Called Atlas plumbing at 10 pm on a Friday to fix an issue caused be repair work from Lightfoot Mechanical. William called me back within 10 minutes and walked me through how to handle the problem for a cheaper price tonight and what to worry and not worry about. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Just bought a new home in the area and it’s difficult to find contractors that don’t make you pay through the nose for mediocre work. William and Atlas plumbing have earned my future business by putting the customer before profits. Hard to find nowadays!

HORRIBLE. We called and said there was a leak from a pipe coming from the pool equipment. When the guy came out he said they couldn’t detect from pool equipment. Charged $80 for nothing. When I called the lady hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. Incredibly poor service. NEVER use this company

Poor drivers. First the dude in the van was blocking the fast lane, then as his lane went away he ran a car off of the road. I hope they work better than they drive.. reply to owner. B.S. I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving. The driver that swerved save his a$$ and is the only reason one of your vans isn't totaled.

I had called the day prior for an estimate on our plumbing. Was told it was free unless the plumber gets his tools out in which case they would contact me.
I then get a call that the repairs are $450 and if I do not pay they will undo my toilets. Awful service, lying company.

I called with an emergency ground leak. Tammy dispatched a plumber ASAP. William showed up and assessed the issue. He was amazing! He was a great communicator, explaining the issue and the options to tackle it. The fix took him longer than he anticipated, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to update me on developments—despite it being a hot, muggy mid-August afternoon. And he gave me some pro tips on the best ways to handle the next emergency until a plumber can arrive. What a great team here at Reeves! If you’re in the Dallas area, these are your guys!

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

I called around 8:30 am to get a plumber to unclog our toilets in our office. Tammy answered the phone and was so helpful and polite. Juan and his helper showed up at the office within 45 min of me calling. They were both very efficient and polite. They unclogged the main line of our toilets and were gone within 30 min. The price was very affordable, I was definitely expecting a high bill considering me needed someone so last minute. If you need a plumber I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

I discovered a clogged kitchen sink over Christmas. I called Reeves this morning and got an answer almost immediately. Thankfully they had some appointments today and the crew (JC I believe) showed up on time, as scheduled. They quickly diagnosed the issue and removed the clog. Fast and easy. I had a great experience and will use Reeves for any future plumbing issues at my home.

Reeves Family Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.

We used Reeves for the first time during the long freeze when our previous plumber wouldn’t even return our call. They repaired several burst pipes and replaced our tankless water heater.I will most definitely continue to use Reeves and have given their name to 2 friends who have used them. Juan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and went out of his way for us.They arrived when they said they would.

I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

Reeves Family Plumbing saved my father’s life.The problems started with the big freeze Texas had back in February, which busted multiple pipes in every house in Texas. My Dad had been calling contractors, but they were all too busy to come out, even 9 months later. So, being a member of the Greatest Generation, which knew how to live without, he just did. He tried to fix some things himself, and in the middle of that, being 98 and living alone, and by now very sick as well, due to a months-long lack of sanitation and running water, he collapsed in a full state of sepsis shock, bacteria everywhere in his body. True to form, he never complained to any of us throughout the months of plumbing issues. We knew there was a toilet or two that wasn’t functioning properly but had no idea of the extent of the damage. When my Dad didn’t answer my weekly call, we sent my niece (miraculously in town for a high school reunion) over to investigate. She found him too weak to move and rushed him to the ER.I flew down and saw…omg….a house that had no running water, 6'x4' holes in the ceiling, multiple busted toilets, sewage draining from the second floor to the first, no way to wash clothes because the washing machine was instead generating impressive dirty water geysers, urine “surprises” left in open containers (makes sense, there was no running water after all), mountains of soiled clothes on my Dad's bedroom floor. It was just as gross and hard as it sounds.Enter Reeves Family Plumbing. They responded with two full-time plumbers within a day, Juan and Rodney. My memory of them attaches capes and tights and superhero emblems to them both. Despite the really awful stench and trash everywhere (which I spent a week cleaning and scrubbing to get rid of), they waded in and fixed…everything. They had to slice open and cart away large sections of cast iron pipe (old house), crawl under the house and into the ceiling to replace busted sections with new PVC, get water running to every toilet, replace 3 sink fixtures and 1 toilet fully, plus repair multiple more. The washing machine alone took two trips, as it had both a problem with the trap and then a problem with a piece of metal stuck in an effluent pipe beneath the house. It was a week of work for 2 people, cost me $3500, but changed everything. That house, even when I was growing up in it, never functioned as fully as it did when they left. It was beautiful enough to make me want to cry. More importantly, the house was finally in good enough shape where we could convince the Social Services people (who had been alerted by the EMT’s) that my Dad could live there and not be carted off to a nursing home. This was important to us, as ever since we were little, my Dad said he’d rather die than end up in an old folks’ home. He just came home yesterday. That’s right. His own home, his forever home, thanks to Reeves Family Plumbing.

Juan and Julio saved our bacon after this Feb 2021 freeze. They were so kind and helped me understand why our pipes burst and gave recommendations. Repaired 2 burst pipes within an hour maybe and made sure nothing else was leaking in my home. Very reasonable price and great service!!

I just wanted to share my experience with Reeves Family Plumbing! In the midst of 2021 Texas Snowmageddon, we unfortunately had a gas leak and our gas had to be shut off for safety. I frantically called over 2 dozen plumbing companies to help with our gas leak, but none were available. Understandably, all were booked from all the busted pipes in DFW.Reeves Family responded within 24 hours and was able to send a plumber the following day to assess the leak. Within 48 hours they had an excavation team and plumber at my house to start doing the work. Lori, the company’s point of contact was so responsive and was able to explain to me step by step on what needs to be completed. Trust me all, a gas leak is no joke! It was a process to say the least, with the city inspector, plumber, and gas company involved. Lori ensured me every step of the way. After the work was completed the plumber walked and inspected thoroughly that everything was working properly. I am happy to report that I now have hot water, heat (when temp drops), and a functional stove!P.S. I am not a spokesperson, an advertiser, promoter, or getting compensated for this. I am a nurse that just needed a hot shower in between my shifts. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful by the professionalism of this small business. Highly recommend!

I have used Reeves Family Plumbing for several jobs I have had around the house. Lori normally answers the phone and is always so helpful and friendly. The guys arrive on schedule and perform their jobs in a professional manner. J.R. has done repair jobs on my bath faucets twice. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time.You will not be disappointed if you make the call to Reeves.

Like many others, we found ourselves with a broken pipe due to the freeze. We contacted Reeves and were able to get someone out the next day. Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Reeves has my highest personal recommendation.

Reeves came out to do a clean out of the sewer line due to a clog. The clean out was satisfactory. At the same time, I received a quote to repair the sewer line. When I called to schedule the work, I was told the proposal was wrong, I was quoted the wrong price, and the new price was $2K more than the price quoted. I have a written proposal detailing the costs. Reeves refused to honor the proposal and quote. This is unprofessional.

I need to say that this company is what they truly call a Family Company! I am beyond impressed of how well they handled my plumbing issues, Fernando was so professional and courteous! They fixed my Leaks,did tests neccessary to detect leaks in the most efficient way! I was cheated by another company for 5,100 (which did not do the work properly) and Reeves came to the rescue! Reeves Family Plumbing and their entire staff are totally awesome! You get the personal and honest service from these folks. JR is wonderful and knows everything about faucets and even taught me a thing or two. He's like old school plumber and takes pride in his work. I would recommend and have recommended this company to friends and even my employer now uses their services.

We have used Reeves for over 20 years. Very happy til this past summer. We had a gas leak and they totally screwed up the repair and then would not stand behind their work. The owner refused to talk with me after we had already paid close to $3,000 for a partially complete job. Very sad how their quality and lack of caring has gone south.

I have used Reeves since 2006 not for only for plumbing work, but also for gas work. The estimate Reeves quoted for hooking up my new gas dryer a few years ago seemed reasonable (same price as Lowes quoted), but since I had parts from the old dryer, the Reeves tech charged me less than the minimum rate for a service call; it took him just a few minutes to complete the work.

Reeves Family Plumbing did an extensive repair job on my house sewer line and their work was very good. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in two days. They kept me informed on the status of the work and I was very pleased with their work and the outcome.

Don't recommend for large jobs. Started our gas leak fix then because of poor communication and scheduling couldn't come back for almost a full week to finish the job. Had to get someone else to come do it sooner and this plumber found their diagnosis of needing to replace the entire backyard line was in correct and saved us thousands. Unprofessional and poor quality work. They never owned up to this mistake- owner made excuses instead of being humble.

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! I discovered on a Sunday morning at 10:30 AM that our yard was flooded, and water was pouring out from the shut off box. The plumbers arrived very quickly and worked on the problem, which turned out to be serious, for 7.5 hours. They had to dig at least 3 feet to find the leak but never gave up. They kept us apprised of their progress and were so calm and friendly, even when they were literally working in a ditch, covered in mud, and neighbors were continually quizzing them on their progress. They fixed our leak, and the price was not bad. I thought it was going to break us, being on a Sunday, but they gave us a break instead due to the length of time the problem took to find and repair. This is the second time we've used Reeves Plumbing, and these guys are the best!!!

Warning: Extremely high prices.I had them quote replacing the main shutoff valve for the house and adding a PRV to reduce the pressure. Their quote was $1,500. I have a good idea of the work involved to complete this project, and this felt very high to me.I have since found another plumber to do the job for $500.Since they did no work for me, I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I'd strongly recommend you get other quotes before having them do any work, because they don't mind taking you to the cleaners.

My hats off begins with the phone contact with Tammy who answered the phone. The most courteous, friendliest person I have dealt with in a long time on the phone. We were scheduled quickly, the plumbers were prompt, honest and professional. Reeves Family is our plumber!

They did great work on replacing a bunch of shutoff valves and some water heater maintenance. Pricing was fair and they were clean and efficient. Highly recommend them.
