My husband already posted a good review for Tribeca Plumbing but I wanted to add a review of the post-plumbing-work cleanup. Tribeca hired a great tunneling crew to tunnel into our lawn and under our house - in 100 degree weather, I might add. Jay from Tribeca said you'll hardly know we were here after they put things back and that is certainly the case. The crew of up to six people took two days carefully tunneling and two more days carefully replacing the dirt and turf grass. All the while, they were watering the displaced grass every few hours to help it re-establish once they put it back. They also had to take up our flagstones and they put them back down quite nicely. Top notch work by both the plumbers themselves and the dirt-moving crew. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Tribeca Plumbing. We called to receive advice and guidance when we became extremely concerned that another plumbing company was misdiagnosing our problem and trying to overcharge us by thousands of dollars. Richard, the owner, took the time to guide us through possible steps and provide his thoughtful expertise. He immediately sent a team to our home. Jay and Sam did an excellent job working quickly and efficiently to accurately diagnosis the plumbing issue and fix the problem. We were charged an honest and appropriate fee, and treated with great respect. We are grateful to Tribeca Plumbing for their excellent work and integrity. They will be our first call for all plumbing needs!

In midst of installation of fixed natural gas generator, the installation crew (not this firm) fractured a pipe buried in the lawn. I called multiple plumbing firms who refused the job. I contacted Richard at Tribeca plumbing and his employees were here within an hour. They fixed the pipe quickly, professionally and were a pleasure to work with and fair pricing to boot. I highly recommend this firm

I called Tribeca immediately when we found water leaking on the floor in our bathroom and after reading multiple reviews of local plumbers, we knew we made the right decision when they sent someone immediately (within 20 minutes) and fixed the leak super quickly. Their team was professional and prompt, and pricing was incredibly cheap (less than $100.00) to come out and fix. Have given their name out to all my neighbors and would highly recommend.

They charged $200 for less than 1hour of work without replacing equipment. That’s on top of the $125 service call charge so it was $325 for something I could’ve probably done myself but as this was a rental property and I was out of town, I had to have someone tend to it fast. I do not recommend Tribeca and will not be using them in the future unless they make it right. It was not a fair deal. All that to say they did get the work done in a timely manner but it not for a fair price.

We had such incredible service with Tribecca Plumbing! We were one of many households without water after the December freeze due to an outside busted pipe. They came as soon as they could squeeze us until their very full schedule and the guys who did the repair were so sweet, very well trained, and got everything fixed in no time. I am so thankful we heard about this incredible company! We will be using them for all our plumbing needs!

We had a first class experience with Tribeca Plumbing. Jay was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived right on time, carefully assessed and explained the situation, then quickly and completely resolved our issue. I highly recommend their services!

Called this company to fix a shower issue I had. They did fix the issue, I paid $500 but left me with another problem THAT WASNT THERE BEFORE. Instead of exemplifying good customer service, they wanted to charge me another $200 to come back out to fix the leak that was caused. I expressed to them that it wasn’t fair that I had to be charged again, on top of the $500 I already paid, for a problem that they caused. We suggested that Tribeca covers half ($100). They then came back again to only offer $182, saying they agreed to go half of what they were charging. $182 is not half of $200. The technician, receptionist and owner were not on the same page and kept giving out different quotes for parts & labor.After explaining to the owner all of this, he continued to still offered me pay $182. He didn’t acknowledge my experience & proceeded to believe I was wrong. I declined the offer & will not be using them again. I will also not recommend anybody to use them as they are more concerned about money than helping customers plumbing issuesEdit: it’s unfortunate that I can’t respond to the owners allegations. He is continuing to LIE. Technician Donnie looked at both my bathrooms, hot water was fixed but popping noise was not. It’s a shame that the company is operating like this. Donnie couldn’t even figure out why the popping noise was there.I also REPEATEDLY told the owner I wanted to be charge HALF of the quote. Half of $200 is not free. One lie after another! I stated I was leaving a bad review because he was trying to charge me for an issue his technician created. You receive bad reviews when you give terrible service. There are many other plumbing companies I’d rather give my money to who are honest & professional. As a customer, he truly did not have my best interest at heart

I had a great experience with Tribeca Plumbing! They were efficient, helpful, and had great communication throughout their visit. They let me know of costs of services in advance, and made appropriate recommendations for how to manage the new equipment that was installed. I highly recommend this company. :)

What a great experience! We had major plumbing issues which required a major repair, tunneling under the slab and a substantial amount of knowledge from Tribeca to do it properly.From Richard the owner, to Jay who found the problem and did the repairs and Ramon and Donnie as well, they made the experience as easy as possible always keeping in mind how it affected us the homeowners and keeping the cost and time required in mind to try and keep us as happy as possible! It was a major repair and I would absolutely use them again for any issues and would recommend them to everyone!

Back in December I had a serious emergency. I had a pipe burst in the middle of the night while I was away on a business trip. I called 30 different plumbers and Tribeca was the only one who called me back ASAP. Not only did they call me back right away, they were also on location immediately to help stop the leak and mitigate any further damage. Richard and his team did a great job getting my house put back together. Not only did they repair my house and make it better but they also provided a much needed and necessary resource to help me deal with my home insurance claim. I will be using Tribeca for all my future repairs and needs.

We've had Tribeca both install our water heater and come fix it when the manufacturer sent a faulty part. Great pricing, they helped ensure that the part was under warranty and billed the manufacturer directly for labor.Donnie has been the most professional and courteous person we've had come work on our house. Can not recommend him highly enough.

I called Tribeca in the afternoon for a clogged kitchen drain and they were out the next morning. Very polite and professional on the phone. Jay was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Even cleaned up the area and put things back in place. Highly recommended Tribeca!

Tribeca came in with the best bid to upgrade our home gas system to provide more pressure to run a pool heater.We shopped around and they had the right attitude, best bid and the most responsive to questions.Our work involved supplying and installing gas regulators, adding hard pipe and fixing gas fittings that were bodged from a previous company.They got us through the gas inspection and handled all city permits and follow thought.They work fast, used overshoes in the house, left the work areas tidy and always tried to make sure we didn’t go without gas too long (which is important because we have little kids that need daily baths).Above all they’re really nice people and great to work with.

Plumber was contracted to perform all of the repair work that was found during the inspection of our house prior to purchase. Before closing, they came out and ran a camera through all of our plumbing to make sure that what was underneath the house was move in ready.They were scheduled at 10am, they showed 15 minutes before 10am and was ready to go. Older house was purchased and the line at the meter was broken. They contacted the City of Dallas to initiate repairs. Once that issue was out of the way Jerrod and his team completed all of the tasks that were needed. During the repairs they did identify one other unknown issue. It was repaired at a reasonable price above what our initial quote was. The repair was justified and not a “oh we found a problem, let me charge you through the nose.”A few days later I asked them to come out to check something else out that was found after the fact. This round they sent their master plumber after hours to make sure that we were taken care of.Tribeca is a small local company and still by far more reasonable than most commercial companies. Plus you get the local service that used to be common place. Our house was built in the 50’s and we still have cast iron under ground. They could have sold us a re-pipe at $40,000 and we wouldn’t have been the wiser. They allowed and wanted me to stay behind the camera so I could see the condition. They explained the process as they were going through the exam. Said the cast iron looks good, and we should be good to go and then educated me on how to make sure our cast iron stays fit.Chances are, I will always call on them first to take care of our plumbing needs. Actually, it will happen sooner than I think, we need a new ice maker line, because it was located UNDER The house.

Our kitchen sink was clogged so I called Tribeca. They sent Jay over within 1.5 hours (super quick!). He was amazing and unclogged the line in less than 5 minutes. He explained the process and even gave us a free bottle of stuff to pour down the sink every few months to prevent clogs in the future. Would definitely recommend this company!!

Special shout out to Richard for helping me stay sane through the random winter freeze in Christmas of 2022. I called severalPlumbers on Dec 23 trying to get an appointment to see why I had cold water but not hot. I have a tankless system. Richard was able to help troubleshoot and provide logic in times of the Holidays. ?

Had a valve fail on a tankless water heater. Called Tribeca and they were out within an hour. Super responsive, professional and replaced the valve in a short amount of time. Will definitely call them again for plumbing work.

The plumbers got straight to work and fixed my clog while telling me exactly what was going on. They helped me with a leak that I had not even planned when I called. I believe other plumbers try to overcharge you and give you the run around. But these were two honest knowledgeable plumbers.

Our water heater at our hair salon gave out on a Friday at 5:30pm. That Saturday was the Saturday before Christmas. Our clients would be arriving at 9am sharp for their Christmas hair!! We were new clients to Tribeca plumbing. They not only fit us in but moved their day around to be here at 6:30 a.m. We had hot water by 9am. Truly a Christmas Miracle :) Even given our desperate situation and it being a Saturday, our bill was absolutely fair and palatable. We will be clients for life. Thank you you so much Tribeca!

As a commercial plumbing engineer, I highly recommend Tribeca. My wife and I were very happy with their services. Our shower valve stem on an old shower failed open Sunday evening right as the hardware stores were closing. Unable to turn off our shower, I shut the water off to our house and we called a few emergency plumbers who might have the correct shower valve stem so we could turn our shower off and get our hot water back. Of all the businesses we called, Tribeca was the most helpful and knowledgeable. Jay took the time and effort on his Sunday evening to confirm which valve we needed before showing up without being able to help us. Although he did not have the specific stem, he was on site first thing in the morning with the right parts and had the issue taken care of quickly. We haven’t started the work on our home with Tribeca yet, but Jay and his team have already impressed us!! We had a pipe leak that we didn’t know the location of and we’re desperate for help since we had to turn our water off. Tribeca was available immediately and even moved up our appointment time to 7:00 am. They arrived earlier and quickly diagnosed the issue with a reasonable estimate and an expected work time of just a few hours. They were extremely professional and eased our worries. The representative from Tribeca, along with his assistant, was punctual, respectful, considerate, and sincere. All the details of the work were explained to me in layman's terms. We had a tankless water heater issue spring up out of nowhere recently. After calling half a dozen different plumbers who had different reasons for not coming out or why they don't service our style of water heater, I reached out to Tribeca. They had somebody there to take a look at it within 30 minutes and had it diagnosed in about another 30 minutes. When the repair turned out to not be the actual water heater, but a wiring problem that had caused a small fire previously, Tribeca quickly dispatched electricians to take a look at the wiring and initiated the repair immediately after my authorization that day. Amazing and Thorough service and saved me from having to buy a new water heater.

Called tribeca when I had an issue from slapping a grounding rod right into a random freshwater pipe. They got Juan out there within an hour. He was amazing. Fair on price, super nice, and got it done fast.

Had a plumbing emergency and needed someone to come out same day to help fix some valves that had failed. Tribeca answered my call immediately and was able to rearrange their schedules to make sure I got the service I needed. Definitely call them if you are in need of a plumber. 10/10.

I attempted to use this business. I had electrical work being done the same day. The plumber saw the electrical truck and decided they must be fixing my issue, skipping me entirely. No call or anything. They also repeatedly called the past few days ensuring I needed the job done which I said yes to several times. I don't believe they had any intention of helping me.

I cannot recommend Tribecca more highly. My wife and I bought our first house and needed a group that we could trust to do high-quality work without overcharging us and taking advantage of our lack of experience with home ownership. They were professional and, most importantly to me, COMMUNICATIVE! Anytime I had a question, they were easy to get ahold of. And even better, they were proactive about reaching out to me to give me updates (texts, phone calls, pictures of progress, etc.) and make sure I understood the whole process. They were also very quick - they finished a pretty big project in just a couple of days and cleaned up completely. All our friends have used Tribecca for their plumbing needs and have all had very positive experiences. Specifically want to shout out Jay on their team for being my go-to throughout the process. Amazing to work with. He made sure he was available when I needed him and made this whole process super easy. Hopefully I don't need more plumbing work done anytime soon but if I do, Tribecca has my business.

My mom initially called another plumber who said she had a clog in her sewer main and he then spent several hours trying unsuccessfully to unclog it. He gave up without resolving the problem because he couldn't really tell where the clog was. I thought we needed someone with the right camera equipment to inspect the sewer main and tell us what was up. I found Tribeca after a Googe search and called them at 9:00 on a Monday morning. By 11:30 that morning, Jay was at her house with a state-of-the-art camera and he was able to locate the clog in a section of pipe beneath the master bedroom. The diggers came out Tuesday morning to excavate under the house, the plumbers replaced the pipe that evening and the diggers filled the hole back in right after that. Everything was done by Tuesday night and at a very fair price. Everybody we dealt with at Tribeca was courteous, competent and professional. I highly recommend Tribeca if you have a plumbing problem.

Jay at Tribeca installed a water pressure regulator to reduce my home's water pressure from 95 psi. He was quick to come out and was very knowledgeable. The project came in on the low range of his estimate, and Jay's work was first class.My only reason for taking one star off was that there should be a form of confirmation of appointment time either by call, text, or email. Jay came on the verbally indicated time, but I didn't hear the doorbell and thought the appointment may have never been scheduled given no confirmation. Jay then had to go on to a following job before coming back later that afternoon, and my work schedule was thrown off a bit to accommodate.

Tribeca is by far the best plumbing company in Dallas. I’ve tried all the big companies. Jay is amazing. They are honest and responsive and did such great work. They repaired a leak, fixed a gas line and fixed a shower in 2 hours that a master plumber from Public Service Plumbers told me I would have to remodel my bathroom to fix. I will only use Jay from now on for my plumbing needs. So grateful to have finally found a good plumber! Thank you Tribeca!

In my industry, I rely on promptness and being able to trust my vendors in order to refer them to my clients and I could not feel stronger about recommending Tribeca to anyone. They always answer the phone, and are patient with explaining questions. Blake's knowledge regarding the ins and outs of repairs and how plumbing systems operate is unmatched. We had a leak that started at the outside hose spigot, and appeared to extend along a stretch of wall. Tribeca had someone at our home in East Dallas within 20 minutes of our call. Jay was professional, pleasant, and most importantly, skilled. He fixed the issue, helped us with some hardware to prevent the issue from recurring, and even went the extra mile to examine and help us take winterizing measures on a second outside spigot.The service was fast to arrive, our plumber Jay was skilled and forward thinking, our problem is as speedily resolved in advance of a pending freeze, and the price was fair. I strongly recommend Tribeca Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing assistance!

From beginning to end Tribeca Plumbing is second to none when it comes to service. I had a pump go out on me at the State Fair of Texas and I would have been out of business for the day if not for Tribeca. I called them at 9:00pm when the pump went out and they came out at 6:00 am the next morning to install the new pump. This was not an easy job. I couldn't believe their service. They delivered like they said they would. I highly recommend Tribeca. Good, honest folks. They truly care about their customers.

Today was my first time using Tribeca. I found them based on reviews. Very pleased with today's work! The plumber (Juan) replaced a toilet and diagnosed a leak. The leak diagnosis was very thorough (I am extremely impressed). They will be coming back another day to repair the leak (which they gave me a quote for today). After they do the additional work I will write another review. So far, very pleased!

Edited for follow up visit / updated rating:Leaky shower. Technician came out, replaced a few parts, scurried right by me through the living room, looked me dead in the eyes and said the job was done before heading to his van and dashing. Big surprise, the shower was still leaking when I went back to check it. Reached out to them the next day as it was after hours when the kid left and they told me they'd be out same day to fix it. This didn't happen. Called again the next day and was told again that they'd be out here ASAP. Long story short, I'm still waiting two weeks later. Not sure if same day and ASAP have different connotations where they come from but in humble opinion, this is unacceptable. Seems once they have your money, you are no longer a priority for their services (customer or rendered). If you use these guys, watch over their shoulder I guess. Or maybe use a more reputable company. I see really good reviews on here so maybe this is a new shift in the business model but who knows. Be wary.If you guys want a better review, maybe follow through with your obligations.Edit:I'll say I expected to leave a much more scathing follow up but once everyone was on board, Tribeca (or more accurately, the pro who came out) made correcting the issue as painless as possible considering..Spoke with the owner. After discussing a few times his concern with my review and moving the conversation toward a more results-oriented direction, he was very accommodating. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning (6:30 today), and the techs showed up early which is always nice.They fixed the aforementioned issue, the drain plug that was initially neglected, and referred me to another company to obtain the cover plates/escutcheons to cover the holes that were left open under the new knobs. I do wish these things were addressed when when we had the initial work done a few weeks ago, but I'm still appreciative. I hope 2 extra stars is fair considering the time it took to get this completed. My sincere thanks to everyone involved.

Jay and Tribeca are simply Rock Stars in the plumbing world. We recently purchased a home in Preston Hollow that had a substantial amount of deferred maintenance--clogged drain, leaking faucets and pipes, old hot water heater, toilets not flushing properly, you get the picture. We researched on Google and narrowed it down to two companies. We interviewed Tribeca first and immediately knew it was a great fit for us. And we are very picky! Jay showed up at our home at 6:30 AM the following Monday (we are early risers) and spent 8 hours making all of the repairs and doing a top to bottom inspection of our house (large house with lots of repairs). Jay was professional, polite and very good at his job. The work was outstanding!!! We highly recommend Jay and his team. They will be our go to plumbers from now on, and we will be recommending them to all of our friends. John H.

We used this plumbing service for the first time today, quite emergently for a large volume gas leak in our home and on our property. The Tribeca Master Plumber came quickly, and in short order, detected two potentially very hazardous gas leaks within our house, and rapidly repaired the problems. This was a same day job and very reasonably charged. I will use their services again for sure!

Having a gas leak was not something I had on my bucket list. However, it led me to these guys! While it was extremely stressful, they answered ALL my questions (regardless of how many times I asked the same thing, ha!) and they shifted their work to get to my house ASAP. After assessing the situation, they started bright and early the very next day. They were very professional, clearly communicated next steps and prompt throughout the duration of the project. By the time the work concluded, I was sad to see them go! They made sure I was all set prior to completing the work, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my home and well being. I would, hands down, refer Tribeca to family and friends in the area. I now have my trusted plumbers should another need arise. Thanks, guys!

We are so impressed with Jay and his team and the work they did. We had them install all plumbing for a new bathroom addition and relocate our washer and dryer. They finished the job in less time quoted and the work was amazing quality. Jay was great to work with and their team was very professional. My mother is visiting from Washington State. She was trying to 'clean up' our fridge, by emptying three containers of nice/noodles down the garbage disposal, which caused the kitchen sink to get clogged. After removing the p trap/running my 20ft snake down the drain, I was unable to clear the drain/sink was still clogging up... so I called up Tribeca Plumbing. They were really quick to respond. Donnie cleared the clogged drain quickly and professionally and now my sink works properly now.Thank you Donnie & Tribeca Plumbing, for fixing/clearing the kitchen sink drain!

Absolutely amazing experience working with Tribeca plumbing! Richard answered my call after hours in the evening, Jay the master plumber arrived at my home at 7:00 AM the following day. Many plumbing companies are still booked out due to the recent freeze we had in Dallas and Tribeca was able to prioritize my service (no running water). Excellent service and quality work. Richard and his team at Tribeca Plumbing did a fantastic job for my family and me shortly after the freeze hit Texas. We experienced some significant damage to our pipes from the freeze and the crews at Tribeca were extremely responsive and quick to diagnose and fix the issues with a fair price. They also assisted us with our insurance claim and made the entire process very smooth. I feel extremely blessed that these guys helped us, and I highly recommend that you use Tribeca for your plumbing needs.

Rate a 0 for worst customer handling possible. Performed one test, charged $350 for test, paid for camera pics but never provided pictures despite being paid. Very rude, angry, threatening.Company replied to this as if they did nothing wrong. They actually called me a liar, threatened to take me to small claims court for disputing their 2nd $350 charge. Owner refused to return $ and refused to provide pics. Their reply below on wanting to handle this, is not an honest reply. I got 2 other quotes for the same job. Tribeca quoted $7000, 2nd quote was $5000, 3rd quote was $3500, HALF what Tribeca quoted. That along with the horrible attitude of the person handling business is enough reason to keep scrolling. Reported to BBB also.

We've been through our share of plumbers and Tribeca is by far the best we've dealt with in Dallas. Always come when they say they will. Always do good work. Always a respectable price.

Tribeca Plumbing replaced all of the old cast iron pipes below my foundation with new PVC pipes, and Blake was so great to work with. This is a job that no one wants to have to have done, but Blake made it as bearable as possible. He was extremely communicative, respectful, and made sure the job got done as fast as possible, the right way. He and everyone else were also genuinely nice and honest, which I especially appreciate after all of the house projects I’ve had done. I did not have the same impression of some of their competitors that I got bids from, which is why I chose Tribeca.

Tribeca Plumbing saved the day. During the winter storm two water lines burst in my kitchen spraying water everywhere. I got Tribeca's contact from a neighbor and called after a day of no water. Even though they were busy with emergencies all over town they answered the phone promptly, wrote up my order and showed up the next morning. They were gracious, professional, efficient, neat and repaired the burst lines perfectly. They cleaned up the mess, turned on the water main and checked the other faucets. Jay was the plumber and he showed up ahead of schedule, immediately found the problem & while he uninstalled the old faucet, I ran up to Home Depot and bought a new faucet, which he then installed. He also noticed that my dishwasher was not connected to the cabinets properly and graciously offered to mount it correctly. The men's restroom at my business was flooding water throughout the night coming out of the walls. In emergency we called this company to come out and stop the water so it didn't leak on to the other suites. They were nice over the phone and disbatched 2 plumbers out as soon as they could. When they got there they quickly found the issue. They did a search for the water cut off but wasn't able to find it (not their fault and understandable). It took no more than 30 mins to assess the issue and decide they couldn't help us. Water was still flooding the plumbers hit me with a bill of $365.00 to fix absolutely nothing. He wasn't even to do the basics of turning the water off. I understand paying for a diagnosis, not a problem. The plumber explained that the evaluation is a separate $165 from the diagnosis which is $200. I told him to call his boss and spoke with Richard who insisted on talking over me, cutting me off as I tried to explain to him the issues lacked customer respect. He acted as if he didn't understand why I don't think I should pay the extra $200. Either way, he agreed to only take $165 (barely deserving). The point is, this company should give people an estimate before coming out. They never told me a price. I knew it would cost but sheeeshhhh $365 and I'm still left with the same problem is absolutely obsurd and I do NOT recommend this business. They are not in the business to help people, that's for sure.

Blake and his team at Tribeca Plumbing did an amazing job repiping our entire sewer system under the slab foundation! The quote we received was very competitive and his team completed the whole project in under a week, which was well ahead of our expectations. Blake did a thorough job inspecting the system before and after the repipe and also gave us excellent videos and documentation to provide to the insurance company. Also at no point during their work were we without water or otherwise inconvenienced, which was remarkable given the scope of the project. I would highly recommend Blake and his team for any plumbing project, large or small.

I initially contacted Tribeca for installation of a sump pump but when Jay came out he noticed that I had some french drains that had been covered up. He suggested I let him unclog those and see where channeled the water to before proceeding with sump pump installation. He spent about two hours and was able to find the egress points of the french drain system that were buried under about six inches of dirt. This was why they were not draining correctly. He cleaned them out and got them functioning again. He ended up saving me a ton of money. I was expecting north of $2,000 for a sump pump installation. But because of his honesty and integrity he found a better solution than just installing a sump pump, saving me $1500+ I don't think many others would have had my interest in mind and just would have sold me a sump pump installation. I'm very grateful for Jay and Tribeca and wholeheartedly recommend this company based on my experience. They are definitely my go to plumber from now on!

Two other plumbing companies claimed we had a break in the sewer pipe line underneath the home foundation. Both companies, Benjamin Franklin and Moore's Plumbing claimed in order to repair the break it would be necessary to cut into the foundation and tunnel to the break which would cost thousands of dollars. However, Jay w/Tribeca located the area to find there was NO break just the connection where the 3 pipe joined the 4 pipe line. We we were so relieved to learn there was no break at all. Tribeca was honest and thorough in confirming this fact NO break and it only cost us a few hundred dollars, cost of camera and locator. Thank you we are so grateful to have found an honest & professional plumbing company.

Water overflowing onto the hardwood floors from a toilet wasn't the call I wanted to receive at work from my housekeeper. A work assistant did a google search to find this company with a high star rating. They arrived within 2 hours, assessed the issue with state of art equipment and proposed a bid that a trusted plumber friend who lives outside the area agreed was reasonable.

I return home at 8:00 pm from being our of the country to find that my sprinkler system had been running for more than 3 hours. I could not get the Rain Bird System to turn off. I googled a 24 hour plumber and found Tribeca Plumbing, Inc. I spoke to Richard, who did not hesitate to calm me down and told me he could be at my home in 10 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived within 10 minutes, and within another 5 minutes had the system turned off. He recommend replacing the old value that needed to be replace. He explained why it happened and how easy it would be to take care of so this would not happen again. He is an honest man that care about his client and you can tell he loves his work. I will recommend him to any and everyone that needs an honest plumber!

After years of clogged sewer line issues (about once a month) in our 34,000 sq. ft. commercial building with 6 restrooms, we called Tribeca for a second opinion on the permanent fix. Blake ran a camera and found multiple issues with our 40 year old cast iron drain system. Best solution to avoid the frequent mess, smell, and inconvenience for our tenants? 300 feet of hand tunneling one shovelful at a time under the building and complete replacement of underground sewer/drain lines. No other plumber we called had the time or resources to perform such a major job. Our usual plumber did concur that the pricing was fair. Tribeca was able to start the tunneling within two days of our signing the proposal. This was a major undertaking, but progress was steadily made and Blake kept us apprised daily. Moreover, with a 40 year old antiquated system, more and more things cropped up as the job progressed, as was explained and anticipated right up front. Each time, the newly discovered issue was thoroughly explained, and more importantly, the additional pricing for the unanticipated item was fair and honest. Total job was completed in about a month, which is typical, and done in such a way as we were never without bathroom facilities for more than about 1 hour during the whole month. Am I happy about spending $150K on a plumbing repair? Not at all. But I could not be more pleased with Blake and the crew at Tribeca. I highly recommend them, and they are now our usual plumber, hands down!

The person who actually performs the work, I think his name is Jay, is actually very good… i’ve actually used him a couple of times. The reason for my poor review is because of the person who answers the phone, constantly have to call him back and this final time I tried to use them I called him back twice and both times he claimed he would have someone call me but nobody ever did. I assume he is the problem not Jay but I could be wrong. Gave up and started using someone else.

Richard is very knowledgable and we appreciate how he prioritizes the schedule to get plumbers to our home as quickly as possible. Jay was able to extract a failed Moen Posi-temp valve cartridge from our daughter's shower that another plumbing company was unable to remove. It had locked up likely from mineral deposits. He replaced the valve cartridge with a new one and was done. The other company had given up on just replacing the cartridge (a $50 part) and said we would have to remove the tile and cement board surrounding the rough-in valve and replace the entire valve (a $120 part). Jay saved us the cost of the rough-in valve replacement (extra labor and part cost) and removing and replacing the tile, let alone the mess and hassle that the tile removal and repair would have created. JUST FABULOUS. I had a busted tankless water heater due to the terrible cold weather that blasted Texas these past two weeks. I called maybe 30 different companies who said they couldn't come out for non-emergencies etc... well Tribeca made me a priority and came out same day to take a look - turns out I had a huge leak from system leaking onto the ceiling from the attic and thank Goodness Richard from Tribeca showed up. They were able to replace the system a few days later. Highly recommend!

During our recent deep freeze, we had a leak in our main water line from the meter. After contacting Tribeca, Blake showed up the next day with his crew to dig up and replace the entire waterline in one day. We are very pleased with the service. They showed up when they said, and the price from Richard was more than fair.

Blake came over at the last min (after another company canceled on us) and was able to quickly assess the problem, and came up with a solution so we could turn the water back on while things dried out. Super friendly and professional and really knew what he was doing. But it did not stop there… we asked for an estimate to repipe our shower because the water pressure was terrible (and since he was here why not). That’s what 2 other plumbers suggested would have to happen. He said you don’t need to do that, took a look at it and fixed it in less than 10 mins. He obviously knows how plumbing works, did a great job and was very nice and did not charge us a ton of $! We will now use this company for plumbing and will recommend it to everyone! When we called and explained our issues due to the winter storm, Richard answered and said he would have a team out the next day. He took my details down & absolutely no follow up. I called again to confirm - he said his team had our info and were still set to show up...nothing! If you don’t have the bandwidth for the job..please just say that rather than having clients think they have an appointment and reality is that they don’t!! Will not be using their service & hope your experience will be better than ours was.

After living in our home for more that 35 years, the sewer had to be replaced. The bid was shocking, but the nature of the work was unbelievable. He came back hooked up my washer & dryer. Then noticed I wouldn’t be able to open my dryer door. He proceeded to take off the dryer door and flip it to the other side so I could open it. After receiving several quotes, Tribeca was the most reasonable and could it done in the time frame requested. I had a water pipe burst in my home in frigid weather despite taking the precaution to drip the water lines. I called Tribeca, and despite the enormous volume of calls, Richard answered directly. We got the water turned off to the house from the main water line promptly to minimize any water damage. Richard was literally the only plumbing service in DFW to answer my phone call last week. Several days later, Richard sent Blake and David to the home to identify the problem, explain the needed solution, and demonstrate the repair. Again, Tribeca was literally the only plumbing service in DFW to answer my phone call in the past week, and they got the repair done promptly. This sort of service must be commended.

They replaced our existing sump pump and 2 months later our yard floods, called TriBeCa back to troubleshoot. The repair took over 3 weeks and numerous no show to appointments. In the end a valve is added and we were charged. Weeks later rain finally comes again, our yard floods again and the sump pump is smoking. The sump pump setup was very loose and came apart easily and turns out the one way valve they installed was in the wrong direction, it was overwhelming the pump. I had to take the setup apart and reassemble it myself. They are polite but unfortunately does not pay attention to details and will likely make your plumbing issues more expensive down the road. Would not recommend

I had a pipe leak inside a dry wall at 4am; I called Tribeca and master plumber Jay came out when promised at 6:30 am; diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours for less than i had been expecting. I highly recommend.

My pipe froze last Monday, I called every plumber I could until someone answered. Blake and Robert (might've been Richard) took my calls, talked me through everything with a lot of advice. I don't think I live close enough to this business to use them as plumbers, but they never asked for money, never asked to make a necessary appointment. They just helped me. My pipe unfroze, everything is fine.

Richard Wells and his team at Tribeca Plumbing moved mountains to make sure that the plumbing leak in my master bedroom was repaired in a matter of hours during the worst winter weather storm in at least ten years. I can't sing enough praises about these guys. All around first class service.

I called on Friday evening holiday weekend and Richard was able to get a guy out to our house and get the problem fixed. It was a weekend problem but it was taken care of. They are professional and communicated with me to let me know what was going on. I will be using them on an ongoing basis!!!

$165 on a house visit so that they can tell me that they don’t work on dishwashers. I wish they would have told me that beforehand. They were friendly, but I would be to if people hand me $165 for 5 minutes of “work.”

Called at 4:45 on a Saturday due to a partially flooded closet. The person who picked up the phone said they were pretty busy and didn't sound like he really wanted to deal with a new customer. Said it would cost $300 to have someone come out after hours (just to check it out). Highest quote I've ever heard in North Dallas for a diagnostic.

Never shower up on time, didnt have the necessary equipment to do the job.
Just caped a pipe and wanted to charge 100 dollars and never shiwed up the next day we agreed on. Dont recommend this company.
