drain cleaning fee of $283 and a new camera service of another $169. What company do you know of that punishes you for using them repeatedly? Unbelievable. I have told all of my friends, neighbors, and fellow landlords to use Anthony’s Plumbing because they ask me which companies to use since I deal with a lot of them. I am switching plumbing companies as a New Years resolution. This was completely unexpected and unprofessional. This is not how you treat loyal customers who have been using your services for over 8 years. I am crossing this company off my list of trusted contractors. Again, what company does this?

The gal, Regina, who answered was very personable and kept in contact with me once she had a service guy on his way. My toilet separated from the floor. The hold downs had corroded and broke loose. Called Ms Raegina, Anthony's Plumbing, for help and she set me up with an appointment right away to my convenience. I also wanted both my showers control cartridges replaced since they were each 34 years old. Reply....can do! Anthony, later along with Brandon, arrived. Estimates were clearly given and made sure I understood the scope of the work. Upon approval they got on it. Just the way it should be! During the repair, they respected the property, insured the repair was done correctly and cleaned up before leaving. I have been using them since 2006, yes you will see another review I have done in the past. About 2 years ago. Hmmmmm.....must be a reason I keep using them. The tech, Anthony arrived nice, clean and polite. He wore a masked and practice social distancing. He fixed the problem easily and told my husband to prevent future problems what to do. An agreement was made that was more reasonable than their competitors. We will definitely use them again.

Awesome company. We'd worked with Eric before with very satisfactory results, so were very happy to see him again this time. Our issue was a lot bigger this year, requiring permits and some conversation with the City. This project could have been a total nightmare, but Brandon had my back and made sure that I came out golden. I wish I could give this company 10 stars.  My toilet was backing up into my shower, and I had company coming in the next day! I was in a panic, I called Anthony's plumbing, and the wonderful receptionist Regina calmed me down and had someone come to me in less than an hour from when I initially called.  The plumber Mark came out and even though my problem resolved itself as he did his diagnostics, he was professional, polite and explained to me in detail what happened, what may happen in the future and what to do.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  Thank you so much Regina and Mark!

The plumber who came out, Lupe, was highly knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the systematic and careful way he went about isolating our problem. I've dealt with other plumbers in the past, and paid them a really high bill once each, but didn't go back to them. Because of their honesty and professionalism, I would do business with Anthony's plumbing over and over.

Recently we replaced the 50+ year old drain pipes in our house. After obtaining various estimates, we selected Anthony’s Plumbing to do the work. Its owner, Brandon, was very helpful in explaining the process, including the nature and extent of the work involved. Each day he would let us know what would be done the next day. The work was done within the scheduled time frame and all of the workers were considerate, professional and accommodating throughout the process. They were able to accomplish the project with a minimum of disruption and with less damage to walls, cabinets and countertops than other companies had indicated would take place. They used protective materials inside and out to minimize the dirt and dust and to permit us and our dogs to have access to the back yard. They arranged for the concrete work to be done after the pipes were installed and even pitched in to help when some of the concrete workers did not show up. And, when the work was done, they did a nice job of cleaning up. Finally, the price was reasonable. All in all, the process was much better than we expected. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Anthony’s Plumbing. And, for those of you who have a skeptical nature (as we do), we had no association with anyone connected to Anthony’s prior to selecting them, and we are receiving no benefits by posting this review.

Mark was the tech assigned to fix an overflow issue in my laundry room and did an outstanding job. He explained what needed to be done, offered additional services that I will request at a later date. He was very professional and had a great attitude. Brandon and Regina were my initial phone contacts with Anthony's Plumbing, and I was dutifully impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help with what appeared [to me] an insurmountable puddle problem under my kitchen sink. Within 24 hours, a polite and confident young man appeared at my door and within moments had the answer to "the leak." I have had Anthony's plumbing work at a couple of my properties. Brandon is thorough with his work as well as Anthony. I'm sure someone else has been to the jobs but not sure of the names. Everyone I have worked with has been prompt and professional. I have had various things worked on and all have been done with great service. (water heater, water softener system, faucets, toilet replacements... etc) Anthony's Plumbing is highly recommended and I have had nothing but excellent service by them.

If you have an emergency, DON'T call Anthony's Plumbing. I had called them for an emergency slab leak. I agreed to pay them for the inspection and estimate. However, they just gave me the gross amount for the cost of repair but refused to give me the actual itemized estimate and/or location of the leak once I didn't commit with them, though they are still invoicing me for the inspection fee. I ended up having to pay a for another plumber to do the inspection, luckily the next plumber was honest and professional and even with the duplicate charge was a lot less than Anthony's quote.

After calling I was given an immediate time and quote to inspect our project. A text message came with a photo of the plumbing tech, his background and his certification and rating ( out of 5). I received another call telling me when the tech would arrive. He was timely. All options for my job were explained. The plumbing tech was respectful and since it was very rainy day he wore protective booties for the flooring.

Anthony's Plumbing performed routine maintenance on our water heater. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to reschedule twice, because the technician was unable to arrive within the committed time window.

I was stood up by another contractor, so I called Anthony's Plumbing and received same day service! Two professional plumbers arrived within a few hours, provided a no bull quote, and completed the job within the hour. In addition, they were about $100 cheaper than my original quote. We originally called them for an estimate on replacing two water spigots and fixing a leaking toilet bowl. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We were referred to Anthony's Plumbing through our home warranty. We were experiencing a water leak from our upstairs laundry room to our downstairs bathroom. Anthony's Plumbing promptly called us the next day to confirm a day and time to inspect the issue and arrived exactly when they said they would. Erick confirmed the leakage was just from extra water in the washer hose from when it was unplugged, and said it was nothing to worry about but suggested we replace our vinyl flooring with tile. The heat on my water heater went out. Anthony's plumbing came out and my tech was Eric. Outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Eric explained everything in detail as well so I could understand what had happened to the water heater. We had to wait for the part to come in, but he wasted no time getting here first thing in the morning. The job was done well and I have hot water. I must also say that both times Eric came and the second day he had Anthony with him, both men were groomed well, clean clothes and more than presentable. On Erick's initial visit, he did a thorough inspection of our problem and gave a detailed estimate. It was a two person job, so he brought Anthony with him a few days later to do the work. The were both professional and polite, answering all my questions and making sure I was satisfied before I left. I'll call them again for my next plumbing need.

They literally go above and beyond. They sent a text letting us know exactly when they were coming and who was coming with a photo. Showed up on time (literally same day as we have them no notice) did an amazing job with the repair and coiled the hose outside that was a mess when they arrived. I came home to a clogged disposal drain that my wife apparently over loaded. The water was backed up and full. We couldn't get it to drain and could not use the sink! I called Anthony's plumbing even though it was after 9 pm at night. They quickly responded sending out a technician. He showed up courteous and worked quickly to tell me that the disposal was shot and over 10 yrs old. He gave me a few options and advice on what to do. We decided to get it replaced after looking at the old unit. He worked quickly to have one picked up and replaced within the hour! Great attitude and customer service from these guys!!! Brandon Thomas had replaced a leaking mainline into our home a while back and did a fine job. He came back today on a free inspection and determined our water heater was 8 years old with a short life left. From other symptoms the heater was failing and we had him install a new one as well as replace 6 other water valves that had locked open and could not be closed. He replaced a washer water valve that was broken. We thought he would have to cut the sheetrock out and repair and repaint it. Brandon was able to fix it as it was with no sheetrock or any damage. Very good work.

We had a kitchen sink and faucet replaced. These guys did it great. Their tech was professional, had a great attitude and best of all, was there when he said he'd be there. None of this "we'll be there between 9-3" or something. They said 10 and they were there at 10. I'd recommend them to anyone. In fact, I already have.

I had just recently found this company through an on-line ad in my local paper where I needed plumbing repair work done right away. I made sure I did some research on this and several other companies before I made my decision based previous online comments and recommendations.

Mark and Anthony were on time and did a wonderful job getting everything going. As I am prone to do and stick my hear in every once in awhile Mark would explain what they were doing and why. i got home on Friday and found i had no hot water, I googled a phoenix plumber and found Anthony's plumbing, they said they were ending the day but had checked with a guy, who said he wouldn't mind stopping by on the way home. they sent out Avery Scott he got the water heater fixed quick, all he did was literately press a button and that's why the review. I was so stressed thinking i was going to have to buy a new water heater and how much it might be, where i was going to get the money normal peoples stress. but nope he said something may have caused the button to trip but everything looked good other than it being 8 years old,but still its working and he only charged me $29.00 dollars for coming out told me have a great weekend. Thanks again Avery for the work but most importantly for being honest with me. Anthony's plumbing give that guy a raise!!

Anthony's Plumbing is our go to plumber for our HOA community. We use them for all our needs and recommend them to owners. They are reliable, fairly priced and always do an excellant job. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I wa quoted 700% higher than another plumber to run a grill gas line from an existing gas connect 24 feet, the site I got your number from stated do not pay too much to run a gas line for your grill, I had it done by another on the same site for less than 25% of your quote. The site said it should not be more than $25 a linear foot you wanted $175 a linear foot. Absolutely absurd. And the reasoning coming from Anthony was as absurd. Horrible experience, but glad I was able to get it done by a competitor of yours.

We had the same tub drain unclogged in May 2019 by another plumbing company, and it seemed to work fine, The tub drained well. We were gone out of town from May to November. About mid-November, my wife complained that the tub was draining slowly, eventually taking about 40 minutes to drain completely. Anthony's tech, Kai Johnson, brought in her cable and within a few minutes the clog was cleared. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife says the tub has completely drained almost before she has gotten out, much faster than before. Thank you!!

Matt did a great job of explaining the options for the work needed today. I knew that the water heater was old but 21! Yikes. Old enough to buy alcohol does not mean good things for a water heater. With the addition of the comfort pump I get hot water in the shower in 20 seconds! A very nice person to deal with and very professional. Thank you.

I had a not obvious problem to solve. Odor from the septic tank would intermittently come on one side of the house. It was always gone by the time the plumber arrived. This occurred over many years. It wasn’t taken too seriously by other companies, some tried, but not as diligently as after I called Anthony’s plumbing.

Finally after a smoke test, an unconnected vent pipe was discovered behind a bathroom wall, from since the house was built! At last, the intermittent smell noted in a wall,not in the bathroom, was explained ! I wasn’t a crazy lady imagining it !

Andreas was sent out every time until the problem was found . I appreciated the continuity and his patience and diligence is very appreciated in fixing my problem. I recommend them highly.

I called and requested service and was told I had a 30 warranty. Unfortunately I had to call them back because the problem wasn't fixed.

I was greeted with sorry excuses of why it didn't get fixed and implying blame.

I was questioned on the receipt over the phone which seemed like an excuse to weasel out of it.

I was told that they had more important service calls to attend to and asked me to wait for a call back with no set time or date. I waited and waited... and waited

I made a follow up call to at least get an approximate time and date.

Again to be reminded that they have more important work to do and went on to provide examples and comparisons of their bigger issues according to them. I wouldn't call you if I didn't think I had a problem. Again I was told I would have to wait. I informed her/him that my situation was a problem

and was offered no help.

All Anthony's Plumbing does is take your money and forget about you and the bad service they render.

What started from a drain clog ended up being a replacement of my entire sewer as it was corroded. Although it was unexpected the entire crew that worked on the entire job were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable with any concerns or questions I had.

Had a hot water heater pipe burst, and they sent a very helpful plumber by the name of Erick Munoz who fixed everything and explained all of the details and used parts that would not rust. He also told my family about how to maintain the unit to extend the life of it, and gave us suggestions on how to best take care of it. Garden hose connector "frozen" to hose bib and could not be removed without risking damage to plumbing and creating a major problem and leak. Called Anthony's Plumbing and they sent out Brandon to take care of the problem. He removed the old hose bibb and installed a screw fitting and new hose bibb plus a code required vacuum breaker (back flow preventer). Then he attempted to unscrew hose from the old faucet. The old faucet was destroyed but the hose remained frozen to the faucet!



Brandon was very skilled and professional. I would recommend Brandon and Anthony's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I live in a historic neighborhood. My house is about 50 years old with various add-ons and remodels over the years. Because I have been there for only 2 years, I had no knowledge of the prior plumbing issues. During the short time I was there, I suffered 2 slab leaks. My regular plumber – a great guy for small jobs – recommended re-piping the entire house. That is a big job and he did not want to take it on himself. He recommended a large plumbing company. I did some research and learned that this recommended company was good, but very expensive. Nevertheless, I wanted the job done well and minimum problems. So, I called and this estimator came out. He looked at the house, the job site, and never even called me back. I also heard nightmare stories about re-piping projects gone wrong. I was very nervous.



When the owner Brandon came out to inspect the site, he gave me reassurances. And I felt confident. He promised it would be done in 3 days. He also gave me a detailed estimate.



The first day, he had 4 guys on the job. I am guessing 2 plumbers and 2 helpers. The second day, he had 5 guys – 3 plumbers and 2 helps. They spent 10 hours on the job. There were some anticipated problems that became worse than expected. Brandon kept me informed. The last day, there were 6 guys – 3 plumber’s vans parked in front. And they got the job done. It has been 2 weeks and so far everything seems well done.



We do not wear shoes in the house. They laid down protective papers and plastic sheet all over the wooden floors. They were very mindful about closing doors, and keeping the hassle to minimum. They tried to minimize the drywall cuttings. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with Anthony’s Plumbing, Brandon and his crew. I highly recommend them!

Eric Munoz replaced a leaky Moen single head faucet in our kitchen. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. He answered all my questions and gave help in describing what to do if we have a leak in the future. He worked in a timely manner and did a great job in cleaning up. He represents "Anthony's Plumbing" very well!

We recently had Anthony's Plumbing come out to check and see why our sewer backed up. They ran a snake down our clean outs only to find...nothing, lucky for us! They were on time, professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again!

Called to repair a leak. Never showed. 2 different times scheduled, nothing. Every time I called to get an update, they said they’d call me back. Never did. Always had to call them. Finally got a TEXT MESSAGE saying they couldn’t come out on the scheduled day, and they had so he duped me for the next day. I eventually just gave up and said don’t even bother. No only did it waste my time but it wasted my money as I had to be to work. Do not recommend. Poor professionalism and poor communication.



Edit: Let me clarify any misunderstanding when they say they “attempted to accommodate my schedule”. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 10AM-12PM. I never heard from them before or during that time frame. I called them at 12:03PM to get an update. I was told the serviceman was running behind and that he could be there between 1PM-2PM. I explained to the rep that I had to be to work at 2PM. She said she would attempt to find someone that was available and that she would call me back soon. 1PM came and went. 2PM came and went. And I still hadn’t heard a word from them. Remember, not only did she say she my original serviceman would be there between 1-2 but she also said that she would call me back soon with a new serviceman. I had to call them again at 2:13PM (I already called my job and told them I would be late because I really wanted this done). It was then I was told that my original serviceman was still at the same site from this morning and that there were no other available serviceman to help me. I said ok, that’s fine. No fuss, no screaming, nothing from my end. I hung up and immediately called someone else. At 2:28 PM I received a text message and voicemail at the same time. The text told me that I had been rescheduled for the next day at 8AM-10PM. The voicemail asked me if that time was acceptable. I missed the call because I was obviously getting ready for work and called them as soon as I could. I told them that no, I didn’t want to reschedule and left it at that. The was no need for me to pour salt in the wound and reattempt what had been an already horrible experience. I didn’t end up getting to work that day until 3:30PM because I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Shortly after I posted this original review I received another voicemail (again, couldn’t speak because I was at work) saying they would give me a $59 credit towards my next service if I choose to use them again in the future. Nice gesture, but I declined because once again, why would I put myself in that same predicament when you’ve already shown you lack punctuality. For the record $59 only covers the visit and noting else. If I needed work done, the $59 would’ve been included in the price so in the end, it’s a wash. Again, nice gesture, but no where near enough for me to even consider. To be clear, you only tried to accommodate my schedule after you missed 2 time tables and in the end, I was the one that accommodated your schedule.

Thanks to Anthony's Plumbing for a job well done. Reasonably priced. Also brighten my day to see two nice clean cut looking gentlemen doing the repairs. ( Anthony & Eric)...Highly recommend.

A couple of days ago I heard this very loud noise coming from my utility closet and thought it was my a/c. . after having an a/c tech come out to investigate, he narrowed down the sound to be a broken water pipe under my home. . After turning off the main waterline, I began looking through the pages of our small community phone book and found an ad from Anthony's Plumbing. I called and had a plumber come out early the next morning. Avery was his name. . he was dressed in his uniform of a pure white shirt and navy pants. . knowing he would have to climb under my home (which of course was very muddy due to all the water that had poured out of the pipes) I thought he would soon be in a Tide commercial. . (that's a funny). . he changed his white shirt uniform to his all navy jumpsuit and climbed under my home to detect what the damage would be. Once he advised me of the cost of the material and repair cost, Avery once again changed out of the muddy uniform to go to the local hardware store. . he came back a few mins later and climbed back under my home. . fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Avery is a person who is not only ready to get his "feet wet", he was determined to get his job done correctly, even though he had to go to the battle twice. YEP. . this is what Anthony Plumbing hires. . good men who are willing to get muddy in the process.

We are new home owners and didn't know where to start when committing to a plumber . We are always afraid of getting ripped off when going to companies for work, but Anthony's plumbing was far from ripping us off. Mark provided us with so much knowledge about the plumbing in our 1950s home, and went above and beyond to fix the problem so we would not have to spend thousands to fix the issue. We needed to have our faucet replaced and called because we had a leak. We went to a store to pick out a new replacement after finding out the service call was roughly 29.00. When the plumber arrived he informed us the installation would be roughly 390.00. i was quite upset knowing that many other plumbers charged roughly 150.00 to replace a faucet in Pebble Creek. Because we needed it done soon we had the installation done for 250.00 after mentioning our displeasure at the 390.00 quote. I will not recommend your company to anyone in Pebble Creek.

Mark Johnstone showed up on time and was very professional! MARK IS WONDERFUL! I used a promotion they were having to unclog 1 drain for $55. They beat all the other plumbers out there! Trust me I've used the others and they pull the bait and switch on you once they show up.

Mark went right to work trouble shooting the clog I had in my kitchen sink. He used the big snake to clear the clog through the clean out. He also provided knowledgeable information as to possible reasons why the clog keeps occurring. Recommended BioClean to maintain clear drains. He was done in less than 45 minutes. HONEST PLUMBERS!!

My husband and I purchased a home warranty when we bought our new home. We have had a few plumbing issues in the last year and always waited for Old Republic to assign someone for service.



The plumbing issues we've encountered involved raw sewage in our guest bathroom tub. Our drain line was clogged and required being rotored out. The first company they sent out told me that they couldn't find our clean outs and that our warranty didn't cover him going through the roof. He said he would do it by removing our toilet in the guest bathroom and use that pipe. The gentleman did not use any gloves and left... brown fingerprints... throughout the work area. Needless to say, I bleached my entire house after he left and told ORHW never to send him out again.



Fast forward to Thanksgiving, and the problem occured again. The company sent out Anthony's Plumbing. From the get go, Jennifer, Eric and Mark were incredibly helpful. Jennifer called and let us know before Eric was to arrive. He came in and determined our warranty DOES cover going through the roof since we had purchased the extra coverage. He rotored it and left.



A week later, the same problem occured. This time, Jennifer had Mark come out to our home. Mark was able to determine that the cause of the blockage was roots in our sewage drain where it connected to the city line. . . six feet below ground. He used a camera to pinpoint the exact location. My husband and I were able to get the majority of the hole dug where he needed to be before he arrived.



When Mark got there, he was a machine. He got the area cleared out and ready to replace within an hour. All in all, he was able to get the area replaced (including having to get parts) and the hole filled in again in just a few hours. The price was exceptionally reasonable. He was friendly, honest and wonderful to work with. Our home warranty did not cover the replacement, but we felt comfortable going through Anthony's Plumbing to complete the repair due to the exceptional service that we received from all of the staff, especially Mark.

I highly recommend Anthony's plumbing, last year on the Wednesday before at Thanksgiving, in the late night hours, my shower knob broke off leaking uncontrollably. Meaning we had to shut down all water supply. Stressed out... I was worried about who was going to fix it on Thanksgiving Day. Anthony's plumbing came highly recommended from a friend. I was initially told they were booked all day, but they would make every attempt to get someone out to me as soon as possible. I called and told them I was having problems at a place I am renting and that I have paid for in the house to get fixed and that right now I have been hear water running behind the wall I had friend that now a person that is a plumber to look at it. And the person that now of the pipe are connected and that there is black mold. Anthony said they can't help me
