Call Slate Plumbing! Nate & James preformed a gas pressure test on my home and did an absolutely amazing job. These gentlemen were very professional, quick, and helpful! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to family and friends and for sure will continue to use them in the future. Once again thank you guys so much!

Big thanks to Nate with Slate plumbing. They came out and fixed our sewer leak asap. Slate Plumbing gave us a fair price, did an excellent job, and in a timely manner. We will use them again and refer them to everyone.

We have used Slate twice for replacing our 20 year old water heaters. They were very quick and everything was made very easy. They fixed our shower faucet as well since it was not giving us hot water since a previous company installed it.

Slate plumbing did an awesome job! They came out same day and did a great job with the water detection and water repair. i would highly recommend.

I found Slate Plumbing through a neighborhood referral, and now they're my go-to resource. Super-friendly and efficient, they always keep you informed, show up when they say they will, and do the job right.

RE Update: Slate plumbing returned today to fix the issue. After looking at the toilet, I was told it would cost $380 to repair, which was unacceptable. I asked to speak to management to resolve the issue, and after some debate, Abel (mgmt) agreed to repair it at no cost, if I would change my review from 1 to 5 stars. While I'm happy with the end result, communication/customer service on the management side needs improvement. With that said, the toilet was repaired and seems to be working well again, so I have updated my review as promised.Update: I never received an email, but I'll take you at your word that you will contact me Monday to make this right.Slate Plumbing broke what they were here to repair. I called to get them back to fix the issue, but an answering service answers all calls, and a manager would never contact me. I can't recommend Slate plumbing.

I am so impressed with this company and how they operate! They conducted a full analysis to appropriately diagnose the issue with charging me a ton of fees! I highly recommend them and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Slate Plumbing is 5 star all the way! Our technician Daniel Horne, took extra time to educate us on the sewer cleanouts and how we could inspect them ourselves and open them quickly if a back-up occurred (better to have a back-up happen outside the house than into your tub or toilets!) He also went under the crawl space to inspect, and even told us that our pipes (cast iron) can be very fragile over time and if other plumbers were going to clean them out, to make sure to tell them to inspect the pipes before and after they were cleaned out to ensure they didnt damage the pipe further. Their prices seem reasonable and the service and education portion were particularly helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat if we have further plumbing issues.

This company was new to me and he was on TIME , Now that was very impressive, My plumber (Jonathan) was very pleasant and professional, he was also very informative, I liked the fact he didn't sugar coating anything,what needs to fix and what needs to be replace n repaired. I would recommend these guys again. They showed up on time, and got things done quickly. It was in my opinion a pretty big job. Cracked pipes underneath the house, and a nasty all around situation. We had a leak in our ceiling and water running down the walls and bubbling the paint. Slate Plumbing was able to come out same day and take care of the problem. Moises did a fantastic job. He made sure he did the job right, provided insight into what what happened and why, and was always ready to answer questions. He explained everything that he was going to do and gave an estimate before he performed the work. Slate also put us in contact with a Water Mitigation company to stay on top of things and guide us though getting our house back in order. Moises offered top-notch customer service and professionalism. He also found several other minor issues with the plumbing and corrected them before they became problems. We are so glad that we were able to get service from Slate Plumbing.

Slate was offered by Olshan to do leak detection and sewer line hydrostatic pressue test three weeks after foundation leveling to ensure integrity of sewer line connections. Slate technician very professional.

Slate plumbing quoted my house for a whole home re-pipe. I chose them because of how well they explained everything to me and provided photos of the needed work. I will not use anyone else but them! Highly recommended??

THESE GUYS ARE LIARS AND CON ARTISTS!!!They charge $99 up front to send someone to quote changing a water heater. Most people in the industry don't do that. They refused to take a look at it with a video chat.My water heater is in the garage, free standing and up to code. It is a simple replacement. I was told that the installation starts at $800, which includes the water heater. I figured, even if they add a pan and a little plumbing and it costs a couple hundred dollars more for that, it will only be $1200-$1300 max. So, I decided to overlook the $99 quote fee. They quoted $2200 for a simple installation with easy access from the garage and they lied to me up front.WHAT A CON ARTIST!!!
