Angel was friendly, professional and on time. They got me scheduled as soon as possible and dad a great job.

I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

Service tech, Cien, was outstanding. Obviously takes pride in doing a great job; which he did. He went above and beyond to make sure my new tank was properly placed (old tank wasn't). They came as quickly as I’ve ever had anyone come. I’m a widow I was crying I was upset I was afraid to use the bathroom and it had overflowed because my sprinkler system ran for five hours without my knowledge and it was a big mess but they handled it so well and I will always use them and recommend him highly

Noticed my 30 year old Water Heater was leaking and saw major rust around the bottom of the unit. Called NXTLVL they were able to schedule me same day, Alex was at my house in less than 2 hours. Got a great quote, new Water Heater was installed in a couple of hours. Everything was explained and Alex cleaned everything up. Our 14 year old water heater gave out and we needed it replaced. Vance came out and was super informative and thorough. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very clear in what needed to be done in order to get one installed. He was patient and answered all of my questions and was done in a couple of hours. Very professional and courteous service.

The man who came to do the repair was so respectful and nice. He completed the work efficiently and timely. He answered my questions and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.

We called in the morning to schedule installation. By 3:00 pm the job was completed! Vance installed the new water heater & hauled away the old one. He answered all our questions & offered good advice on care & maintenance. And he is a really nice guy!

We had a great experience. Our water heater busted and we were able to get a new one installed within 24 hours. We were even able to get an earlier appt due to a cancellation on the same day. Plus their quote was a few hundred less then the other two we received. We feel really good about the service and price!

I had nexlvl install a new water heater for me. They were super flexible when I had to push back my install date and very responsive to it. Also a big plus, on the install day they said they would be there between 8-10am and they showed up right at 8am. Always nice when services show up on time!

I suspected a slab leak and didn’t even know where to start with the confirmation of the leak and repair options. I was referred to Arizona Plumbing through a previous client and was not disappointed. DerIck from Arizona Plumbing arrived within an hour of my call to assess the issue. He helped me work with my home owner’s insurance for repair and restoration and thankfully I was approved for a re-pipe to bypass the leak so that my foundation did not have to be cut into. Moreno was the fantastic technician that came to complete the re-pipe. He was professional and friendly. He completed the re-pipe with only having to cut two hidden patches of drywall and the repair was complete within hours. I could not be happier with the service I received from Arizona Plumbing. I would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs! I have found my forever plumbing company! Thank you Arizona Plumbing!!

I just had the best experience. Rodney scoped and fixed my drains and hydrojet my lines and got my a chem for my system. My house was built in 1951 and has the old cast iron piping. This guy found my issue and fixed it. I finally have great working plumbing after fighting with multiple companies and so much money spent from snake rentals and other companies that could never fix my drainage issues. Rodney is the man. Best service experience ever.

Thought water heater needed to be replaced but Vance checked it out and only needed new thermocouple. Vance saved the day. Will use him again.

Hybrid water heater placed 3 years ago with prior home owner, still under warranty. Called several times this morning to their various phone numbers and left message and no response regarding our leaking water heater. Do not rely on them in emergency, had to go with a different company.

We had a very difficult plumbing problem. It involved backed up toilets and showers due to root damage in our sewage system. Cody was the tech specialist that came and used his skills to detect the exact location of the problem and solved it. It was intense at times as we feared there may not be a perfect outcome, but they were able to complete the work. The yard was dug up with much hard work The yard was left just perfect and our house has better sewage than it has ever had. The best part was that we were kept informed each step of the way. Angel arrived at the beginning of the timeframe given. He got straight to work and explained everything along the way. Unclogged the drain and then headed out. Perfect!

I had called around to a few places after my Homeowners insurance company was not able to fulfill the repair from the company they had picked to come out to my home. This was a few days before the Thanksgiving Holiday ,with out much luck.... I chose to call NexLvl back to do this job for me. The reason I chose them was due to how polite and caring Laura was when she heard me on the other end of the phone. This was a nightmare, and she was able to help turn it around. They sent Chris A. out to my home, and he was professional, prompt, and Nice. He was very knowledgeable and informative of the work that was needed. He took his time to answer all my questions and explain to me everything he would need to do. I'm thankful to have went with this company. I give a 10 out of 10.
