Very personable and competent plumber was able to fix our problem and get us back on trackVery grateful for them being willing to take holiday calls and prompt service no matter the day

Mike came to check out my water heater, he was honest and thorough, gave me quote for repair work as well as replacement. He even looked at my leaky shower and gave me a quick estimate to have it repaired when I have the time! I will definitely be using them for future plumbing work.UPDATE:I informed the company that my insurance opted to pay for a repair, not replacement, I was told that they would check and see what parts needed to be ordered, only to have the technician (absolutely not his fault) show up with an entire water heater. Now I'm stuck waiting an untold number of weeks for parts while I'm without hot water due to a miscommunication on their part. Absolutely an unpleasant experience at this point. Mike was still very pleasant throughout, sorry he got stuck lugging a water heater back and forth.

I received text that they were on their way. Tech was friendly and got straight to work. He gave me feedback on my unit and changed the filter. Very professional did not try to sell me anything. Service was excellent!!

Problem: Refill would not stop and the water shut off value no longer worked, also there was a leak from around one of the connections to the refill valve.Same day service and when an earlier appointment became available I was called and asked if I would like the earlier time. Everything went as I was told from my first call. Gabe arrived and I explained what I thought I needed and he took a look and made one additional recommendation which I took. He gave an estimate and I said that was great (I also received a $50.00 discount, THANKS!). The work was done quickly and he went above my expectations by cleaning the pipe and reaffixing the face plate to the wall on the water outlet to the toilet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Gabriel was very professional and explained everything clearly. He was honest and didn't try to sell services we didn't need. Also helped us realize we needed to do do tune up on heating and air.

They connected the water line for the dishwasher in a house I just purchased and had no idea the water line hadn’t been connected after remodeled! We have an annual maintenance contract with Dial One which is well worth the money since we need to have our water heater flushed annually. The young man who came today, Michael Young, was wonderful.

We had a “water hammering” issue in our pipes and they sent their plumber, Joseph, to come out and diagnose the problem. He was on time and followed all co-vid protocols, even though those mandates were lifted. Joseph was very thorough and meticulous to try to figure out the issue. His recommendation was detailed and communicated clearly on his procedure and process to determine the recommendation. We were very happy with his professionalism and candor about the issue and resolution. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially Joseph.

This review is very overdue. I love Johnson Plumbing. They are not the least expensive, but the service and results indicate that they are a very good value.During the big freeze of February 2020, I had 3 burst pipes. My husband, who had terminal cancer, was wheelchair bound and we had snow between us and the car. I couldn't turn off the water and be housebound with a cancer patient.Johnson Plumbing came over within a few hours and fixed my pipes. Yes, it was costly. Still a good value, because they came, the work was done and was excellent.This year, I found a lake under my house. Johnson came out quickly. My husband was, by then, on hospice and could not be moved. It took the young plumber several days to work up an action plan, which was inconvenient, but when he got there, they found an ENORMOUS leak under my deck, fixed it, and put the yard back. It wasn't put back very well, contrary to the assurance that I wouldn't be able to tell it was ever dug up. The cost was not cheap, but it was reasonable for the amount of work involved.Except for a stumble getting started on this year's job at my house, the plumbers have been very professional and responsive. The work has been exemplary. I have recommended Johnson to the whole neighborhood.

I was very pleased with Emmett's service. He called after a morning cancellation, which meant I was able to meet with him much earlier than originally scheduled. He was extremely courteous throughout the visit and he explained everything to me as he was working. He didn't have good news for me but he did tell me what my options were, along with providing estimates for each option.

James is honest and professional. He found where the crack on the drain pipe of my tub and had it repaired quick. He does clean quality work and has an eye for detail. I had another plumbing company come out before Dial One and I was told it would cost over $4600 to repair it. James said the job would only cost $304. My air conditioner gave out in 105 degree weather. When I called Emmet was unable to make it out that evening but put me on the schedule for the next day at noon.Emmet arrived at my house on time, spoke to me about the symptoms I was seeing and got right to work. Emmet quickly identified the root causes of my problem, got my approval and fixed them. Because it's an old system and he can't guarantee how long the fix will last (related to the coolant filter-dryer not being in good shape anymore) he didn't charge me beyond the service call. The whole experience left me feeling relieved, not screwed which I was very worried about. Emmet was clean, knowledgeable and articulate. I'm happy to continue to do business with him and Dial One.

Our flange broke and along with that, a section of a pipe.James explained to us in details how he was going to approach and fix the issue. During the weekend, my pilot light wouldn't stay lit, so I went on Angie's List. I read all the reviews and they were good so I gave them a call. They came out 09/14/2016 and ended up finding out that the gas regulator valve was out. Have an older water heater so I ended up getting a whole new water heater. Putting new parts on an older model could end up costing more in the long run. The guy came within the time range they gave. He was very polite and professional. He even got everything done by the time I was walking out the door for work, so I wouldn't be late. If I ever need anything else I won't hesitate to call them again.

One of the heaters was in a hot garage and the other in the house. He worked by himself without complaint. Quoted us 1100 dollars on a job, when we had multiple different quotes for the same job for from other certified, licensed, and ensured plumbers quoted 350. Not to mention they didn’t charge a 48 service just to come out and quote. Save your time...

I rate them pretty highly based on the fact that they said what they would do and did what they said. I had a very vexing under the slab leak. They coordinated working with a tunneling crew to uncover the pipe and then fixed the multiple leaks located. All this took several days and they were extremely sensitive to our need to be left at the end of each day with running water in at least part of the house. All in all, well done.
