Jose came by for the annual Heater check. He was thorough , and explained everything to me. The best part was that he was honest and used a consumer prospective. He gives your the information you need and doesn’t push anything on you. You need me to make the right decision for yourself. I hate following people around but I got to see exactly what wasn’t working in real time and he was more than happy to show me again if I missed something! Thanks

Nick's was responsive and professional, and all of their staff were courteous and helpful. We were able to order a new tankless water heater and get it installed on the same day. Not sure whether or not it is the most affordable option out there, but the service, speed, and responsiveness were all top-notch.

Reinstalled Bathroom Sink: Recently our bathroom wall mounted sink fell off the wall. We called GEI Plumbing Services and they advised me how to shut off the water to stop flooding. They arrived within one hour and reinstalled the sink basin better than the original installation by our builder. Thank GEI Plumbing Services! You are marvellous.

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

I used Texas Quality Plumbing several years ago and was very pleased so this time when I had a small plumbing problem I called them and they came out next day. They were quick in the repair, cleaned up accordingly and their estimate was spot on. They even put on my bath spout for me at no extra cost. Additionally, they worked with my billing process (my home is in a trust and billing sometimes can take a day) with no added issues or problems and seemed to be happy to help. They guys that came out were spectacular and friendly. Very willing to help and get done. I even got a nice recycle back with gifts inside. I say they are great and will use them going forward!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

Had Roto-Rooter come out to give me a quote on replacing my water heater. Scheduling was easy, Someone was sent out very fast, Gave a reasonable quote and finished the job that day. Quality work and friendly service. No complaints. Thanks, Jeff #197.

I recently had a tankless water installed and had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved when I called All in the Family Plumbing. Donna was very nice and was quick to help me get a time scheduled. Her son came out and was quick to identify and resolve the issue. Both visits were minor things that did not require any parts or labor. I was expecting to be charged at least a trip charge, but they would not accept anything for payment, except a bottle of cold water. It's very hard to find exceptional service like this these days...and at a TRULY affordable price. I'm confident if something does go seriously wrong with my plumbing these guys will take care of me without breaking the bank. Thank you for the exceptional service! I strongly recommend calling these guys for all your plumbing issues!

Eric did a great job of quickly identifying the problem and clearly communicating how to fix. Eric fixed my hot water heater and was on to the next customer within an hour. Total professional.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I have to write about Hugo Plumbing. I had many different issues at my place of business and they came and conquered all issues and all at a very reasonable price. Rarely have I seen one shop handle all the sorts of issues I had encountered: Waste water line backup, sample well cover, lint/grease trap as well as assorted water leaks. Hugo Plumbing is awesome!

Ben and his crew from Texas Premier Plumbing did an exceptional job re-piping our sewer drain lines and replacing our interior galvanized pipes with PEX. Ben explained each step of the process, what needed to be fixed, and recorded and showed my husband and I live footage of breaks in our pipes. He provided cost effective solutions and promptly scheduled the appointment. Each phase of the repair was explained and fully completed in 2 weeks. We had tunneling underneath and on the side of our home and the crew preserved our lawn and dirt was packed nicely that we could barely tell there was a substantial repair. The interior crew was very clean and professional and protected our flooring at all times. Each call, text, and question was answered in a polite and prompt way. We highly recommend this company.

Kenda did a fantastic job communicating with me and keeping me updated, and she had the plumber dispatched to me very quickly. The work was done quickly and with plenty of information. My only reason for not giving five stars is the price, which seemed pretty high. But every other aspect of my interaction with Redfin was exemplary.

Lindell from All Around plumbing came out over the weekend and helped with our broken water heater which was leaking all over the house. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what was needed to replace the water heater. He presented us with different options and many ways to save money where we could.
