I called Cody and Sons because they had been so highly rated on Yelp and Angie's List. After leaving a message, my call was returned in under an hour and I was scheduled for same day service. Mickey called before he came and showed up even earlier than the scheduled time. He was polite and friendly, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Jordan and Juan were so friendly and informative about my drain issues; explained all the possible causes and ways to resolve, starting from least expensive to the most. Very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to have them back, should there be a need, or use Metro Flow again. Five stars and an A+!!

Richard was super responsive on a weekend…we determined it wasn’t worth an emergency visit and he had Jay out to my house first thing on Monday. Very professional and accommodating! Will be using them again!

I have used Hooper for decades. They are always excellent. The past visit was extraordinary in that Eric was in and out in less than an hour, performed multiple tasks, was fast efficient and on time. They are the best.

I was very impressed with this company. Slate came out and replaced our water heater for us last week and it was a great experience. They explained everything very thoroughly and I felt very confident in there work!

I have had them 3 times. My water heater (they were actually below their estimate). They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. Both of the named times going so far as to walk me through basic repairs. A truly professional and excellent company.

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

Called Jason Edwards the morning of and informed me he could be at my residence to address the plumbing issue within a few hours and provided an ETA which he was on time for. He detected the source of the problem and installed new piping to fix the leak. Fantastic job all around and he was upfront with very reasonable prices. Had Pure Plumbing come out and help find and repair a leak for me. The lady I spoke with named Courtney was super nice on the phone and attentive. I told her what I needed and within a couple of hours she had the plumbers at my house with help!
