Matt answers the phone, easy to schedule and shows up on time. Great communication via phone call & text. He went over the cost upfront for each scenario before he booked the appointment. My husband and I had a blockage in our sewer pipes and had sewage rise up in our bathrooms. We called Matt as he was recommended by many neighbors in my area (East Dallas). He responded the same day and told us when he would be able to come out. At our appointment time, he arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. The team was in time and quick to do the work. Quick response when I reached out for help - shutting down gas and water lines to an apartment and got a range of prices for the work which I appreciated because I at least wanted to be prepared for the sticker shock. After the work was complete I was told I had the best case scenario and paid the lower price on my range. Even if it had been the top end i still appreciated knowing what to prepare for. Team was reliable and I’ll have them back for my next project.

Matt and his team were great. Super friendly, very professional, even helped adjust my sink drain without me asking (or charging me). They also saw my wife pulling out the trash cans, and offered to help. My one maybe downside is the cost - $375 to replace a Moen shower cartridge seems high, BUT they did provide the quote before they came out, so it wasn't a surprise for me, and they fixed everything in 20 min. I think their professionalism and friendliness outweighs any additional cost I may have incurred.

We had a pipe break that leaked water into one of our bedrooms. Craig came out within an hour to locate the source of the leak and was able run a bypass line so we didn’t have to breakup our slab foundation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Bought a new washing machine the drain pipe was old, couldn’t handle the discharge of water when draining, the pipe needed to be replaced, I called workman plumbing talked to Matt he came over to check it out, it was a very old drainage pipe, it needed to be replaced, inside of the pipe it was the size of a dime, there was built up inside like the pipe swelled up in the inside, he was able to change it out with new ABS pipe, and it works great, it drains without filling up to the top, like the old pipe did, it’s great to have a good plumber nowadays that is knowledgeable in his work, he has good craftsmanship he works really clean,I would definitely use him for my plumbing needs.

I called Matt to fix a mess I made while replacing my garbage disposal myself. He fixed it, made some recommendations on how to move forward, provided me a clear and fair price, and even made a follow-up visit to finish things off once parts came in a few days later.I'd gladly recommend Matt to anyone. Amazing. I wish we had found Matt’s services years ago, rather than wasting time and money with other plumbing companies. Matt came out to fix our gas lantern (which was “fixed” a year ago by another company) and within an hour our gas lantern looked better than it ever has. Later on in the afternoon I notice a strong gas odor (also “fixed” a year ago for $$$$) and Matt came right back out and detected a strong leak. He adjusted a few things and retested with zero leak, and refused payment because it was such a simple fix. The company that worked on it last year had us out of gas for days, a torn up yard, and charged an absurd amount of money - and they never even fixed the problem! So grateful to have discovered Matt and his team! I’ll be recommending to all of my neighbors!

I contacted Matt at Workman Plumbing regarding a severe leak found by Dallas Water Department. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was not an easy job but his crew began the next morning by tunneling under my house to fix the leak. Thank you, Matt, for your quick response and rapid problem solving. He was professional and very knowledgeable and was a joy to work with. I would highly recommend his company for any of your plumbing needs. I cannot thank him enough.

I just moved into my first home and after a couple of weeks I realized my water wasn't getting hot. I am a first time homeowner so I wasn't sure what to do so I called Matt and he was able to come over within a day to come take a look. It was obvious I needed a new water heater and he was able to uninstall my old one and install a brand new one within a couple of hours. After the service was completed, he walked me through what had been done so that I was well informed on everything. He also conveniently uses a portal for invoices so I was able to pay online (he even helped when I had some questions). He was super communicative, very friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with. As a landlord, I got a call about the only water heater in the house leaking, and it turned out it needed to be replaced. Oh man - the last thing you need to hear!! I called everywhere, but everyone was booked for two weeks! I called up Matthew with Workman Plumbing. He was able to come by the next morning, and 1) Replace our water heater, 2) Reconfigure the weird plumbing, and install a leak detection device, and new valves.The level of communication and professionalism on the phone was just amazing; this is hard to come by, as I have worked with MANY VENDORS restoring this 100 year old home!! Our tenants were also so pleased with the timeliness of our resolution, all thanks to Matthew.A month after the work was done - NO issues. Thank you!!

Matt, Craig and Chris were so helpful and super professional! They are my go to plumbers from now on! They repaired a gas leak and two laundry drain lines that my previous plumber installed. They worked magic with the drain lines.. let me just say the lines had several problems and it were completely non functional. They addressed and improved everyone of them. They are a team of wonderfully personable guys and fantastic plumbers!

We had 2 other estimates that quoted over $5000 said we had root damage. Matthew showed me via camera that there was a piece of tile that the floor company got in the line when they replaced our floors. Workman plumbing will be my go to in the future. I had a gas leak from an improper installed pipe. I texted Matt Friday night and he responded right away and had Craig out there the next morning. Came home from a weekend trip to discover a busted water pipe in the backyard. Messaged Workman (on a Sunday) and got a response within minutes.I got an estimate that was very reasonable but when the guys got here they discovered the fix was a lot less work than the pictures duplicated.Honest, professional, on time and very affordable!I will use Workman from this point on!

Can’t recommend Matt and his crew enough! They came out to assess adding plumbing for an addition to the house and found that the current sewer line was in big need of replacing. Gave a honest assessment (we got a second opinion which only confirmed all that Matt and his crew had told us) with photos of the collapsed line, followed by a detailed quote and scope of the job. We scheduled a date to have the work done and it was completed on time and as quoted by Matt and team, no hiccups or delays. Honest, on-time, very clean and caring for our home while they were completing the job and left the place in great shape inside and out.
