Rooter Hero came to my house to fix two issues. I was amazed how quickly the team responded and how fast they arrived. This is critical when you are dealing with a lead, when time is of the essence. Especially that our regular plumber I work with, was not as responsive or available to help us. Furthermore, Allen was knowledgeable and professional to work with. He really was fantastic and gave me the assurance and confidence one needs in situations like this. Highly recommend this team and I know I will be using them going forward. super great vendor!!

We woke up to a house filled with sewer water. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely professional and gone out of their way to help us. Prices were also the lowest we could find. The restoration company that they recommended has also been top notch. Will definitely be coming back for any future plumbing needs

Copper Pipe had a hole with slow leak. Of course noticed it 2 day before thanksgiving. Called Tues morning, came out same morning and repaired it. Much more reasonable than I expected. Very happy customer. Will def use them again !!

Roto Hero was very responsive and their staff was so kind to me. Allen came out to replace the valves in my laundry room and did such a thorough job...and quickly too! He helped move my old washer out as well and cleaned my floor. He went above and beyond!

I had a leak on my tub faucet. Gabriel did a thorough review of the situation and realized I needed a special part. He was diligent about getting the part which was not an easy assignment since some places did not have it. he explained to me what was wrong with faucet and what he was doing to repair it. He was neat and tidy and respectful.

Called Rooter Hero and they were able to come out same day. Ben was able to detect the leak, get the parts needed and repair it in under two hours. Very happy with his service and professionalism.

I tried to DYI a new washing machine bib, but ran into an issue and needed new pipe work. Juan came over within the same day and competently fixed the issue with confidence and professionalism. I would recommend Juan for any work you need done.

I was pleased with the work. However, I ended up paying more than quoted. I agreed and signed, only to get a vague receipt showing I paid about $400 per hour foe labor. I tried contacting by phone and email, but it appears I am being avoided.

Our toilet was clogged and Carlos came in and took care of it immediately. He was very informative and helpful. I will definitely be calling again for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Carlos.

I requested service for replacement of my garage disposal, The whole process was very smooth and professional, quick and easy communication, Allen toomb was very nice and helpful, I am so happy that my garage disposal has been replaced and my dishwasher has no water left at the bottom, it can be drain completely after washing, if someone can told me earlier that my dishwasher has water left is because my garage disposal was not working, so I don’t have to replace my whole dishwasher! Find the right company is very important!

Showed up quickly tech was polite and friendly. Was able to get sewer un-clog in short order… recommended some further services I declined because I was not there to inspect. We did the entire deal over the phone. This is a rental house and I was unable to get there due to a broken leg. One of my tenants let him in and he got Ur done….



There was one small hiccup when his company calls it comes in very odd number, and says mainland China, so I never answered, eventually blocked the call not knowing who it was. I never answer calls from mainland China. We got it straightened out and I unblocked it so I could pay but kind of weird.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we were rescheduled time wise 3 different times. Other than that, Allen showed up and was very knowledgeable and had our water heater back up and running in no time. If we have other plumbing needs, we will definitely call again and request that Allen be sent our way!

Gabriel gave us the run down and was curtious. We ended up going with someone else because Rooter Hero is too expensive, but the customer service was great!

Tyler came to my moms house and was so patient and educated us on possible issues we could have down the road.

I called Rooter Hero for an emergency repair after waiting and getting pushed down the list by another company all morning. Rooter sent out Gabriel Gonzalez who came out sooner than quoted and went to work right away. They reviewed the work and gave a few quotes based on my budget and level of repair I wanted (band aid fix that'll need another repair later or costly full repair). I opted to get it fixed permanently and they were able to get me a small discount to help. After working a few hours and night had fallen, it was decided it would take a full day to repair so they went to get a part to fix it temporarily so we'd have water that night. The next morning, they arrived on time and spent the remainder of the day fixing the issue. We noticed a small leak later on where they had repaired so I called and they sent Gabriel back out who prioritized it and was able to fix it quickly. I'd happily use Rooter Hero again.

I made an appointment to have a technician come out and price a job. He arrived as scheduled, looked at the job and we agreed on a price with the tech to return between 7a-9a the next day. When pricing the job, it was noted that we have cPVC plumbing and the tech called his supervisor to confirm they would be able to take the job.



The next day, the 7-9 window passed so I called and spoke to someone who said they’d look into it. Within 10 minutes, the tech called and said they wouldn’t be able to do the job because of the cPVC.



I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Had they told me initially they wouldn’t do the work I’d have been fine but here I am now scrambling to find someone. Why would they price and accept the job and tell me they’d be back the next day?



Certainly not very Heroic from the Rooter Heroes.

They put in a waterline to my refrigerator so that I could get ice and water. They installed a valve and ran some clear pipe through my cabinet to the back of my fridge and I was charged $4200! I signed for the services because I trusted what they were telling me. Since I have had another contractor for another job come in and give me a price quote and it was under $500. I’ve called around and this is the same price that I’ve gotten at a few different places. Why was I charged $4200 for a valve piece and 25 feet of clear plastic tube and some holes that I could’ve drove myself. I could’ve done all of this myself. As we speak I have a professional contractor at my house who said he would’ve done it for $487 on the spot . I trusted these people

Company is a scam beware they will over charge for lazy work. Don’t believe the good reviews they will over charge by thousands. Would not recommend unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for lazy work.

This company is first rate they responded to an emergency situation at our place of business on New Years Day early in the morning cantvsay enough good things about the technician Gabriel Gonzalez he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable etc. we will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

My issue was big it took several different guys to complete different stages of the repair with pipes that lead to my septic all were timely, polite, professional, and all around great.

JR came to my house for a plumbing emergency. He was polite and professional. He fixed the problem. He was definitely the hero that day.

This company decided to start excavating at my neighbors house prior to a completion of underground survey. They cut a power line and a cox communications line. This caused myself and neighbors to lose power.



In any type of construction there are steps that must be taken. Governed steps nonetheless.

He came promptly and did not charge any urgent service fee.

After having to augur one of my toilets 3 times in the space of a year, Rooter Hero recommended a sewer cleaning for my old house. I have found them very professional, responsive and timely with outstanding communication. Most importantly, they get the job done right.

Tech Casey explained very well in detail on what was going on with the plumbing and did all he could do to fix the problem that was going on. I would recommend them to anyone to come out to service and repair any problems. #1 in my book.

This company is run really well. Tech, Matthew Fritch was besides being the consummate professional, a great guy with personality. I actually enjoyed the couple of hours during the repair. He did a perfect job and has a great work ethic and pride in his work. Not inexpensive but a job well done.

On June 21st I contacted Rooter Hero whom I had dealt with before

because my drains were backing up.



They came out and started a drain cleaning which soon became an

impassable clog according to the technician. He then quoted me a

price of some $3000 to dig up the sewer pipe and determine the

source of the stoppage. I thought that was an awful lot of money

but I was over a barrel with stopped up toilets and drains and with

relatives coming to stay for a few days.



They required a down payment of some $1750 on my Visa card to

begin work which I agreed to.



A laborer was sent out who dug up the sewer line which took about

5 hours. They then told me that they couldn't find a clog, so the

septic tank must be full and needed to be pumped. They also

installed two clean out traps on the sewer line with 3 feet or so

of plastic pipe leading to the surface.



Next they said they would dig down to the septic tank, about 30

inches down, for an additional $4000 dollars. I felt I was between

a rock and a hard place so agreed to that and they wanted another

$2500 down to begin that work which I also put on my Visa card.



The next day, before they began any further work, I came to my

senses and realized they were charging me over $8000 and for that

they had installed the two clean out pipes and were going to dig

down to my septic tank some 30 inches below the surface. And

they were not going to pump the tank, just dig down to it and

call someone to come pump it.



I was not going to authorize them to do anything else and I would call

someone else to dig and pump the septic tank. Which I did, finding

another company who both dug down to the tank and pumped it

for a little over half of the $4000 Rooter Hero wanted just to dig

down to the tank.



So now Rooter Hero has $4250 of my money on my credit card for

which they dug a 3 foot deep hole and installed two clean out

pipes. I later called them and told them how I felt they had taken

advantage of me possibly because of my age, (I am 81) and I thought

they should return the second payment of $2500 since they had done

nothing to earn it and I felt the $1750 was more the adequate for

the small amount of work they had done. Their reply was that I had

signed the Visa agreement and they were going to keep all the money

I had put on the card.

He showed up on time ,was very personable. He did the job ,cleaned up and left no trace

They tried to rip us off. Rotorooter quoted us $750 but could not do the job because they don't solder copper pipes. Rooter Hero wanted $2000 without a guarantee because they claim the pipes are old and bad. The pipes are in fine shape. It's a connection that is leaking, not a pipe. They saw two old people (50+) and thought they'd cheat us. Avoid Rooter Hero/RotoHero at all cost. Pay more for a real professional.

On New Year’s Day my kitchen sink drain backed up and I was in a panic as I had guests coming for dinner. The Hero’s came to my rescue. Everyone I spoke with from the company was very professional and super nice including the lady that first answered the telephone, the dispatch lady and the service technician. Communication was excellent and the service was first class. The technician was prompt, well spoken, friendly and wore a clean uniform. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I called Rooter Hero because I have two bathroom that are not draining. They are backing up into each other. They ran a camera after I asked them too. They found a snake in my pipes so they said it would need to come out so it won't cause more issues. So they tore my floor and wall apart and got it out. That cost me almost 5000$. Mind you that didn't fix the issue on why I called in the first place. So I called them back the next day and they came out and had the nerve to tell me they won't change me for them coming back out.. But the main reason for me calling them is still not fixed. So now I'm out 5000 and still my bathrooms are not fixed.

JR was professional, friendly and let us know all our options. I highly recommend JR and this company.

Gabriel was friendly, clean, professional. He did an excellent job. The job took longer than expected because he had difficulty in obtaining a tool he did not have. All in all, the job was well done and we appreciate that it was done as quickly as it was.

Edgar did a great job on installing my faucet in the shower but did not have the overflow piece that's on the wall.

We noticed that the main water line to our home was leaking underground and flooding the land alongside our house. After having zero luck getting anyone to even call us back the same night, and after waiting 15 hours for a RotoRooter appointment only to be told an hour before our appointment window that they wouldn't be able to send a technician out at all, I found Rooter Hero Plumbing. SO glad I did.



They were extremely prompt in calling me back and sending someone out. David N. was our service guy and he was the absolute best. So kind, willing to explain everything that was happening and how it would be repaired, super professional and just a good guy. He fixed everything fast and now there's no other plumbing company I'll ever call. Thanks again, Dave!

As disheartening as it always is to experience unrelentingly clogged drains that my limited plunging and snaking skills could not resolve, its refreshing that a company such as Rooter Heros was so responsive, professional and knowledgeable to provide relief. Carlos responded at the beginning of the 2 hour response time window, and determined after snaking and taking video of the drain, that jet streaming would be required. I apologize that his name doesn't immediately come to mind, I'll call him the jet stream guy, wasn't able to come until late in the day, and though it took 2.5 hours to finally locate the clean out drain (inconveniently hidden behind the mobile home skirt under the mobile home) he resolved the problem. By then it was 8pm, and he had another emergency to attend to. Truly a hero of Rooter Hero!

Ripped off and scammed. Our real estate team arranged for a pre-purchase sewer scope. The tech JR, called us and said he found good flow through the pipe, so we bought the house. The day after we moved in the toilet backed up. We called another company to snake and scope the sewer line again. Our pipe had a complete blockage at only 22 feet from the house. After a $1200 hydro jet service we found that there were numerous root intrusions and that the bottom of the Orangeburg pipe had collapsed and was broken. We called JR, the tech that had done the original scope and asked if he remembered doing the service on our house. He said he thought that he never made it to the house!! No return phone calls from the company after asking for a supervisor or dispatcher to see what notes were included at the time of service. They took our money for the sewer scope service and either never did it at all or only ran the scope less than 20 of the 80 feet of pipe. Either way we got scammed and were stuck with a $17,000 repair bill to replace the entire sewer line. I’m not sure if fraud is the right word but that’s how we feel. Never would have bought the house if the tech had done his job. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. Ever.

We had a major leak due to a dishwasher issue. We called around 5pm and service was out in less than 3 hours. JR was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the potential issue but also did not do unnecessary work that might have voided our dishwasher warranty since it was brand new. He helped us with a temporary fix to allow us to have water in the house but shut off the leak source. JR called an emergency flood restoration service for us who came out immediately. JR advised us on procedures for dealing with home insurance. He was excellent - could not have asked for better service. I hope we don't have a need for a plumber again but if we do we will request JR!

GABRIEL WAS OUTSTANDING! came on time& Very professional. Answered all my question & was patient with me! Highly recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment with Rooter Hero Plumbing due to a clog in my hall bathroom tub. The technician arrived at 9:30am and began his work. He continued to work for a couple of hours before I entered my master bathroom and observed dark murky water filling my shower floor. By 6:00pm, I was left with neither shower in my home in working order. The technician stated he and his boss will be at my home the next morning at 10:00am. Upon arrival (BTW he was 20 minutes late), the manager entered my home never introducing himself and had already begun belittling his technician. He did not look my direction while speaking; therefore I assumed he was not speaking to me. He then proceeded to say, "well, are you coming?" "Aren't you the homeowner?" After a brief peek of his head into each of the bathrooms, he explicitly let me know I had big problems and we need to sit at the table and discuss what needs to be done. Once at the table, he told me that we can get my homeowners insurance company to pay for the new plumbing, but we need to create a water leak that will result in water damage. I stated to him that I do not have a leak. The manager then looked at his technician and stated "that's what we got this little guy for." He stated he works with my insurance company all of the time and already has 4 claims processing and that they know him by name. At this point I knew exactly what he was doing; therefore I asked him to leave my home. He immediately got up from his seat and swiftly walked out the door as if I were wasting his time.

Gerry evaluated situation & found the problems. Repaired the toilet & will be returning to repair the bathtub faucets once he finds the parts needed. Waiting for his return to complete the work. Would highly recommend him to future customers for plumbing services. Very polite & respectable as well as thorough in his work.

Improper shower installation on both bathrooms, cracked bathtubs, and poor cement poor. All must be fixed or re done. Drywall damage in master bedroom when installing the shower.

Had a team of different folks at my house over 3 days trying to find what was backing up my washer drain. Everyone was extremely professional and confidence inspiring, They had high-end equipment and were sure to actually show me what was causing my problem, where it was and that it was repaired.

I had a great experience about 60 days ago with Rooter Hero Plumbing. I had family staying with me and the unfortunate experience of a clogged toilet.



Rooter hero was able to service me the same day with a reasonable wait. The technician, Isaiah, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and triple checked his work and provided a 90 day guarantee. He even provided me a discount because I misunderstood the pricing in the advertisement.



Overall a good experience, I learned a lot. You hope you won't have to call again, but if I do need services, I will definitely contact Rooter Hero again.

Absolutely wonderful experience, and I would recommend them to anyone. Chris Ball was very fast, polite, and detailed with the work he performed. I called in at 8:45 and had a plumber by 9:30, and the whole process was done in an hour. That's really incredible, and I really like the quality of work they did.

Rooter Hero was very professional and knew exactly what they needed to do to replace our sewer pipes! Not a project a homeowner ever wants to deal with, they made it as easy on us as possible! Took extra care to explain exactly what they would be doing and protected our house from any more damage than necessary. This was my first time using Rooter Hero. I had some issues with my kitchen sink and a friend recommended them. Mark was my technician and he was very professional and clearly took pride in his work. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber!

Isaac was absolutely amazing he was at my house within an hour and a half from when I called and was able to fix my issue with no problem! The simplicity of their service is top notch. I was nervous that I wouldn’t have someone out here to fix the sink for a day or so and they were there within two hours.

The best experience ever! Barbara, the lovely lady who took my call of panic, was so professional and warm. Thirty minutes later, a well-spoken professional plumber was at my door. He was articulate, kind and honest. I will only use this company now and highly recommend.

Alfredo arrived as promised an hour after my first call and though he couldn't snake the sewer clear that night due to blockage he arranged to have his supervisor Mike out the following day to run the camera to determine the cause and go over options. Isaac was great. My neighbor recommended him. I was having draining issues in my kitchen and bathroom. It was a tough job but he was very quick, clean and courteous. The price was unbeatable. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I want to thank Leo at Rooter Hero for the quality workmanship he did on an emergency repair on my Trane furnace. Our furnace quit working during the night and woke up to 59 % temperature in our house. I phoned the 24 hour Rooter Hero hotline and got a positive response from reception that they would be responding at a certain time. They again followed up with another call to nail down the time to the exact minute. Upon arrival Leo explained what was covered under warranty and what wasn't. We ended up paying for the labour portion which was good quality work and based on this experience I would highly recommend them.

The repair was done well. Everything works without leaks. Received a estimated time of arrival and was changed to later time. The problem is technician changed 2nd quoted time and was then 40 minutes late. Had to cancel an appointment due to waiting.

I had a great experience with Rocky who came out and did a camera snake on my property. He offered an affordable fix to a complicated problem and I was very satisfied with the workmanship and customer service. I will definitely keep them on hand for any and all plumbing work I need in the future!

Had a drain that was clogged and I did everything I knew of to get it cleared, Rooter Hero had it fixed in a few minutes with minimal cost. The tech even found an offer that took the price down even more to save me and my family money. Awesome job and greatly appreciated for his fast work and professionalism.

Had a problem on Sunday 12/29/19. I was repeatedly lied to by the ‘call center’ who takes the information. Told me it will be “Two hours for a technician to arrive”. My original call was at 11:07am and he arrived at 4:30pm. I understand delays; I do not understand lying to new customers! I sat waiting over 5 hours for the tech to show. Then he was here a few hours and did fix the problem, but he made two mistakes. 1.) charged the wrong amount on my card and it took 9 days, a phone call and an email to get the adjustment, and 2.) The plastic parts and debris not cleaned up and left in my shower was like stepping on Legos when I used my shower the next 2 times!! Not cool and definitely not professional. I do NOT recommend Rooter Hero, and will let others know of my negative experience.

I've used them 3-4 times in the past always took care of business. Now I had a major problem Josef helped me out and these guys are amazing I would refer them all day long great help and friendly team.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Rooter Hero and specifically technician, Chris Ball. I called on a Sunday for a clogged kitchen sink and Chris showed over 2 hours earlier than my estimated window! He worked extremely hard to fix a complicated situation and stayed for over 7 hours on a Sunday to make sure the work was done correctly and thoroughly. Amazing company and amazing service and I highly recommend them!

These guys are very honest and thorough. When they started jackhammering into my hardwood floors and bathroom and hall I thought my house would never be the same, but now it is all nicely cemented and cleaned up. They even hung my shelf back. They worked solidly for three and a half days and one day didn't even take lunch. I had no problem running errands because I could see they were honest and nice guys. I am ready for the restoration guys so I can sleep again.

Wow the Staff on the phone are incredible! I always got a person to pickup and they were wbale to send someone same or next day. They were even able to connect to m tim technician for followup when I had concerns after my install. Fast! Communicative! Professional! Incredible! (I’m not sure about how the pricing compares to others but I’m not calling around. These guys are worth it)

I had a lovely experience with this company. I called to make a last minute appointment and they graciously worked with me, and even gave me a coupon! My technician, Michael Chavez, was personable and kind. He worked past the point of breaking a sweat in order to remove a hair clip which had been flushed down the toilet, causing it to overflow and back up. With little luck, he explained to me that the tools we had were not equipped to remove the object and the toilet would have to be lifted. This extra step prevented me from having to buy new porcelain! I appreciates that he educated me throughout the process, he informed me of every action that he took and took a lot of time to demonstrate to me that the toilet was working properly before he left. Moreover, he took it upon himself to clean and remove all the scratches in the bowl, most of which I had caused myself in early attempts to remove the object. My bathroom was clean and dry as a bone before he left, which I really appreciated. Oftentimes, plumbers will leave behind the mess for the customer. Not Michael! I would 100% use this company again and would request him as my technician if I am able!

The service call was great. Ron was efficient and knowledgeable. Getting him here was another matter altogether.



I had an appointment with a two hour window and was told that I would get a call one hour before the technician would get here. No call. I called the office and was told that they would look into it and call me back. No call. I called again 40 minutes later and was told that the dispatcher would call me back. No call. I called again 30 minutes later and was told that the technician was running late. It was now past the two hour window. I asked if anyone was concerned that I had called twice with the promise that someone would call me back, but no call. Finally, the woman I was talking to told me it was her fault: she was in a meeting and then went to lunch.



I had to reschedule the appointment and Ron actually got here early.

Isaac was so great! He fixed my drain in 20 minutes. He was polite, friendly and professional. The price was very economical. I always appreciate Rooter Hero and their services.

These guys are head and shoulders above the rest! Our floor was flooded on Christmas Day! Instead of opening presents and having a family dinner, we spent hours bailing water. The next morning I called Rooter Hero’s Plumbing. They came about 2 hours later. They found and cleared out the main drain. Then they put their camera-on-a-cable into the drain and they showed me where the old pipe had corroded and broke. Then they did something amazing. They gave me an exact, firm price quote in writing before they left! I asked them how the price might change IF the job took longer than they had anticipated. I was told that the total price would NOT CHANGE unless I asked them to do more than what was required to dig up the old pipe and replace it.

On the next agreed upon day, Isaac arrived on time. He is a fine young man who has a positive, can-do attitude. Isaac proceeded to dig up the old pipe. He spent a full day working to dig up the old pipe. He didn’t even take any breaks. He didn’t spend any time talking on the phone. He just dug and dug and dug some more. The next day was Saturday. Isaac was on time again. He was able to reveal the old broken cast iron pipe before he left that day. Then, Isaac came back on Sunday, the following day. It took him a good long while to remove the old pipe and then replace it with a new pvc pipe and clean-out. But we only were unable to run water down the drain for about 2 hours in total.

Everything Isaac did was done correctly, safely, and in keeping with the building code. He finished putting all the soil back into the 5’ deep trench he had dug. And then he poured concrete over the soil. He then removed all the remaining soil, broken pipe, and all the other debris that was generated during the project.

When Isaac left the basement was neat and clean, just as it had been before he started the job. And we have a new, clean drain that will last for many years.

The price we paid was the price we were quoted up front. So, I must say that these guys are trustworthy and they do exceptional work. They did everything they said they would do. And Isaac was the hardest working, most conscientious tradesman I have ever known.

I chose this company because of a radio ad, i knew nothing about them. They did arrive during the time frame offered, the technician gave a price and advised as to other things that needed fixed. I asked him to just fix the immediate problem. He did and provided estimates of which neither have the same price that was quoted. His finished bill was 25.oo more than quoted and i got to clean up the mess that he left.

The radio ad states that all technicians leave a business card with owners phone number if there are problems which he didnt leave. I felt the were very over priced.

Had Gavyn out in June and got the vaguest invoice. I called multiple times to get a more in depth invoice with details of what was performed and the findings and here we are in September, still getting the run around. Paid $425.00 for who knows what!

I was in serious need of pluming and the only name that came to mind and number I have saved on my phone is Rooter Hero! Its a Saturday and I get/got serviced like its a Monday!

Even off the clock Chris aways answers. For instance today he was off and still made me and our business a priority by passes me along to some just as amazing as himself Ron. Ron came out within a few hours provide feedback and options as to the issue and got it done within less than an hour. And to top it off Chris who again is off the clock called to make sure we were taken care of!!

If there was an option id say 10 ?

Our heat pump was having a problem that was intermittent and difficult to diagnose. Rooter Hero sent Leo to our house to work on the issue. Leo did a great job diagnosing the problem, and fixing it. The price I feel was also reasonable. I would highly recommend Rooter Hero, and Leo in particular for A/C/heat pump repairs.

Not happy that we had a scheduled appointment between 12-2. Tech showed up alittle after 5 then had to wait 15 minutes for a Manager to give a quote. Quote was very high and at that point it was near 6pm and a 4 hour job. The 89.50 service charge after waiting all day was the icing on the cake. Only good was Steve( the tech) was friendly and understanding. Definitely a huge waste of my time and money

Chris was on time and professional! He would not give up on a tough drain! His supervisor Jim is very knowledgeable relative to the issues I’m experiencing and offered sound advice.

Customer svc responded quick and was able to send a repairman in about an hours time for my water heater issue. Price of everything (water heater install)was quite expensive, compared to diy. Repairman was thorough and quick. Had no issues. Would reccomend Rooter Hero.

I had a calcium deposit clogging my sewer line. Carlos and Rocky did a fantastic job of breaking it up and getting the water to drain. It was a lot of work but they honored the price I was quoted. These guys were amazing. I appreciate their hard work.

We were faced with an emergency sewer line backup late Friday night. Company sent Steve out on emergency dispatch to attempt unclog to no avail. Following morning Ron and Steve came, hooked up a camera device and discovered the clog due to pipe failure, Working through the weekend they were finally able to get us and and operating Sunday midday. Can't say enough about the work of the crew of Jesus and Steve who worked very hard having to dig down over 4 ' to reach the pipe and repair it, after they left it was so well cleaned up there was no evidence anything had happened.

Would also like to commend the thorough explanation of the job and what it entailed from start to finish by Ron, and kudos to Mike for helping us out with the final bill.

Rooter Hero exceeded my expectations today. Ray B. was professional, courteous, respectful, and patient. When my drain did not unclog the first time he took another approach to get my drain unclogged. He did not leave until the drain was unclogged. In addition, Ray went above the call of duty and added a p trap to the drain to reduce future clogging issues at no additional charge. The customer service provided by Ray and his company were amazing. Rooter Hero will be my future choice in providing plumbing services. They tried to charge me $20,000 for a new sewer line in the backyard, but I went with Parker and Sons for about $7,000. These guys really tried to pressure me into doing this and they kind of scare me. Many of their 5 star reviews look fake (no picture and only 1 or 2 reviews posted by the customer). Please look for the one-star reviews for this company in California. You'll see the same story over and over again, where they try to get elderly woman to fork over $20,000 and someone fell for it!

Shawn Shea was able to diagnose the issue with my iFilter, just by my description to the CSR when I made the appointment for someone to come out. He walked right over to the Halo and noticed a clip had worked it's way out and also noticed the regeneration line needed to be adjusted and that the person who had previously installed it, (from a now defunct company) probably stripped a nut and used a part that doesn't come with the unit. Shawn said he installs 3 or 4 of these units a week and his knowledge of the Halo system made feel comfortable with his assessment of the issue. It's not leaking now and he is going to order the replacement parts I need. Hopefully, Halo honors my warranty, I'm 6 years into a 10 year warranty. The original plumbing company that installed it, was purchased by this company.

Jesus showed up promptly last night and attempted to unclog my drain. Evidently the clog was in a place he was unable to reach. He spoke with Jim on the phone who offered to come with a camera to search the system between 7:30 and 8AM. Jim and Ron showed up promptly at 7:30 and all of your techs were very professional and exceeded my expectations. I received a quote and am deciding how and when I wish to proceed. Thank you.

Of course it was Sunday and the toilet was backed up. I called my usual plumber which is Hobica and after a two hour wait I was told that the only thing he had in the truck was a plunger and no snake. He could come out and use that but it would be $170 . I have heard RotoHero ads on the radio and thought what do I have to lose . Everyone I spoke with was professional and efficient . I asked how would they fix my problem and they said with a snake . Great at least they have the right equipment in their truck. I set up the appointment . Had a service tech today clear my clogs, as usual the service tech Isaac was professional and got the job done very quickly as did Jesse when I used Roto Heroes 5 years ago, glad to see they were still around they are a great company to rely on thanks again Isaac.

Adam was great. Got us $75 off service PLUS was knowledgable and did a thorough job. Took out everything under sinks and put stuff back. Jim at Rooter Hero gave me a ridiculous estimate of $1385.50 to install a water heater I purchased myself. He broke down this estimate as follows $518.84 for TWO 3/4th inch flex lines and then $866.66 to actual install the water heater.



I got another estimate from a licensed- insured-bonded plumbing company. Their estimate to do the exact same job was 317.00 including the parts.

If you want someone fantastic ask for Isaac. He not only helped us with our plumbing emergency he taught us about basic plumbing. We have this issue in the past and have hired emergency services and they just come and snake the drain and leave. Isaac was polite, knowledgeable and took time to help us. We will definitely be saving this number for future use! They pick up the phone in a few rings and had someone out within the hour. So thankful!

Men came out, after several "experts"had told me where to look for drain cleanouts in front yard that were not visible. Mark was experienced, knew he would find them and he did. Not going to give out his secretes. If I EVER have a plumbing problem Rooter Hero is my first call.

I had an urgent issue with my backyard garden hose pipe and faucet. Isaac showed up the exact minute the office said he would and fixed this problem quickly at a great price. (Same issue had happened 3 years ago and the plumber took hours and charged triple) Isaac is a great resource to Rooter Hero, and will request him with future jobs.

Contacted them on Thursday afternoon, scheduled for Friday service, as it was not an emergency. Time frame for service came and went, but they called to apologize and indicated they were having equipment issues. Rescheduled for Saturday service AM. I was contacted after the proposed start time - told they were just logging in technicians, and I was first call. Waited 3 hrs, with no further contact. I called them back, and was told again that I was first call. ?!? I cancelled the Service request.



BTW, I was frustrated and fixed the problem myself!

Raymond did a great job! There was an object stuck in our toilet and Raymond came out here 2 times to fix this problem and he went above and beyond to assist me. I am very happy with the work and will recommend Rooter Hero to my family and friends. Great job and thank you for your hard work!

My main drain was clogging at my house so being new to the Phoenix area I called these guys out. They start by snaking my line and find nothing. Charge me $200 for that. Then they put a camera through the line, another $200, and say they found roots near both my toilets and an area in my backyard which they couldn't be specific on. Their solution, dig up my entire line and replace it for about $8,000. This was about a year ago. Yesterday I had another company come out, that is only a locating and leak detection service and what a difference. This company DID NOT see roots near my toilets and was able to give me the precise location of the roots in my backyard and marked it with spray paint. They even found two cleans outs that this company either did find and didn't tell me or just couldn't find it at all. I've owned two houses in my life and both have had root problems and both times I've called these big name companies. I should've known better, but again being new to the area I did not know anyone else. With this other company I called, I have a recording of the work they did in my email, and a precise location of the problem. I can now dig up the line myself and hire out to replace the spot in question. Probably not going to cost me $8,000 dollars.

He was really polite and apologetic for the confusion . We had a slab leak and called Rooter Hero to help diagnose and repair. They were out quickly and found where the leak occurred. Unfortunately it was under the post tension slab, so we had the house replumbed with PEX as it was our second slab leak from the copper pipes.

Joseph Betts and Braiden did a great job with getting everything done and were very courteous and knowledgeable. It was a big job and they were working hard to get it all done in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, the senior plumber guy came a short time after Isaac started.



This senior plumber/salesman did his very best to convince us that the water would flood our home before the night was over if we didn't get the small repair now.

Bottom line is we were ripped off for close to $2,000! (eg. 3 small emergency shut-off values under each toilet $900!)

I purchased a home in Sun City, my plumbing had a backup. I called Rooter Hero to snake the line. I asked if the can send a camera down the line at which they performed at no charge. Although the results came back with the old cast iron piping being completely shot. On the monitor you can see the cast iron had rotted out almost the entire length of the pipe to the street. It was just terrible news and very pricy, so i got several bids for a full pipe replacement procedure called "Pipe Bursting", where they bore through the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it through hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the best bid out of severalsof the valleys top compeditors. Being that over 25 years ago I had 5 contractors licenses, one being plumbing, I can tell you they did an excellent job in a professional manner. I would recommend Rooter Hero without reservations, they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was very knowledgeable, along with Adam, Chris and a couple others were excellent plumbers. Two VERY NICE, POLITE AND COURTEOUS guys were here, "thought" the problem was elsewhere and performed a task. It didn't work, called back 2 hours later (7pm), was told he would be out the next a.m. between 9 & 11. Nobody showed up, called again, the co. didn't know they guy was off for the weekend--had to call another co. and they fixed the problem. Bottom line: I CALLED AND TALKED WITH CARLA AND SHE MAILED MY CHECK BACK TO ME. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU--YOU COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE APPRECIATED!!

Oscar arrived and proceeded to tell me my tub had a hair clog. He broke out his calculator to give me an estimate. I asked was he trying to charge me something other than the website advertises which is 59.00. He asked where I vot that price. I'm pretty sure he knows what is on the site. I asked him to leave. Dishonest and waste of my valuable time.

A few weeks ago my wife discovered that water was coming up through the floor boards in our house. She decided to call this company to come and check it out. They advertised a free estimate so it sounded like a good idea. Upon arrival, they stated that in order to find out where the leak was, they needed a magical machine that would cost over $700 to use (I don't know, maybe they had to special order if from Neverland or some other magical faraway land). She said yes, so they proceeded to use this magical machine and figured out that one of the underground pipes had burst. Jordan's solution was to re-pipe the entire house, never mind the fact that you could have just re-piped the one portion where the break occurred.



He then proceeded to quote us $11,500 to re-pipe the entire house (both hot and cold lines). Initially we were blown back by the number but we decided to say yes, thanks to smooth talking Jordan. After letting the gravity of the debt we were about to get ourselves into settle, we decided to get more quotes from other companies. You could really tell that they did no want us to contact anyone else and kept on saying how great they were and how no one else could possibly do the work as good as they could. Jordan's underling even came back and said they would lower the price down to $10,000. After speaking with other reputable companies and obtaining quotes from them, we immediately saw what Roto Hero is all about. All the other quotes were drastically less than RHs was!!! We ended up going with another reputable company who was upfront and honest with us about what actually needed to be done.



What is really upsetting is how Jordan and his crew just showed up and attempted to get as much money out of us as possible! It's bad enough that we were stressing out about all the water damage. I felt like they took advantage of that stress. From now on, I will warn anyone that will listen, about the truth behind this company. STAY CLEAR.

RooterHero sent guys from DrainPro, they are known scammers. Rather than fixing my bathroom issue, they created a new issue and asking for more money to fix it!

Worst experience ever! I called at 7pm and asked for someone to come look at my plumbing issue (backed up toilet and shower) b4 the end of the night. I had company due to arrive the next day and with my work schedule I needed the situation handled asap. The lady who took my first phn call was great. she said a Technician would call me and let me know he was on the way 30 min prior to his arrival. At 9:45pm I noticed a service truck sitting 2 doors down the street, so I went out to wait for him. after about 10min pulled up to my house. He then very slowly got out of his truck and went to the back, fumbled around in the back for a few min then walked to my gate. He hadn't even introduced himself, nor greeted me in any way. I told him of a previous situation with my plumbing over a year ago. He followed me very slowly in to the house and he went straight to the back yard, it didn't seem what i was trying to explain to him about the current problem was clicking. but he told me that i had to call the 1800 number again and scheduled an appointment with his field manager to come out to run a camera for an inspection. ( the earliest that could happen would be the next business day) To me he didn't seem like he wanted to be there to do any kind of work, He didn't even go in to the bathroom to look at anything. I told him i was renting my house and the landlord had a great plumber but he was ill and couldn't take care of my problem. Allen then told me "by law" he couldn't even touch anything with out my landlords permission. with the time now close to 10:30pm i wasn't about to disturb my landlord. So I escorted Allen to the door. Irritated i just wasted 3 & 1/2 hours and still having no resolution to my plumbing problem. I called the dispatcher back to complain about Allen's complete lack of willingness to even look at my bathroom, the lady asked me if i wanted to talk to a supervisor, I agreed, but only He could contact me by 11pm so I wasn't waiting all night for a call. a few min later I got a phn call from someone with in the company, (Carlos S.) I asked him if he was a Supervisor, he told me he was and i later found out he was only a Dispatcher. after trying to explain the situation and how displeased I was with my service call, Carlos then tried to make me the person who had made a mistake, and didn't want to do my job, he tried to belittle me and make me feel like I was the one who showed up and didn't want to work, He tried to talk to me like i should of known the "laws" and "Insurance" standards Rooter Rooters are supposed to abide by. As a valued customer this is the standard thought process of the people representing the company. I have no problem contacting my landlord and getting him to call to make the apt and give his consent to fix my situation, I feel it should of been asked if I was a Renter when I called at 7pm, not 3hrs later... I did find a plumber (with my landlords help) who was professional, courteous and timely, he is local and the best ever,. So dnt be fooled by the hype. This company Isnt worth the headache! My problem was simple, A toy car had got flushed down the toilet by my 3yr old nephew, It took 10 min to fix.

The Technician, Jason that came to my house was very nice and knew what he was doing. He showed me the problem and repaired the connection under my toilet in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them!

I am giving credit for effort. Install of new sink went fine, just a couple of hoses mixed up. Repair of shower just ended up being to much so cancelled. If credit comes through as promised, I will be happy with the service.

They charged my Mom (age 75) $500 for a new garbage disposal! To make things worse they forgot to turn the water back on to the dishwasher and messed up the drain line to the point where it no longer will run. The dishwasher is only two years old. The guy came back out and turned on the water but said the dishwasher was broken and that he doesn't work on appliances. AND THEN HE LEFT!



Unbelievable. Stay clear of these guys unless you want crappy overpriced service and someone who likes to take advantage of seniors and break stuff.

Very unsatisfactory. Booked for 5:30 to 7 and technician came at 9. Nobody called to say he would be late. Technician very nice, reconnected disposal but it does not work and the sink is blocked.

They installed a faucet in my daughter’s condo and did a good job. They provide 24/7 service and were prompt in coming out to do the job.

The guy they sent arrived in about 30 minutes and was professional and got right to the problem. He cleaned the pipe out and it has been good ever since. I will definitely use them again.

this business could not be more of a scam than they are. they sent out a trainee which called and made an appointment with my home warranty and everything was fine up until the next day when the manager ( shane) came out and explained that the trainee made a mistake and made it through the home warranty not the home insurance and he took the machine and said he would take care of it . well about a week goes by and i get an invoice for 550 dollars.......... long story short i called and spoke with 3 different people at all different times because they kept calling and all of them said they would take care of it because they were at fault for sending out a trainee and scheduling the payment through my home warranty not my home insurance which is a huge difference in deductibles. well about 2 or 3 months goes by and now i get another invoice from them and i called them and now they say that it was a misunderstanding and they need the payment.... worse experience with a business and i would highly recommend you do not use either company. rooter hero plumbing or adams d&r.

Invoice showed 740.00 for misc, called the plumber and he advised me that the 749.00 was for coming to the house. I truly believe your company took advantage of my elderly parents. I cancelled the work, did not want them to pay you a penny more. He also charged them 10 percent of 2600.00, and he didn’t even complete the work because we fired you. We paid the balance today but don’t feel like we owed that much. Would like a partial refund.

My toilet was backed up and needed it fixed asap they came out pretty fast and got it taken care of at a pretty good price. Would definitely use them again

We experience some problems with our mainline, we called rooter hero plumbing and they arrived within an hour, Alfredo Esquer arrived on time and provided an excellent customer service and resolved the problem right away.

First rate technicians. I would highly recommend this business

I called 3/20/23 . The first guy came around 2.said it was a difficult job and would cost 2500.00 Plus. But it would be done today. The plumber shows up at 7 pm has to go get a part, gets back at 8 pm .leaves almost 11 pm . 5 days later figured out they put the valve in upside down and on the 6th day it was finally right. My check cleared in 24 hours and I still as of 4/8/23 I have no invoice or receipt. Please save yourself the headache.

Non-punctual and unprofessional company said they would charge $50 dls and vibrated more than $300 fucking company of thieves
