Chris and Brady with Plumber of Phoenix installed a Navien tankless water heater for us, and we love it!

Chris and his team have been incredibly helpful during our transition to our new home. I originally picked them for a job because they quoted the best price. I’ve used them for multiple jobs in the past few days, and will continue using them in the future because of how responsive, courteous, and helpful they have been.

We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). We called Plumbers of Maricopa and they responded right away. Not only did they fix our valve, they installed our new dishwasher! Very nice employees and great service. I called Plumbers of Maricopa because I had a leak in my main water service line in front of my house. They were able to get out to fix it within a few days. During the process, there was a lot of communication back and forth as a tree needed to be removed and a trench dug. Chris was always available to take my calls and answered emails quickly, even in the evenings. That alone sets them apart from any other plumbers/contractors I've dealt with in the recent past. Trustworthy, professional, and always available when you need them, I will be using them in the future. Only issue was we weren't told to run the hose prior to using sinks or toilets when we turned the water back onto the house. We had a lot of dirt that came up the toilets and sinks and had to make some minor repairs to both because of it. Run the hose into the street to get all debris out of the line prior to using water inside the house.

They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

I made a great choice in calling Plumbers of Maricopa. Their website has a Chat box which was so helpful for it allowed me to reach out before their office opened and communicate with Chris and share with him my situation. Upon their office opening, Chris called and scheduled a time to come out and review the issue. Chris was prompt, professional, polite, efficient, kind and cost was very reasonable. My water heater quit on me over night and I had to call a plumbing company this morning. I was very cautious on what company to call, but I'm glad I called Plumbers of Maricopa. Their website made if very easy to communicate with Chris even before the office was open. He even scheduled a time to come look at my water water first thing. Upon arrival Chris was very professional and polite. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable. I will be calling Plumbers of Maricopa for further problems. Thanks Chris.

We hired Plumbers of Maricopa after having 6 other plumbers out to our home. The exact root cause of our issue was unknown and required camera scoping and eventually excavation. This is not something any homeowner wants to have to do. Not only can it be expensive, but it's inconvenient and extremely destructive to the inside of someone's home. Talk about stressful too. We called Chris after seeing five star reviews online. Prior to calling him, we felt all of the options we were given were extreme and unnecessary. Chris took the time to not only view the camera footage we had from the previous plumbers, but also talk through a variety of options to solve our problem. Chris is professional and responsive and kind. Greg, one of his top plumbers, led the project and work very hard. They respected our property and home and Kept the work site as clean as possible. Greg and Chris both kept us in the loop and would let us know when there was a change in plans or something new had been uncovered. Just moved into a new home in Robson Ranch, Eloy AZ. Had these guys install a whole house water filtration and softner system and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water and ice maker. They are professional and show-up on time. Did a great job and were neat and tidy. When setting up the water system to the refrigerator ice maker they could have taken a short cut with the connectors they had but they told me they wanted to do it right so they drove into town to pick up the connectors they wanted to use, a 20 minute drive back and forth and after 5:30 in the afternoon, wow. Can't say enough about this company, do not hesitate, if you need a plumber for any reason just give them a call.
