I am a first time customer and was literally blown away with the exceptional service I received from One Source Plumbing. Danny was my plumber. He was kind, courteous, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He went right to the source of problem and was done within 30 minutes. The price for repairs was quite reasonable! These guys were GREAT! Had a water pipe leak due to the deep freeze. They were easy to get a hold of and was at our home within an hour. Did a great job showed us what they did.

I called One Source on Christmas Eve and believe it or not I had a technician out a few hours later to fix a plumbing leak caused by frozen pipes that burst. Angel was very professional and had us back up and running in a flash. I highly recommend!

I just cannot say enough about Angel and the people at One Source! First of all, I didn’t have to wait around all day for them to show up for the scheduling window. They were there way earlier than I expected and that was such a pleasant surprise. Secondly, Angel identified the problem immediately and took care of it on the spot. They found a customer for life! These guys are the real deal. Absolute pros.

Your plumber, Danny, went above and beyond the normal plumbing service, including alerting me of his time to arrive, didnt ask for an upfront deposit. analyzed the problem, gave a fair projected price, fixed the repair and was extremely professional. After getting a new gas meter, a gas leak was detected. I needed to have someone out to find the leak and repair as soon as possible to have the gas reconnected. Once Source Plumbing came out the same day, found the leak, repaired it and I was able to get my gas turned on that night. The cost was a fraction of what was quoted to me by another company. The technician was very helpful, professional, informative and respectful to my property.
Horrible customer service. Technician pulled up and drove away after I drive 45 minutes across town. I called the main number and the receptionist was RUDE and cut me off after I explained the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If a company has policies in place they should clearly notify the client prior to just canceling. Reading through some of the other reviews I understand why this company has a low rating. Ask a lot of questions up front or save yourself the disappointment.
Ive used One Source for home related repairs since I bought my house 5 years ago. They are prompt and reliable in regards to scheduling, same goes with service thats being performed. One Source is my go to for, plumbing, heating and air service and get a solid referance from me.

Do not work here! Clarissa who works as the social media person is a rude and evil! She treated me like less than her. And then she lied and cost me my job because of personal reason. She asked me to tell her how I felt offended by her and when I did she sent me home and then lied to the bosses and they fired me. When I texted her that how could she cost me my job, that’s how I pay my bills and feed my daughter. Very petty like she said that she knows many charity’s to help me feed my daughter. They stated they let me go because of my work performance but in every single one of our 1v1 meetings I was always told they liked me and I was doing great. They play with peoples money and discard them like they mean nothing. They are currently under staffed because of they way Clarissa is. They have no HR department so they treat people how ever they want.
This company was great! They showed up within a day of calling, on time, and the technician was very polite and thorough with his inspections! I will use them again.
I have used One Source Plumbing for several years and have always been pleased with the work. They always explain what they will be doing and never try to oversell service. They do a great job at a reasonable price.

Geronimo came out and helped me, not only pick a tankless water heater, but also convinced me to not do an unnecessary equipment move. The price was more than fair and the work was done in one day. The job passed inspection, too. I plan on using One Source Plumbing for future work and would reccomend them to friends and family.

I got a new water heater installed by One Source Plumbing and they installed fast & on time. Later on the pilot light valve went out One Source Plumbing replace the valve. But lately the gas co were doing some checking around the area and the gas co did not open up all the way the gas valve in the back alley, One Source Plumbing camy by and solve the problem in less than 10 minutes. One Source Plumbing is very responsible about their workmanship that is why, I am sticking with them if I ever need them again. Thanks One Source for your service.

I called and they answered! That’s a major plus in my book.I needed someone to come tomorrow because the A.C. Will not cool in my house when it’s over 90deg. Outside and they arrived 8am to greet me. and immediately by hearing the strange noises coming from the unit outside. Went straight to work, the estimate was free and the technician were clean knowledgeable and professional. After a original worst case scenario of a 500$ charge the repair came out 100$. The Communication threw the whole experience was exceptional. I have no need to to else were for my ac needs. All I can say is Fantastic.
The technicians diagnosed the problem and then got right to work, kept me informed throughout the process and took great care of my house. Overall I was very happy with the work and will continue to use One Source Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

One Source was the company that installed all the plumbing at my house on a new build. They’re always efficient, good natured, prompt, and always do quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of installation or repair.
I have used One source twice in the last 3 years. Once for my initial issue of a backup caused from roots sliding into a crack on the outside plumbing. They came out and did a camera to show me the issue in the cracked pipe and helped me clean out as much as they could because I couldn’t afford to fix it right there and then. But about 1 and a half year later when I had the money to repair it they honored the quote they gave me from the previous time and was able to repair it literally the next day and finished within a few hours. It was awesome how fast they could repair it and show me all they did.
A couple of days ago, I noticed a One Source Plumbing van parked at my neighbor's house, and a gentleman was working on the AC unit. My unit is quite old and it worries me with these recent temperatures, so I asked if he could look at mine. He politely gave me his card and made time to give it a visual look. Val was very accommodating and professional given the circumstances and short notice. I will definitely be calling to get my AC serviced
Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didn't know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused to reimburse me stating that their work was under warranty and that I should've contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.
Highly recommend this company! Diego and Frank were excellent! It’s Saturday and we had a leak. We called 8 other companies and they all told us we were out of luck and they couldn’t come till Tuesday. These guys were super responsive and showed up unbelievably quick! They accessed our issue and got us a crystal clear price to proceed. The guys were very quick and I am thrilled with the quality of the repair! Frank and Diego saved our weekend! Thanks guys!!!
So easy I cold in the morning they came in the afternoon I'm in the afternoon and clean out Power 1000 gallon grease trap. The technicians were very knowledgeable and kinds they were done in under an hour and left my place and it's surroundings very clean. I used One Source Plumbing for a replacement on a leak outside my home in my yard. The guys were excellent and took care of me. They were on point and explained to me everything they were doing. They not only recommended to repair but suggested to repair and did a fantastic job. Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kichen sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work . they run only 5 feet long line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waisted your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0.

I had a stopped up toilet when I got home from work on a Friday evening. My house only has one toilet, so I really needed to get it fixed. I called another company who could not do anything until Saturday. So, I called One Source, and was able to have the problem handled within 1.5 hours of making the call. The plumber demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill, was friendly, and took care of everything in an efficient manner. It was a rainy night, and he took care to keep my floors clean. I surely appreciated this service.

Angel and Jose came out and swapped our previous toilet for a new one, and Angel was helpful explaining the process to me.
Used One Source Plumbing on a few different jobs we needed some plumbing work at, and let me say they our fantastic they communicate great they’re pricing is fair and honest, they sent out Danny to take care of the plumbing issues we needed fixed and repaired, I’ve called a few other times for other plumbing work they said Danny was busy that day and they had sent day out the next day Danny is the best as well as this company. Jose and Danny were two of the main plumbers on my job and they did a fantastic job. They had to replace my entire yard gas line due to a leak and were able to complete the job timely and professionally. They also gave me a quote that was below any of the others I received. These two and their team were very responsive (including the office staff), triple checked everything and completed the job without any complications. I will 100% be using them again in the future.
I rent my house and I have a property management company that hired this plumbing company. They came to unclog my drain and one of the plumbers told me that I would be charged normally because he found a couple hair clips in my drain but he would make sure they did not charge me for this. I told him if I were to be charged I would just fix it myself as I cannot afford it right now. He assured me I would not be charged at all for this service. Afterwards they went on and billed the property management company extra for the particular service he told me I would not be charged for, which gave me a $95 bill. I called and spoke to a manager from the plumbing company to see if she could resolve this and she said she would call me back that day and never did. This company is very unprofessional and clearly lies to people when they feel like it doesn't matter. They never resolved this issue for me and their head technician who came that day lied straight to my face.

This service was amazing with the work I needed was very urgent and got a super quick response and work was done quick for a water leak and repair the sewer line underlayment very happy with the service. However, I did not received the pictures for all the work that was done before and after as they promised I only got two pictures missing a lot more other than that very happy I will always use them any time I need some plumbing service .
I have used One Source Plumbing several times now and have been so impressed. They come out quickly, are professional, and get the job done. Definitely recommend!

Incorrectly stated we had a foundation leak that was going to cost us over $4000 after completing a small repair that was initially quoted at $750. In trying to coordinate between One Source and our insurance plumbers they extended our repair out for two weeks only to verify that no, there was no foundation leak. That was after my husband reminded their plumber, who was 45 mins late, that he was supposed to be at our house to meet with the other plumbers. Once that was settled I was told the repair would be $250, but was charged $325. I would not trust them to come out to my home again.
The team at One Source is the BEST! Super nice, very competent and honest pricing. And they are usually able to come out within 24hrs for a major plumbing issue.
Ricky and his team did a really good job for our family. We had a bad gas leak and they took care of the situation in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we were all safe. I would highly recommend them.
This company is very professional and honest. The gas company replaced my meter and then had somebody do an inspection. The inspector said there was a leak and that I needed to call a plumber. I called One Source and they came out and confirmed that there was not in fact a leak. They said that the valves were not properly shut and that's why it showed a leak. They could have taken advantage of me and lied and made a quick buck, but they were honest and informative. I will always use them for any future projects.

We were charged $170 from them to unclog our drain. They say they pushed 60 ft. of tubing, but it clogged back up within a couple of days. They then try to charge another $400 for another method of plumbing. We want the $170 back because we paid FOR NOTHING. MONEY BACK !!

Worst service in 20 years. Will never use again. Had to call another plumber next day.Said he would fix drips, didn't. Told me to get sealant spray advertised on TV and tape and use on pipe.Charged $310 for what ???

Paid $125 for a toilet to be unclogged, the toilet was clogged again the next day. I called to let them know and all I heard was “alrighty”...they made no effort to fix the issue. Had the nerve to ask me for more of my business. No empathy or concern for the money I just spent with them

I had a really bad leak coming from under my home. I called roto rooter for an estimate. i was quoted 3,000! I was desperate! I called one source hoping for a better quote. They told me 700! i was so happy! Once the job was done, they dropped the amount down to 250.00 since it was a smaller job than expected! OMG!

Plumber came out and replaced 6 water cutoff's under kitchen and bathroom sinks. Next day I had the sinks and countertops replaced and had another plumbing company com out and reconnect all the plumbing to new sinks. They had to rework 3 of the cutoff's due to them leaking. I could have called One Source back out but did not want to wait so I just had them repair the faulty work that One Source did

Delayed response time to come out! Major leak in kitchen quoted $995 and way overpriced! Fixed the same leak for under $100. Will not be using them again!

Bad people try cheating on job. Just 10 minutes job done 3 days after that clog again call them back they said not warranty on job because I didn’t choose camera run. Very bad customer service lady so rude. Try steal money from other people bad business. Don’t use them
