Called Jason Edwards the morning of and informed me he could be at my residence to address the plumbing issue within a few hours and provided an ETA which he was on time for. He detected the source of the problem and installed new piping to fix the leak. Fantastic job all around and he was upfront with very reasonable prices. Good service is appreciated and should be rewarded. If you have any residential plumbing issues, H.C. Edwards Plumbing Service is the way to go.

We have worked with HC Edwards plumbing for over 40 years. Jason, the son, has taken over now and does the same great work!! We called this morning and he was at our house by lunchtime!! Highly recommended!!!

My issue was that I had a leaky faucet outside. They came out and determined. It was just a screw that needs to be tightened. Saving me hundreds in replacement. We could have charged to replace it but save me in the long run. I will definitely be using their services again.

Had an emergency leak, called up Jason and explained to him what was going on. Gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone and he was able to fit us in that same day. Kept me up to date on his eta the whole time. Jason was able to address the problem and had solutions for some unforeseen issues that came up with the repair as well. Jason answered all the questions I had and was more than helpful. Even walked me through how to diy another minor leak that I have when I asked about it. Would definitely recommend.

Replaced both water heaters in the house. Both were way overdue! High mineral count in the local water supply makes this especially challenging. Jason showed up on time for both installations, replaced both with no muss or fuss. A decision to employ HC Edwards is a high confidence decision.

Jason was amazing! Hasn't even left my driveway and I'm leaving a review. Came on short notice to diagnose and discover the issue with why I wasn't getting cold water through the washer valve making doing laundry a hassle. Fixed it quickly and also fixed my running toilet that cost me so much in water bills since I moved in! Reasonable prices for parts and labor and has CC convenience. Will be my go to from now on as a new home owner. He is very busy for a reason! Thank you Jason!

We had a flooding emergency and Jason came out at 10pm on a Saturday to fix the issue. He was very friendly and explained the issue. Fixed the problem and gave is advice on what to do if it happens again.

Took him about 30 minutes to unclog the drain and replace a drain plug (which I had on hand). He charges $375 to unclog any drain he said. $492 dollars was my total. Seems expensive.

Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

Jason came out the evening I called him. He and his Dad have called or been here every day since to make sure the job got done. Our water bill had more than doubled and we called HC Edwards Plumbing who was able to work us in right away and detected a leaking under our foundation that was causing high water bills. They were able to fix problem, which was extensive withing the next couple of days. They explained and showed us the process of the work and were very professional. Jason came out the same day I called him. Very professional and efficient. I needed a part that he didn’t have and he was able to find it for me the next day and returned to finish the job. Very prompt service. I will use him again and highly recommend him.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

Repair work was fair but cost was off the charts. Job was uncomplicated but plumber misdiagnosed the required task and so it took longer than he estimated to fix. The part was $45, total cost was $395!! It took less than TWO hours so the labor cost was $350! That's more than $175 per hour!! And he still left work for me to finish and he kept the old part, which can be easily fixed and resold!! Bring lots of money if you call these people. This guys charge fees like a doctor.

Had a great experience today. Called last night, and first thing this morning had my issue fixed. Everything was completely taken care of in a matter of minutes. Very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend.

Great Customer Service!!! We called Jason at 8:00 p.m. and he came to our house the very next morning and replaced our water heater.
