We called Pure Plumbing to replace a water heater that had started leaking. Our house is old and the water heater is located in an extremely inaccessible spot. We had only one day to get it fixed before embarking on a long planned, Texas-sized roadtrip.We called Pure Plumbing after searching for local plumbers. They were very responsive and scheduled a specialist to be on-site promptly to begin assessing our available options for fixing the water heater situation.We were astounded when they said they could replace the unit that same day. We wouldn't have to cancel the trip!Later that day, as promised, a team arrived and got to work.This was clearly the last of several jobs they had completed that day and it was a really tough one but they stuck to it and got the job done. They fabricated new connections that greatly improved the setup for the new unit making it so much easier to manage in case of emergency in the future. Not only that but it looks great too! I can tell they really love their craft.I would call Pure Plumbing without hesitation the next time I have plumbing needs. They saved the day with professional service and dedication that went above and beyond. My experience with them was great!

Woke up Friday morning to a pool in my front yard. Main waterline break. Called all the usual suspects and got a variety of VERY scary quotes. In the process found Pure Plumbing through Home Advisors / a.k.a. Angi.com. At first dismissed it when I noticed the review was for Las Vegas. But checked online and found they indeed are now operating here in Plano TX. It was 4:30PM Friday by the time I called them, but they agreed to come take a look and not even call it after-hours. Daron came in, diagnosed, gave me 3-4 options with pros and cons. I chose to run a new line since the old line runs under some massive trees and probably is just waiting to break again in another spot. Their price was a good 20% cheaper than the competition, and they could start right away. A crew showed up next morning 8:30Am and started digging. 40' trench, plus the city, home, and sprinkler system boxes had to be found and exposed. Then Daron showed up and laid down a new line, new valves, new boxes, the whole 9 yards (er.. that's 27 feet, so the whole 13.3 yards).Couldn't be more pleased with the work. Thank you Daron, I now have a new favorite Plumbing company. And kudos to your trench digging crew, they even removed and re-planted a bush that was too close to the house shutoff valve.

Top notch customer service and expertise. They came and took care of my defective Roman style bathtub faucet that was leaking water and had to be replaced. Uriel was outstanding in his assessment and the actual repair work that was performed. Highly recommend.

Pure Plumbing did a great job of locating and repairing a break in my sewer pipe. All of the employees were very respectful and the company is good with communication. One concern I have is that their phones are not answered after business hours even though the web site says they are available 24 x 7. My job required 3 visits. The first visit was to identify the problem. This work done by Jacob who was very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend Jacob. The second visit was a man who dug up the pipe. My main concern was the third visit when they made the repair. The crew seemed a bit unprepared and had to make 2 runs to get new saw blades and glue for the PVC pipes; furthermore, I had to provide them a spotlight to work because they only had cell phones for lighting. It took the crew 7 hours with many attempts and calls to the more experienced coworkers before the pipe was finally repaired. I give the repair crew kudos for their dedication to getting the job done right but it took far too long. Overall I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing. I have used their services twice and found them to be very professional and good at keeping their customers informed.

Darin Branch, ladies and gentlemen. I don't know if you can request certain people for service, and I'm sure the rest of the employees at pure plumbing are good, but I think I just dealt with the most competent and honest plumber I have ever met. The number is saved for all future plumbing needs. Fact. It's hard to find people you can trust, like a good mechanic, or a doctor, or an electrician. Thank goodness I found these guys! For this job and all future plumbing needs I might have! I had a backed up sewer drain and ended up having to hydro spray the entire line. A snake would have been a temp bandaid. The nasty solid grease chunks that came out blew my mind! At no point in the process did Darin try to oversell or upsell me on anything that he didn't think I should consider. He was polite, considerate when entering the house, and explained everything to this curious customer (I tend to ask a lot of questions through the whole process). We have cast iron and PVC under the house, and with any 60-year-old cast iron piping it will need to be replaced at some point. Guess who's going to do that for me? I called Pure Plumbing for a drain line inspection on a new home I was purchasing. We had a short option period and I wanted to insure that there were no issues with the sewer system since it was a very old house. Pure was able to get a tech out to the house within 24 hours. Their dispatcher Billy was quick to respond via text and kept me updated on their plumber’s ETA so I didn’t waste any time waiting around. Dillon was polite and knowledgeable. He showed us what he was seeing on his camera as he did the inspection and explained the future expenses that could come with an older sewer system so that I felt confident proceeding with our purchase. He also provided us with a recording of the inspection for future reference. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an inspection and will definitely use them if I need plumbing work done in the future.

Since using Pure Plumbing the first time this year for a sink valve replacement, they’ve become our go-to plumber of choice. Uriel came by to do a “winter package” and inspect our plumbing and do some winter maintenance. Uriel and all of the service team we’ve worked with so far have been absolutely professional, courteous, and friendly. They know what they’re doing. It’s great not having to shop around for other plumbers. We know exactly who to call for our plumbing needs!

After I called half a dozen plumbers near me, I found this place who said they could send someone to our house by the end of the day. We had a busted pipe in the walls and needed immediate service. As they promised, someone called 30 minutes before showing up that afternoon. They guy was straight to business and worked fast. Before he cut the wall open, he told me the total cost upfront ($800+). I knew that price was on par with other quotes I had received, and I wasn't going to say no anyway. He found the leak immediately, cut the wall open (about a square foot) and patched it within an hour. Very professional, upfront and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Both Uriel and Marcos are very professional and courteous. They thoroughly inspected the issue and explained the repair process. They even went extra further and helped move out a car. Uriel arrived on time and had all the parts to fix my faucet. He was very professional and friendly. I felt he was going to do a really good job and he did. Jordan Blaine was very courteous and professional. He was prompt, upfront, and quick with the repair. As for Pure Plumbing itself, they were flexible with getting someone out as soon as possible. This is not a 5 star review because I think the labor cost was too high for the work and the time it took to complete. Everything else? A solid 4 star experience.

Our water heater started to leak overnight and in the morning our garage floor was covered in water so we logged onto Angi's to find someone to come out and look at the water heater Pure called right away and scheduled a free estimate appt and within one hour he was on his way. The company notified me that my technician was Uriel and he was on the way shorty he arrived and checked out our issue and discovered that indeed our hot water heater needed replacing so after 10mins he gave us 3 choices of estimates for a complete install and after reviewing we chose the best fit for us. He left and came back with all the equipment needed to complete the job and the company set up everything for the permit and inspection to be completed after the install. At 3pm everything was completed and Uriel hauled off the old equipment. We could not have had a better experience and Uriel made sure we were completely satisfied before he left and had answered all of our questions. The price was right and service was excellant!!!!

I called Pure Plumbing on the recommendation of my neighbor for a toilet leak repair. They came out the same morning I called and diagnosed that I needed new flange and wax ring which was installed. I did have some questions and talked to the Pure office that afternoon and was told a plumber would come by the next morning to go over the repair and discuss. I was satisfied with the repair and really impressed with their prompt appointments and Emery’s professionalism and patience with me. I will call them again for plumbing repairs.

They need 10 stars!! The owner Jacob is so nice. My second bathroom was about to flood! He walked me through an entire process on how to find and cut off my main water line. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He stayed on the phone until everything was resolved. It wasn’t about the dollar with him. We need more people like this around. Uriel was on time and very professional. He replaced both of my exterior faucets, raising one of them that a previous plumber was just going to cut and would have left too low in the ground. He also gave me tips on some other things he saw. Overall a great experience. 5*

Uriel Arriaga came out to clean our washing machine drain line. He was courteous and very professional, exactly the type of service tech you want to use. He assessed the situation quickly and presented us with different options to solve the problem. He worked quickly, cleared the drain and was on his way. This is my second experience with this company and both have been highly satisfactory.

We were having issues with our fireplace insert turning on and off. It turned out the faulty 1993 fireplace gas that valve needed to be replaced. Jacob is very knowledgeable and professional. He worked around our schedule to complete the valve replacement. Our confidence in Jacob has opened the door for additional business at our house. Jacob has recommended and sold us on the Flow Tech for reducing calcium build up in our water lines. He also recommended a water leak detection system for our hot water heaters. We will have Jacob/Pure Plumbing install both devices in our home in the near future. We would highly recommend Pure Plumbing to our friends for plumbing needs.

Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Let me know straightforward what my problems were and advised me best direction to replace instead of repair. Came by and actually inspected and did work not like roto rooter that took one look and told us it’s 5 k in repairs. Pure plumbing tech Uriel explained and took his time to confirm there was a leak, location and best resolution. Have an option to repair but advised not recommend due to quest piping. I had to look it up. You should too stiff is bad. Anyways waiting to get work done but as of now they are top notch company.

Very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism by Pure Plumbing, especially Emery and Omari. Friendly, knowledgeable, and laid out the options that for me in a clear manor. I was that annoying homeowner that followed them around. Emery answered all the questions and I had and went above and beyond to get our ever changing issues fixed. My goodness! After searching for an emergency plumber to come out on a Sunday, having someone almost immediately respond to our appointment request was such a relief. Daron I showed up as soon as his other jobs were completed, and got us fixed up so quickly. His calming demeanor was wonderful during a stressful leaky situation. He not only turned off the water, replaced our leaky valve, made sure our water, pressure and temperature were sufficient, he did it all with wonderful customer service, and a smile throughout. Finding a company with great technicians that are so pleasant seems like a rarity these days, and we will now be customers for life!

I called in and spoke with a guy named billy, i told him i had no hot water and needed someone pretty quick! Less than 2 hours later Jacob and Emery showed up and had a new water heater installed SAME DAY! Everything was easy and they had financing so i didnt have to come up with a lot up front! We had a late night emergency with clogged sewer main. Jacob was a consummate pro and made a house call at midnight. The next day he and Marcos were in an 8 foot trench and worked to replace a broken cleanout and sewer connection, getting us back on our feet fast. During the freeze we had a drainage backup. Every other plumber was unable to book us for 2-3 days. Uriel came out same day and after a couple hours the issue was resolved. He was very professional and quick. Great work!

After showering the shower faucet wouldn't shut off. We took apart the faucet. We tried to shut off the water to the entire house at the street but didn't have the key. We had to call the fire department to come turn off the water. The next morning (Friday) I called our landlord who couldn't send someone out until Monday. We couldn't go an entire weekend without water to the house so I asked for recommendations and was told Pure Plumbing. From Billy who answered the phone to Uriel who performed the work, Pure Plumbing was top notch. We were told someone could be there the same day. Uriel came out that afternoon and knew exactly what needed to be done and had the correct replacement part on his truck. The pricing was fair and Uriel got the job done in less than an hour. We are so grateful to have running, but not leaking, water again!

I am changing this from 1 star when I called this morning and no one answering the phone to 5 star after technician, Uriel Arriaga, spent 3 hours and got our life back to normal again. Uriel came shortly after the call and did some investigation to find out what caused the flood in the laundry room and the bar on the other side of the wall. He explained to us the options and got on with the job. What I liked about him was that he was careful around my house. He wore protectives on shoes so not to get my carpet dirty. He cleaned up after he was done. He really cares about the customer's needs and concerns and went above my expectations. Good job, Uriel!

Jordan installed a flow-tech system along with water heater flush. I was considering a salt water softener, but Jordan proposed the flow-tech option based on location and no drainage available. I will follow up with satisfaction of the flow-tech after 90 days of usage.

I needed a plumber a few weeks ago and someone recommended Pure Plumbing. I have NEVER been more thankful for a referral! From my first interaction to when the job was complete I was treated with such respect and kindness by everyone I talked to ! My concerns were truly heard and addressed. My garbage disposal was leaking and searched on Google for a plumber. I gave my information online and Pure Plumbing was the only plumber that responded . They were prompt and courteous with the scheduling and Uriel our technician was professional and knowledgeable

I had pure plumbing come out and find out why my toilet water was backing up into my tub in both restrooms. They came out, charged enormous fee to remove toilet and run a camera. Next, sent me invoices to do 20k worth of work to replace pipes with pcv. pipes In my front yard and under my slab. Turns out, my pipe busted near my pool in back yard and it only needed to be repaired in that area , costing less than 4k. Becareful of plumbing co.. they will try to sell more than needed. Needless to say I will not do business with this company again.

Had to have all their work redone in our shower. Sorry but I can’t recommend this company. All they wanted to do is sell us a product to reduce the sediment in our water, they didn’t even fix the issue, which the other plumbers fixed easily.

Pure plumbing is awesome. I had a severe rattling in my pipes and was scrolling through web for best plumbers in the area. Pure plumbing contacted me and dispatched one of their skilled plumber Dillon Collard. Dillon was extremely professional and friendly, he did a thorough inspection of all the pipes and not just the area of concern and identified the root cause. He immediately provided me a report of his observations and best part he didn’t charge me for those 2 hours of work instead educated me on what the problem was and how to fix it. Then he provided me with a quote. The front office was also very friendly on call while providing me with various payment plans and scheduled an appointment immediately next day. Overall I had a really positive experience with timeliness of the work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing for anyone looking for honest work to be done on their homes. I never thought I would say this but “I HAVE MY FAV PLUMBING COMPANY NOW” most friendly service I have ever experienced as a home owner.

My outside faucet cracked on a Saturday and I had to shut off the main water. After working thru dealing with property management company Pure Plumbing arrived in less than 30 minutes. Ben was awesome, dispatch people Courtney and Danny also so easy to work with. Would definitely call again!

Actually, the first plumber they sent replaced the supply line that had broken and resulted in a flooded garage and second floor. He said he had checked all the other pipes and both water heaters and everything was fine. He was at my house for 10 min. He did not turn the water back to full pressure, left the lid off the meter, and left his pliers in the grass.I immediately called Pure Plumbing again and explained the unfinished job and probable lies I was told about “checking everything.” This time they sent out Uriel who was fantastic! Uriel adjusted the water pressure and showed me how to read the meter to tell if there was a leak. He checked all 18 pipes and found a major leak under the sink of the same bathroom where the original break was. He replaced 2 valves and took several pictures of 2 faulty water heaters and then blew air into all the pipes in the house to check for leaks. He also listed recommendations for replacing water heaters and general plumbing information. He was in my house for 3 hrs. Uriel is the best plumber I have ever worked with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most importantly he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working and that no more water damage would happen to my house.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!

My home failed a hydrostatic test meaning there was a leak in my plumbing system. Jacob and his crew came out, detected and repaired the problem within one day! Jacob was super informative and explained in detail my pipe issue and the steps he and his crew would take to complete the job. It wasn’t an easy job, and they stayed until the job was done, working in the cold wind. Dedication at its finest! Jordan and Devon were great - they were able to identify the source of our leak, which wasn't a domestic plumbing issue, but an issue with our fire suppression system. So, while they weren't able to actually fix anything they were extremely efficient and professional in helping locate the source. I also called several plumbing companies that day and Pure Plumbing was the only one that made me feel like my time mattered and that I was important. All other companies said they would try to squeeze me in or just didn't make me feel like I was an urgent need to them. Pure Plumbing put me on the schedule immediately and Jordan and Devon showed up with two hours. They also connected us with a restoration company to help with repairs. I would highly recommend them!

We needed an emergency pipe repair since we needed our whole house water turned off until it was repaired. We called on a Saturday but they were not able to get out until Sunday afternoon. Their customer service was good and they kept us in the loop as to when to expect the technician.The reason for the lower stars is because they charged $150 on the invoice for 2 parts that were less than $10 each. Unfortunately, the service we needed required welding, so I was happy to pay the fee for the labor. However, I feel like we got ripped off and overcharged for the parts.

We were experiencing water leaking from an unknown source. Our carpets were getting soggy on the other side of the wall. I called Pure Plumbing and Daron was at our facility within the hour. I called Pure plumbing when none of my toilets were flushing, maybe one was draining so slow and I had a full house of family over for the holiday weekend. I was worried no one would be able to make it out but Uriel Arriaga came out Sunday and worked on my home all day and found the problem. He was able to make my toilets and showers usable for a day or two. We recently bought the home and the clean outs were compromised and did not know so they hurried back a day later dug in two locations, got clean outs installed and cleared out the pipes where the camera kept getting stuck. He did this all in one day! Him and his team worked from 7 AM TO 7PM to get the problem solved and I could not be more grateful. I will definitely be using Pure Plumbing for ANY issues I have in the future. Uriel is very knowledgeable and very informative and made sure we understood everything and even informed us of issues that may arise and what he saw while working on the house. After a washing machine repairman broke the cold water valve - on a Friday afternoon, no less - causing water to shoot out all aver the laundry room and forcing us to turn off the main water to our house, we had to get a plumber ASAP to fix it. I had high hopes to use Pure Plumbing based on reviews but they went out of their way to lose our business. We had a broken water heater and wanted to explore a tankless option. At first, technician was great! Explained everything and patiently answered all of our questions. When we called the next day to book service, we just asked for re-confirmation of quote. At that point, the service manager back tracked on almost everything the technician quoted us. When we asked for a call back for clarification and understanding, no one ever called back. Stupidly, we still wanted to work with them so we called again and asked about repairing our tanked water heaters as we found the tankless option too confusing. At this point, the service manager back tracked again on an earlier quote and essentially doubled the costs - again with no explanation. It was clear they didn’t want our business and Im still baffled as to the why. All worked out though - we took our substantial business elsewhere and we had excellent service thru the other company that will now service all our needs and get all of our referrals. Do yourself a favor and cross Pure Plumbing off your list if you dont want to waste your time- highly unprofessional and unethical.

I actually had them come out for a quote & hookup but I was able to handle the hookup myself. The quote was for unhooking kitchen appliances as I am having counters removed and new Quartz install. Daron was a very nice and professional young man. The only thing I was not happy with was the booties they used in my house. The booties have rubber on the bottom and therefore left scuff marks everywhere Daron walked through. I would definitely you Daron (Pure Plumbing) again but would ask that he doesn’t wear the booties. Thx Daron

I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn’t leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I’ll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Yesterday morning I smelled natural gas near water heater in my garaged and contacted Pure Plumbing. They were able to come around lunch time and did some check. They didn't find anything leaking from the pipes but suggested the leak might have come from the water heater valve. I then contacted Atmos Energy and their technician came and found no gas leak. It turned out Atmos energy overdosed a chemical in their gas line yesterday and received over 3000 reports of odor. Anyway, Pure Plumbing waived the dispatch fee and helped me a lot. I'd definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues!

Pure Plumbing came out during the February snow and ice storm when everyone else was closed. They promptly repaired the clogged drain at reasonable service fees. We called twice to request a quote for further services and never got a call back, thus the 4 star rating.

Technician (Chase) arrived during the promised timeframe and provided free “bubble test” check for gas leak but no leak found. Also checked two other unrelated gas plumbing questions I had and provided an estimate. Chase was friendly and professional - will consider using Pure for future plumbing needs.

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed. Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high. Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone. They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate. The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate. I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself. Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free. After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well). His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me. He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price. However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate. I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do. I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week. Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work. After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed. I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice. The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday. On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again. The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate. It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious. She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.Only after I left a one star review on their yelp page did they attempt to contact me. I returned their call and again was promised an updated invoice the following day, and still have not heard back from them. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company. While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

I called this morning about a suspected gas leak in my kitchen, and Pure Plumbing was able to get a team sent out within a few hours. James and his apprentice did a great job and answered all my questions. Glad to have the leak resolved and appreciate the timeliness getting a team out to my house!

I had a fantastic experience with Pure. My garbage disposal was on the fritz so I called them at 7:30 in the morning and they answered immediately, got me scheduled for same day service and arrived on time. Daron was amazing and very professional. I kid you not he fixed my disposal in under 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Pure. 5 stars plus!

Asked another $450 to fix the problem. This is totally waste of time. I will never use this company again. No warranty at all

Jacob came out yesterday evening after we noticed our hot water heater leaking out into our garage. After inspection, it was determined that it needed to be replaced (it was pretty old) he stopped the water from flooding the garage overnight and he got us up and running with a new water heater early the next day. I am so thankful that he came out as quickly as he did and he went above and beyond to help us. The excellent reviews are well deserved and I will definitely be using Pure Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.
