When you think “responsive,” are you thinking hours? 1-2 days? Try minutes! I discovered last night that our gas water heater was dead. It is now less than 24 hours later and we have a brand new water heater and are minutes away from a hot shower. Kind, professional, super-tidy, communicative, and dependable—just like you dreamed a plumber would be. Thanks Thomas, Raymond, and Mary!!!!!

I called for help a couple of times and Tom Sheffield came out and took care of the problem quick and did a great job. He is such a great and honest person and doesn’t give you the run around. If you want the job done right and you don’t want to be over charged for everything contact Sheffield Plumbing in Oak Cliff, they will definitely get your toilet/pipes or whatever your problem they will fix it and will get it working again.

Sheffield Plumbing is AWESOME! They are a small, family-owned business in the Dallas area. Thomas and Raul are great to work with. They fixed up my much needed sink and water heater repairs for our house we are in the process of selling. Don't hesitate to call them. We have used Sheffield for years and the quality of their work has not diminished. Thomas and his associates are a credit to their profession. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Thomas replaced our shower heads with the most amazing and reasonably priced unit. I say thanks ever day.They have also done some major repair work which required working in the crawl space of our 70 year old home. A real act of courage.

Very professional services rendered at a time most needed. Plumbers were respectful of my house, e.g., they laid runners down so they would not track dirt into the house and they were also personable, caring as to my situation, and I felt comfortable with them while they were working inside and outside of my house.I would highly recommend their company if you need good, hard working and reliable plumbers.

I have had them over to my house twice to do repairs. All were done quickly and efficiently. Everyone has been extremely professional as well. I actually live far way, and I pay extra to have them drive to come to my house, and it's well worth it for a company you can trust!

I just don' think they are affordable , very expensive for what they do . Don't buy the warranty . It doesn't cover anything like I was told . 100 extra for nothing
